Bill.... You the man. The 2 personality traits you mention imbibe that of a classic leader. You are tolerant and kind until a line is crossed, and then as any real leader would be expected to do, you turn off the music, tell the kids to shut up, grab both hands on the wheel, and take full controll until the danger is passed. Very important point about complex personality types. Both conditions are worthy.

No one is mono emotional and to suppress your emotions for any reason is a bad thing. It goes inward and creates a little pond of dark energy.

When I was working ion IT, the job was high pressure. **** happened all the time. Our boss established a Scream Room in one of the server rooms which was sound proofed.

You could really let it out in there. Get rid of the energy.

I see it as a rephrasing of what Bill himself said (paraphrased): That he goes to the ends of the earth to remain calm, tolerant and open to ideas, but when enough is enough, then the Bill that's done compromising appears, things get said, get done and there no changing his mind about it.

Someone once told me that even if you win the rat race, you're still a rat. If you need a dedicated room to yell in, in my opinion, it's a good reason to review if that's the right place to work.

I personally have chosen a comfortable life with a lot less money instead of a screaming room and money in the bank. It's not for me.

As someone recently pointed out - I seem to be comfortable. Yes I am. Thank you.

but if you have not released, then likely there is a lake of dark energy laying somewhere with in you.

Smugness won't save you from the darkness either.

I only just learned about what has been going on behind the scenes. Thank You for your "un-confuse" post on page 28 of this thread. I think many of us members are here because we have also spent our lives standing up for the under dog and you have absolutely made the correct descisions with remarkable restraint and you have been true to your word in every respect. I am here because I believe in you and I also believe Charles is going to be helpfull. Conscious intention from the heart directed toward co-operation and sharing for survival of all is a force that we can all get behind as we melt the forces of corporate prison structures and free their employees to make their own descisions. Power is a prison. Sharing is the true freedom.

I decided that if I was leading the sort of life where I needed that kind of release, I needed to choose a different kind of life.

The hole remains unfixed to remind me what I am.

That's humility, not smugness.
