The title is very misleading. These aren't real 'holograms'. That technology does not exist, at least that we know of.

The people in these videos can't see anything in front of them - like at 20 seconds the surfacing whale on the basketball court - which came up here. It's just a CGI composite and an example of augmented reality. At 2.50 the kids in the mall are reacting to a large TV screen on which CGI animals are being projected, appearing as though they're right in front of them. It's like that Pokemon Go game. It's just a trick. There are no holograms involved.

If this technology existed we'd all know about it. It would be everywhere, and we would have seen it with our own eyes.

Almost anything, anything can now be created virtually, with absolute photo-realism. Youtube, tiktok, and all the others are rammed with fake videos passing itself off as the real thing. There's one floating around (in one thread or another) of some guy claiming to be from the future, where humanity got wiped out -- his proof? videos of him walking around a deserted city. And people believe that! It's just another phone app that deletes people from a scene. Easy as pie. The tech these days really is that good. Because it looks real doesn't mean it is. Usually it's the complete opposite. When you see a video of a "holographic whale" flying in the sky, [I]assume [/ I] automatically it's CGI. Because it's going to be.

Just want to briefly add: I don't think what we're seeing in Jersey (and various parts of the world) are hobby drones (just in case I gave that impression here).

Just wanted to illustrate that if hobby drones can put on a show like this, imagine what military (or deep state) drones can do?

Perhaps I'm trying to convince myself these things aren't extraterrestrial out of fear or something, but a very strong case can still be made that they're strictly terrestrial craft.

Officials reported unmanned drones near Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio over the weekend.

Bob Purtiman, chief of public affairs for the 88th Air Base Wing at the base, said that the base closed for approximately four hours, from Friday night to early Saturday morning, after drones entered the restricted airspace, WTDN reported.

“We are taking all appropriate measures to safeguard Wright-Patterson and the residents, Purtiman said. “Our units continue to monitor the airspace and are working with local authorities to ensure the safety of, again, our base personnel facilities and assets.”

This is the first time drones have been spotted on the base. No sightings have been reported since early Saturday, according to the Associated Press.

Although the spotted drones were small and did not disrupt operations on the base, they have still raised security concerns. It is not clear if these sightings are connected to the potential car-sized flying drones recently reported in New Jersey and New York.

Increased drone sightings in the last month have grown to be an increasing security concern, with New Jersey at the center of the conversation and majority of sightings.

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy (D) said he received a briefing Sunday night about the drone sightings in the Northeast. Murphy wrote to President Biden asking for assistance from the federal government in the situation.

“While I am sincerely grateful for your administration’s leadership in addressing this concerning issue, it has become apparent that more resources are needed to fully understand what is behind this activity,” Murphy wrote, adding that residents “deserve more concrete information.”

While listening to this video, and especially Gordon Chang suggesting that the drones could be sensing radioactive material, I remembered years ago reading that at least 6 nuclear warheads had gone missing, and so I started searchng the PA threads. Just wondered whether this had any relevance to the radioactive rumours, but in any case it's bad news for the Hudson River because we would be foolish to take the official line with anything but a pinch of salt.
