    Dear Bill

A Merry Christmas to you! - and thanks again for your work with Project Avalon (and also thanks to the mods, and the regular posters).

I'm having a pretty traditional English family Christmas. In contrast - in several ways, no doubt - it would be interesting to me (and perhaps others) if you described your "seasonal" activities over the next couple of days?

    Yours, Bruce

    Hi Bill,

A few years ago you mentioned you had an interview recorded with Jordan Maxwell he wanted you to release after he died. I recall some time later, you said it was possible the files were corrupted but you were working on it.

    Any updates?

Also, any intention on releasing new videos to the general public? The comments on your youtube channel are full of people who are wondering where you went off to. Although, this forum being in your "about" tab, the answer isn't exactly hidden
    Bumping this query, too.

    Bumping this query, three.

And adding a question, not just for you, but other Avalonians. It sounds like there might be a problem with the data format, encryption, and that a professional might be able to deal with that, but it would cost money. Perhaps someone might want to offer to finance this project?

Thanks! I'm not sure if the file is corrupted... it may simply be in a format I can't open or convert. I'll dig it out and post it (probably tomorrow or the next day) via WeTransfer so it can be downloaded by anyone interested and/or able to work with it. The problem might just be my own limited technical capability.

I've been thinking about this for several days, and the more I thought about it the longer my potential reply seemed to get. (Maybe quite a interesting one, too.) I'm definitely going to respond, again maybe tomorrow or the next day.

Bruce, thanks so much as always for your very kind thoughts. Starting with today, it's been a perfect day with a great high mountain hike (in good weather!) with my friends followed by an enormous superfood-rich vegetarian Christmas Dinner at their house. I have a few fun photos which I'll be sure to post tomorrow.

I'm impressed with the evident ability of some of their young Remote Viewers, I'm very doubtful about their claims to be channeling or communicating on camera with invisible ETs in their 'ET board meetings' (one such video here), and (like some other Avalon members, but not all) I confess I lost respect for Courtney Brown himself quite some time ago.

And here are some photos. (Not very good ones! I fear my little old pocket camera may be nearing the end of its natural life. )

The initial plan was to park here to begin our hike. Usually, the 'NO DOGS' sign can be safely ignored on weekdays, but yesterday there was a Park Ranger right there who sternly told me that Mara was not allowed out of the vehicle.

So we had to drive way down the road to another trailhead that we knew was dog-friendly. That was 1000 feet lower in altitude, so we had quite a climb up to our goal, a mountain called Cerro Amarillo ('Yellow Peak'). That's the rounded mountain to the top right of the photo.

Here we are on the way up...

...where to our delight we saw a Condor, the first we've seen for 2 years.

And here we are on the summit. Pema is standing, Noam can just be seen behind me, and Gilberto is on the right. It was a terrific day.

Thanks again for these questions, and for the very apt reminder that I really must get to the bottom of this.

Just now I dug out all my archive hard disks, 16 (sixteen!) of them. Between them they contain all the Camelot and early Avalon raw files, and much much more. It's quite an Aladdin's Cave of material.

But the disks are all pretty old now, and I do know that one of them is corrupted. (Another, a few years ago, also got corrupted, and it proved impossible to rescue any files from it, even with ThePythonicCow/Paul's expert technical help To this day, I don't know for sure what was on it.)

Just now, when searching through them all, I found linked segments of a complete 2010 Jordan Maxwell interview which was unnamed and which I don't think I ever published. I saw that I had (somehow, a long time ago!) converted the original and specialized .MXV format to regular .MOV files.

But when I was playing them — with great interest! — the disk periodically quit every 30 seconds, before I could tell if this was THE missing video. So I'm not going to mess with that disk any more right now. I know how fragile and ephemeral these things can be.

All this has compelled me into action, for which I'm grateful. The price of hard drives has come down hugely compared with 15 years ago, and so my plan is to buy a new 20TB drive and spend a day copying EVERYTHING to it.

I'll keep the original disks, of course. But backing everything up to one large new modern disk makes it all (a) much less liable to loss or corruption, and (b) much more easily searchable. I'm now intending to get that done in the next few weeks.

Totally unrelated but that truck is rad. I'd love to walk around it, it reminds me of my older truck. That looks like a barrel bolt door latch as a makeshift hood pin lol I love it. If you ever get the time to do a walkaround of the truck for the Avalon Gearheads (and/or post the year/make/model/engine & drivetrain or just the VIN) that would make my day.

It looks like you had a great time on the mountain, I'm happy for you.

    Take care, much love.

I would recommend an inexpensive NAS system for 2 HDDs, you could use one disk as storage and the other as a mirror (RAID 1), if one of the two hard disks has a defect, the data is still stored on the other hard disk.

I used the predecessor of this NAS storage for many years, it only had 1bay and i backed up to an external hard disk connected via usb to the NAS.

And don't forget to wrap the whole thing in aluminum foil in case of a Carrington event .

It's a 1986 Isuzu Trooper (with a Chevy badge, because Chevrolet has a factory in Ecuador that makes Isuzu trucks under license). It's done 448,000 km (= 278,000 miles). It has a 4-cylinder 2.3 liter engine that's as simple to work on as a 1960s tractor. It has no engine management system, no heating, no A/C, no radio, and manual side window winders.

I keep it very well-maintained and all 100% legal, and it's super-reliable and very versatile. The 4x4 works great — unless the mud is TOO deep.

This video is fun, from several years ago when the windshield wiper motor broke — so I had to improvise.

River crossings are fun , i do the same here in Peru with my Landcruiser to the other part of our town, its devided by a river and when its summer im able to cross over, in the rain season this is not possible and i have to take a 4km ride instead.

The initial plan was to park here to begin our hike. Usually, the 'NO DOGS' sign can be safely ignored on weekdays, but yesterday there was a Park Ranger right there who sternly told me that Mara was not allowed out of the vehicle.

Some time ago I watched a video about hiking around the Quilotoa lake, also at a very high altitude. There were lots of abandoned dogs there and they were reddish colored and looked similar to Mara. They seemed friendly and would follow the hikers, hoping for scraps of food. They had become a problem because there was some type of endangered bird up there whose nest was on the ground, and the dogs would attack them for food.

I imagine if the Park Rangers knew Mara was blind they would know that she wasn't a threat. On the other hand, the way Mara hikes through the Andes, no one would believe you that she is blind.

Hi Bill, my question is back when you had a girlfriend who you think might have been non human or alien or something like that. She disappeared from your life with no warning and either she conveyed to you or you surmised that she had 'taught you the lessons' you needed. I might have some details wrong but the overall picture isn't far off.

My question is. What lessons do you think she gave and you learned from?

    Thanks

As best as I could tell, the head had crashed onto the disk surface, scraping off some magnetic coating, which means that much of the disk was totally lost, and that it would have costs many thousands of dollars to see if any remaining portion of it could be recovered.

Many thanks for the question! (For others reading this who may be unfamiliar, do see this members-only thread.)

It wasn't quite that she had 'taught me the lessons' I needed." She said: "My purpose in your life is complete." Of course, at the time I had no idea what that meant or could possibly mean.

My best interpretation of this is that it all came to fruition — sort of! — many years later, maybe like a kind of seed that was sown or somehow planted that started to grow into something unusual much more recently.

That 'unusualness' started back when Project Camelot was founded in 2006 (and maybe just before that in November 2005 when I suddenly became involved with the Project Serpo releases: see this thread, Project Serpo (aka Project Crystal Knight): the whole story). And of course after that, in August 2008, came Project Avalon.

That propelled me into a whole escalating sequence of experiences (and connections with remarkable people), some of which — and whom — were highly strange and apparently significant to say the least. Most recently, I seem to have been privy to some very specific glimpses of the near future. (Or at least, it feels like that. Do see this interesting personal thread for all those details: More predictions (maybe).

This dovetails into my still-provisional draft reply to the question posed by Listkov in post #1780 a week ago:

    Quote Posted by Listkov (here)
ny intention on releasing new videos to the general public? The comments on your youtube channel are full of people who are wondering where you went off to. Although, this forum being in your "about" tab, the answer isn't exactly hidden
I still want to say more about this, because it all runs fairly deep. But while I had a role a few years ago about communicating to the wider public in fairly large numbers, I think that's now morphed into something slightly different. (I still get requests to be a guest on talk shows, and one film-maker wanted to make a documentary about me. I've declined all those opportunities.)

For what it may be worth, and referring again to the thread More predictions (maybe), I find myself daring to believe that I may be receiving information from a non-human source or sources that may be important, and possibly more important (somehow) than joining in all the very chaotic babbling noise on social media that I very largely avoid.

(As most may know, I don't use Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, or have a smartphone of any kind. But I'd like to say more later about all of that as well.)

This 'contact' (if I may dare to call it that) is intermittent, and in no way in my control. But it seems to be ongoing. It happened again a few nights ago, when I suddenly got another 'download' of something very specific, this time when I was in bed, not yet asleep, just after midnight and quite late for me. I got a very clear concept of something, in fine detail, that had me wake up completely, sit bolt upright in bed, turn my light on, and write it all down immediately.

But the issue I have is that information (which I was confirmed to me the next day from a private source, another person I'm connected with) seems to be so sensitive that I'm as sure as I can be that I have to sit on that for the moment and see what might happen next.

    Why
that came to me, or was somehow 'told' to me, I have no idea yet. So all this seems to be still unfolding — the best way I can think of to describe the entire 'process', whatever that may be.
