The author, Charles B. McNeal has uploaded a 25 minute audio file to YouTube. It's dated May 2023, and has had 300 views.

It's very compelling. It's hard to make out every word of the audio (and the poor YouTube transcript does NOT help), but it's pretty easy to understand what happened. It's worth listening to.

He had a couple of sources, back in 2002 (when he was aged 17).

The first was a retired intelligence officer in the Air Force, in the Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), with whom he had repeated meetings at a truck stop in Greencastle, Pennsylvania.

Then after violating a probation order he was on, he was sent on a special program, where he met another Air Force Officer, a younger serving man. One night when they were sitting under the stars, his guy told him about the Project Crystal Knight ("Serpo") exchange program.

Then he returned and met the first guy again, who he regarded as a sort of mentor. When McNeal told that retired AFOSI guy about what he'd learned about Project Crystal Knight, he became very agitated and angry, shouting: "Who the f*** told you that?"

A week or so later, the AFOSI guy returned, now much calmer, and offered to tell him a great deal more as long as McNeal gave his word ("as a man", as he had now turned 18) that he would not tell anyone else.

They went to a room, and the AFOSI guy produced boxes of files, clearly classified documents featuring photos, details of ETs, autopsy information, and the whole 9 yards. He said he was so excited "he could hardly sleep for a week", and it turned into 8 (eight) separate briefings, spanning January 2003 to September 2012.

At the end of the video, he explains how the craft work. He said there's a powerful electromagnetic field created by an engine powered by an element "heavier than enriched uranium". He said it's essentially gravity repulsion technology. And a by-product of this field is that inside the craft it has its own inertial gravitational field, all in its own "bubble".

He concludes by saying that everything in the document is accurate and factual. But he's withheld a few things because he's "not irresponsible". He refers to things happening "in subterranean sections" which he's not revealed as no-one would believe him.

He said he considered he'd seen 90% of all the classified information about the subject. He did NOT say (and presumably did NOT know) why he'd been entrusted with all this stuff, as the retired AFOSI officer was clearly most seriously breaking the law.

Hello Bill! I’ve been thinking once again about this thread, and I’m here to throw out a few ideas.

Regarding what you mentioned, about how he said that the ship of these beings worked with an element “heavier than enriched uranium,” here’s what I think:

I’m transcribing part of what Enrique Castillo Rincón, a Colombian contactee, said about what happened to him in 1973 with Pleiadian beings:

"I then thought to ask again how they achieved extreme speeds for traveling through space, how they had managed to travel from the Pleiades to Earth, and if they could give me any information about it without compromising their interests.
Ciryl led me, along with two other crew members, to a section where the ‘machine’ that generates the force they use for their travels was located. My heart was racing. What an emotion! Perhaps being the first Earthling to witness the propulsion ‘engine’ of the ship in full operation.
When we entered the security section, Commander Krhamier was waiting for us. He had likely entered the area through another access route. As we entered the section, one or more sound or frequency alarms were activated on the walls, directly transmitted to the crew members’ belts. They explained to me that the others had been warned of our entry into the ‘engine’ zone, which was also reflected on the ship’s control panel and in other areas.
In front of us, embedded in a metallic wall, was a ‘viewer,’ and in front of the same wall were two comfortable chairs. They invited me to sit in one of them, and when I brought my face closer to the ‘viewer,’ what a magnificent and marvelous spectacle my eyes beheld!
Inside the ship’s core, a group of three large diamonds or crystals slowly rotated around themselves around a ‘tube’ that extended from the floor to the ceiling, which rotated in the opposite direction. The colors and shades of the ‘tube’ gave the impression of a kaleidoscope made of pure crystal. I was fascinated by the majestic spectacle.
As I pulled my face away from the ‘viewer’ to ask a question, I noticed that my face had probably turned pale. The crew members were smiling at me.
I addressed Ciryl, but the commander answered, guessing my question.
‘They are Crystals, not diamonds. We call them “memory crystals,” they are programmable and receive information from the “main translator” (the rotating tube). We also refer to them as “living crystals.” These are taken by us from a planet where they grow and reproduce.’
I had noticed that the crystals were rotating around themselves, attached to a base that also rotated around the ‘tube’ (translator). The crystals must have been about 70 cm (or perhaps smaller). I was witnessing the same movement as Earth’s orbit around the Sun! But in miniature. I was still in awe when, as I asked another question, they left me breathless.
‘Commander, could you accelerate the movement of the crystals, as the hues and colors are spectacular?’
‘No, Enrique,’ he replied. ‘It’s not possible while you’re aboard. If we accelerate the rotation of the crystals with the “translator” for just two minutes, by the time you disembark, nearly 200 years would have passed on Earth. As you can understand, we can’t do that while you’re here.’
A deep sense of anxiety filled my whole being. I thought about my family, my friends, and how the entire planet could change in those 200 years if the extraterrestrials were telling the truth, and all of this in less than the blink of an eye, I thought. Perhaps this is where what Albert Einstein said about his theory of relativity comes into play. I couldn’t believe it. To calm me down, the commander spoke to me again.
My anxiety was centered around the fear that some crew member might accelerate the crystals without remembering that I was still on board, and I would reappear 200 years in the future without knowing anyone, without family, in a completely changed world.
‘No, Enrique, that’s not possible while you are aboard. I am the one who mentally gives the orders to the ship; this way, we’ve reduced the possibility of error. If something were to happen to me, there are two other members of the crew with the authority to carry out the mind-machine integration, where the connection is established by mental impulses directly to the “crystal translator” program. The mental energy we release is translated into flight energy. This is why we told you we “just left.” For us, the time factor is not a problem; we live in a present that modifies the future. For this reason, the future is “malleable” and cannot be predicted with certainty. Not so the past, which is already history and is unchangeable.’"

From my point of view, the civilizations that truly advance on the ascensional path toward the Creator use technologies like these: based on something beautiful and belonging to the realm of conscious beings, like a beautiful crystal.
On the other hand, races that use radioactive compounds (toxic to all living beings) must necessarily be non-living entities: biological androids.
In one of your interviews, Bill, I remember that one of the people you interviewed mentioned to Kerry and yourself that humanity has two possible futures based on everything we are beginning to experience with the Apocalypse: either making the mistake of destroying our civilization with Atomic War and ending up as sick and atrophied beings, following the path of the left brain (reason), ultimately becoming the sadly known Greys—beings that lost their ability to procreate (the divine natural capacity to create life). That’s why they have to abduct and “violate” women, whom they later force to abort. These are the same beings that mutilate livestock, drink their blood, and have a dark agenda to create a hybrid race of Grey-reptilian-robot beings on our beloved Gaia.

It is about Serpo, and among this site, were other sites referring to other "trips" we may have gone on... And may be embarking on now...

Wow, I never knew about that. I set up the original Serpo.org site in 2005, which can now be found on archive.org:

A year or two later I transferred the domain name to some friends who ran a dedicated UFO forum, who were closely involved with the release at the time, but then the domian name expired and no-one re-registered it. So it seems the domain name has been bought by someone else.

So this new site announces a special 3-day(!) Serpo conference which is scheduled for April 26-28, I presume next year, 2025, in Memphis. I didn't see any way to book. The three listed organizers, John Harris, Bryce Mead, and Marcia Coleman, are unknown to me. One might think I might have been contacted or invited, but this is the first I've heard of it. I'll ask Victor Martinez if he knows of this!

I just wanted to update this post, since I came across it again.. I DID take each of the three images that were placed on the bottom of the site and Google image search them... They're listed under multiple names and seem to be generic images that anyone can use... I also sent them a message in their "Contact" page, but it went nowhere as far as I can tell...

There is an address and phone number attached to the page however, so when I get a chance I will look those things up as well. And the site has been copyrighted for 2025 as well... Just odd.. So I will continue to try to figure out what it is.. And why it even exists, especially with so much on the site... I mean, it is a complete site!

That's very very interesting. I'm sure as I can be that there were not 12 astronauts on the mission. (Linda Howe, John Lear, Bob Emenegger and Bill Hamilton all told me, independently, that there were only three.)

But the name James E. McKeever is correct.

However, he never went on the mission. He was just one of the reserves, who was a standby 'on the bench'. He was the guy whose house Kerry Cassidy and I went to, unannounced, after we'd learned his name and address. We have never published his name anywhere. The full story is told here.

How it started:
In 1974 Steven Spielberg was contacted by a documentary filmmaker named Robert Emenegger. "Bob" Emenegger was finalizing a documentary he was tasked to put together by the Nixon Administration.
First contacted by Harry Robbins Halderman, in 1972.

I was briefed on classified files and documents from multiple agencies detailing what I'm about to tell you:

Bob was first contacted and told they would like him to make a documentary on President Nixon. It was explained to him that he would get access to classified information and files that detailed projects and programs that the administration would be declassifying in the near future which gave him unprecedented and Total Access to certain things.

Some involved animals being used in battle and for intelligence gathering and technologies that were still classified.
He was taken to Wright Patterson Air Force Base and was introduced to a Air Force Colonel William Coleman.
Colonel Coleman then took Bob to Norton Air Force Base where he was introduced to the head of the Air Force's film depository at that time Paul Shartle.
That is when Bob was asked to actually make a documentary film about UFOs on behalf of the Nixon Administration.

Bob was promised that at the end of this documentary's completion he would be given reel to reel film from April 24th 1964 when The Majestic 12 Group met with the civilization from the Roswell crash after agreeing to The exchange program Project Serpo.
Bob was to put this footage at the end of the documentary.
However this was being done without the approval of the Majestic 12 Group.
Therefore when Bob got done with his documentary in 1975 Colonel Coleman then phoned Bob & told him they would no longer be part of the documentary and could not release the footage, as this would only hurt the Administration following Watergate.

(I did not see files during my briefings that indicated Watergate was purposely done by MJ-12 to avoid this release, but verbally I was, & it is my opinion it is true)

The documentary was re-released in 1977. It was called "UFOs: Past Present & Future". But the original copyright releases from 1974.
Copies of all the classified files & documents used to make this documentary were given by Bob to an up-and-coming filmmaker by the name of Steven Spielberg.
Immediately Spielberg contacted Columbia studios it told them he wanted to make a movie about UFOs.

They bought the script "Kingdom Come", & Spielberg met with Dr J Allen Hynek to get the additional Project Serpo info, & he then went to the Sherry Netherland Hotel for 3 Days & rewrote the script and renamed it "Close Encounters Of The Third Kind" as a nod to Dr J Allen Hynek for giving him the Serpo information, in which he put at the end of his movie without even explaining why.

Spielberg was briefly detained & debriefed following its release in 1977 where he explained how he obtained the information.

MJ-12 used this opportunity to desensitize the public & push the narrative that aliens would eventually invade, but there were good aliens as well.
