    • @ 40 seconds - blue light intensity
    • @ 4:04 - flicker, audible sound & frequency in the air
    • @ 8:46 dirty electricity - measuring:
      1) the current & electromagnetic field in the air
      2) amount of frequency & current that flows through the body

Marco is doing some basic light testing on standard household light bulbs and low-blue light bulbs. The purpose is to show you why were are concerned with Electrical lighting as part of our EMF testing.

    Block Blue Lights:

We recommend them because we use them, but it's important to note that they still create dirty electricity. We find the Block Blue lights test very well for all 3 categories and can be a better option depending on your requirements and sensitivity.

There are also ways to set up lighting systems with no hazards, but this may be more extensive work and expensive, but it's possible.

This is concerning the Super Bowl Halftime Show: I don't dig this Kendrick Lamar hype - only talk - no music at all and terrible choreography. At least EMINEM had still some vocals and so has Drake.

There was no music, and I didn't understand one word he said. so what was the point ? And awful dancing and costumes.
Just a bad match all around

guess I didn't like it huh?

I freakin love this, i saw this many years ago then forgot about it until i accidentally came across it again.

Now i have not researched this to find out what and why they do this, i dont wanna know, i find it fascinating to "wonder" what this actually is about.
I dont think its religious, i think its more spiritual, you can see that alot of these blokes weep as they dance and sing, it really seems to be a very emotional experience for them.

There are a bunch of blokes up in the left top corner, they dont dance, they sing, and they sing two/three different tunes at the same time, its wonderful, and the dancers chant loudly as they dance, its all very spectacular and emotional to hear and watch.

The dancing is very intense and powerful and is a cardio workout, i mean alot of these fellas are older than me and im 64, and they dance and sing for 30 + minutes, other videos go much longer, their fitness levels are awesome.

When i listen to the singing/chanting, it makes me feel great, it might be that they sing in very specific notes that resonate a wonderful vibe, then watch their dance while taking in the whole atmosphere, and i cant stop watching, and i feel that energy and vibe run through me, and they become like one, they seem almost trance like, i think singing in certain notes in a group and dancing non stop the whole time, can be very spiritual, you can see it in their faces, i imagine being there to experience this for my self, i recon it must be very bonding and caring to these people, something that is being lost in western civilizations.

Anyway this is the "Zikr Dance"............i dont even know what country this is in and i dont mind not knowing, it adds to the mystery for me..........RRR

The more people i met, the more i liked my dog.

Zikr is a mystical Sufi dance and ritual that involves remembering Allah through movement and prayer. The word zikr means "remembrance".

    How it's performed
    • Dancers stamp in time and sway
    • They grunt from their throat and abdomen
    • One voice sings variants of God's names
    • The dancers often move in circles
    Purpose
    • Zikr is a way to achieve spiritual enlightenment

    • It's a way to reach a state of union with God

    • It's a way to feel a dissolution of individuality and a fusion with the divine presence

    • Sufi dance is often accompanied by music and spiritual songs
    • These create an atmosphere that's conducive to meditation and contemplation

    Cheers Deer/Dear.
The throat singing part must be similar or same to the Sharman throat singing, this takes along time to master, and doing this for 30 mins to a full hr, whilst dancing quite rigorously, is insane, especially when you concider the age of some of these men.

I thought this was significant somehow in tradition, you can see it in their faces.
Thankyou for the additional two vids, the last vid is massive, wow, honestly i cant stop watching, my wife came into my office last night and told me "turn the bloody music down" haha lol, its sounds better with head phones on anyway.

    Thanx again....................................RRR

    Spiritual Disorientation (30 seconds)
If you've followed spiritual prophecies over the years, this is the time where the ground was going to be shaking. We're in that phase.

Disorientation is part of it but disorientation is not the end of the story. It's this moment in the story. So look after yourself and figure out how to get back on your feet and we will help each other to do that.

It's important to watch videos like this especially when so much of our lives have been caught up in negativity as it shows that humanity is poised like a Phoenix, ready to fight for a better life.

The Alliance for Responsible Citizenship is an international movement with a vision for a better world where empowered citizens take responsibility and work together to bring flourishing and prosperity to their families, communities, and nations.

    The Context

Life has improved dramatically over the past few centuries.
We live longer, are increasingly well-educated, and enjoy unparalleled access to fresh water, food, energy and resources.

While many problems remain, it is important not to understate the magnitude of this accomplishment.

Despite these long-running upward trends, we are at a defining moment in our societies. Growth, at least in the West, has stagnated and there is a growing scepticism and anxiety about the sustainability of human development.

The shared stories and values which once provided unity are contested, culture is more polarised and fragmented than ever, and there is a sense of fragility and crisis which pervades everything from the basics of individual identity to the heart of our democratic structures.
"Is there an idea more radical in the history of the human race than turning your children over to total strangers whom you know nothing about, and having those strangers work on your child's mind, out of your sight, for a period of twelve years?" John Taylor Gatto

It's funny, I've been absolutely disoriented

I didn't even think Trump would win. And then I didn't think he would be inaugurated.
I'm shocked really. And all of these amazing things he is doing with Elon and Doge?
It's like I've slipped into an alternate universe.
    It's awesome but I'm disoriented.
I'm used to being able to navigate what is coming. But now? It's like my prognostication radar is broken.
    I don't know jack sh!t.
    It's like I'm a normie.

Saying it another way could be like this.
I never believed in the Q stuff.
    I considered it hopium.
    But now???
It's like the Q stuff is real.
    That is blowing my mind.

DNA, and any interested - Come on over to the Q thread - we kept the lights on, and Kash was definitely included in the Q posts - 'a name to remember'

Brian Cates, who also did not consider the Q stuff meaningful until he started speaking with Trumpian-insiders at earlier CPAC-type gatherings, but who was always an expert researcher in the nitty-gritty of RussiaGate and related hoaxes, has totally bought in and is on fire these days (his own brand of hopium?)

    Thanks for your input, Marcus.

I question myself about posting that type of information. Should I or shouldn’t I? We’re pulled in many directions. We know by now that we don’t have to resonate with the whole message. For me, alls it takes are a few sentences to bring clarity to something that: 1) I hadn’t quite put into words 2) confirms an inner knowing 3) it’s a welcomed synchronicity.

I’m on break from questioning everything that’s going on. I follow some of it mostly out of habit. Collecting the latest news hasn’t made a dent in my day to day life. And all the news tears at my heart which helps no one. I’m mostly interested in the health information but even that I have to wade through.

These last few months, I sit by the window soaking in the winter’s sun. I catch the random thoughts and question their truth. I can’t vouch for a split happening in the world, but I can say I’m not in the world I once engaged in. I follow my intuition, my heart voice. And I’m in wonder of where I’ll step next. Is it a matter of timing? Or is it a case of taking my foot off the brake? Past experience tells me, I'll just know.

I'm disoriented too. Like I got a case of the bends. I just can't recalibrate atm. I spent years ranting and raving about the dangers of woke neo-marxism, postmodernism, institutional capture, and so on. And now it's all being dismantled, piece by piece, and I'm afraid to begin celebrating out of that same sense of fragility one feels during a wonderful sex dream; it's that same sort of paradox that goes something like this: the more you focus in and try to enjoy it, the more likely it is you'll wake up and the euphoria ends. It's almost like I want to be as still as possible and not say a f'ing word about any of it, lest I somehow spoil it all.

I'm getting everything I'd hoped for with Trump/Musk et al, and I'm surprised to find I don't have a whole lot to say about it! (at least for now)

I feel like what's happening now is a culmination of all the things we here in the "alt media" have desperately been hoping for for decades (UFO disclosure, deep state dismantling etc). And the result, at least for me, is this weird catatonic shock. Is it really happening?

Great interview. Love both of these women. Karoline is so impressive!

These times are so interesting [for everyone]; it makes you wonder what we will be talking about a year from now - considering the conversations of the last decades.
