I can't tell whether there is a ceasefire or not a ceasefire. I guess there must be because my Palestinian friends tell me Israel is celebrating victory and Iran is celebrating victory....dates set for celebrations.

There are live updates from Aljazeera - here

around an hour ago they said this....

Quote It is now 11pm in Palestine and Israel, and 11:30pm in Iran (20:00 GMT). Here’s a recap of the latest developments:

The ceasefire between Israel and Iran appears to be holding despite what US President Donald Trump called early violations by both sides.
Iranian officials have claimed victory, saying they thwarted Israel’s war goals as people gathered in Tehran to celebrate the ceasefire.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said “no one in Iran will give up” the country’s nuclear technology.
Calls by Palestinians and human rights groups are growing for a ceasefire in Gaza after the end of the 12-day Israel-Iran war.
Israel also claimed a “historic victory”, with Prime Minister Netanyahu warning the country “will act” if Iran tries to rebuild its nuclear programme.

and celebrations are taking place in Iran .....

Iranians celebrate ceasefire 'victory' over Israel (4:21)

make what you will of it all.... but I think at the moment it's looking promising....

I honestly don't know what to make of it.

We've been steered in so many different directions these last couple of weeks it's hard to know what is up and what is down. The internet is nothing but a constant contradiction of gibberish.

Yes, the moment appears promising, and much calmer than yesterday, but, in the back of my mind I think of one of the Bible Verses I remember; "For when they all shall say there's peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them."

I also think that if things stay pretty calm for 4 or 5 days or so, many will be focused on and bitching about something completely different, the masses have a short attention span.

    It is what it is....

It is becoming more apparent that the major players in the Middle East no longer share in Iran's struggle against Israel. Most Middle East leaders have embarked on a road that ensures their prosperity beyond oil. Saudi Arabia has launched Vision 2030, aiming to reduce dependence on oil by developing sectors like tourism, entertainment, mining, and technology. The Emirates has focused on sectors like finance, real estate, tourism, and innovation. The Emirates has also started initiatives such as Dubai’s Expo 2020 and the establishment of free zones to attract foreign investment. Qatar has vastly improved their infrastructure and moved into finance, sports and even tourism.

Middle East leaders are conspicuously absent when it comes to condemning Trump's efforts towards peace. The Gulf states have shown that they are eager to improve relations with Israel. I think there will be some false starts and it will be a bumpy road, but it is only a matter of time before the Abrahams Accord is widely accepted in the Gulf.

Iran's relationships with Russia and China are certainly not symbiotic. Russia is feeding the war machine, purchasing drones and other weapons, while China is opportunistically buying 90% of Iranian oil shipped are deep discounts due to sanctions.

Iran was historically considered one of the most culturally and economically significant countries in the Middle East, but as of today, it has been relegated to a downtrodden, left-behind, insignificant country. Civil unrest in Iran is now insured, the only question is when it will occur.

    He's on ignore:

Quote American expert in politics and modern international historian Evern Shwapp described president Donald Trump a fascist who is a real threat for US democracy.

Evern Shwapp described Trump as a stupid opportunist and a white-collar second-generation criminal whose views are with those of his party that advocate the Zionist regime.

Shwapp believes that Trump’s policies are crude and violate international laws. He also believes that whatever Trump decides on the war against Iran will be damaging and reminded, “Dispatching forces can be even more dangerous but he will not do that.”

This American figure said, “Trump made contradictory remarks in his speech for he is more stupid than to understand the complex realities of the middle east.”

With regards to the political consequences of America’s partnership in the war against Iran and its damages he reiterated, “We are in a foggy situation of war; we don’t know specially that we don’t know the nature of America’s intervention and its long-term consequences.”

Today, there are less incidents in Gaza or Lebanon, at least for a few hours, meaning this Palestinian uprising was the highlight:

3 Israeli soldiers killed, 14 injured in Khan Younis ambush: Israeli media

If technically, the hot conflict did not last two weeks, it falls shy of my expectation for crossing the threshhold of ruin. The quiet interlude will perhaps lead to a requirement about what to do with Likud. There perhaps remains some expectation the U. N. or similar institutions might "do something", and so I wonder, if the world, might independently somehow administer justice. It's possible there is a solution to be found that way, but not if it doesn't happen. I would tend to think "de-militarize" would be an important part of that. This is like a moment of suspense until we hear how the decision comes out. Right now there is only a stopped action but there is a good chance it will be accompanied by a demand.

Is it fair to say/assume that whatever the US military just did inside the territory of Iran was extremely precise ?

Is it reasonable to assume that Iran, as a nation state, is deeply stuck in a situation similar to the one America is digging itself out of ? . . . . globalist capture.

Here's a flashback to a section of a 2+ hour rambling and messy (2015) Kerry Cassidy interview. The section of that interview that is of interest here was a bonus on top of the subject the interview was intended to be about. It went into middle eastern power and political matters centred around that oddly under reported "Iran Deal" in April/May of 2013.

The interviewee is Kameran Faily. Kameran is/was a member of a family that has played significant roles in middle eastern diplomacy over a long time. Originally from Iraq, he went to UK to get educated and connected. His 'day-job' was in banking backroom systems. As far as I know, he's been completely silent ever since this interview, making me wonder what happened when his 'masters' realised he'd been talking in this way. The interview with Kerry was supposed to be about his 'hobby' of making predictions based on the Koran. The original interview video didn't mention any of this topic in it's title and Kerry seemed unprepared for this topic, having difficulty with grasping the things he was saying.

I didn't find it hard to grasp and I'm glad it got published even though it probably only happened despite Kerry's intention not because of it.

eagle0027, if you are OK with listening to Kerry Cassidy interviews, you should have a listen to this chunk I chopped out of one she did with Kameran Faily in 2015 (10 years ago).

Kameran Faily - The Iran deal

In 2013, The brotherhood made a deal with 'Iran' ( after failing to complete their original plan for the middle east by shattering Iraq and creating a new temporary Assyria). In desperation, they dropped that plan and offered a certain faction inside Iran a deal they couldn't refuse, literally, there were subs on both sides of them ready to hit if they didn't agree to it. They agreed and made one condition of their own, to have the Muslim Brotherhood completely removed from the region. That was granted and the new MB Egyptian government was promptly removed again.

If you listen carefully, you should be able to understand who the real enemy is that Trump has his sights on. What eventually happens to political Israel is a secondary issue after that.

Oh boy - that part of the discussion that you extracted (thanks) certainly adds depth to the recent history in Iran -

maybe Iran has been double crossed by the 'illuminate' and the broader plan was to let the Shi'ites believe they had their place in the NWO - but really the Sunnis are the chosen arm of Islam - who will help keep that whole area of the Middle East under authoritarian control for the NWO - using religion as the main tool....

but there are other plans for Iran - it's huge land mass, strategic position and resources....

    dunno

My forecasting record is about as trustworthy as Bibi's forecasts of Iranian nukes, but be that as it may ... the times they are a changing, in ways we've not seen and in ways not allowed in our public histories. Buckle up.
I just noticed that Bill's post #106, a week ago, on his More Predictions thread, spells out my intuitions, in more detail and more coherently, than my quip here. I trust Bill's forecasts more than Bibi's . Yes, the evil will be destroyed, and Bill and I have both lived in nations who have been or now are major power centers of that evil.

An optimistic lobe of my brain thinks that Trump's bombing of the three most notorious Iranian nuclear sites was intended to reduce the chance that the Iran-Israel war would turn nuclear. The risk of it turning nuclear, especially if Israel's current government under Bibi fears they have no other chance of survival, was unacceptably high.

What have the Americans accomplished with their nighttime strikes on three nuclear sites in Iran?
    1. ...
    2. Donald Trump, once hailed as ‘president of peace,’ has now pushed the US into another war.
    3. The vast majority of countries around the world oppose the actions of Israel and the United States.
    4. At this rate, Trump can forget about the Nobel Peace Prize — not even with how rigged it has become. What a way to kick things off, Mr. President. Congratulations!
I am more inclined, as a contrarian optimist, to believe that Trump has hastened the demise of Israel, in its current manifestation as a key Satanic-Rothschild-Zionist nation.

Trump's support of Bibi, pressured by Bibi's key justification for attacking Iran ("they are months away from nukes"), has been neutralized. Never mind whatever the rest of us think of the effectiveness of Trump's attack on Iran's nuclear facilities; we all know what Trump thinks of that attack.

As for the Nobel Peace Prize, I would relish the day (which of course has exactly zero chance of ever occurring) that I won the Nobel Peace Prize, so that I could publicly give them the middle finger. It's a Prize earned by some notorious puppets of Satanic-Zionist powers.

I hope that Trump does not have that Prize on his bucket list either.

I just don't think Trump will allow Netanyahu to turn Tehran and other Iranian cities into rubble like what we see in Gaza. I think Trumps already told Netanyahu that once they are sure the Nuke threat is gone the carnage must stop.

I also made a lot of wrong calls too....

I think we've all been duped to a large degree.

Just to add to all the confusion

I think they (China, Russia, some Mid-East Countries) were/are all in on it, or aware of the plan to one degree or another so to speak.

It doesn't matter if Iran lost it's "nuclear program" or not, the 3 nuke sites bombed gives the appearance it has and the narrative created is that Iran's nuclear program is destroyed. That is what they want us to think and believe, true or not. That's their story and they're sticking to it.

What Trump just did by dropping the F-Bomb and giving the appearance of somewhat reigning Netanyahu in a bit, it seemed to have worked. The whole world saw it and it sent a signal. Could this be the re-boot of the Abraham Accords? Regardless, Netanyahu stepped back.

I also don't think the MAGA base has been severely fractured. That's what some want us to think, but all the garbage we are hearing is only coming from a select few. Trumps base and approval rating seems to be quite intact.

It's really hard to say what the future holds, but the way this seems to playing out is completely different than anyone thought. It just goes to prove that even all the experts and analysts can be wrong to.

    • Israel Got Crushed – But You’re Not Supposed to Know | Scott Ritter Interview:

In this video, Scott Ritter offers a deeply analytical and unfiltered assessment of the escalating conflict between Israel and Iran, emphasizing the unprecedented damage sustained by both sides and the fragile nature of the current ceasefire. Drawing from military experience and diplomatic insight, Ritter explains how both nations miscalculated, why Israel’s defense systems fell short, and why neither side can afford to continue the war. He explores the broader geopolitical implications—including the role of the U.S., the manipulation of intelligence, and the failure of diplomacy—and raises urgent questions about the future of American foreign policy, Israeli leadership, and the potential for long-term peace in the region.
