What would your life look like if you felt truly energized, mobile and clearheaded every day simply because your cells were finally getting the hydration they needed?
Add THIS to Your WATER to BOOST Muscle Hydration After 60 | Roger Seheult (33 min)
Feeling stiff, tired, or cramped even when you drink enough water? After 60, plain water isn’t enough to keep your muscles truly hydrated. In this video, Dr. Roger Seheult explains the science of cellular hydration — why aging muscles lose their ability to retain water, and the exact minerals you should add to your water to restore strength, energy, and mobility.

    You’ll learn:
    • Why aging reduces your body’s water “storage tank”
    • The hidden role of sodium-potassium pumps in muscle hydration
    • The “osmotic effect” that pulls water into cells
    • Why magnesium is the spark plug for hydration
    • A simple, research-backed hydration mix you can make at home
    • The best times of day to hydrate for maximum muscle strength

This isn’t just about drinking more — it’s about drinking smarter.

Lisa Harrison tells her fascinating story on her YouTube channel.
So far, she has 3 parts of it up. I am looking forward to her next episode.

    Deconstructing the Construct

    {snip}
    Thank you, Maggie.
A few early snippets of dialogue:
Jean Nolan:"Lisa M Harrison, who is a prominent voice in consciousness and spiritual exploration, active since 2009 is known for her connection with Leeloo an energetic being from “home”.

Lisa dives into the nature of reality and humanities role in a shifting paradigm. She provides insights and tools for personal awakening. Her work challenges conventional views, inspiring individuals to question the constructive reality, and embrace their true sovereignty.

Lisa M. Harrison: "From what I understand, every Creation like this has a clock. It’s a timed experience. Time only exists inside it, but it's a timed experience. And something went terribly wrong in this one. Which we can get to you later. But just to cover this point. It was supposed to end in 2012. The construct itself our experience in it. The doors open and everyone goes out."

Jean Nolan: "What was the beginning of the conversation? What was that was the content of the conversation? How did it start?"

Lisa M. Harrison: "It was about the fact that we are in a construct. That we are in a simulated construct that it is overdue to end. That she (LeeLoo) was from outside of it and what we would call “base reality” or “home”, where we all come from originally. And she chose not to incarnate in the traditional way. Because so many people already had, and had to go through that mind wipe and forget why they came here and forget the mission. So a way was created for them to sort of tap in without coming in. and that it was time to get ready, basically, and to get everyone else ready."

A few more snippets from Delight/Maggie’s video above.
Jean: Is there a core message that Leeloo or these Beings have brought to you? Or that they asked you to deliver to people or something specific?

Lisa M. Harrison: I was never asked to share their information.

The core message is: It's an individual inside job. Love is all there is. Unconditional love, that’s that home frequency that we were talking about, is the answer to just about everything, and the cure for everything. And to get in your heart and stay in your heart.

They're my little catchphrases and have been since 2016. They did talk about that love frequency, that the home frequency, will and does heal everything. It will heal the pain that has been experienced here.

Lisa M. Harrison: It's where we all actually live and exist in what we do is create these rooms these constructs for experience and you don't have to participate in any of them. It's like we are.

Our souls are just driven to expand to grow to become brighter and brighter and brighter and we do that through experience that is the true value of the soul. Is it wealth of knowledge. It’s wealth of experience, and why we were driven to create this one to do something different.
Jean: You have all the hallmarks of evermore centralization. You have these conflicts and wars, moving sort of things in certain directions. You have more dictatorial governments all over the place and more unelected leaders than ever before and just random appointments technocracy. All that seems to be moving forward. What is the significance of that in your perception?

Lisa M. Harrison: I look at it like this. They say that there's 36 dramatic situations when it comes to movie making. Or like a video game, you can choose to go down the left tunnel or the right tunnel and something different happens. This place is working on scripts just in the same way. And every script has to have our energy in them to play it. So what we are doing is burning off the energy that is in all of those scripts.

If one of the plans was “complete prison planet, New Order”, by exposing that and pulling our energy out of that and saying, “No. Thank you. Not choosing that,” we are pulling our energy out of it and it collapses.

It's like a plane burning off fuel before it can land. We are just burning off all the energy that's in all of these different narratives and storylines.

”Light will be shown in all the dark places.” is a line that I was given probably 20 years ago.And I had no idea what it meant. So, it’s like every plan, every idea, every narrative, every storyline has to be seen in order for the energy to be dispersed.

The final video of the "Deconstructing the Construct" series + a snippet.
Lisa M. Harrison: “…but it also propelled us forward in ways we couldn't have imagined. What I want leave you with is:
You are the flash. You are the event. You are the new Earth. You are the new world. Everything is coming through you, not to you. It's happening for you, not to you. This is you. It's all you.

I want to see you trust in your heart above all else. I want you to remember the frequency of unconditional love above all else. I want you to remember who you are above else. I want you to remember that creation bends to your heart inspired, heart frequency will. I want you to remember that you are the strongest among your aspects. That's why you're here in this realm doing this work integrating the rest of them.

I want you to remember how loved you are by all creation everywhere. I want you to remember it's why all of creation is focused right here, right now, is because of people like you, souls like you.

And that through my will and my intention and my heart frequency and my unconditional love, I am doing whatever the “f” I can to make that happen. I do hope that this short series has supported you and assisted you in someway..."

Deconstructing the Construct Ep: 6 What Now and What's Next? (22 min)
This Episode explores the ongoing controlled demolition of our reality, including the deconstruction of systems built on lies and control. We revisit previous discussions on fragmented souls and realms and address past, current and future events. Stay tuned for an upcoming live Q&A session.

How to Get Rich - Gary's Economics
    (15:16)
The sort answer is you either have a rich father or else you get rich by working together.

Gary Stevenson is a successful ex trader, now YT economist who has a good, down to earth manner about him, the only downside being that he's a solid left wing Labour man. As for getting rich, Gary says asking him how to get rich is like asking Usaine Bolt how to win the Olympis. Notwithstanding that, he has some good commonsense observations and advice for the rest of us.
"Is there an idea more radical in the history of the human race than turning your children over to total strangers whom you know nothing about, and having those strangers work on your child's mind, out of your sight, for a period of twelve years?" John Taylor Gatto

The Fool’s Journey Through the Tarot, an easy way to
Learn the Cards of the Major Arcana

This is how I learned the tarot, by seeing the archetypes on the cards as characters. I found it makes it so easy to remember the most important aspects of each card and apply that to my readings. Let's follow the Fool on his spiritual journey of self actualisation. There will be many highs and lows on his path but we'll soon come to learn that we are all the Fool, experiencing life as it comes to us.

My Dinner With Andre: Conspiracy Theory Scene - 1981 (3:18 min)

From My Dinner With Andre - 1981:
Wally: Well, why...why do you think that is? I mean, why is that, I mean, is it just because people are...are lazy today, or they're bored? I mean, are we just like bored, spoiled children who've just been lying in the bathtub all day just playing with their plastic duck, and now they're just thinking, "Well, what can I do?"

Andre: Okay. Yes. We're bored. We're all bored now. But has it every occurred to you, Wally, that the process that creates this boredom that we see in the world now may very well be a self-perpetuating, unconscious form of brainwashing created by a world totalitarian government based on money? And that all of this is much more dangerous than one thinks. And it's not just a question of individual survival, Wally, but that somebody who's bored is asleep? And somebody who's asleep will not say "no"?

See, I keep meeting these people, I mean, uh, just a few days ago I met this man whom I greatly admire, he's a Swedish physicist, Gustav Björnstrand, and he told me that he no longer watches television, he doesn't read newspapers, and he doesn't read magazines. He's completely cut them out of his life because he really does feel that we're living in some kind of Orwellian nightmare now, and that everything that you hear now contributes to turning you into a robot.

And when I was at Findhorn, I met this extraordinary English tree expert who had devoted his life to saving trees. Just got back from Washington, lobbying to save the redwoods, he's 84 years old, and he always travels with a backpack cause he never knows where he's gonna be tomorrow. And when I met him at Findhorn, he said to me, "Where are you from?" and I said, "New York." He said, "Ah, New York. Yes, that's a very interesting place. Do you know a lot of New Yorkers who keep talking about the fact that they want to leave, but never do?" And I said, "Oh, yes." And he said, "Why do you think they don't leave?" I gave him different banal theories. He said, "Oh, I don't think it's that way at all."

He said, "I think that New York is the new model for the new concentration camp, where the camp has been built by the inmates themselves, and the inmates are the guards, and they have this pride in this thing they've built. They've built their own prison. And so they exist in a state of schizophrenia where they are both guards and prisoners, and as a result, they no longer have, having been lobotomized, the capacity to leave the prison they've made or to even see it as a prison." And then he went into his pocket, and he took out a seed for a tree and he said, "This is a pine tree." He put it in my hand and he said, "Escape before it's too late."

See, actually, for two or three years now, Chiquita and I have had this very unpleasant feeling that we really should get out. That we really should feel like Jews in Germany in the late thirties. Get out of here. Of course, the problem is where to go, cause it seems quite obvious that the whole world is going in the same direction. See, I think it's quite possible that the 1960s represented the last burst of the human being before he was extinguished and that this is the beginning of the rest of the future now, and that, from now on there'll simply be all these robots walking around, feeling nothing, thinking nothing. And there'll be nobody left almost to remind them that there once was a species called a human being, with feelings and thoughts, and that history and memory are right now being erased, and soon nobody will really remember that life existed on the planet.

The month I turned 70 was great. I felt very at peace with the number. Then in the winter, I had a week of flu and had myalgia and intense pain like sciatica. This continued and does continue and I have been KNOWING that just as I have heard, there is "madness" in our experience (seeming things we do not choose) BUT there is "A Method in The Madness" which will necessarily provoke us to expand our experience to GOOD.

From this experience, I am much more interested in therapeutics of the body. I have learned a lot. Here is just an example from today.

Quote The Brainrot Generation: How Smartphones Are Rewiring Our Brains
In 2012, something catastrophic happened to the human mind - and most people still don't realize it. Teenage depression exploded by 145% among girls and 161% among boys. Suicide rates skyrocketed. This wasn't just in America - it happened simultaneously across every developed country, as if someone flipped a switch.
    That "switch" was the smartphone.

    🧠 What You'll Discover:
The shocking 2012 mental health statistics nobody talks about
How Silicon Valley engineered the most successful behavioral conditioning operation in history
Why your attention span is 65% shorter than it was in 2003
The "dopamine hijack" that's more addictive than cocaine
How social media is destroying your ability to form real memories
Why Gen Z can't connect authentically despite being "more connected than ever"
Concrete steps to reclaim your cognitive sovereignty

This isn't another "phones bad" video. This is hard science about what's happening inside your brain right now, backed by peer-reviewed research from neuroscientists, psychologists, and behavioral economists.
The average teen spends 6-8 hours daily on screens - more than sleeping, more than school, more than with family. Your brain releases the same dopamine patterns as substance addiction every time you check notifications. The platforms employ teams of neuroscientists who understand exactly how to exploit your psychology.
But here's the hope: your brain can recover. The same neuroplasticity that allowed digital overstimulation to alter your mind can be harnessed to restore deep focus, authentic connection, and genuine happiness.

    August 5th - 7th

Schumann Resonance Effects During Strong Activity

    Emotional effects:
    • Heightened emotional sensitivity
    • Mood swings or irritability
    • Feelings of anxiety or unease
    • Emotional breakthroughs or release

    Mental effects:
    • Mental fog or confusion
    • Vivid dreams or altered sleep patterns
    • Enhanced intuition or insights
    • Trouble focusing or overstimulation

    Physical effects:
    • Fatigue or sudden bursts of energy
    • Headaches or pressure in the head
    • Heart palpitations or racing heartbeat
    • Dizziness or lightheadedness
    • Sleep disturbances

    Why this might happen (theories):
    • Brainwave entrainment: Schumann frequencies are close to alpha and theta brainwaves, which may influence mental states
    • Sensitivity to electromagnetic or geomagnetic shifts: Some people may react physically or emotionally to these fluctuations
    • Circadian rhythm disruption: Spikes in activity may interfere with natural biological cycles

    Note:
    • These effects are anecdotal and not scientifically confirmed. They vary between individuals and may have other causes.

The Death of the Small Farm Is the Death of Rural America -- Epoch Times

The fight for our farms is the fight for our future.

"Modern farming is destroying small communities as we move more and more toward the “go big or go home” model—thousands of acres of the same monocrop, managed by one or two people on a tractor spraying chemicals. What used to be 20 or 30 small farms—each with a household and family that supported the local restaurant, gas station, feed store, and the veterinarian who served a few counties—is now replaced by a single sprawling operation with no animals, no neighbors, and no community.

"Over the past decade, roughly 140,000 U.S. farms have vanished, and it’s not just those farms that have collapsed—but the entire ecosystem they supported: diners, auction barns, schools, vets, and feed stores have all felt the blow. The economic destruction radiates outward—every boarded-up business is a ripple from a missing farm.

"Despite this, small farms are often treated as quaint, inefficient, and economically irrelevant in the modern food system. But the numbers tell a different story. Globally, farms under 2 hectares (about 5 acres) produce around 30 to 34 percent of the world’s food, while using only about 24 percent of agricultural land. That’s not inefficiency—that’s productivity. If you expand that to farms under 5 hectares, they produce more than half of the world’s food. These farms grow a diverse range of crops and raise animals in ways that serve local and regional markets—feeding people directly, not just supplying commodity markets or overseas exports.

"Small farms matter because they produce food where it’s eaten, keeping supply chains short and resilient. They’re often the ones growing the vegetables at your farmers market, the eggs from down the road, the beef from a rancher you know by name. They support biodiversity, employ more people per acre, and keep profits circulating locally. Dismissing them as outdated isn’t just wrong—it’s dangerous to our food security."

    "Read complete article at https://www.theepochtimes.com/opinio...aign=ZeroHedge

This is a very interesting article, IMO, as it reveals a change is now occurring where small farms are slowly returning. I think a lot of that is due to the organic movement and the MAHA movement may increase this trend. Although I am past the age when most people retire, I still work part of my day on an organic farm and enjoy the fresh air, sunshine and direct contact with the earth.

I work alongside young "woofers" (Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms, WWOOF). "The founding idea of WWOOF is to facilitate exchanges around sustainable living and organic agriculture in pursuit of living in harmony with nature. WWOOF provides a way for people to learn about organic food, farming, and culture. In doing so it brings together people who share similar values and philosophies. WWOOF aims to provide helping hands to its hosts and at the same time allows visitors to learn what it means to grow one’s own food sustainably."

I grew up in the 1950s in a rural community where families could live well on about 300 acres. I used to listen to the old farmers who explained how they previously didn't need artificial chemicals to farm. Every few years they planted a nitrogen-fixing crop instead of using artificial fertilizers.

Sadly, that all changed, the farmers died, their children moved to cities and farms were gradually consolidated and run by corporations. In spite of farming being a hard life some of my peers kept the farm going. It was usually the oldest son who continued farming so the rest of the children had to seek employment in cities.

Now the price of land is so high that very few young people can afford it. At least the WWOOF program provides a way for young people to live and work on a farm, eat healthy organic food and enjoy life away from toxic cities.

Stop Giving a F**k: The Hidden Exit (7 min)
“Once you stop chasing, we stop mirroring and needing people to mirror back our specialness, then you're free to build something real. But if you don't do that, you're gonna keep chasing validation and you're gonna build your life inside of a prison. It’s a prison made of mirrors.”

“Can you show up honestly when it would be so much easier to perform? Can you lose and fail? Can you be invisible, uncelebrated and still keep making something that's true? That's the test the world is never gonna hand you.”

“If you want to know who you are, you build that fire. You walk into the fire and you burn off the mask. You burn off all the fake stuff. You burn off all the needs to perform and impress people. You can be a good person without seeking approval.”
You are surrounded by seductive approval.
Once inside, the walls close fast.
Underneath that crappy performance, the self starves.
    All the philosophers saw this.
Ropes of validation cut deeper than chains.
Every attempt to please tightens that cage.
    Great freedom comes with silence.
On the far side waits real confidence.
Dare to leave. Few ever will.

Sad news, believable to me because it comes from the insurance industry, about slavery on the high seas.

Some man who spoke a lot during the Covid years (Dr. Robert Malone?), said that the insurance industry is the biggest industry. I have never verified that, but it seems plausible.

I have long read about slavery in the Thai fishing fleet. I think about that every time I look at tinned tuna. More often than not, I have caved to buy the Thai-origin brands, because they are cheaper. Makes me feel kind of hollow, so have tapered off eating that.

Quote Marine Insurers Urged to Address Modern Slavery Risks in Global Maritime Supply Chains

    Mike Schuler

    August 19, 2025

The International Union of Marine Insurance (IUMI) has called for marine insurers to heighten their awareness of modern slavery and forced labor risks throughout maritime and global supply chains amid increasing regulatory scrutiny.

In a newly published Information Paper, IUMI highlights the growing reputational and legal risks facing insurers who underwrite operations connected to exploitative labor practices. The organization emphasizes that while insurers aren’t directly involved in operational abuses, they may inadvertently enable unethical practices through insufficient due diligence.

“Modern slavery is impacting an estimated 28 million people,” said Lars Lange, IUMI Secretary General. “Marine insurers must be aware of the potential consequences of insuring unethical clients and consider integrating ethical underwriting practices to support responsible business.”

The IUMI paper identifies several high-risk sectors with connections to marine insurance, including distant-water fishing, garment production, and the maritime industry itself. According to the report, the maritime sector continues to face significant challenges, with the International Maritime Organization recording a record number of seafarer abandonment cases in 2024.

IUMI recommends that marine insurers conduct robust due diligence during underwriting processes, implement clear ESG policies addressing human rights, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve transparency in maritime supply chains.

“Insurers are one step removed from these operations and it is important to acknowledge that they often face practical limitations in detecting these abuses given their indirect role and the complexity of global supply chains,” Lange noted. “However, as far as possible, marine insurers should take a proactive stance – not just to protect reputations, but also to align the insurance industry with global human rights standards.”

The paper comes as legislative measures like the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and the UK Modern Slavery Act increasingly hold companies and their financial partners accountable for human rights abuses in their supply chains.
