    1. Breaking the Tension
    Targeted Individuals don’t exactly have the market cornered on stress, but they are the current highest bidders. Targeting thrives on tension. The body is kept stringy and tight, the mind is pushed into overdrive or suppressed, emotions are run roughshod. Breaking that cycle is necessary and once practiced the techniques that achieve this are seen with new eyes, a sudden recognition of the power we have been carrying around with us this whole time.

    The average mind keeps several worries on back burners at all times. The day’s events raise stress levels, and expectations of the same for the foreseeable future. This carries over into the next day creating a progressive pattern, and the targeting program knows this. It exploits this against us. These thoughts tie up our mental resources instead of freeing them for more important tasks. Especially for TIs then, the active practice of calming and serenity-restoring exercises is of paramount importance.
