Secondly, he should have just got out of the way, as he was not really even in the way since the vehicle was turning.

Actually he just went for his gun and shot someone twice from the side or even behind.

Even ABC is willing to admit she was attempting to turn away:

These people are basically hunters because they are warrantless:

Do not open the door. Teach your children not to open the door. Officers must have a warrant signed by a judge to enter your home. ICE “warrants” are not signed by judges; they are ICE forms signed by ICE officers and they do not grant authority to enter a home without consent of the occupant(s).

If someone reaches in your window and tries to open your door, that's definitely an encroachment that had nothing to do with anything. It would tend to justify shooting that person.

This was too provocative with a presumed impunity or lack of consequences, glib defenses, and baseless accusations about Americans.

I would consider it an ongoing form of turmoil if this keeps walking around wherever it wants to.

This remains true after hiring and for their entire career. It is the basis of the Department. Remember, these people are fighting Flying Toasters, that is, Imaginary Things.

We have just seen the version of events as posted at the top of the page is the one believed by Congress, and it is being used to impeach Kristi.


As to whether that affects either the Federal stampede or the protest marches, I am not sure, but it is a huge removal of credibility.

Apparently that area is still experiencing turmoil and the President has considered using the Insurrection Act.

Unfortunately, this is a poorly-worded accretion from 1792. Nominally, it refers to a request by a State for assistance (such as in Los Angeles 1992), but it has other vaguaries that could be used to circumvent whatever the State says.

Impeaching the director would do little to harness the organization. It won't willingly relent. Be careful because even if you are within your legal rights, you could get killed or disappeared anyway.

At a basic level, this attitude is ingrained in humanity, because local authorities and private individuals also act the same way. That doesn't mean we should give it any organizing power. And yes, we are basically legally empowering the worst mentality in the spectrum. This must be revised and replaced by that which restrains and limits.

The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a class action lawsuit to disband ICE, get rid of "stops by suspicion", and warrantless searches such as apparently using a battering ram to let them in someone's door, under the title Hussen v. Noem.

ICE deputy director left to run for Congress:

Sheahan's website states that under her tenure, she managed to hire 12,000 new law enforcement officers in just 180 days. She also touted that over 2.5 million illegal immigrants left under her leadership.

She will be running for office against Democratic Ohio Rep. Marcy Kaptur.

We're not talking about their platform. The issue is not 2.5 million illegals, or funds diverted to ghosts or inappropriate persons, the issue is Federal abuses of power. Mainly that it can decide what to do with no accountability. It's impeding the work of Congress because several of them are in MN to observe. Certainly a good impression won't be made.

BREAKING: Official reports from the Minneapolis Police and Fire departments finally reveal the truth about the killing of Renee Good — and the details are horrifying.

The MAGA narrative just completely collapsed...

NBC News reports that police files, fire response reports, and transcripts from 911 calls have revealed that Good was still alive when a Fire Emergency medical team arrived on scene. The report from that team stated that Good had "apparent gunshots" to her chest, forearm, and face and was "unresponsive, not breathing, with inconsistent, irregular, thready pulse activity." She was shot up to four times.

While Trump and Kristi Noem have tried to smear Good as a "domestic terrorist," it's clear from the footage that she was simply an innocent woman trying to extricate herself from a mob of masked men. The fact that she was struck by so many bullets shows that ICE officer Jonathan Ross wasn't trying to defend himself, he was trying to kill her.

This is what happens when you don't properly vet your recruits, strap them with weapons, tell them they're above the law, mask them, and set them loose. Bloodthirsty men sign up looking for an opportunity to inflict violence on others.

The first 911 calls from the scene came in at 9:38 a.m. local time and the killer fled the scene at 10:04 a.m. He wasn't concerned about the fact that he took a woman's life, he was concerned about saving his own skin.

“They just shot a lady. Point blank range in her car…. She’s f*cking dead," one caller told 911 dispatchers.

“I had to walk away because I have young kids, and ICE is everywhere over there," said another, painting a clear picture of the terror that ICE has inflicted on these communities.

One caller told the dispatchers that the ICE agents "shot her [because] she wouldn’t open her car door. Send an ambulance please, ambulance please.”

“ICE fired two shots through her windshield into the driver. She tried to drive away but crashed into the nearest vehicle that was parked," said another caller. Note that they didn't say that Good was attacking the agents with her car. She was trying to drive away.

Suspiciously, "large parts" of the 911 call logs have been redacted and blacked out (reminiscent of what the Trump administration did with the Epstein files). The covered up portions are labeled "Law Enforcement."

What possible reason could the authorities have for hiding details about this killing?

The answer is obvious. They want to tightly control the entire narrative around this murder so that they can paint Good as a villain and the ruthless ICE goon who slew her as an upstanding law enforcement agent. America isn't falling for it. They must release the full details immediately.

I find this quite disturbing. It is the President's private army that is committing violence against the people. The Insurrection Act was obviously not designed to protect the people, but for the government to maintain control by employing force against the people.

President Nygren Responds to Detention of Diné Citizen by ICE

The reported detention of Peter Yazzie by ICE agents in the Phoenix area is deeply troubling and raises serious concerns about the treatment of Native Americans and U.S. citizens during federal enforcement operations.

Mr. Yazzie informed ICE agents that he is a U.S. citizen and a citizen of the Navajo Nation and directed them to official documents verifying his identity, including his Certificate of Indian Blood and birth certificate. Despite this, he was aggressively detained and removed from the scene. This should never happen—especially to a Native American on his way to work.

Our Diné people should not have to live in fear of being stopped, questioned, or detained simply because of who they are or how they look. Native Americans are not immigrants in our own homelands. We are citizens of the United States and citizens of our sovereign tribal nations, and our rights must be respected.

I am calling for clarity and accountability from ICE regarding this incident and the scope of its operations in Arizona communities with significant Native populations. Federal agencies must ensure their agents are properly trained to recognize tribal identification and to respect the civil and constitutional rights of Native people.

Navajo Nation Washington Office staff are reaching out to Mr. Yazzie on my behalf and are actively communicating with the Department of Homeland Security and the Arizona Congressional Delegation regarding this matter.

Unfortunately, the Office of Vital Records cannot issue tribal IDs at the moment as the office remains underfunded due to the 638 contract having not been approved – that must change. I am urging the Navajo Nation Council to fully fund this office without delay. I will sign the legislation the same day it reaches my desk so we can immediately begin issuing tribal identification cards to better protect our citizens.

In addition, I would be happy to host tribal ID drives in Phoenix, Albuquerque, Denver, and other locations to ensure our citizens have access to tribal identification and essential documentation, especially for those living off the Navajo Nation.

The Navajo Nation will continue to monitor this situation closely and advocate for the protection of our citizens. We stand with Mr. Yazzie and with all Diné people who deserve to live and work without fear of unlawful detention.

I encourage our Diné people to take care of yourselves, stay informed, and look out for your families and one another.

The basic idea is that it is not at Federal discretion, but by state request. It comes from a time when Britain was a legitimate threat. It still had sympathizers here. There weren't federal police for anyone to care about.



A Federal judge has issued an 83-page order requiring agents to desist from force and follow normal protocols. It suffers the same thing; terms like "obstruction" and "suspicion" will be used by enforcers one way, people another. Here is the regime's response:

"This absurd ruling embraces a dishonest, left-wing narrative," spokesperson Abigail Jackson told Politico. "Here's the truth: federal agents have acted lawfully to protect themselves and ensure the integrity of their operations when individuals attempt to intervene."

So, while terms both in Insurrection and the ruling might be a little vague, the statement is absolute codswallop.

Whatever that faction says is inherently ignorant, and should generally be overlooked, and just replaced by something that might be a bit vague but not actually stupid.

The lies about Iran, compared to this, can hardly be more clear.

Everything we have is supposed to be about limiting federal power, not building a clone squad of control freaks.
