The formal complaint is hardly directed against Syria. I think they are going to give that guy an actual chance to be compelled or forced to submit to the kind of Constitution they demand. Above and beyond that, this is the accusation:

Quote The Rojava Jineology Academy in Northern and Eastern Syria has prepared a comprehensive report documenting grave human rights violations committed in the region by the Turkish state and mercenary groups affiliated with Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and ISIS.

The 34-page file was prepared for submission to international courts, human rights organizations, and child protection institutions. The report focuses on systematic attacks in Aleppo, notably the neighborhoods of Sheikh Maqsoud (Şêxmeqsud) and Ashrafiyeh (Eşrefiye), as well as in the Jazira Canton (Cizir), including Hasakah (Hêseke), Qamishlo, Chil Agha (Çilaxa), Kobanê, and the regions of Raqqa and Tabqa.

The dossier addresses a wide range of violations, including the targeting of civilian settlements, forced displacement, massacres, threats against workers, abductions, the release of ISIS mercenaries, attempts to alter the demographic structure of the region, and violations of the rights of children and women.

According to the report, in January 2026 indiscriminate attacks were carried out against civilian neighborhoods, villages, and towns across Aleppo and many other cities and regions of Northern and Eastern Syria. These attacks involved heavy weaponry belonging to the occupying Turkish state, including armed drones, tanks, and artillery.

The document also includes photographs of civilians killed in the attacks, noting that women and children were among those who were massacred.

The file brings together dates, names, location details, and photographs in a single consolidated document.

Zehriban Hisen, spokesperson for the Jineology Academy, spoke to ANF about the process of preparing the report. Hisen said: “In January, attacks were carried out against Kurdish neighborhoods in Aleppo by armed groups affiliated with the Syrian government and backed by the Turkish state. During these attacks, many civilians, (women, children, the elderly, and fighters) were killed, taken prisoner, or abducted. After HTS entered the neighborhoods, the fate of many people remained unknown. This was followed by intense attacks across the Euphrates regions, from Kobanê to Tabqa, Deir ez-Zor (Derazor), and Raqqa. We began working to document these crimes and recorded the violations that took place throughout January.”

Hisen said the report was prepared in Kurdish, Turkish, Arabic, and English, adding that it will also be translated into other languages in line with the needs of international institutions. She said ISIS was defeated by the Kurds in 2014 but stressed that the recent attacks have effectively revived the organization.

Hisen also said: “After the fall of Raqqa, they raised their own flags again. This threat is not only directed at the people of the region, but at the entire world. Documenting these crimes is of vital importance. Following our general report, we will also prepare a separate file focusing specifically on violations against children. Thousands of families and children have been forced to flee and are now staying in schools, mosques, and camps. This situation negatively affects both displaced children and children in surrounding communities, impacting their education as well as their physical and psychological health. With these files, we aim to become the voice of our people who have been massacred, and we will submit them to international institutions and follow the process directly.”

Hisen concluded her remarks with a call: “We call on all women’s movements, international powers, and child protection organizations: take a stand against these violations. Say ‘no to the massacre of women and children’ and ‘yes to peaceful and collective coexistence.’”

I like Rachel and her guests... here, she is having two topic... with her sort of understanding and observing, what is happening now...

Iran Proves It HOLDS THE CARDS Ahead of Talks + US-Russia New START Nuclear Treaty ENDS

Iran is making it clear that it holds the cards ahead of planned talks with the U.S., as Tehran chose the venue and the topic, and has refused to allow discussions on it ballistic missile program or its support for the Axis of Resistance in the region.

This, as the U.S. and Russia just agreed to resume military-to-military talks. But they have yet to reach an agreement on what's next, as New START, the last remaining nuclear arms treaty between the two countries, just expired...

Interesting talk Napolitano and Max Blumenthal... always love to listen... specially these moments... how Trump is involved in these very serious politics and conflicts ... and how specially Israel and the CIA wanted him in office 2025 and onward....
Trump is always known as a forceful bully... we remembered him from first administration... who does not care, how many would die if something happen... only if it would effect his poll numbers... I do not respect this man!!!!

A Zionist dies and meets God, and asks him, "Is it wrong to commit a genocide of Palestinians?"

    "Yes," God replies.

"Damn," says the Zionist. "Anti-Semitism is more widespread than I thought."

I actually thought (and I did read) that Iran had replaced China as the country that carried out the most executions (hanging) in the land, but I believe that the honor is still held by China.

I think this statement is accurate: Iran does not execute more people than China. China carries out the highest number of executions globally, though exact figures are classified as a state secret. Iran is consistently ranked as the second most prolific executioner in the world, behind China.

Iran: More than 2,200 Executions in 2025 in 97 cities, An Unprecedented High in Khamenei’s 37-Year Criminal Rule

    • The number of executions in 2025 is approximately 120% higher than in 2024 (1,006 executions), 160% higher than in 2023 (853 executions), and 280% higher than in 2022 (582 executions).
    • The pace of executions accelerated unprecedentedly in the second half of 2025. The number of executions in the last six months of the year was more than double that of the first six months. So far, 376 executions have been recorded in December 2025, a figure unprecedented in the last 37 years.
    • The victims of Khamenei’s execution machine in 2025 were hanged in 97 cities across 31 provinces, compared to 77 cities last year. The purpose of this expansion is to spread an atmosphere of terror to more parts of the country. Meanwhile, recording executions in remote prisons and small towns is far more difficult, meaning many victims and their places of execution could not be identified.
    • Among those executed were at least 64 women, nearly double the number from the previous year (34 women executed in 2024). In 2025, six juvenile offenders were also executed.
    • This year, 13 victims were hanged in public with unimaginable cruelty, nearly three times the number from the previous year (5 public executions).
    • The victims spanned all age groups, from 18-year-old youths to 71-year-old individuals. The average age of the 881 executed individuals whose age is known is 36.
    • The issuance of death sentences against political prisoners on charges of membership in the PMOI significantly increased in 2025. Currently, 18 political prisoners—who were either sentenced to death on this charge in 2025 or had their sentences upheld by the regime’s Supreme Court this year—are awaiting execution. They are between 22 and 68 years old.

    • The sham trial in absentia against 104 members and officials of the Resistance, which has been ongoing for two and a half years, is paving the way for more executions and terrorist acts against members and supporters of the PMOI inside and outside Iran. This kangaroo court has also declared participation in PMOI demonstrations abroad as ‘baghi’ (armed rebellion), a charge punishable by death.
    • In 2025, the anti-execution movement in Iran expanded unprecedentedly. As part of the ‘No to Execution Tuesdays’ campaign, prisoners in 55 prisons have gone on hunger strike every Tuesday. The campaign, which began on January 29, 2024, in Ghezel Hesar Prison, and passed its 101st week yesterday.

    Nothing changed:

Quote US Congresswoman Delia Ramirez says there is currently no ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, stating that Washington is contributing to ongoing violence against the Palestinians in the war-ravaged coastal territory by providing military aid to the Tel Aviv regime.

“There is no ceasefire in Gaza. US-supplied bombs are still being used to murder Palestinians,” Ramirez wrote in a post on the US social media platform X, sharing a report that said Israeli strikes killed at least 30 Palestinians, including several children, last week in the besieged area despite a ceasefire.

Ramirez called on legislators to exercise their congressional authority regarding US foreign military aid and to back her proposed legislation, known as Block The Bombs Act.

    In Syria, nothing changed:

Quote The Kobanê Administration stated that despite the promises made by representatives of the transitional government in Damascus during a meeting held in Aleppo, no concrete steps have been taken to date.

    Speaking of one toad:

Quote A former member of Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s personal security team has revealed violent incidents within his family, revealing Netanyahu’s son was involved in a violent confrontation with his father.

Ami Dror, who once headed Netanyahu’s security team, shared shocking details about Netanyahu’s wife and son during a podcast interview with Israeli newspaper Maariv.

He said Yair was involved in a violent confrontation with his father that required intervention by those present. Dror described the incident as a serious confrontation rather than a minor dispute.

In the same interview, Dror offered a harsh personal assessment of Netanyahu, saying the Israeli prime minister “was never an ethical person."

He described Netanyahu as someone who “eats at restaurants and doesn’t pay, dumping the expenses on others,” adding that “power only made it worse, for him, his family, and the circle around him.”

Turning to his wife, Sara, Dror described her as “a malicious woman,” who consolidated power within the household and influences legal proceedings to protect her family’s interests.

The former bodyguard also reiterated that Netanyahu should face prison, citing that he has long been entangled in a series of corruption cases that have dominated Israel’s political landscape.

In November 2019, Israel’s attorney general indicted Netanyahu on charges of bribery, fraud, and breach of trust in three separate cases, making him the first Israeli prime minister to stand trial while in office.

The cases involved gifts from wealthy benefactors, discussions of regulatory or legislative benefits in exchange for favorable media coverage, and business advantages granted to a telecommunications company in return for positive reporting.

Netanyahu’s trial has continued for years, with repeated court appearances through 2024 and 2025.

In addition, Israel’s longest-serving prime minister faces charges of the gravest war crimes against Palestinians, with an arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) against him in November 2024.

The UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory reported in September that Netanyahu’s regime has committed genocide in Gaza. It called on the international community to fulfill its legal obligations under international law and hold those responsible accountable.

A private aircraft owned by Gil Dezer is used by ICE to deport Palestinians to Israel, probably in breach of law.

Impunity remains the factor that has ended civilization.

Quote Beijing has canceled all new investments in Israel, a Chinese fund revealed in its response to a lawsuit filed against it by an Israeli settlement in the north.

Israelis from Kibbutz Hanita have filed a lawsuit against the Chinese fund Ballet Vision, which controls 80 percent of an intraocular lens plant located in the northern settlement, Israeli news site Ynet reported.

A lawsuit filed in the Tel Aviv District Court says the settlement is suing the Chinese fund for $11 million. It accuses Ballet Vision of refusing to carry out an option to purchase the settlement’s remaining shares in Hanita Lenses.

The order targets all imports from Iran's trading partners, including China, India, Turkey, UAE, Brazil, and Russia.

The White House has not clarified what qualifies as "doing business" with Iran or how the policy will be enforced.

Default Re: Israel vs Palestine/Lebanon/Iran/Yemen/Syria: a New Middle East War

There is currently a "Disarmament" demand directed against Hezbollah, and here is a recent response from the other one, Hamas:

Quote A senior leader of the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas has firmly rejected calls for the group to surrender its weapons or accept foreign intervention in Gaza, pushing back against demands from the United States and Israel tied to the ongoing ceasefire process.

Khaled Meshaal, a former Hamas chief who currently heads the group’s diaspora office, made these remarks during a conference in Doha on Sunday, emphasizing that efforts to criminalize armed resistance and disarm Palestinian factions are “unacceptable” under continued Israeli occupation.

“Criminalizing the resistance, its weapons, and those who carried it out is something we should not accept,” Meshaal said.

“As long as there is occupation, there is resistance. Resistance is a right of peoples under occupation ... something nations take pride in,” he added.

Meshaal further warned that Hamas would unequivocally reject any form of foreign rule in Gaza.

“We adhere to our national principles and reject the logic of guardianship, external intervention, or the return of a mandate in any form,” he said.

“Palestinians are to govern Palestinians. Gaza belongs to the people of Gaza and to Palestine. We will not accept foreign rule,” he added.

Meshaal further urged the so-called Board of Peace to adopt a “balanced approach” that would facilitate Gaza’s reconstruction and the flow of aid to its roughly 2.2 million residents.

The US-brokered ceasefire, reached on October 10, 2025, mandated Israel to open all crossings into Gaza, allowing food and aid to enter and ending hostilities in exchange for the release of all captives held by Hamas.

While Hamas has complied with the agreement, Israel has continued attacks on Gaza and kept most crossings closed, thereby blocking vital aid.

The board, part of Trump’s 20-point plan to end the Gaza war, is expected to temporarily oversee the running of the territory, with approximately 60 countries invited to join at a cost of a billion dollars each for permanent membership.

Accomplishments of the "Board" so far are nothing, and may not be.

Due to such scenarios, here is an unofficial view on Israel:

Quote Retired Major General Itzhak Brik, writing in a recent op-ed for the Hebrew daily Maariv, argued that the entity is currently on a "road to destruction" that can only be averted through radical leadership changes.

"When I try to look ahead, I find myself asking: will the State of Israel reach the age of 100?" Brik wrote.

Israel was established in 1948 on land seized by Zionist armed gangs that carried out massacres and displaced hundreds of thousands of Palestinians.

In 1967, Israel occupied the remainder of Palestinian territory and continues to reject withdrawal and the establishment of a Palestinian state.

Brik said Israel has, over the decades, become a society “torn from within,” marked by “deep hatred between social groups, between right and left, and between Jews and Arabs,” a rift he said permeates all aspects of life.

Referring to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Brik said Israel is led by a leadership that “prioritizes political survival over the public interest,” describing it as “myopic and directionless.”

On Israel’s global standing, Brik said the country has increasingly come to be viewed internationally as a state that “provokes revulsion and rejection,” adding that many Israelis are choosing to emigrate abroad.

Data released on Jan. 28 by Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics showed a 39% increase in emigration from Israel in 2024 compared with the previous year.

Israel’s resilience is eroding across all sectors, including security, economy, education, health care, infrastructure, and science, Brik added.

It's losing population, so i. e. can't replace so many soldiers.

That seems correct, only radical leadership changes might salvage whatever is left of the uncivilized lands of Israel and the US.

    From Lee Camp

13 Ways You Know Epstein Worked For Israel — Or Else Loved To Look Like He Did

Let’s go through some of the most obvious links between Epstein and the apartheid state of Israel:
    1. He had close contact and some sort of bromance with former Israeli Prime Minister and former Defense Minister Ehud Barak. Barak met with Epstein dozens of times, consulted with him, stayed at his houses, and flew on his “Lolita Express.” Despite the corporate media’s recent hair-on-fire Epstein coverage, they shockingly never seem to notice that Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre (found unalive last year) said in court filings that Ehud Barak had r--ed and tortured her.

    2. Barak was also Epstein’s business partner in a high-tech startup called Carbyne. The startup involved geolocation software that could likely be used for surveillance.

    3. As Dropsite News reported, a senior Israeli intelligence officer even lived at Epstein’s Manhattan apartment during multiple periods from 2013 to 2016.

    4. Epstein brokered Israel’s security agreement with Mongolia. Do you think they’d give that responsibility to someone who was not deeply in bed with the Israeli security state?

    5. Epstein helped build a backchannel between Israel and Russia during the war in Syria. (Again, I’m sure Israel was in the habit of allowing any ol’ guy to create backchannels to Putin during proxy wars.)

    6. Epstein helped Israel sell their surveillance-state technology to the Ivory Coast.

    7. Epstein’s longtime co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell is the daughter of the late media mogul Robert Maxwell who was very likely a top Israeli spy. He was even given a grand borderline-royal funeral in Israel after his untimely end. (While on his yacht, he tripped over his connections to Mossad and fell to his death.)

    8. Epstein’s biggest financial patron and mentor was billionaire Leslie Wexner — a co-founder of “the Mega Group.” As journalist Whitney Webb reported, the Mega Group unites businessmen and politicians towards a goal of pro-Israel ethno-philanthropy (which is to say philanthropy benefiting a single ethnic group.)

    9. Epstein victim Maria Farmer says she was assaulted by Wexner and held hostage at his Ohio estate. The Wexner family has denied this — essentially saying they can’t keep track of every different person held hostage on their many estates.

    10. Epstein’s lawyer and close friend was parasitic slime mold Alan Dershowitz. Dershowitz also has extensive ties with Israel and was Netanyahu’s top choice to defend Israel at the International Court of Justice.

    11. FBI documents show Epstein funded pro-Israel groups including at least one settlement building. (“Settlement” is a fun and breezy euphemism for land theft.)

    12. FBI documents also show a source claimed Epstein was trained as an Israeli spy.

    13. And of course most people are familiar with former Labor Secretary Alex Acosta’s statement that he was told Epstein belonged to intelligence. He claimed at the time that that was part of the reason Epstein received such a sweetheart deal from Acosta in 2008.

But it’s important to point out that high-ranking Israeli officials vehemently deny Jeffrey Epstein worked for or with Israeli intelligence. And high-ranking Israeli officials are totally in the habit of admitting when the biggest pedophiles and sex traffickers in the world worked for Mossad. …Totally.

It’s also important to know that sharing the truth about reality is not antisemitic —no matter how much Israel may want you to think it is. I’m Jewish and don't support anything Israel is doing. There are millions of us.

Where do we go from here? We need radical transparency, media literacy, and a socioeconomic system that doesn’t put sociopaths in positions of power. I’m not saying all sociopaths should be executed, …but they should be marooned on an island where they can’t hurt anyone. …I think I know an island that recently became available.

    Vigilance is being maintained:

Hamas: Israeli Enemy Will Fail to Protect Its Spies

Quote The military spokesperson for the Qassam Brigades, Abu Obeida, said that the despicable actions carried out by collaborators and agents against our people and their honorable resistance fighters reflect a complete alignment with the occupation, implementing its agenda, and exchanging roles with it.

He added that these effeminate individuals only show courage in areas controlled by the Zionist army, under the protection of its tanks, noting that their treachery, bullying of civilians, and aggression against resistance heroes worn down by hunger and siege are not bravery, but a desperate attempt to prove themselves.

Abu Obeida pointed out that the dark fate of the descendants of Abu Righal, the agents and tools of the occupation, is near, and their end will be death and inevitable destruction. He emphasized that the enemy will not be able to protect them from our people’s justice, and they will not find in our pure land even graves to accept their rotting corpses.

He also extended greetings to the resistance heroes besieged in Rafah, who refused humiliation and submission, and chose martyrdom over surrender, affirming that their story will remain a lesson for generations, and their names will be etched in the pages of glory.

    Quds News Network

The Baffler reported that Israeli occupation authorities used Palestinian bodies for military and medical training in cooperation with American universities, including the University of Southern California.

The platform explained that the bodies sometimes lost their humanity after being held, as they were placed in unnamed graves or temporary burial sites. Documents also revealed the involvement of some American institutions in supplying bodies to the Israeli military for training in simulated trauma environments, without the families' consent.

The report highlighted ongoing violations of Palestinian cemeteries, including bombing, digging, and shallow burials, as well as forcing families to identify their deceased under difficult conditions. The platform confirmed that these practices have a profound impact on survivors and on Palestinian cultural memory.

Trump bombed them during negotiations last time.
Does he think we are stupid?
    Of course he does.

🇮🇱🇺🇸 Trump just posted after his meeting with Netanyahu, it was his SEVENTH visit to the U.S. since Trump took office just over a year ago.

No other world leader has this kind of access. Not even close.

Trump says "nothing definitive" came from the meeting but insists Iran negotiations continue and warns Tehran about what happened last time they refused a deal.
