Several US States have quietly enacted bills that allow ivermectin to be sold over-the-counter without a prescription.
This trend started in 2025, and there are many states with legislation in the works.

Below is what google AI says when asked:

As of early 2026, several U.S. states have enacted laws to make human-grade ivermectin available over the counter (OTC) or through a pharmacist standing order, bypassing the standard requirement for an individual doctor's prescription.

States Where Ivermectin is Available OTC
The following states have officially signed legislation allowing OTC or standing-order access:
Tennessee: The first state to authorize human use of ivermectin as suitable for OTC purchase (since 2022).
Arkansas: Enacted legislation in early 2025 to allow OTC sales in pharmacies.
Idaho: Authorized OTC sales in April 2025; it is available behind the pharmacy counter similarly to other restricted OTC drugs.
Louisiana: Allows access through a pharmacist-managed standing order, often requiring a risk assessment and information sheet.
Texas: Legislation went into effect on December 4, 2025, allowing Texans to request ivermectin directly from a pharmacist.

Many other states have introduced bills as recently as early 2026 to follow this trend:
Florida: A "Medical Freedom" bill was introduced in February 2026 that would allow pharmacists to dispense it without a prescription.
Utah & Arizona: Lawmakers introduced similar proposals in February 2026.
New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Missouri: These states have seen various legislative efforts throughout 2025 and 2026 to reclassify the drug.

    Hi Avalonians…

So one of my dear friends has had breast cancer a few years back and now she has secondary cancer in her stomach…

I just wondered if anyone out there knows if Ivermectin would be of any help?

Ps update. I’ve read quite a few posts here and also what I’ve read elsewhere, but thought maybe if someone had first hand info on this. 🤷‍♂️

Eric, do please see this important and valuable thread:
There's a treasure trove of information there about how Fenbendazole plus Ivermectin has resulted in many documented cancer-curing 'miracles'. All the protocols, dosages, etc are there on the thread. The thread is also public, so your friend can easily read it all for herself.

And also! Please do ask any questions on that thread, as we have a few members with some experience and knowledge about this.

    Hi Eric J Viking,

I am posting the following here and hope it also helps. Fenbendazole and / or Mebendazole have been used in protocol treatments along with Ivermectin for various types of cancers.

    Commentary account
🚨 Dr. William Makis MD – Cancer Protocol A powerful protocol using Ivermectin + Fenbendazole for remission, aggressive cancer, and poor prognosis.

    📌 Ivermectin
    – 0.5–2.5mg/kg/day based on cancer severity
    – Proven results: prostate, ovarian, gallbladder, brain cancer
    – No long-term side effects (even at high doses)

    📌 Fenbendazole
    – 222–1000mg/day (6 days/week)
    – Add: CBD, Curcumin, Milk Thistle
    – Supports liver/kidney health

    🧪 Real case studies.

After a year of intensive research, Dr. William Makis presents the most critical graph of his career: the ivermectin dosing schedule for cancer.

    @_Ivermectincure

According to Dr. Makis, for most cancers—including breast, colon, lung, pancreatic, renal, gastric, and leukemias—a starting dose of 1 mg per kg of body weight per day is recommended.

For a 60 kg individual, this equates to 60 mg daily:

    Five 12 mg pills

Or 6 ml of liquid (approximately one teaspoon plus 1 ml)

The evidence for efficacy is compelling and dose-dependent:

Dr. Shankara Chetty observed a prostate cancer patient’s PSA drop from 89 to 11 on 45 mg/day.

A case from Dr. Tess Lawry showed CA125 (an ovarian cancer marker) drop from 288 to 22 on just 0.2 mg/kg.

A long-term Castro study on children with leukemia reported no side effects after six months at 1 mg/kg.

For aggressive cancers (e.g., pancreatic or brain), the blood-brain barrier may require higher doses. Dr. Makis cites:

Dr. Landrito’s colleague with terminal gallbladder cancer: cancer disappeared after 14 months at 2 mg/kg/day.

The highest documented dose is 2.5 mg/kg (Dr. Chetty), with only transient visual side effects that resolved.

Mainstream oncology does not offer this treatment. Why? Ivermectin is generic, off-patent, and unprofitable, meaning there are no funded clinical trials.

    Dr. Makis’s powerful conclusion:
"Using ivermectin in cancer is honestly very straightforward. It is a very, very safe drug."
His strong suggestion for those struggling: start at 1 mg/kg/day. It can be taken for many months—even over a year—with an excellent safety profile based on long-term anecdotal evidence.

The power to fight may already be on your shelf.
