NBC is featuring the same news at:

    (also the New York Post).
It's LIVE on several youtube channels now, including BBC:

    SKY News:

    Here's the NBC article:
Former Prince Andrew arrested following Epstein files revelations
    Feb. 19, 2026,
By Alexander Smith and Jean-Nicholas Fievet

"Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office on Thursday, after weeks of scrutiny over his relationship with Epstein.

LONDON — Police arrested Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor on Thursday following weeks of revelations over the former prince's friendship and
Officers were pictured by news photographers arriving at Andrew’s residence on what is his 66th birthday.

Thames Valley Police, which covers an area in southern England, said it had arrested a 66-year-old man on suspicion of misconduct in public office, and that its officers were searching two addresses in Berkshire and Norfolk.

It sent the statement in response to NBC News' question about Andrew's arrest. It said, "We will not be naming the arrested man, as per national guidance."

Pressure has been growing around Andrew, the brother of King Charles III and son of the late Queen Elizabeth II, over his yearslong friendship with Epstein, the late convicted sex offender and financier.

Earlier this month, Thames Valley Police said it had been working with specialists at the Crown Prosecution Service, the independent body responsible for prosecuting criminal cases in the U.K., to determine whether an investigation was warranted into Andrew."

    King Charles makes statement…

In a statement, the monarch said:

I have learned with the deepest concern the news about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and suspicion of misconduct in public office. What now follows is the full, fair and proper process by which this issue is investigated in the appropriate manner and by the appropriate authorities. In this, as I have said before, they have our full and wholehearted support and co-operation.
Let me state clearly: the law must take its course.
As this process continues, it would not be right for me to comment further on this matter. Meanwhile, my family and I will continue in our duty and service to you all.

I ask myself if 'misconduct in public office' is a stark euphemism. Sounds still way too pretty harmless in the light of what this man actually did.

Too early to say for sure but we will soon know if and when we should start hearing things along the lines of selling of state secrets, using royal privileges for child trafficking through UK airbases, and many other things like that.

One can hope the scales of justice are finally tipping. If the Windsors still had full control of the state you would think they would have been able to prevent his arrest. That is quite telling imo.

On his 66th birthday too. That screams a huge FY to the satanic elite in my eyes. Who is next...

(This discussion goes more deeply into the most relevant details concerning the events that have led up to Andrew's arrest than many of the other reports I've seen, though it occurred just before the actual arrest. )
"Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been arrested at his home on King Charles' Sandringham Estate.
Thames Valleys Police confirmed a man in his 60s was arrested by officers on Thursday.

Assistant Chief Constable Oliver Wright said: “Following a thorough assessment, we have now opened an investigation into this allegation of misconduct in public office.

“It is important that we protect the integrity and objectivity of our investigation as we work with our partners to investigate this alleged offence.

“We understand the significant public interest in this case, and we will provide updates at the appropriate time.”

Andrew Lownie joins Jack Royston to discuss the background to the misconduct allegations the police are investigating.
The interview with Andrew Lownie was conducted before Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested."

    Update latest.

Andrew released under investigation after arrest on suspicion of misconduct in public office.

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is pictured leaving a police station following his arrest this morning on suspicion of misconduct in public office
The former prince was photographed reclined in the back of a vehicle leaving Aylsham police station soon after 19:00 GMT
In an update from Thames Valley Police, the force says that searches in Norfolk have ended
Earlier, King Charles did not respond to questions about Andrew's arrest as he attended an event in central London - watch the moment
The King, who was not told of the arrest in advance, released a statement saying "the law must take its course". Prince William and Catherine are understood to support his remarks
The arrest, first reported by the BBC, comes after Thames Valley Police said they were assessing a complaint over the alleged sharing of confidential material by the former prince with late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein
Andrew, who turns 66 today, has previously denied any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein; he has not responded to the BBC's requests for comment on the specific allegations in relation to the release of millions of Epstein files in January

I would love to know what happened in the approximately 10 hours he was held in custody (while searches were conducted of the two properties). I am sure he called his lawyer. I am sure his lawyer advised him not to talk. I am sure the police have very skilled people who can use charm to get him to talk (and are fully aware of his entitled arrogance), but they also made it clear to him that he is in deep trouble. I wonder if he tried to speak to his brother, the king, and if that call 'did not go through' (the law must take its course without interference). I wonder if his ex-wife will risk returning to the UK. I wonder if the police have reached out to the Trump administration to get permission to search the unreleased Epstein files for evidence.

In a way this is sad. Remember that a lot of prominent people in academia, politics, business, tech, etc. were communicating with Epstein, visiting him, participating in 'questionable' conduct. Andrew had good reason to believe that he was in the inner circle of power, which made him very important, and that he was untouchable.

Representative Ro Khanna also said Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's friendship with Jeffrey Epstein could bring down the British monarchy and King Charles III "has to answer what he knew." "
The Epstein scandal really should bring down the entire British monarchy. The royals have a large and powerful security protection agency that is comparable to the Secret Service in the United States. They would have absolutely know that Andrew was going to an island where underaged woman were sex-trafficked, and they could have stopped him then. But they didn't.

They have shown tremendous concern about how this incident is affecting the perception of the crown, and have shown zero concern about the victims of Epstein and Andrew. They pay 7 million dollars, not of their own money, but of the British tax payers, to slience Virginia Roberts Giuffre . The royals should all be held as a accessories to child rape.

what a fool, the Queen's 2nd son Andrew has been - and now he's paying the price

I expect he was lured into Epstein's horrible Satanic blackmail outfit and considered a great prize because he gave Epstein and Maxwell entrance into the world of British Royalty - hobnobbing with the aristocrats and the Elite - they must have thought it was their lucky day when they netted him!

Oh Randy Andy you've really gone and done it now.... and it certainly appears like he's being used as a smoke screen to steer attention away from Mandelson and Starmer et al....

I know he's done wrong - really done wrong but so far Mandelson hasn't been arrested and had to 'face the music' ...... will he ever?

One thing jumped out for me in this statement. Frogmore Cottage was divided into 5 dwellings, occupied by staff working on the Windsor Estate. The building needed updating any way, but in 2019 the tenants moved out and the building was converted into one dwelling.

'In the early 21st century, Frogmore Cottage was a series of five separate units housing Windsor estate workers. In 2019, it was provided to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as a grace and favour home by Elizabeth II, and converted into a four-bedroom-and-nursery single-family home at a reported cost of £2.4 million from the Sovereign Grant prior to the birth of their son, Archie, in May 2019.'

'The major renovation of Frogmore Cottage for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex took place over approximately six months, concluding around April 2019.'

Threat to life: false. The allegations may have been investigated and found to be fantasy. Cases like this can be messy with some victims preferring to remain in anonymity and put it all behind them, some accepting the risks of public exposure to seek justice and get a vile man and his co-conspirators locked up, some seeking public attention and a large payout, and some fantasists or exaggerators whose motives may be mixed.

This witness statement is meaningless without context. I have always been against putting witness statements in the public domain if they have not been tested in a court. Since many of the claims were settled without a court case, many of these witness statements have not been tested in court and may not even have been used in court if prosecutors investigated and found them to be false.

I must admit that there is a part of me that thinks that Epstein and his cohorts 'deserve what they get', and since most of them will face no consequences from the law, so what if there are false fantasist allegations in the public domain, without context? Please, do not let it become a distraction. Investigations and raids of properties and a search on all devices and online activity are required ... done with great civility, and probably resulting in few actual prosecutions, but if you associate with an evil creep, there are going to be consequences. I am probably sounding too harsh!

I'm not sure what all that history about the house is about. The events were said to have happened before 2018.
I am sure however that Andrew is a pedophile.
The Royal Family are not a glorified soap opera with ' Randy Andy ' being a semi -comical character.
They are & have been deeply involved in pedophilia for a long time. See Mountbatten ,Saville e.t.c.
I suspect this also involves S.R.A.
Testimonies such as above will always be given the time they deserve by me.
I'm the father of two now grown up daughters and I know that no right thinking person would position themselves over a child like that.

I'm not the one for back & forth arguments though, not my style ,so please don't expect one with me.

There wasn't a long wait for Mandelson's arrest if the Telegraph report is accurate, but as with Andrew, it remains to be seen if there will be any real consequences...

what a fool, the Queen's 2nd son Andrew has been - and now he's paying the price

So, Mandy has now been arrested for misconduct in public office - from the Telegraph though it's behind a paywall:

"Lord Mandelson has been arrested on suspicion of committing misconduct in public office.

The former Labour minister was pictured being led from his London home by plain clothes police officers on Monday afternoon.

The Metropolitan Police started investigating Lord Mandelson after it emerged that he appeared to have leaked sensitive government documents to Jeffrey Epstein while serving as business secretary in Gordon Brown’s cabinet.

The Metropolitan Police started investigating Lord Mandelson after it emerged that he appeared to have leaked sensitive government documents to Jeffrey Epstein while serving as business secretary in Gordon Brown’s cabinet.

The former minister’s homes were raided earlier this month, with several officers entering his multimillion-pound house near Regent’s Park in north London. Scotland Yard said another search was carried out at a Wiltshire address.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “Officers have arrested a 72-year-old man on suspicion of misconduct in public office.

“He was arrested at an address in Camden on Monday, 23 February and has been taken to a London police station for interview.

“This follows search warrants at two addresses in the Wiltshire and Camden areas.”

The offence of misconduct in public office carries a maximum punishment of life in prison.

Lord Mandelson, who was business secretary between October 2008 and May 2010, had a close relationship with Epstein and maintained contact with him even after the financier had been convicted of child sex offences.

He is thought to have shared documents detailing plans for a multibillion-pound EU bailout, Mr Brown’s resignation and the potential sale of government land and property with Epstein.

Files suggested that the disgraced financier sent Lord Mandelson £56,000 and £10,000 to the former minister’s husband, although the peer claims he has no record of the payments.

His arrest comes four days after Thames Valley Police arrested Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, also on suspicion of committing misconduct in public office."

Leaked Emails Reveal How Epstein Blackmailed Queen Elizabeth Over Andrew| Queen Paid Epstein £4 Million

Y’all… the latest batch of Epstein leaked emails just blew the lid off something people have whispered about for years… Epstein allegedly blackmailed Queen Elizabeth for way too long, and the reason wasn’t random… it was Andrew. Word is the Queen allegedly bankrolled Epstein £4 million for silence, and what’s worse? The emails suggest Epstein had so much dirt on Andrew that some insiders believe Andrew was operating on Epstein’s level. And the part that’s really shaking people inside royal circles? Epstein allegedly had leverage on the Queen herself.

New Ex-Prince Andrew Photo Is Key to Epstein Spy Theory

"A newly uncovered photograph appears to show Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the former British Prince, and Lord Peter Mandelson, the former British Ambassador to the United States, together with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, marking the first known image of all three men in the same setting.

The images are reported by ITV News to have been taken around 1999-2000, before Epstein was convicted.

Princess Eugenie has stepped away from a high‑profile charity role as the police investigation into her father, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, continues.

Anti‑Slavery International confirmed on Sunday that Princess Eugenie is no longer a patron of the organization, ending a seven‑year association with the world’s oldest human rights charity, which was founded in 1839. No explicit reason was given by either side."
