The deployment includes the USS Tripoli and its roughly 5,000 Marines and sailors. The ships are sailing from Japan and are expected to reach the region in about two weeks.

NEW: Trump rejected a proposal from Putin to move Iran’s enriched uranium to Russia as part of a deal to end the war.

Putin suggested transferring Iran’s ~450 kg of 60% enriched uranium to Russia.

Trump turned down the offer.

The uranium stockpile is enough for more than 10 nuclear bombs if further enriched.

Right now the only thing I have noticed that stands out is that Nevatim has entered the targeting gallery.


What stands to reason is this is a gradual process. Such as to say, even if Ben Gurion has been hit, part of it still works.

Nevertheless, it is significant that three of the main air force bases have been struck, while it would take innumerable passes to, so to speak, reduce it to rubble. Most of this stuff we aren't going to know anything about.

Kharg Island in the northern Persian Gulf, about 25 km off Iran’s coast, is the most important oil export hub in Iran. Roughly 85–90% of Iran’s crude oil exports pass through Kharg Island. The island has massive oil storage capacity: large tank farms and loading terminals that allow supertankers to load Iranian crude.

🚨NEW: Iran’s state-aligned Fars News reports on the situation at Kharg Island after the U.S. attack:

🔸 Kharg Island was targeted by U.S. airstrikes earlier today, with field sources reporting more than 15 explosions heard across the island.

🔸 The strikes allegedly attempted to hit army air defense systems, the Joushan naval base, the airport control tower, and a helicopter hangar used by Iran’s offshore oil company.

🔸 Thick smoke was seen rising from the island, according to on-the-ground observations.

🔸 Sources said none of the island’s oil export infrastructure was damaged. Iran had previously warned that if its energy infrastructure were attacked, oil and gas facilities across the region linked to the U.S. and its allies could be targeted in retaliation.
