The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan are assisting the Trump regime - and by extension Netanyahu - in preparing for an imminent major assault against the Iranian people. This is one act of treachery too many. The people of Iran will be unforgiving.

Israel NEEDS to put air defense assets in the UAE to give themselves early warning about 'incomings' but Israelis and Americans must have some difficulty in trying to spin this 'reality' to them.

Imagine you're the UAE and your Israeli-American handlers demand a meeting stating they want to put air defense assets on your soil, but to protect Israel - not you, while drones rain down on your critical infrastructure everwhere. Absolute black comedy.

That's the scenario that the USA put on Canada for decades, with several USA air defense bases over northern Canada (remember, 'the russians are coming'), which only put Canada in the line of fire.

Now Trump has the nerve to claim that Canada 'owes' USA billions of $$ for USA's protection of Canada. Fact is, the USA's war mongering and military is the most present danger to Canada.

Just had to get this off my chest. Back to topic.

Story of NATO and most things we do.

In almost every one of those scenarios, it is so the "friend" will get hit first.

In that sense, America has been on a war footing with Iran since the 1950s, basically using Israel for a punching bag. In theory, whatever happens to that country represents that much damage not taken by the US.

These are stale doctrines but they still govern.

The footsoldiers are those hired gangs. The military's not going to do that.

Come to think of it, what's the military going to do?

13 bases and 50,000 troops for decades amount to a waffle?

Oh, yes, the scenario the USA put on the USA. It's the same except we live here and no one will ever attack us. What is the military for?

It's not for anything military, it's a big money laundering scheme. That's what the Emirates are for. If it suddenly quits working, that is not in the plan.

US Strikes Civilian Boats in Gulf, Kills Five — Report

US forces opened fire on two small civilian cargo boats — contradicting earlier claims about targeting IRGC vessels, Tasnim News Agency reported, citing a military source.
“Since none of the IRGC combat vessels were hit… it was revealed that the US aggressor forces attacked and fired upon two small cargo boats carrying civilians,” the source said.
According to the report, the boats were traveling from Oman’s Khasab coast toward Iran when they came under fire. Five civilian passengers were killed.
“The Americans must definitely be held accountable for this crime.”
The source added that the incident reflects “hasty and clumsy behavior” by the US, driven by fear of IRGC fast boat operations.

This will likely turn into another stalemate. Two months into the war and the stated objectives have not been achieved.

These were not the real objectives to begin with.

The US is not fighting Iran. It's actually fighting multi-polarity. All odds were stacked against a swift operation to carry out regime change and the generals at pentagon knew it.

Iran taken out of equation benefits Israel for regional dominance and benefits US to counteract China.

    A round of downsizing:

Quote UAE deports tens of thousands of Pakistanis, seizes their savings

Authorities in the UAE are conducting a sweeping deportation campaign targeting tens of thousands of Pakistani workers, freezing their bank accounts and stripping them of their life savings amid growing regional fallout from the US-Israeli aggression on Iran.

While initial reports from New Lines Magazine placed the number of expelled individuals at 15,000, Pakistani sources recently confirmed to Press TV that the deportations are continuing at a rapid pace and now affect tens of thousands of workers.

The expulsions target Shia Muslims or individuals who have publicly expressed solidarity with Tehran following the recent US-Israeli aggression against Iran.

Those targeted are being expelled without formal charges or legal recourse. The systematic removals involve sudden arrests, phone confiscations, and transfers between various detention facilities before the workers are forced onto flights back to Pakistan.

Crucially, deportees are being sent back "without being given the opportunity to withdraw their funds" from Emirati banks, according to a Shia cleric cited by New Lines Magazine.

This sudden seizure of assets has left many families in financial ruin, stripping workers—some of whom spent decades contributing to the Emirati economy—of their entire life savings.

Mohammad Amin Shaheedi, chief of Ummat-e-Wahida Pakistan, told the magazine that following the outbreak of the war, the UAE government launched “what appears to be an organized campaign to deport Shia individuals from the country.”

Israeli security minister celebrates birthday with ‘noose cakes’
Ben Gvir has championed legislation which would introduce the death penalty against Palestinians in military courts
    https://www.rt.com/news/639386-ben-g...ay-noose-cake/

Israel’s ultranationalist National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir celebrated his 50th birthday this weekend, treating guests to slices of a cake featuring a noose. Attendees included several top law enforcement officials.

The cake was an apparent allusion to Ben Gvir’s advocacy for legislation that would introduce the death penalty for Palestinians found guilty of “terrorism.”

At the Saturday night celebration at Villa Space in Moshav Emunim in southern Israel, Ben Gvir’s wife, Ayala, presented him with a cake featuring a noose and the words: “Mazel tov to Minister Ben Gvir, sometimes dreams come true.”

The celebration featured another tall birthday cake bearing the image of Israel, Ben Gvir’s portrait, two guns, and a golden noose.

The noose paraphernalia was an apparent allusion to the Death Penalty for Terrorists Law, which was passed by the Knesset in March by 62 votes to 47. The legislation mandates that Palestinians convicted of deadly attacks in military courts be sentenced to hanging — a provision that critics say effectively exempts Jewish Israelis.

Sentences are to be carried out within 90 days of the ruling, with no right of appeal. The sentence could be mitigated to life imprisonment only under some unspecified “special circumstances.”

Ben Gvir and his party members had worn noose-shaped lapel pins for several months as a symbol of their commitment to the legislation, while the minister himself argued last year that “there is no such thing as ‘Palestinian people.’”

The law has sparked international condemnation, with Germany, France, the UK, Italy, New Zealand, and Australia expressing “deep concern” over the legislation and urging Israel to abandon it. UN experts also warned that the new rule violates international law, contend that it “effectively singles out Palestinians for execution.”

The guest list stirred nearly as much controversy as the cakes. Senior commanders in attendance included Jerusalem District Commander Avshalom Peled, Judea and Samaria District Commander Moshe Pinchi, and Prison Service Commissioner Kobi Yaakobi. Cabinet ministers, including Defense Minister Israel Katz and Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana were also present.

Police Commissioner Danny Levy permitted only the most senior command staff to attend, warning all lower-ranking officers to stay away. The directive came despite widespread fears that Ben Gvir could put pressure on law enforcement and undermine police independence.

Ben Gvir is known for his inflammatory views regarding Palestinians, and once boasted that he would do his best so that “the terrorists [in prison] receive the minimum of the minimum” in food. The minister has been sanctioned in the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, the Netherlands, Slovenia, and Spain.

UAE deports thousands of Pakistani workers, blocks them from accessing life savings: Report
Many Shia Pakistanis have been targeted by Emirati authorities amid a wave of arrests and layoffs since the start of the war on Iran

    News Desk
    MAY 4, 2026

UAE authorities have detained and deported as many as 15,000 Pakistanis, many of whom are Shia Muslims, without formal charges or clear explanations, according to testimonies published by New Lines Magazine on 29 April.

The reported removals come as UAE–Pakistan ties face strain following the US-Israeli war on Iran and Pakistan’s expanding mediation role.

The accounts describe a similar pattern of sudden arrests, phone confiscations, transfers between police sites, detention at Al-Awir, and rapid deportation on flights to Pakistan.

Sarah Ali told New Lines that her husband, Taha, was detained on 12 April during an overnight shift in Dubai after officers saw his name and photo appear in a police system.

“He was in complete shock,” Ali said, adding, “They showed him his photo and asked what he had done. Then they told him, ‘We’re really sorry, but we can’t not take your phone away from you, because they’re watching us.’”

Ali said no charges were ever presented against her husband, who was deported to Faisalabad less than a week after his arrest.

Many of those expelled had spent decades working in the UAE, where migrant remittances remain a critical source of income for families and foreign exchange for Pakistan.

Mohammad Amin Shaheedi, a senior Shia cleric and chief of Ummat-e-Wahida Pakistan, told New Lines that the UAE had launched “what appears to be an organized campaign to deport Shia individuals from the country.”

Shaheedi said around 5,000 Pakistani Shia families, comprising roughly 15,000 people, had been affected.

“They were reportedly sent back with little more than the clothes on their backs, without being given the opportunity to withdraw their funds from banks or settle their financial affairs,” he said.

Several deportees alleged that identity tracking may have been used, including Emirates ID scans at Shia religious sites.

Shaheedi said Shia identity had “reportedly been determined through biometric fingerprint data collected in the past, particularly during their visits to Shia mosques and places of worship.”

Others described harsh detention conditions, including strip searches, poor food, restraints, and physical abuse.

Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Tahir Andrabi denied the deportations when contacted by New Lines.

Migrant workers in the UAE have also faced broader abuses under the kafala system, which leaves them exposed to wage theft, passport confiscation, and restrictions on movement.

Their situation deteriorated further during the US war on Iran, when many workers were excluded from emergency evacuation measures and denied access to bomb shelters often reserved for citizens.

Delivery drivers, security guards, laborers, and other migrant workers were left exposed during the attacks, despite making up much of the UAE workforce.

Authorities had also launched a crackdown on dissent, arresting hundreds of migrant workers over videos of the attacks posted online or comments that challenged official security narratives.

The legal pressure came alongside severe economic fallout, with workers reportedly placed on unpaid leave, dismissed without compensation, or forced to pay for their own repatriation while trapped in an increasingly dangerous environment.

    No. This isn’t a post-apocalyptic movie.

This is what Israel is doing to Tebnine, South Lebanon.

A village that stood for thousands of years.

    Now erased.

    Israel didn’t just bomb it.

It wiped out every sign of civilian life.

Iran’s joint military command (Khatam Al Anbiya) has also officially DENIED involvement in any attacks against the UAE.

The statement says the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran have not carried out any missile or drone operations against the UAE in recent days, and if any action had been taken, they would have announced it decisively and clearly.

NewsReal: Energy Wars on the High Seas - Trump Admits "US Navy Like Pirates!"

Typically, the American president has blurted out 'the plain truth' about what his government is doing around the world - from the Caribbean to the Arctic to the Black Sea and Indian Ocean: behaving like pirates. This week we review, taking into account Richard Medhurst's excellent dot-connecting in his documentary 'The Petrogas-Dollar: The Secret US Strategy Behind the Iran War', the string of US and Israeli government moves this year to effectively 'ring-fence' the global flow of oil and gas.

As we've been warning for over a decade, the US was never going to just roll over in the face of Russian defiance regarding Crimea, Iranian resistance against Israeli expansionism, and Chinese 'win-win' geoeconomic strategy towards a multipolar world. They hatched a 'counter-attack', and Trump is playing his part to 'make America great again', which is really just to do whatever the US can to forestall or prevent the end of its currency's status as 'global reserve currency'.

    Quote of the Day

It is hard to imagine a more stupid or more dangerous way of making decisions than by putting those decisions in the hands of people who pay no price for being wrong.
