Default Breaking: Europe on edge — hantavirus contact case emerges

Is this the new Covid…apparently no known cure. 🤷‍♂️. Hey big pharma can you help? 🤔

BREAKING: EUROPE ON EDGE — HANTAVIRUS CONTACT CASE EMERGES

A flight attendant in the Netherlands has been hospitalized after contact with a passenger who later died from hantavirus following a Johannesburg-linked flight.

    Let that sink in.

    A deadly virus case…
    A live international flight…
Now a potential exposure inside Europe.

    Officials will say it’s “precautionary.”
    They will say it’s “contained.”
    We’ve heard that before.

    The real question is this:
How many contacts were made before this was flagged?
How far did this travel before anyone knew?

    One case becomes two.
    Two becomes a cluster.

    Watch this closely.

Because this is exactly how these situations begin.

Mario Newfal brought Dr Robert Malone on to his show yesterday to talk about exactly this. Dr Malone shares a whole bunch of useful and interesting information about the thing, and 4 minutes into the video he states clearly that this is NOT going to be the next pandemic, deliberately contradicting Mario's provocative video byline.

The reason in one sentence: human-to-human transmission is very rare, and it's just not transmissible enough.

Beware of the scare stories and clickbait titles! Dr Malone himself calls out the Fear Porn.

Hantavirus is one of the most deadly viruses out there. I remember researching it while studying biological weapons manufacture. The problem with Hanta is that it does not spread easily.

Also, the virus has a very specific choice of environment. In the North American continent it is only found in the deserts of southern states - Arizona, New Mexico, four corners area.

It may have been weaponized but it was always a very poor candidate for such an upgrade.

Seems like more BS by the deep state.

Somewhat ominously, the mainstream news has been running with this hantavirus hinting for quite a while now. I’ve seen the hints dropped for at least a year, how it is acquiring person-to-person transmission through the air now, so I’ve kind of been watching it to get a jump on what is happening, just in case.

Guess there are 2 types of Hantavirus, and the one that is on the cruise ship is Andes Virus, Orthohantavirus andesense, or HPS.
"HPS is usually caused by hantaviruses in the Americas, called New World hantaviruses."
Wikipedia tells what it is and what it causes:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andes_virus
    And
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hantav...onary_syndrome

Hantavirus That Can Spread Between Humans May Be Involved in Cruise Ship Outbreak — The culprit may be Andes virus, a type of hantavirus that causes cardiopulmonary syndrome
    https://www.medpagetoday.com/infecti...disease/121112
(Mainstream articles have now announced that testing has confirmed it is Andes Virus)

    This news from yesterday:
More than two dozen passengers potentially exposed to hantavirus aboard a cruise ship disembarked almost 2 weeks ago, several sources confirmed to MedPage Today, and Americans who were among them are now back on U.S. soil.

A total of 26 passengers disembarked the MV Hondius at St. Helena on April 24, several sources confirmed to MedPage Today.

There are about seven Americans who disembarked at that time and have since returned to the U.S., and states have been working to track them down for testing and monitoring, according to sources with close knowledge of the situation.

    — 26 passengers disembarked the ship at St. Helena on April 24
    https://www.medpagetoday.com/special...lusives/121146

According to this journal article, it is not something brand new, and they noticed it in 2018
    https://journals.plos.org/plosntds/a...l.pntd.0013205

And, it appears they have been working on another MRNA vaccine for it for a while now:
    https://assets-eu.researchsquare.com...6534f5dbb0.pdf

Also, more pandemic drill exercises popped up in late 2025 and early 2026, when you search "pandemic drills", like "Exercise Pegasus" in the UK and various other countries:
    https://fullfact.org/health/exercise...itis-outbreak/

As we learned from Covid, it might be wise to take note of the signals and start a bit of research just in case, for preparedness, as they are saying this Andes Virus has a really high mortality rate, whether fear porn, fake, gain of function work, who knows?

So, below is a bit of very tentative things I found yesterday:

First is a respected medical researcher's words, copied, that I found in a discussion on Medpage yesterday:
"Gemini says WHO is considering a "Beauchamp-Benfo" rx to prevent infection and conversion of the first GI system phase into the ARDS phase. If so, I suggest they try Benfotiamine 300 mg qid x five days ---> 300 mg tid x five days ---> 300 mg bid x 5 days ---> 300 mg qd x five days AND all medical personnel interacting with those left on the ship should take Benfotiamine 300 mg tid. IMO the key to prevention and early treatment is to prevent significant redox destabilization from crosstalk between inflammation and oxidative stress. If unable to take po and very sick suggest the following order:
Thiamine 500 mg in 100 cc NS IV piggyback over 30 minutes q8 hr times 48 to 72 hr"

    And from August 2025:
Notably, ANDV infection induced stronger host transcriptional changes, promoted cell injury and inflammatory responses, and suppressed lipid metabolic pathways in lung epithelial cells. Further drug testing and pharmacotranscriptomic analysis identified effective inhibitors of ANDV infection, including urolithin B, that restored cellular metabolism with minimal transcriptional disruption. This study provides a comparative framework for understanding hantavirus cell tropism and host responses and highlights potential antiviral candidates for treating these severe viral infections.

Once this drug testing methodology was established, we subsequently tested the antiviral effectiveness of nucleoside analogs (favipiravir [76] and 6-azauridine [6AZA [77]]), as well as herbal compounds (silymarin [78] and urolithin [79]), which have been shown to possess antioxidant properties (S5 Table). We observed that these compounds imparted changes that significantly inhibited ANDV genome replication and infection at non-cytotoxic dose levels (Figs 6A-6B, S4D).

(the bolded supplements above are all readily available to the general public, in the US anyway)

Not saying it's fake or real but the use of 33 in the title of today's WSJ article definitely alludes to who's behind it:

The 33-Day ‘Atlantic Odyssey’ That Turned Into a Hantavirus Nightmare

Days onboard the MV Hondius were filled with exercise classes and stargazing, until three deaths brought the expedition to a halt

I remember Krzysztof saying something about this a couple of months ago.

Quote Biological attacks in Europe — disguised as disease outbreaks
Quote "There will be poisonings in Europe. Suddenly, strange disease outbreaks will start appearing in Europe. Doctors will talk about a disease, the media will talk about a disease, but it won't actually be a disease. It'll be a biological attack on people... What they'll call a disease will actually turn out to be a biological attack. At first they'll talk about outbreaks of a sudden, strange, and dangerous illness, but soon they'll start saying these are biological attacks on people, and it'll happen in Europe too."

CDC teams will meet Americans on hantavirus-stricken ship at Nebraska quarantine unit and in Canary Islands

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is dispatching staffers to meet the hantavirus-stricken cruise ship in the Canary Islands, with plans to escort its American passengers back to the US aboard a charter flight, four sources familiar with the matter told CNN.

Another CDC team has been dispatched to meet the passengers in Nebraska, one source said. Passengers are expected to be placed into quarantine there as part of an effort to ensure that the virus does not have a chance to spread, two sources said. Nebraska is home to the National Quarantine Unit, a federally funded quarantine facility, as well as the Nebraska Biocontainment Unit.

“Nebraska Medicine and UNMC remain in close coordination with national partners regarding the evolving situation with the hantavirus outbreak on the MV Hondius cruise ship,” Nebraska Medicine said in a statement. “We cannot discuss specific communications at this time, but, our specialized teams, including the Nebraska Biocontainment Unit and National Quarantine Unit, are staffed and ready, if needed, to safely provide care while protecting our staff and the community.”

The US State Department is arranging the repatriation flight in coordination with the CDC, US Department of Health and Human Services and government of Spain, a State Department spokesperson confirmed.

The department is “in direct communication with Americans on board and are prepared to provide consular assistance as soon as the ship arrives in Tenerife, Spain,” the State Department spokesperson said.

One source said the charter is a specialized aircraft with a biocontainment unit, similar to those used during Covid-19 evacuations.

I just read from our news that two Finnish individuals were on that same flight where someone was allegedly ill and well, you know, might have been exposed to that or whatever. So it's already here then. Put on your masks! Pandemic is here again. All those wars weren't good enough?

I'll just leave this news article here so you can read/view it

Where did they come up with that incubation time which might be 8 weeks?

Here is a Hantavirus Fact Sheet and a web archive link from the San Juan Basin Health Department stating that the virus is not contagious (not passed from person to person).

Quote Surveys have found the virus in deer mouse populations in Colorado, and in pocket, pinion and harvest mice in other areas. The virus is not contagious (passed from person to person).

Here are the symptoms to watch for, from the link above:

    Quote SYMPTOMS:
Early symptoms begin 1 to 6 weeks after exposure, and include a fever and body aches, particularly leg and back aches. Nausea, vomiting and headache may also be present. A cough and shortness of breath develop 2 to 5 days later. A sore throat, sneezing, runny nose and sinus congestion are not typical hantavirus symptoms.
A blood test for platelet level should be done by your doctor during the first few days of symptoms to determine if infection has occurred. Early diagnosis and treatment greatly increase the chance of survival from the disease.
So the question is how it's spreading if it's not through human-to-human transmission, maybe via some special homemade rodent dust?

Reminds me of a British comedy sketch I once watched.

I suspect all the hubbub is caused by the remote possibility that this type of hantavirus could possibly be the same strain that appeared to have human-to-thuman transmission in a 2018 outbreak in village of Epuyen, Argentina.

"From November 2018 through February 2019, person-to-person transmission of Andes virus (ANDV) hantavirus pulmonary syndrome occurred in Chubut Province, Argentina, and resulted in 34 confirmed infections and 11 deaths."
    and
"the strain that was present (Epuyén/18–19) was similar to the causative strain (Epilink/96) in the first known person-to-person transmission of hantavirus pulmonary syndrome caused by ANDV, which occurred in El Bolsón, Argentina, in 1996."

    ---------------

"An elderly man had just started running a fever when he walked into a birthday party in the Argentine village of Epuyen in 2018.

The 2018 outbreak began when a 68-year-old Epuyen resident became infected with the Andes strain, likely while coming into contact with rodent urine, droppings or saliva near his home.

This is normally how humans catch hantavirus—Andes being the only strain known to spread between humans.

On November 3, 2018, the man attended a birthday party for 90 minutes along with around 100 other people in the village in Argentina's Chubut Province, near the Chilean border.

Five people who had contact with him developed symptoms in the following weeks, according to the 2020 study in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Three symptomatic people—dubbed "super-spreaders"—accounted for two-thirds of infections.

One then infected six people "because of his active social life," the study said. He died 16 days after displaying symptoms.

His wife, the third super-spreader, was feeling ill when she attended his wake, where 10 more people were infected.

Back at the party, a reconstruction of the scene determined that the first patient sat at a table within a meter (just over three feet) of several people he infected.

However, the man merely crossed paths with another on the way to the bathroom, saying "Hello" as he went, the study said.

During the outbreak, people appeared to be infected mostly "through inhalation of droplets," it added."

Here's a sensible post from an individual on X who does seem to know what they are talking about - stop panicking folks

    ___________________________
I'm coming out of private because this hantavirus thing is getting ridiculous. Before I explain the facts of the virus, here's why you should listen to me: Unlike most of the people on my feed, I am a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear defense officer. My job is to ensure that large, closely-packed groups of people are not infected by diseases both endemic to the environment and manufactured by an enemy.

Andes hantavirus has an extremely low transmissibility rate. You need to be in prolonged, close contact with someone to catch it. Transmission between humans is documented but so rare that it is considered exceptional. This is not COVID (for example, the common cold is a type of coronavirus).

The 40% mortality rate figure is also a distortion of reality. The disease is treatable and anywhere with an adequate hospital can save you – rates are between 1-15%. This 40% rate is because Andean hantavirus is endemic to a region with very poor access to medical care. If you live in a developed country, you have nothing to worry about. (https://cdc.gov/hantavirus/about/index.html)

The chances of the virus mutating to become more infectious are low, but not impossible. If it does become more infectious, it will also become less lethal. This is a basic, natural evolutionary tradeoff to ensure the virus's propagation.

Of seven suspected (two confirmed) cases, three have already died. Based on the case timeline, they likely contracted the disease in Argentina before boarding (they boarded on April 1 and first showed symptoms on April 6 – the virus takes at least one week to show symptoms). That leaves four people who could possibly transmit the virus, all of whom are hospitalized. (https://who.int/emergencies/disease-...em/2026-DON599)

The flight attendant had minimal if any contact with the infected passenger who was removed and isolated before the plane took off. Her symptoms also onset far too early to be related to this case. She has already tested negative for hantavirus.

If you have questions I'm happy to answer, but there is genuinely no threat to public health from this outbreak on a cruise ship. Don't fall for people fearmongering a pandemic for engagement money.

Thanks for posting the above Tintin. Dr John Campbell has also posted a video saying (more or less) the same thing. And thinking logically we're all exposed to rat urine just by going out into the garden or walking in the park. I recall reading that every one of us living in cities is within 7ft of a rat, which live among us, behind walls, in the sewers and drains etc.

    My pleasure

Anything I can do to, pardoning the expression, urinate on the hysteria and clickbait, I will undertake so to do Without having yet watched the very grounded John Campbell, hantavirus symptoms also appear to be another - of many dozens - of side-effects of the mRNA experimental transhumanist injections listed by Pfizer-BioNTech.

Some more here, slightly different angle. 🤷‍♂️

    https://x.com/MarkAttwood/status/2052687907824058388

sent to me by a subscriber who knows his ****: "I just posted this elsewhere but it's important to know....and spread in response to the fear mongering.

The reason the media are blowing up the hantavirus/pantovirus thing is because the WHO is about to hold its 78th World Health Assembly in 11 days and they need media attention to remain relevant.

In the last week or so the US has left the WHO officially, their "Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing" (PABS) agreement discussion has ended without resolution, and the Pandemic Treaty is still on the table and at a critical juncture. So they have very little powder for their big meeting - and this means their contributions will likely drop further.

So blowing up a minor hantavirus outbreak that has been ongoing since early April is purely political.

Important not to feed the fear but use the opportunity to shine a light on the real pathogen/parasite - the WHO!"
