As you can hear at the 25:40 mark, Clif is using the word "deflation" to refer to a collapse in the real value of currency, which he equates with what we commonly call "inflation" (growth of the amount of currency in circulation), and which happens repeatedly in debt-based currency systems, when the markets realize that the exponentially increasing pile of "IOU's - debt instruments they hold and transact in are losing real value. An essential property of debt-money based systems is that an exponentially increasing pile of debt is funded that can not be repaid in expected real value, suppressing further lending that would create the ever increasing amount of currency required to pay existing debt plus interest.

Once again, Clif is showing his linguistic training, using words with an awareness of their primary and historical meaning, rather than as the typical main stream media news caster uses them.

Clif doesn't mention this, but I suspect another mechanism being instituted to reduce the supply of circulating US Dollar currency is the three largest Initial Public Offerings (IPO's) in history, about a trillion US Dollars each, for Tesla, Anthropic and OpenAI. I anticipate that lots of Dollars will vanish in that process, as the value of those newly issued public stock shares will fall dramatically after the IPO completes. Meanwhile however, that large flow of currency will fund more mining, manufacturing, computer, and energy development.

Back to what Clif is saying - yes - the US Government is moving our Dollar currency

• from Federal Reserve currency lent into existence, in exchange for debt (whether the mortgage on your home, the loan for your car or college degree, bonds for the local schools and roads, corporate debt to buy back shares to boost executive earnings, or the US Government's Treasury bills and bonds)
• to US Treasury held crypto-currencies and US Treasury (rather than Federal Reserve) issued Dollar currency, supposedly backed by assets of US government, such as all the land and resources, especially in the Rockies and Alaska, as well as crypto confiscated from crooks, and tariff income.

After a tumultuous transition, there will be yet more currency in circulation, resulting in another economic boom funded by that increased flow of currency, while cutting out the triumvirate Vatican, London, and NY/DC FederalReserve centered bankster issued debt funded powers. The US Treasury will issue the new currency, claiming (and for a while this will hold) to provide above noted US government assets as the backing, not debt that the Federal Reserve lends to the US Treasury.

As an individual of (quite) modest wealth, this means that I will be (as I have already been doing over 25 years) moving my modest wealth:

from debt-funded stocks, bonds, insurance plans, retirement plans, and real estate,
into "real" stuff. such as:

• computer parts, my hobby,
• the basic tools and resources such as a car and trailer, that I use to fix things, drive and live in,
• continuing to grow and adapt my computer skills, and
• a wee bit of metal coins and crypto held in my private possession.

So the take away is that all physicists should be given mescaline before they can get their PhD.

It will repair their brains, clear their thinking of all that old crapola, and open up the doorway to perception of our actual common shared reality.

Not joking. We should make psychedelic experience a requirement for advanced degrees.

This interested me, as I owned and drove 3 different Mazda RX7s over 25 years and 500,000 miles, all with the Wankel engine, starting with the 1979 model.

I've always thought magnetic precession is how you get gravity to appear somewhere it isn't.

Similar to gyroscopic precession, but using magnets. This way all you gotta do is increase the wattage, and the result is an "invisible" source of force.

When the realization hits you that physics is just another 'soft science' is when you will finally see the paradigm change underway in humanity.

Only then will you understand the statement that consciousness exploration is the only hard science in this Universe.
