    White Privelege | Black Privelege

    Chicago Sky’s DiJonai Carrington finally responded to those criticizing her for posting "WHITE PRIVILEGE @indianafever" after being ejected for clotheslining Indiana Fever star Sophie Cunningham.

    But her response still doesn’t explain why she chose those specific words to post on her Threads account (from the locker room) immediately following her ejection during Saturday’s loss to the Fever.

    Carrington tweeted a retort to ex-NFL player and sports personality Emmanuel Acho, who said on his "Speakeasy" show that Carrington could not call her foul on Cunningham "White privilege."

    So, if Carrington’s Threads post wasn’t about the assessment of the foul, then what exactly did her Threads post refer to on Saturday night following her ejection?

    Fox News Digital didn't immediately receive a response from Carrington’s rep after asking that exact question.

    https://www.foxnews.com/outkick-spor...eaning-unclear
    Carrington:

    Quote “I’ve never once claimed that the assessment of the foul was white privilege (that was your assumption). Try exercising your critical thinking skills, I know you studied psych. Furthermore, I’m the LAST thing from ignorant or asinine when it comes to speaking on ‘white privilege,’ do ya research on that one.

    I actually went to school, one of the top universities might I add, to educate myself on this exact subject. I would never use that term as a rhetorical weapon knowing the historical and social weight it holds without having the proper evidence to substantiate it.”

    Copying this fascinating (and impressively well-conducted) short interview posted by ExomatrixTV on the Wokeness Epidemic thread:

    (And the YouTube comments are fun to read, too)

    ~~~
    • Woke Reporter SHUTS DOWN My Interview When I EXPOSE Her as a Racist:
    • "I'll just keep redefining words until I'm right!"
    • Imagine being this brainwashed. IT IS A CULT. Period.
    • This is the definition of a useful idiot.
    • She doesn’t think. She regurgitates.
    • Astounding that someone can be so passionate yet so clueless about the same subject. Zero understanding of what she is advocating.
    • Painful to watch. And she spent money on a degree, not an education
    • Not just racist, exposed as uneducated.
    • “You can’t be racist towards white ppl” is a racist statement in itself
    • We are being too nice to the actual racists
    • “It’s because that’s why” - the next generation of “academics”
    • “You cannot be racist against insert race “ is probably the most racist thing ever said.
    • Smug and confidently wrong, an astounding combination.
    • The first person to mention "Race" is usually the racist.
    • Imagine how potent the indoctrination needs to be for you to hate your own skin color.
    • They are like an LLM model that was trained on an awful dataset filled with wrong information without any supporting logic or information. Artificially Intelligent people.
    • In conclusion, it's all about how good she feels about herself.
    • "You can't be racist to white people. You can be prejudiced though." Oh honey, that's the literal definition of racism...
    • So her smugness comes from believing her skin color makes her better than other races; that's the literal definition of racism.
    • That nervous laughter is a laughter of arrogance and stupidity. The mayor of New York does the same thing.
    • "It's just how it is" is an argument used by liberals in literally every discussion.
    • A reporter claims "it is not possible to be racist toward white people." A few simple questions cause her to hit a logical dead end and end the interview completely. This is one of the most important debates I have ever captured on camera.
    • She doesn’t know the difference between equality and equity, wow!
    • "That's just how it is" ... Insane way to justify discriminating against white people
    • She is why the Department of "Education" had to go.
    There is a war on White people in the USA, unfortunately it is spearheaded by white women.
    It's such a strange situation.
    Edit_------------------
    I ran into this article a few hours after posting this statement.
    Southern poverty law center exec, a government funded entity with the job of policing through public awareness racism dangers across the United States apparently couldn't find enough racism to justify their existence and or force political change with far left liberal policies.
    No KKK no neo nazis, no problem, the splc will manufacture them and then place a spot light on the fake KKK and fake neo nazis to show everyone how evil effing white people are and especially how evil white men are.
    Who do we have here orchestrating all of this?
    A freaking white woman.
    Professor Glenn C. Loury is an American economist and public intellectual, currently serving as the Merton P. Stoltz Professor of the Social Sciences, Emeritus, and Professor of Economics at Brown University. He previously held positions at Harvard University, where he became the first Black tenured professor of economics at age 33, and Boston University
    He cannot make it clearer: equity is racist. People live down to the standards that society sets for them and, conversely, people (all people) live up to the standards society sets for them.
    The English VS British Identity Crisis Is Burying the Real Problem
    45:46
    "Is Rishi Sunak English? Konstantin Kisin says he’s British, but not English, and was accused of racism for saying so. Suella Braverman agrees she will never truly be English, while Shabana Mahmood says it never occurred to her that she isn’t. The media can’t stop arguing about who’s English and who’s British. However, the real crisis is happening in our classrooms, where children are taught to see belonging through ancestry and to feel ashamed of both English and British identity.
    Katharine Birbalsingh, Britain’s strictest headmistress, talks about what matters for our culture both at school and in the home. Gentle parenting and progressive schooling have replaced the values our grandparents understood instinctively. Whether you’re a parent, a teacher, or anyone interested in how politics impacts children, Strictly Education is your source for the traditional advice you can't find anywhere else."
    My view: If you're born in England you're English, end of, and ditto other countries. Kisin is right btw: He wasn't born here but in Russia, which makes him Russian.
    This argument is a slant on the gender issue imo and another divide and rule ethos. However, while people who were born in one country but who recognise their race as somewhere else . . . gives us more of an idea why everything in the UK in particular has gone to the dogs in recent decades, ie, there's little affinity or loylty for the country they live in. This is directly at odds with the way I feel.
    IMO it takes a long time to meet overcome race as an identifier, but it does happen. South Africa has a significant population of English-speaking whites (or classified as white). They do not identify with the British at all, although they feel comfortable visiting the UK. Same with the Muslim community descended from the slaves brought in from Malaysia, or the Indian people, who are descendents of the people brought to the country as indentured labour. Perhaps that assimilation is easier for a country that has so many different groups. (Only a fascist would say to any of these people that they must go back to 'their country', which is what Idi Amin of Uganda did. No one wants to be an Idi Amin!
    Speaking English, even as your first language, does not make you a descendant of the English tribe. The UK has always been a union of tribes (mainly four) in which one has dominated in terms of language at least. Welsh people are not English, even if they speak that language. The United Kingdom or Great Britain (which is correct in this context?) has grown to assimilate tribes from former colonies and now from other countries. I am pretty sure that if you dig deep enough you will find families who originated from elsewhere (perhaps during the time of Roman rule, for example) but who speak English and regard themselves as British. How long does it take to be assimilated and accepted as a member of a tribe?
    Basically: South Africa before colonial expansion consisted of the original Khoi and San people, plus a number of Bantu tribes who had been in the region for many centuries. Colonization introduced new tribes, the only one which still speaks its original language are the White English-speaking people. The descendants of the Dutch and the Malaysian slaves (Muslim) speak Afrikaans (a dialect of Dutch that formed and is so different that it is classified as a distinct language). The few Chinese brought in to build railways and the Indians (Hindu) all speak English but they are distinctive groups. The French Huguenots ended up speaking Afrikaans but giving their estates and towns French names. (They are classified as white and Afrikaners.) So, four (five or six) different groups introduced to the country during the colonial era who are still mostly distinct groups but are all accepted as 100% South African. English and Afrikaans are official languages (you win some; you lose some!).
    That is the process and end result that many in the UK are resisting. Will you be swamped by this process? Well, the Khoi and San people have been marginalized in South Africa, but I suppose that is what happened in the UK because English became the dominant language and will probably remain the dominant language, Protestantism the dominant religion, etc. Muslims and Africans (seem to be who most people object to) are very much a minority.
    Change can seem chaotic and can be very scary, but perhaps it is not bad for people to examine their identity and ask questions like 'What makes me British or English?' or even ''If I am Scottish why is my first language English? Fascism thrives in situations where such questions are being asked, especially when there are other internal and external pressures (economy, war ...). But, no one wants to be a fascist, do they?
