    Default Terrain Theory

I've searched this forum but can't find any mention of Terrain Theory, which supposes that viruses don't exist (and therefore vaccination is worse than useless) and, while bacteria do exist, they do not cause illness.

What are people's thoughts on this, based on your own research?

Here's a relevant book: "What Really Makes You Ill - Dawn Lester David Parker".

I've done a LOT of reading and my current opinion is that the theory is partly correct. I don't think that viruses exist per se.

Well, terrain theory sure seems accurate enough by just looking at the soil of gardens that produce healthy plants, and those that produce sickly, stilted, pestilence-ridden plants.
I'd imagine the human body's internal environment would be comparable.

Viruses themselves, who knows? But all kinds of things seem to be either build-ups or tear-downs of biological matter. We just seem to love labeling them!

    Brawndo anyone?

"Viruses don't exist." That's a new one. Wait...it harkens back to Medieval times , so an old one, I guess.

We have plenty images of viruses. Origin, definitions, causes and response can be debated, but they do exist and a body's immune response to viruses has also been seen. In my opinion, and affirmed by my experience, the medications people take mask the symptoms of a virus infection but it is the body's immune system that does the battle. I think of every symptom as a battalion from my immune system!

Rife proposed that illness is a 17 step process (might have number of steps wrong). Naessens refined the theory somewhat.

Since that time, because they destroyed all of Rife's microscopes, no one has been able to "see" the process in a living cell. Because our modern microscopes require the preparation of samples that kills the cell. We can only look at dead cells at that level of magnification. So no one can prove or disprove the Terrain Theory.

Sorry, tried to provide link to thread but there must be new protocols that I don't know about. Royal Raymond Rife, is the name of the thread.

(been trying to provide link now for 15 minutes, I guess I've forgotten how, yet the motions are automatic, meaning I've done it a thousand times before...)
    Note: link should work now

According to terrain theory, we have plenty of images of exosomes, not viruses.
Exosomes are nano-sized, membrane-bound extracellular vesicles (typically 30 to 150 nanometers in diameter) released by cells that act as biological messengers to coordinate cell-to-cell communication.

    Key Characteristics & Composition

    • Origin: Formed inside the endosomal compartment of a cell (via multivesicular bodies) and released into the extracellular space.
    • Cargo: Packed with active molecular instructions, including proteins, lipids, messenger RNA (mRNA), microRNA (miRNA), and DNA reflecting the state of the parent cell.
    • Distribution: Found naturally in body fluids such as blood, saliva, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid.

    Primary Functions

    • Cell Signaling: Deliver instructions to neighboring or distant cells to regulate repair, reduce inflammation, or modulate immune responses.
    • Tissue Repair: Support wound healing, reduce oxidative stress, and stimulate collagen and elastin production.
    • Disease Pathophysiology: Can assist in normal physiological recovery or, conversely, play a role in spreading signals related to viral infection or tumor metastasis.

    Medical & Aesthetic Applications

    • Regenerative Medicine & Skincare: Stem cell-, platelet-, or plant-derived exosomes are used experimentally and topically (often alongside microneedling or laser treatments) for anti-aging, scar reduction, and hair follicle stimulation. Read more via the Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology.
    • Targeted Drug Delivery: Engineered as natural carriers to transport therapeutic genes or drugs across difficult biological barriers (such as the blood-brain barrier).
    • Diagnostics: Utilized in liquid biopsies as biomarkers to track disease states.
    • Regulatory Status: While research is rapidly expanding, unapproved clinical exosome injections or therapies remain tightly monitored or restricted by regulatory bodies like the FDA.
