    Hi Bill,

    Some threads always show up on the 'right hand column' forum page and some never show up on the 'right hand column' forum page. Why is that?

    In your interviews with Jordan Maxwell you had Jordan recount three incidents
    to my recollection, of him having interactions with men who seemed to be off world with the idea that these off worlders were looking in on him.
    As if they had the foresight or recognition or even time travel, to know what his path would be.

    1. The time as a young man a girl brought him home to meet her father who arranged a UFO display and told Jordan to read Charles Forte's book of the damned because it was very true.
    2. The politician Washington DC type who offered Jordan a proposition.
    3. The area outside area 51 in Nevada where he saw a UFO show that was meant for him.

    With so much seemingly paying attention to Jordan, what was the information we should have been paying attention to in your opinion.
    What main thrust should we have understood from Jordan in your opinion

    Hello Bill, I recall quite a while back the subject of "Project Serpo" came up and you had some very interesting commentary on this, I know this is probably a little 'old hat' but I wonder if you have come to any firm conclusions on whether there is any veracity to this story, it seems to re-emerge in a kind of cycle, I saw one of those AI productions examining this story once again and it prompted me to ask you from the perspective of 2026 if you have any further thoughts as to 'how' 'if' and 'when' this all occurred: to me it seems definitely possible, perhaps this is one of those persistent stories simply because there is some truth in it, somewhere: what do you reckon these days Bill?
    So very sorry, everyone: I keep on reminding myself to reply to questions on this thread, and then I keep on (a) getting waylaid, and/or (b) forgetting completely. (Wade Frazier shames me: any questions on his thread he attends to within a few hours!)

    ~~~
    So first to Project Serpo.
    Yes, the whole thing was real, but the extensive 2005-2006 releases of info were injected with large amounts of silly invention that made a LOT of people roll their eyes and dismiss the entire thing. I've written extensively about it on this thread:
    The briefest summary might be that 3 astronauts (all men) went on the military mission, not 12. I was told this independently by Linda Howe, John Lear, Robert Emenegger and Bill Hamilton. Linda Howe once published their names, but I don't have a record of them and her post about it is behind her earthfiles.com website paywall. Only one of them returned in one piece: another died, and the third became mentally unstable.the mission (which was actually called Project Crystal Knight) was considered a failure.
    In this post on the thread linked above I recounted the fascinating story about how I learned the name — James E. McKeever — of one of the reserve astronauts who was 'on the bench', and didn't actually go on the mission. So Kerry Cassidy and I went to his house in Arizona. We'd not written or spoken a word about our plan to anyone anywhere, and only discussed it between ourselves when we were on the road in Kerry's car.
    Our intention was simply to hand-deliver a very polite and courteous letter in a sealed envelope. The message simply said that we'd love to talk entirely off the record (NOT film him), and we'd be happy to wait for two hours in a specific nearby Starbucks so that he could choose for himself whether to meet us.
    But when we arrived at his house, his wife was waiting for us at the gate.
    We could see the man himself some distance away up the garden path at the door of his house, looking on. He appeared tall and aquiline, just a little like Clint Eastwood, aged maybe about 70. His wife tensely took the letter (which she seemed to be expecting), so we very politely thanked her and immediately drove away. (We did wait at the Starbucks, but he never appeared.)
    Four and a half months later, I got an email from a very annoyed Christopher ('Kit') Green. Kit is ex-CIA, deeply connected with everything on the 'inside', and a close friend of Hal Puthoff.
    Kit wrote, inadvertently confirming the whole thing:
    Did you go to [ _____ ] to see McKeever with your girlfriend and a camera?
    Where did you get his name and address?
    I didn't reply. A month later he followed up with:
    I accept your not answering me about your intrusion with camera and recording device to try and interview the old man, as a private matter.
    Bill,
    Do you believe in God? And if so, do you think he has a plan and would you care to guess what it is?
    I’m starting to think he’s planning for a “better school” because this one sucks. Reincarnation isn’t even working properly
    Much love,
    Petra
    My best answer to this question is that absolutely for sure there are 'higher' and immensely powerful and capable spiritual beings, some of them extremely benevolent and 'Godlike', that are fully aware of everything that's happening here.
    (I took the liberty of using the plural, to account for the possibility that there may be more than One. But 'individuality' at that extremely high and advanced spiritual level may not mean exactly the same thing as we associate it regarding our own very separate human identities.)
    There may be a 'plan' (or maybe an 'intention' or even a 'hope' could better describe it), but again, my best guess is that it's not any kind of strict control. And yes, we do have free will — which as a budding civilization we're making extremely poor use of.
    I think we'll be equally freely allowed to stumble, fail, and fall, maybe very badly. But the earth will NOT be permitted to be destroyed.
    For a fascinating take on this entire topic, do see this post of mine on the thread titled Two ET civilizations: speculations to consider. It features a long extract from a book in the Avalon Library titled Sounds from Another Room.
    In the briefest summary, the author Sir Peter Horsley, who documented in detail a highly mysterious encounter with a stranger who may have been an ET, presents a fully plausible account of how billions of years ago some highly advanced beings had attained what we would consider truly Godlike powers, wisdom and abilities, and in that guise may sometimes be interacting with us right now. The long extract is well worth reading.
    Hi Bill. I found a story of two Tibetan men who, like you, found their way to the West. Not sure if they made it to the UK, but they did get as far as Normandy.
    Fascinating journey, took about a decade, ending as POWs of the Brits in ~1944. Press ganged by Russians, captured and made front line fodder by Germans, captured in the D-day business.
    I tried to post a screenshot of the pair, but haven’t managed yet. It’s at 4:44/8:03.
    My questions, hoping to learn either way, do you recognize either of these guys? Or does anything resonate with you in this story?
    Quote During D-Day, British forces captured some very strange 'German' soldiers, part of an Ost Battalion unit of former Soviet POWs serving the Germans. Investigations by two famous authors suggest that the prisoners came from Tibet, making them the most exotic of all the many Asian soldiers serving in Hitler's foreign legions. Find out the full and perplexing story here.
    Many thanks! Here's the screenshot showing the two Tibetans:
    I wasn't familiar with the very interesting story, so I'm not really able to comment in detail. But just as a couple of footnotes:
    • Whatever George Orwell reported can be taken to the bank, though as a world-class journalist he was careful to say that his information about this incident was second hand.
    • The British Army Regiment now called The Royal Gurkha Rifles (Wiki page here) is an amalgamation of four separate Gurkha regiments founded as long ago as the middle of the 19th century. The Gurkhas are all Nepalese, famed for being the toughest and hardiest fighters, especially in mountain terrain. And, of course, the Nepalese are closely related to the Tibetans both culturally and genetically. So such apparently strange things as Tibetans getting caught up in WWII is surely far from impossible.
    This is about the Chinese construction of Ecuador's Coca Coda hydroelectric dam, and many apparently serious and credible allegations of (a) poor engineering and (b) Chinese bribery in order to be awarded the contract.
    I actually know very little about this, as because of my primitive Spanish I don't/can't follow Ecuadorian social media or mainstream media reports. (And I don't fully trust the several highly sinophobic YouTube channels that tend to gleefully report about these kinds of things!)
    The main discussion in Ecuador right now, reported and discussed increasingly often in the only English-Language newsletter I know of (CuencaHighLife.com), is about the impact of El Niño on (a) farmers and (b) the hydroelectric power system.
    Both are a concern. Farmers in lowland coastal areas are likely to be hit by heavy rain and possible flooding, while those in the inland high altitude region (where I live) may be impacted by a long drought. Both were forecast to kick in at the start of October.
    The jury is out about the latter as El Niño is not behaving as forecast, as witnessed by recent heavy rain in Quito (which is way up at 10,000 ft), and the dramatic lightning storm that cut off my internet on Saturday and felled two large trees right next to my house.
    The impact on the level of the hydro reservoirs is one big question, including the Coca Coda dam. (At first, the worry was that there'd not be enough rain. Now it seems there may be too much. )
    And Colombia has just now canceled its own surplus exported electricity to Ecuador, which helped Ecuador quite a lot. That's because Colombia is of course also affected by El Niño and now states it may need it all their power there.
    I might not be understanding your question, but there are two slightly different search functions (different algorithms in the software) which work in slightly different ways.
    There's one (for threads) on what's called the Home Page, and another (for posts) on what's called the Forum Page. Both of those use the same algorithm.
    As best I know, neither of these reliably lists new posts or threads correctly. I never use or visit either of those pages.
    What I have bookmarked and ALWAYS use for searching anything at all is the little menu at the top left of any thread, which looks like this:
    My strong recommendation is to ONLY use these two buttons to search for anything. They're 100% reliable. Don't use the others at all.
    to my recollection, of him having interactions with men who seemed to be off world with the idea that these off worlders were looking in on him.
    As if they had the foresight or recognition or even time travel, to know what his path would be.
    1. The time as a young man a girl brought him home to meet her father who arranged a UFO display and told Jordan to read Charles Forte's book of the damned because it was very true.
    2. The politician Washington DC type who offered Jordan a proposition.
    With so much seemingly paying attention to Jordan, what was the information we should have been paying attention to in your opinion.
    What main thrust should we have understood from Jordan in your opinion
    Thanks, and I recall those stories he recounted very well. (Many others, too!)
    The kindest thing I think I can now say is this, with the benefit of a great deal of hindsight. Jordan really did embellish many of his stories a LOT.
    The problem, of course, is that this means in my opinion it's just not possible to rely totally on anything at all that he said. 70% may be wholly accurate and correct, or 80%, or 90%, or all 100%. But how to tell the difference and know which is which?
    I'm fairly sure he never invented anything major. But I do know he quite often exaggerated and inserted extra little details for effect. The great irony, of course, is that he absolutely never needed to do that.
    I recently exchanged messages with David Icke about exactly this, when something related came up. You'll know, of course, that Jordan and David covered much of the very same investigative ground for years. David was always very reserved about what he publicly said about Jordan (very little indeed), but he told me recently he lost much of his respect for him a long time back for exactly the reasons I wrote above.
    Around February, 2025, I noticed a major change up with threads and sub-forum categories being knocked off the front page (right hand column) because of the new configuration by administration.
    For example when a main forum section was added called “The Roundtable”, the Here and Now thread was placed within there which caused it to be knocked off the main page of newest posts. Also, when someone bumps or posts on "A reminder to please donate to the Forum" it's missed by many because it's placed in the “The Roundtable” section.
    IIRC, the same for other long running threads such as Up At The Ranch And Beyond and Surfing with Wind. The reconfiguration changed the viewing traffic. These types of threads provide a welcome balance to current event topics which can sometimes feel heavy.
    A housekeeping note: Non-members don’t have access to the New Thread section. Unless there’s a specific reason, then I’d suggest a reconfiguration of that tab/link.
    Bill,
    Do you believe in God? And if so, do you think he has a plan and would you care to guess what it is?
    I’m starting to think he’s planning for a “better school” because this one sucks. Reincarnation isn’t even working properly
    Much love,
    Petra
    My best answer to this question is that absolutely for sure there are 'higher' and immensely powerful and capable spiritual beings, some of them extremely benevolent and 'Godlike', that are fully aware of everything that's happening here.
    (I took the liberty of using the plural, to account for the possibility that there may be more than One. But 'individuality' at that extremely high and advanced spiritual level may not mean exactly the same thing as we associate it regarding our own very separate human identities.)
    There may be a 'plan' (or maybe an 'intention' or even a 'hope' could better describe it), but again, my best guess is that it's not any kind of strict control. And yes, we do have free will — which as a budding civilization we're making extremely poor use of.
    I think we'll be equally freely allowed to stumble, fail, and fall, maybe very badly. But the earth will NOT be permitted to be destroyed.
    For a fascinating take on this entire topic, do see this post of mine on the thread titled Two ET civilizations: speculations to consider. It features a long extract from a book in the Avalon Library titled Sounds from Another Room.
    In the briefest summary, the author Sir Peter Horsley, who documented in detail a highly mysterious encounter with a stranger who may have been an ET, presents a fully plausible account of how billions of years ago some highly advanced beings had attained what we would consider truly Godlike powers, wisdom and abilities, and in that guise may sometimes be interacting with us right now. The long extract is well worth reading.
    Billions?! Damn it Bill, it's stuff like this that gets me excited about dying. I can't be the only lunatic that revels at the thought of leaving this world. As for the reading material that's helpful for someone else but sadly I don't read anymore unless it's a project Avalon posting or a text/email.
    Godlike powers?! I hope I don't get any of those. I'm not qualified. I'm sure many people are though! Like I imagine you wouldn't mind it ha ha. Through my psychosis I was so persistent.. it was like something was trying to make me "be God" but I didn't want to. Then it got pissed off at me, as if I betrayed it or something.
    I want to be an Angel
