HURRICANE SIMON PARKS OFF MEXICO — Category 4 Storm Crawls Along the Coast as Waves Smash Towns
(The damage this storm is wreaking isn't funny, but the title of the video is ironically funny, if you are aware of who Simon Parkes is (and the kind of huge damage disinfo agents like Parkes can tend to cause...
A funny contrast also is in the number of credible information sources cited for the video, a practice which was never Parke's strong suit. )

    Hurricane Simon Parkes!!! Yikes!!

For those of you who don't know, here is The Truth About Simon Parkes

Perhaps he wasn't doing enough damage in his mortal coil, so his Reptillian and Mantid guides helped him transform in to a weather phenomena so that he could widen his trail of destruction.

But seriously, I do pray for the people of coastal Mexico that they are safely evacuated and their homes are spared of damage.

This is too silly a story not to share here.

    On Zero Hedge:

This Is Easily The Most Stupid Thing Ever...

A Council official turned up at the home of YouTube pianist Brendan Kavanagh - better known as Dr K - to investigate his 12-year-old daughter Zoe's pretend teddy bear cafe for illegal trading.

Yes, really. Stuffed animals, toy tea sets, play money, and a handwritten "prices" sign in a family property triggered a formal Bedford Borough planning department visit after a complaint about an "illegal cafe."

Kavanagh filmed the arrival and the tour. The official showed ID outside, then walked through the setup of teddies around a table with cups and cakes. Obviously, no actual trading was happening with real customers. Just a child's game in a private home. Threatening letters had already arrived from the council's planning department.

And the whole affair is documented for posterity on YouTube:

About three weeks ago I tripped up a protruding paver in the street and stubbed my toes rather badly. I had an x-ray which showed no break. Good. The hospital referred me back to my doctor. So three weeks later I'm still having problems and the doctor's surgery told me I could complete a self referral form for NHS Podiatry, which I did, and sent it by email.

Back came the following automatic response:

"Please accept this automatic response as confirmation that your referral form has been received. This does not confirm that the referral has been accepted or that you are eligible for treatment. Your referral will be reviewed, and we will contact you if further information is required.

    WAITING TIMES
If your referral is accepted, general foot care and musculoskeletal referrals will be added to the appropriate waiting list. You will be contacted when we are able to offer you an appointment.

We are currently receiving a high number of referrals. Waiting times for a first non-urgent appointment are more than 18 months. If you have been waiting for more than 18 months and still require an appointment, please call us for an update. Please do not submit another referral, as duplicate referrals will not be processed and may delay our ability to respond."

What?! Well I'm on wait list for family doctor over a year now but I don't have anything wrong with me yet. You need care.. if that was here in Newfoundland you could just walk into an urgent care facility.

Sorry to hear. Similar thing happened to me when my lower back went. They REFUSED to scan it to ascertain what damage there might be. Instead I was told 'if you go numb get down to A&E'. I spoke to a chap just recently with a similar experience. They almost crippled him. Currently a family member has a ruptured bicep tendon which is causing a lot of pain and discomfort and long term may cause serious problems. She had to fight for a scan to find out how severe the problem is and they point blank REFUSE treatment even though some of the medical personnel she has spoken with are shocked by the situation.

It is very hard not be despondent about the future of the UK.

Starting at 30 minutes into the video, focus on a scandal involving France's football star Mbappé, revealing the ironically funny dystopian paranoia that has overtaken today's China.

" China's Fifth Plenum is over—but the real story may be hidden between the lines. Xi Jinping's signature slogans have vanished, attendance has plunged, and sweeping political purges continue. Is Xi's grip on power weakening?
Meanwhile, French football superstar Kylian Mbappé sparked a bizarre political firestorm over a Mao Zedong meme. Why did the controversy explode on the very day the Fifth Plenum opened? Was it a coincidence—or a convenient distraction?
We examine the unusual political signals, the power struggles inside the CCP, and the mystery behind the Mbappé scandal. "

    Facial Recognition

Maybe the elite's way of maintaining privacy, but wondered whether this could be a way round facial recognition as some masks are so realistic these days.
