Thank-you, Calz_Avaretard, both for posting this (I enjoyed reading it) and temporarily pulling it (after careful consideration of the issues.) Thank-you, Selene, for asking the question.

A couple of us mods/admins discussed this (we're not lawyers) and I at least came to the following conclusions:

1. We do not have any fancy corporate lawyers sending us warning letters or any such thing here, so we have some space to do what we think is best.
2. I'd recommend an excerpt, say not more than 10% direct quote, along with perhaps a statement in one's own words of what you read there.

I say that out of a reasonable respect for the intellectual property of another.

I don't know if Bill will have additional (or alternative) thoughts on this or not. But if he does, I will certainly pay close attention .

However I would claim that fair use is allowed, and if the forum guidelines don't mention that, then that would be a deficiency in the guidelines.

Fulford uses the sort of model that many others now do in that they put out about 1/2 of an artical or interview as a "teaser" if you will, to induce the person to subscribe.

Anyway ... I will error on the side of caution and not post anything that he has not made public. I am not a lawyer but I realize that every "one in a million" are made examples of for (as an example) downloading music.

There are countless copyright violations on utube and I don't see anyone trying to shut them down ... but I digress.

I am sorry - I was almost certain that they did include a guideline on copyright (which I wrote as I recall) but the final versions must have omitted that section; there is a new section I don't remember which concerns posting of links to copyright material - which is a piracy deterrent.

All I "know" is what he put in OP (whether or not there is anything to it I have no idea).

Fulford has been blaming most every big earthquake on cabal weapons so who knows?

I remember this. I read what he wrote perhaps two years ago that Japan had learned about Bush senior's plans to cause an earthquake there. I may have that material in my files somewhere as I save everything he writes about. He has inside information there and is protected by some prince or someone special, slips my mind at the moment but do remember Fulford writing about it.

I will look just for my own interest and will post when I find it. I have to go out now but will look when I return. Emma

so how many $'s worth of bonds did this guy hold/sell? hardly anywhere near the 1 Trillion+ that china holds .....i wouldnt get too excited just yet although this clearly is a very bearish sign for the u.s bond market.......obviously the only thing keeping america afloat right now is the fact that china, japan etc keep lending them money........as soon as this stops its well and truly game over..........i still reckon its gona take another couple of years before this happens though........
