...that Japan had been threatened with the offensive capabilities of HAARP. But I also heard that the quake could have had something to do with the moon being so close lately. I'm not sure what to believe but my gut tells it's a HAARP event.

The quake was at 05:46 UTC.

The magnetometer readings at HAARP show no anomaly until AFTER 06:00 :

Absolutely ... and there were certainly earthquakes long before haarp.

My OP implied discretion was needed as Fulford, once convinced the technology was possible (aka the older video), blames each and every quake on the cabal. Whether or not he has specific information (as he implies from cia or pentagon) who knows???

I would like to point out one interesting thing about the incident covered in the video. Since he posted on his blog prior to the quake it would certainly lend credence to him being on the inside in Japan at least enough to have been aware of the warning?

Forcasting an earthquake in Japan is an oxymoron IMHO. Even I could do that. Its one of the most volitile places on the planet for earth movements. Can we not just have a natural disaster once in a while, you know we live on earth - sh** happens and sometimes its catastrophic. No-one is mentioning the poor Chinese who had one at the same time with loss of life. (clearly nowhere near as bad)

I am keeping an open mind with mouth shut until someone comes up with something substantial rather than *speculation* especailly from fear mongerers. Dont buy into the paradigm

As we know the Madrid quake potential is not a new speculation. Unless there is substantiated reasons to beleive the 2 are / will be connected - pftt

This is very important to be aware of. There are patent listings that I have seen for using HAARP technology to create a plasma lense in the ionosphere that can then be used to direct and focus HAARP energy onto specific points of the planet and thereby invoke earthquakes. That's the technology we know about, and there is surely a great deal we don't know about. Sociopaths by their very nature are oriented to keep everything secret, so they are not about to tell us what they are doing or how they are doing it. But if they have the power to do it, they will, and like all criminals, they will do everything in their considerable power to deny their responsibility (which is another well-known sociopathic trait).
