You know something? It's easier for me to follow a strictly philosophical or scientific thread than some posts in this one. Why? Since English is not my first language i don't easily follow the "slang" (same word in Swedish) and the jokes. Actually joking and playing with words are the most difficult things to learn from a foreign language.

Anyway, i'm "secretely" in a plutonic/saturnian way "using" all your posts for self-discovery and don't even have the time to report all the synchronicities happening to me. Also this was not meant to be a "serious" thread like going to a shrink or a medium but of course it would have been interesting to have an indepth serious synchronicity thread but i doubt i will ever find pple interested in that (my saturn conj moon transit just took off) talking to myself here, this transit might reflect feeling emotionally cut off but also an excellent time for selfscrutinizing.

Your real dilemma is that your antenna wants you to download the message behind all of Kubricks experiences
which cannot be done in a few minutes.
Watching and absorbing and then digesting Kubrick's movies is a time consuming task, but it is well worth it.
Besides, philosophical serious websites where everything is spelled out won't help you develop your intuition.
This village is the right place for you, so if a couple of things go above your head- never mind.
We love you anyway.

Everything that is written in the below article was downloaded into my head while watching that movie and that was several years before I discovered the article.

I think that the *topic* he addresses is of vital importance ... but don't think this is the best "venue" to bring it out.

Jay is on my "short list" that I can count on the fingers of one hand who really have a grip on what is going on.

Good to hear from you Ernie, and it sounds like you have received some pretty good guidance from your new friend.

Yep, stepping into the unknown can be a frightening experience if we allow it to be that way. It can also be the most uplifting experience in your life as you throw off old shackles. It can be both at the same time, but either way, it is a vital step to take on many a path.

I think it is actually where one's personal journey begins.

Ulli I am so impressed with your son's artwork, its absolutely gorgous. I keep going back to the site and looking. I love art and have been known to buy the odd piece from local artists here. My friend is an artist and years ago nearly got to work on 'Spitting Image'. Dont know if anyone can remember that. Anyway I might treat myself to something of your son's for xmas. literally drooling now! I used to be a complete comic book freak and it reminds me of some of the great artwork in some graphic novels I used to collect. In short absolutely fabulous!!!! Love it.

Darling Transiten I have loved astrology almost all my life, but unfortunately only the basics (like how my impulsive venus in aries and mars/scorpio coupled with my pisces sun,moon has always got me into trouble with the opposite sex!). Hiya ulli,

I know that this may all be somewhat after the fact, but exactly two hundred and forty posts ago, a significant milestone on this thread was achieved, that being the one thousandth post. I was expecting some amount of fanfare, an announcement perhaps, but this most auspicious of occasions appears to be rapidly fading into the annuls of this threads history.

So, the question is, was there some kind off prize for the lucky member who hit the jackpot, you know, like the lucky one thousandth visitor?

How about a flight somewhere, a holiday, I don't know.

By the way, that lucky member was good 'ol Heyokee himself, which may aid in the selection of a suitable prize.
