Default Farewell Colonel, many of us will miss you.

This is my tribute to Colonel Qaddafi.

Let's have a look at some info we aren't meant to see.

Why the West wants the fall of Gaddafi? An analysis in defense of the Libyan rais

Analysis by Jean-Paul Pougala – Africans should think about the real reasons why western countries are waging war on Libya, writes Jean-Paul Pougala, in an analysis that traces the country’s role in shaping the African Union and the development of the continent.

It was Gaddafi’s Libya that offered all of Africa its first revolution in modern times – connecting the entire continent by telephone, television, radio broadcasting and several other technological applications such as telemedicine and distance teaching. And thanks to the WMAX radio bridge, a low cost connection was made available across the continent, including in rural areas.

It began in 1992, when 45 African nations established RASCOM (Regional African Satellite Communication Organization) so that Africa would have its own satellite and slash communication costs in the continent. This was a time when phone calls to and from Africa were the most expensive in the world because of the annual US$500 million fee pocketed by Europe for the use of its satellites like Intelsat for phone conversations, including those within the same country.

An African satellite only cost a onetime payment of US$400 million and the continent no longer had to pay a US$500 million annual lease. Which banker wouldn’t finance such a project? But the problem remained – how can slaves, seeking to free themselves from their master’s exploitation ask the master’s help to achieve that freedom? Not surprisingly, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the USA, Europe only made vague promises for 14 years. Gaddafi put an end to these futile pleas to the western ‘benefactors’ with their exorbitant interest rates. The Libyan guide put US$300 million on the table; the African Development Bank added US$50 million more and the West African Development Bank a further US$27 million – and that’s how Africa got its first communications satellite on 26 December 2007.

"This is My Will": "Continue the Resistance, Fight any Foreign Aggressor against Libya,..."
Translated from Arabic by the BBC

"This is my will. I, Muammar bin Mohammad bin Abdussalam bin Humayd bin Abu Manyar bin Humayd bin Nayil al Fuhsi Qaddafi, do swear that there is no other God but Allah and that Mohammad is God's Prophet, peace be upon him. I pledge that I will die as Muslim.

Should I be killed, I would like to be buried, according to Muslim rituals, in the clothes I was wearing at the time of my death and my body unwashed, in the cemetery of Sirte, next to my family and relatives.

I would like that my family, especially women and children, be treated well after my death. The Libyan people should protect its identity, achievements, history and the honorable image of its ancestors and heroes. The Libyan people should not relinquish the sacrifices of the free and best people.

I call on my supporters to continue the resistance, and fight any foreign aggressor against Libya, today, tomorrow and always.

Let the free people of the world know that we could have bargained over and sold out our cause in return for a personal secure and stable life. We received many offers to this effect but we chose to be at the vanguard of the confrontation as a badge of duty and honor.

Even if we do not win immediately, we will give a lesson to future generations that choosing to protect the nation is an honor and selling it out is the greatest betrayal that history will remember forever despite the attempts of the others to tell you otherwise."

To think that a place like Libya could have such privileges, yet a country like the US, which was once a bastion of freedom and morality drains its people dry on a daily basis.
There's something that doesn't make sense. Let's go and poke it with a stick.

That was a very touching tribute Lord Sid, it chokes me that someone who strove to do good for his people has been eliminated, and even worse in the most degrading, anti-human way that I can think of - paraded wounded for the world to see, tortured, assassinated in cold blood, and then for that to be openly mocked and jeered at by the bastards in power.

Libya is now a "free for all" at the control of the "Western" world. Its' riches will be plundered, its' citizens cheated, stolen from, exploited until the very last drop of blood. Say goodbye to a bountiful paradise of wealth, say hello to the corrupt globalists way of hell on earth. At some point, its' people will be all too aware of the deceit they've been subjected to.

My respects to Col. Gaddafi, RIP.

Some may find it strange to miss a man that one has never met, or to even mourn his passing, but a real man is known by not just his words, but by his deeds also.
And in this, the Colonel was a giant and will be known as such, once the banksters grip on the world is finished.
Men like the Colonel are not only rare, but are priceless.

Might not such a man who was in service to his countrymen "move forward" spiritually for what he has done???

How many other "leaders" can share that claim.

Let us not be too quick to assume his life was nothing other than what which was "planned" and that he did a magnificent job.

Can we all make the same claim?

There have been many great revolutionaries in recent history, but none is recognized by the western imperialist powers, and therefore their educational institutes. Children are brought up with lies about them, and see them as ruthless dictators. They don't want you to know them. nor their country and history of imperial enslavement. As for Gadaffi, I knew him only as the Mad Man of Africa when I was a teenager and as the terrorist mastermind of the Lockabe bombing later. So many lies I swallowed unknowingly.

Sad to say, I got to know the sane things about Libya only at the time it was about to be destroyed by the insane powers. So I guess the same with many of you too. Let us uncover these lies and awake politcally, which I think is an important aspect of awakening.

Libya and Africa owed so much to Colonel Gadaff. He will be remembered as the greatest revolutionary of Africa and his spirit and ideology will live on.

And in this, the Colonel was a giant and will be known as such, once the banksters grip on the world is finished.
Men like the Colonel are not only rare, but are priceless.
I have heard recently that other countries consider the US as the Bullies of the world, except what we give you or you will be sorry, have you found this to be true?

Yes, the entire west is THE bully of history, dating back to the late 1600's.
It has been the Spanish, the Dutch, the Germans, the British, the French, now it is the united snakes.

I find that to be true. I live in America and if I could afford to I would be out of this country in a heartbeat. That being said there are good people here but the government....oh the government stinks. I often wonder now why we in America decided to incarnate here or then again did we really have a choice? I know for what ever reason the whole Libya deal has blown me away.

I guess since I'm awake more now then ever and can" see it " for what it truly is.....I know when I look at Hillary Clinton I just get a sick feeling that comes over me.......judge not the person but the actions of the person.....I tell myself this constantly.....

Its not the people of the United States, they have not had any power since before WW1 , When President Wilson set up the current central reserve in 1913.....

The Rothchilds used the British and french empires to take over the world and since their decline the US Empire has taken the lead role with over two hundred military bases...Its not the majority of people in these countries just the elites... The 99%....are basically used and manipulated like pawns in a chess game....

I know we have had threads on this many times but worth a reference..Steve

The brutality of Gaddafi's capture, his torture and execution and the subsequent mainstream 'reporting' have upset me more than any other news. I've cried every time they've broadcast those vile, gruesome images. There's been no humanity to the coverage, no sympathy, his death and capture have been glorified .. It's a sad realisation to see how inhumane we've become as a society.

I hope we can change. When i see this stuff i really struggle to have hope in any kind of revolution, be it political or an evolution of consciousness

Thanks to the Internet and Youtube the truth can be found and these videos will live on of Gaddafi speaking the truth! I too like most, was dumbfounded to hear the truth about Gaddafi, He was indeed the Good Guy but here in the Us our Govt has made him out to be a monster,, It is truly sickening how they lie and manipulate us, to only pursue their own Evil Agendas... I hate to call myself an American! We have been lied to and manipulated for way too long!
The Truth will find you out!

But for some reason they couldn't show images of Bin Laden? I don't know how anyone believes anything in the media anymore.
