Michael Moore in today's Huffpost, on Bradley Manning who turns 24 today. Capricorn.

Most of my best friends are Capricorn, Had some girlfriends that were Caps. My father is a Capricorn too. I need to have lots of clear headed practicality around me to keep me grounded, I guess. Girlfriends were not passionate enough for me, but they made a very safe, secure and comfortable home - a pretty good trade-off, really.

Nothing special. Just that the linked article mentioned that Manning (soldier of wikileaks fame) is 'playing for the other team'. (gay) In the article, they say that the publication date of the article is his birthday, his 24th.

And the interesting point... that I only know of one person with that birthday, and they also 'play for the other team'. (lesbian) But...she was also, at one time... engaged (to be married) with... a man. (switch hitter)

What I love most about Sadges is their tolerance, and their optimism.
I'm married to one.
He has a sun/Saturn conjunction. Which explains why he gets along with me, a Capricorn.

Such a combination Ulli! My husband is a Cancer. This would normally be unsustainable, however, we both have Aquarius rising. All houses ruled by the same planets. Been married a long time. Works pretty well. I haven't checked the planets for 2012. What do we have coming up. Anyone checked the stars??

Hi, fellow Piscean.

Yes, clear headed practicality is not my strong point, so I greatly appreciated (usually) my Capricorn Mom. So practical and grounded and yet very warm hearted.

Dad is a Leo. Love him now, but hated him when I was younger. Had a bad temper...

About 2012? Not even looking. Got a big shock on March 11 last year, a date I had focused on for change.
Won't make that mistake again. Also predicted illness for myself which hit on that date. No more. It all becomes self fulfilling prophecy, more often than not.
Using astro only for self knowledge from now on.

AGH, I was rather hoping that the February event for whassis?( Jupiter ?) ---Carmody mentioned it a few weeks backs--would be a helpful presence. Although not putting all my eggs in the basket I figured I could spare one and was rather hoping that would impact my Piscean nature a bit.

Reading Ruling Planes again which says I'm a child of Jupiter and Neptune. Then I have to hop over to what the Child of Mar's section says.....
