BTW, I've been rather lackadaisical as of recent, with regard to giving thanks for each and very post and only clicking when I remember to. t5his, since i got back from my Christmas trip. Which leads to a rather lopsided view, if one used such things as a method of figuring out whether I appreciate a post or not. (lackadaisical... Synonyms:listless - apathetic - languid - apathetical)

I appreciate all of them, I read all of them.

We don't need no steenking thankses.

Cool Carmody, i used to be really attached to getting thanks for my posts,
thankfully i have let go of that one, it was making me
neurotic. It's appreciated for sure.
But I'm just happy when i can string two words together that make sense,
and that someone else seems to understand what the hell I'm trying to say, lol.

Thanks is the icing on a well made cake of healthy self esteem and love. IMO.

I have spend the day bonding with my drum such excellent fun,
loads of spirits all around wanting to play. The nature spirits are
quite a riot too, i hadn't worked with the ones here before today.
They are very playful and busy in the garden, one group of them
is quite taken by Louis, i need to find out why he has such an
affinity with them, i suspect its because he has not had many lives
on earth before therefore has naturally close connection to the other
dimensions. Which explains why he needs to ground himself all the time.
Ozzie on the other hard is very much present in his body.

I think dancing for me is like the call of the shaman's drum to me. I love to dance. It grounds me.

Here and now after a couple of weeks of mild but grey, drizzely weather we've now hit a cold patch again but the sun is shining so I'm happy with that. Going out to stock up on vitamins soon.

i cheated and bought a Remo Buffalo drum,
while i was figuring out what type i wanted to make,

Shamanic drums are usually very simple frame drums,

power animal into out bones it was loads of fun.
