Marianne, thank you so much. that song brings tears of sweet memories to my mind. a time of easier peace, i guess.

i have been very busy for several days and have not had much time to post on here and now; have really been missing it. i'm so glad to be here with you all. very comforting it is indeed.

however, i missed so many posts that it takes a very long time to catch up. i want to throw much love and strength for quick recoveries for all whom have been ill physically and just uneasy.

i'm pretty sure that i read a post that told about feeling strange feelings around the head. but i cannot remember the responses for what it may be. my head has been feeling very strange pressures. sort of like a belt being loosened and tightened constantly. it is located the entire circumference around my temples and my forehead. is it stress? is it the force that comes from cme's?

Been watching a show on TV, about ads, comedy etc.

They mentioned an old ad for 'Hovis/real bread',..which was on in 1980's.
It featured a Yorkshire setting steep hill, voice over with a 'thick Yorkshire accent', extolling the virtues of 'real bread, with nowt taken out'

I then recalled a joke, a spoof on that ad....same setting, same old music score playing, scene changes to inside the house, father is saying to his young son, as he pushes a long handled pole with spatular on end, into a hole in the wall: "Eh ba gum lad, if ye eats this ere bread ye will grow up ta be much stronger than young Tommy next dooer."

Son: "Why's that Dad?"

dad, "Well son, cos this ere is young Tommy's bread I be knickin from his oven.....next dooor!!"

We had tornado activity today here in northern Alabama. Heading out for a walk in half an hour when the watch is lifted. Not that I care about the watch too much, that's just when the rain is supposed to stop. The weather folk and civil authorities get too excited sometimes.... sirens all over the county when the activity is only in a small part many miles away. Promotes complacency like I have.

Alekahn! I've had Moon Shadow in my head since last month's full moon! Walking through the pines at night, the moon shadows stretch long across the road.

Still trying to move through this all , but its very sticky and slow going work.
i think harder as it was so sudden, one day i was flying free, next day i got
dumped in the stinky boggy marshes.

I used to live and work here full time cleaning the energies, i forgot how
dark and dank it is. But it's All GOOD and a BIG reminder of how far i have come,
and time for much gratitude.

Shadow work for the collective i call this time, waves of grief
sliding through me , there are many passing over as we speak.
Now i have keyed in to what is happening, i can get on with the process,
and get out of here sooner.

Ahh, brings back memories of my guitar lessons, when I was aged in mid 20's. That was the first song i learned to play & sing along to.

My son In law still playes it ocassionally to remind me, when i am around visiting them.

After all the pain of 'indented fingers, by/with the strings, etc' - I wish I had kept it up.

This is the time of year where I get t-boned by life. You'd think that after 48 trips down this lane, I'd have it 'down' by now. But no....

I just came out of a serious battle,
far too " out there" to detail.
But the end result was that mind control devices were removed
and much rebuilding was done, paving the way for access to
areas that prior to this where in the shadows only.
Feeling, 1000% better ,
Now i need to go and document all that just happened.

Hey JB,

Dreaming in dreams and dreaming in dreams...... I knew I was dreaming, in the dream could change, create or bring in what I wanted to....then brought other dreams into the dream or would go through a window into another dream and sometimes take a dream with me. I spiraled into and out of many dreams. Then would totally awaken out of all the dreams go very deeply into my being and consciousness and leave to go out to learn or to where I was needed. Not easy for me describe -but they call it lucid dreaming. Casteneda, wrote a book called the Art of Dreaming. Pretty much everything he ever wrote was about stalking, dreaming and working with plants.

I have been having the same kinds of pressure feelings too, in the pineal area, crown above it and sometimes all over my body and inside too. Feeling sick a lot. Last week had a few nice days up here so I worked in the garden.... one day while I was out in the garden..... the pressure was so great, and the energy coursing through my body and eyes was so strong that I past out in the garden -lucky for me I was on my knees pulling weeds..... when I woke up I got sick and had to lie down for an hour or so. Anyway, have been drinking a lot of water, eating good foods and try to get more rest or just take it easy.
Soon will go to the ocean and the fast I planned for April.....will probably come sooner.

i have alot of thought for the past few month on current Self To Serve earthlings as things started to coming in my head and i can't believe times goes by my awareness getting stronger and stronger. I want to talk to my relative but they just don't get it calling me crazy the way we live must be it but few guys i know whom i talked to they agreed with me straight away. Right now i wish ****s happen at end of year to awake earthlings, the way we doing and going is just not on...
