Those from the system in the Hercules constellation have never even visited the Tau Ceti system, even less colonize it. And there is no native intelligent life from the system's planets, all are colonies from some place else. Including the "bear-like mammaloids" who have more in common with hominid apes, than bears, when it comes to appearance. The human-looking colonizers come from the Vega system (who was also heavily colonized in turn, from people from another system in the Lyra constellation).Posted by passiglight (here)

above from here http://www.paoweb.com/gfmtauce.htm
i can make sense of it
I have to note that the term Galactic Federation has never been used while discussing affiliations and associations of different cultures/civilizations.

Hello everybody. I've just received an email from author Robert Stanley with respect to this Tolec actor.
charles/thailand
Tolec's real name is Chris Maynard.
He was trying to get close to Alex Collier through me.
However, when I outed Alex, Chris dropped off the line... good riddance to bad rubbish.
I find it rather curious that he used his real name to write about this subject and produced Cable Access TV shows in AZ
and yet he is now using a fake name to promote his alleged personal contact experiences.

This is the "Entertainment" company that Tolec/Chris is/was partners in:

Hello all, this message from author Robert Stanley is just in with respect to Alex Colliers considerable record for criminal activity and deception.
Thanks for sending this. At least he admitted he was convicted.
I am not surprised at this latest outburst. He has nothing else to offer but lies. His "children's" book is unpublished and will not sell well even if is printed someday.
The word is spreading on the Net that Alex is really Ralph - a con man.
As for the specific legal issues raised in this interview:
Alex/Ralph tries to explain why he is a victim of the IRS
http://exotica-radio.com/articles/20...Submitted=true
he has tried to sell me this bull**** since 1991 when he was arrested
only recently was I able to locate the court records re. this case that show 4 specific felony counts against him
http://taxpravo.ru/sudebnie_dela/sta...#ixzz1klv9blj7
when I confronted him about this and asked him if he had proof he was actually framed he claimed they took his papers... (yeah, right).
This is what the IRS states re. 23C:
(30) An IRS Form 23C, Assessment Certificate — Summary Record of Assessments, is an invalid record of assessment for purposes of section 6203 and Treas. Reg. § 301.6203-1, the Form 23C must be personally signed by the Secretary of the Treasury for an assessment to be valid, the Service must provide a copy of the Form 23C to a taxpayer if requested before taking collection action, or similar arguments described as frivolous in Rev. Rul. 2007-21, 2007-1 C.B. 865.
http://www.irs.gov/irb/2010-17_IRB/ar13.html
And here, they clearly refute the claim by some taxpayers that 23C is a magic bullet:
Frivolous tax returns; summary record of assessment. This ruling discusses and refutes the frivolous position taken by some taxpayers that before the IRS may collect overdue taxes, the IRS must provide taxpayers with a summary record of assessment made on a Form 23C, Assessment Certificate-Summary Record of Assessments, or on another particular form. These taxpayers claim that if a Form 23C is not provided, the assessment is invalid and the IRS may not collect any taxes due.
http://www.irs.gov/irb/2007-14_IRB/ar15.htmlWhat I, in turn, find it very curious, is the manner in which he speaks to somebody who he has shared history with for well over 20 years (in one of the recent interviews, he said almost 30 years). I wouldn't call him a "first class chap" if he fits the definition of a back-stabbing asshole, completely, A to Z.Posted by charlesfrith (here)
I can testify that Robert Stanley is a first class chap who stood by Alex for 20 years till he could no longer trust him. As for Alex I think the rape allegations in the links provided are not proof but they are not helpful to his case. Alex Collier is laughing in his latest interview. He's got a nice glass of Bourbon in his hand and is taking the piss. Don't believe me? Listen to it. He's barely containing his laughter.
By the latest interview, you mean the three done with Robert Stanley? In all three Robert laughed his ass off too? What exactly is confusing you dude?
And yeah ... He outed Alex? ...... Bitch, puh-lease! lol
