    Good Morning All : )

Thank You AnotherBob for the music this morn!

    Lyrics from Ummagumma...
Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun (Waters) 9:26

Little by little the night turns around.
Counting the leaves which tremble at dawn.
Lotuses lean on each other in yearning.
Under the eaves the swallow is resting.
Set the controls for the heart of the sun.

Over the mountain watching the watcher.
    Breaking the darkness
    Waking the grapevine.
One inch of love is one inch of shadow
Love is the shadow that ripens the wine.
Set the controls for the heart of the sun.
The heart of the sun, the heart of the sun.

Witness the man who raves at the wall
Making the shape of his questions to Heaven.
Whether the sun will fall in the evening
Will he remember the lesson of giving?
Set the controls for the heart of the sun.
The heart of the sun, the heart of the sun.

But that's ok because all is well.

Everybody is doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing, like you!

Oh yes but it took me a long time to realise this.
LOL Back in the mid-90s I was involved in the infamous Flame Wars from the viewpoints of a budding Academic and the Afrocentric alternative perspective. Boy we would fight and argue. Spend hours crafting posts, researching, linking articles, quoting laboriously, firing salvos of sarcasm, deadpan irony and self-righteous ire across the bows of the indoctrinated and industrialized minds. I quit that in the mid 00s and took about 7 years off only to return and find the same things happening in more and more venues across the Net as the Awakening has deepened.

I expect it's an initiation of sorts. Everybody who comes into knowledge has to go thru that experience for a bit, maybe? Then the futility of it all becomes apparent and the realization that it is all vanity all but unavoidable.

We do what we want until we don't anymore.

Then it's time to move on ...
I can relate to what you are saying. I've been guilty of trying to get a point across, trying to wake people up, trying to stop people falling for lies.....in the end I have realised that everyone is doing what they need to be doing.

When I hear it said that the alternative media community has not made a difference, well it may not have changed the world but I see the transformation of individuals on these forums all the time.

After all, that is what we are here for

Quote Posted by another bob (here)
Although she has suffered more than any other human I've even known, she is now the happiest person I've ever been privileged to meet. Her pain and suffering have translated into a genuine capacity for compassion, and to my mind, that has been its main purpose. Moreover, the innocent child-like joy she takes in even the most common things in life never ceases to delight me. Yes, she continues to suffer mightily from the deteriorating disease, sometimes moaning out in agony, and yet at the same time she will share that she has never been happier, because she knows that she is nothing but love, pure unconditional love, and that is where her true identity remains, even in the midst of unspeakable physical distress, and her free bliss permeates our life, and those whom she touches remember that touch always.

Thank you Bob and that is a truly inspirational story of Mazie's. It's absolutely indicitive of what the term 'end of suffering' means to describe awakening.

    Beautiful

Had a very busy day yesterday and could hardly keep up with all the great posts, let alone chip in. What stood out the most, apart from having so many new neighbors settling into the Village, was another bob's sharing of Mazie's story.
The pressures the physical body can endure are just unbelievable. Your Mazie is truly A-Mazieing...( names like numbers have meaning, not kidding.)
Very sorry that Modwiz is leaving, let's hope it is only for a short while. If you are traveling I wish you a great and wondrous trip.
Now going to listen to the music and hopefully wash away the thoughts that arose from reading Bill's new thread. One of them can remain, however, and that was that the info given there somehow gives an entirely new meaning to the saying "the meek shall inherit the earth".

Good morning, Here and Now Family,

This is a 10 minute vid. If you don't have time to watch the whole thing, then jump to the last 2 minutes as a way to understand metaphorically on how our bodies are changing into crystalline DNA, and/or awakening strands of our 12 strands of DNA. Thus allowing for what was once thought of gifts of the spirit such as: clairsentience, touch/feel; clairaudience, inner hearing/listening; claircongnizance, inner knowing. These are our innate abilities that only need to be awakened.

As the veil lifts, we discover that we have more aspects to ourselves, where it will be seen as ordinary part of our natural systems. This can also apply to how the few assist with the many awakening themselves. For further information, the "Kryon" material, by Lee Carroll, is a good source.

Vid provided by rediotus from the “The Cry of Gaia” thread.

I love Sunday mornings. There seems to be a quiet, peaceful energy to them. Maybe it's because most of the city is sleeping in or sipping coffee quietly in the early morning. I even have Sunday morning music. Thanks to Bob, I've had a nice variety this morning. When my daugther was a teenager, she used to dread my Sunday morning music... LOL. It varies, but it can sometime be gregorian chants, Stabat Mater, Miserere, Hildegarde von Bingen, etc. I attribute this to many former lives of contemplation. Yes, contemplation... this is what Sunday mornings bring. Oddly, many mornings seem like Sunday mornings when you come to think of it.

I'll spare you the Stabat Mater, although I know some of you would enjoy. I give you Jessy Cook instead

@ Modwiz: I will miss You. Thank you for letting us know that you were going away for a while. May your vacation bring you Peace.

@ Rahkyt: It just dawned on me now... I got an answer to a question from watching Celestine Prophecy. It has to do with St. Francis, whom I call my little brother.

On waking up another thought came to me about the real purpose of our desires, goals, aspirations...

I accept that not having them is necessary to enter the stillness during meditation.

But trying to do away with them altogether is not good for the human spirit, in my view.

For a plant to grow it has to reach and stretch, desiring the light.

If we have no earthly desires we will miss our real calling and might just as well die now.

By defining each morning what our desires and wishes are, and preferably in the context of one's life as a whole journey,

will then start the engines and infuse energy and enthusiasm into one's body.

Otherwise one's actions remain duty driven, and one ends up doing things out of a

sense of obligation, and therefore one is more susceptible to being stirred by outside forces.

As I was thinking this, the example of Tibet's take-over by China came to mind.

Would this have been possible if Tibet had not been quite so exclusively spiritual?

Trust in God, but tie your camels.

I'm still on 'holiday', or on a family visit, checking in every now and then. Of course, that is when a new bit shows up, whatever that bit may be.

Concerning all that, one of Joseph Farrell's latest books, was my book of choice to take with me on this bit of travel.

It is his 'conclusion' book, based on all the prior books that have any data on a ...'breakaway civilization'.

    http://gizadeathstar.com/2011/09/new...as-and-psyops/

(I was also, last night, graced with the nickname 'Sheldon', by a family member. I had to be told what the relational context was. Some show called 'big bang theory')

Returning perhaps, to the theme of my given nickname, and the topic of this new Thread and this post....I'll say once again..that incarnated humans are fully capable of any and all of this so called technology that is bandied about.

    NO ALIENS REQUIRED.

However, spiritual advancement has not kept pace, in some eyes.

One point is that the technology is not in our daily lives. Perhaps it might be, if people grew to the point that they might be able to handle it.

In the middle of that, there might emerge, a line of demarcation..regarding who might be handling such or what, at any given level as combined factor of spiritual or dimensional knowledge connection and any given technology that might be able to alter 3D reality structure and 3D dimensional boundaries and connections.

So yes, love love love! everyone together. However, the physical portion keeps trying to express itself differently.

IMO, both are true... there is a blending that is not clear, in these physical moments of, shall we say....auto-hypnotic blocking from the co-joining of the greater self to the physical body.

The basis of this classic mistake of not being clear on what is what, hides itself, in innocence, within the autonomous aspects of one's bodily controls and interface mechanisms.

Basically the part of you that recognizes these words and move the hands about the desk, keyboard ,and chair, breathing, eye motion, etc. All that autonomous function operates, but some let the veil of that layer be greater than it need be, and do not peer inward.

The only solve for that, which I have found that worked for this one, is to be on constant awareness of such, 24-7...as a starting point. To realize that one is on or in a bicycle and are pedaling hard, in an autonomous functionality.

If only looking outward, then it becomes that much more difficult to unravel the aspect that 'no aliens are required' for this so called higher technology which is appearing on the threshold of this earth - as some sort of 'threat' to the overall population.

Carmody, this is too funny. I first saw Sheldon on big bang theory a few weeks ago, after someone referenced him in conversation. My 'huh?' look made them roll their eyes so I had to go see what they were talking about.

I posted this yesterday on another thread, but adding it here:

One way I've come to see it is, we enjoy virtual reality games because we get to test ourselves with all sorts of challenges and new experiences. Although it is all illusion, we still get to see what we're made of while acting out fantasy roles, and have fun with our friends to boot. Sometimes we play the good guy, sometimes the bad, sometimes the rich one, sometimes the poor. We can be the lover, the beloved, the betrayed, the exalted, the well-fed, the starving, the soldier, the victor, the loser, the seeker, the enlightened, the zealot, the monster, the savior, the fearful, the confident, the abuser, the abused, the peace maker, the war maker, the shoe maker, the bet maker, and any number of infinite possibilites, just for fun of finding out what we're like under any particular circumstances. Moreover, we have all the time in eternity to play out these various games, examining every role from a 360 degree vantage point. As we gather information about ourselves from this play, we bring it back to our own soul group to enrich the evolution of that family, and as the family grows in experience, that larger group of which the family is but a single cell also evolves. It's a perfect set-up, and there is no end to it.

Thanks Another Bob, keep those positive thoughts coming. I need them today and will eat them all up with a spoon and enjoy every moment of it! Sending out love and only love!

One more note -- my astral-travelling Friend, whom I've intoduced on a few threads here at Avalon, and who is in constant open dialogue with his Higher Self, told me that there has been Divine Intervention 3 times in the last 15 years, so be not afraid. Stay alert and aware, but be not afraid.

It sounds funny to say aloud, but in and amongst the thing I do, I see where divine interventions happen all the time.
