If Bill Ryan's latest post is true, a sad day for people of this planet. Prayers and positive thoughts must go out into the universe for help. I do not even know how to put into words what this would mean.

I posted this yesterday on another thread, but adding it here:


One way I've come to see it is, we enjoy virtual reality games because we get to test ourselves with all sorts of challenges and new experiences. Although it is all illusion, we still get to see what we're made of while acting out fantasy roles, and have fun with our friends to boot. Sometimes we play the good guy, sometimes the bad, sometimes the rich one, sometimes the poor. We can be the lover, the beloved, the betrayed, the exalted, the well-fed, the starving, the soldier, the victor, the loser, the seeker, the enlightened, the zealot, the monster, the savior, the fearful, the confident, the abuser, the abused, the peace maker, the war maker, the shoe maker, the bet maker, and any number of infinite possibilites, just for fun of finding out what we're like under any particular circumstances. Moreover, we have all the time in eternity to play out these various games, examining every role from a 360 degree vantage point. As we gather information about ourselves from this play, we bring it back to our own soul group to enrich the evolution of that family, and as the family grows in experience, that larger group of which the family is but a single cell also evolves. It's a perfect set-up, and there is no end to it.

Late Summer's Eve, and wine-dark dusk emerges earlier now, as if the shadows have always lingered just behind the façade of light, patiently biding their time, confident that the inevitable procession of the planet will favor them once more, pregnant with the promise of pinpoint starlight birthing and fading within a vast ocean of mute darkness, silent eternal night.

By the lake the mosquito swarms have thickened, tiny beings dizzy with desire, clueless in philosophies of birth and death, drawn by some anciently encoded impulse to the ecstasy of evening, life feeding upon life, drinking deeply of itself, intoxicated with the simplicity of innocent desire, the search and satisfaction, and then the search once more, in never ending cycles of urgent humming yearning, yearning beyond comprehension, free of any doubt or question, in absolute submission to that which beats their wings, their hearts, that pushes their blood to seek more blood, and blinds them to the swift approach of the devouring dragonfly.

The wind, momentarily respectful of the vanishing light, once more stirs itself to browse and flit between the cooling leaves of the darkening trees, flowing freely, filled with songs rare ears will hear, spilling rough sinewy kisses along the branches which extend their reach to express the same force which births the wind, whirling insects, wheeling star shine -- wonder of worlds upon worlds of fervent endless mindless yearning – the same force whispering through every beat of every heart right now, every breath, every unbearably brilliant body of incandescent life.

Being pauses in the path of itself to contemplate itself as you and I. We have wandered along this path with no idea of its beginning, no conception of its end. First bewildered, then amazed, we stagger in a daze of delight, fitted to each other as the water to the lake, the lake we circumambulate in the darkness of our loving, reflecting a mysterious light unborn in space and inextinguishable in the ceremonies of time.

Any man or moth would give its eyes for but a flashing glimpse of such a Light, but it cannot be seen with the eyes in the head. Eyes can see, but not themselves, so we name this Light "The Mysterious Unseen", in this night now cloaked in the darkening silken garment of that Light.

This Loving Light has broken our tongue to pieces, little fragments skittering off on feet of poetry and winking whispers, colluding with the nights' vague shapes that seem to swirl around our ankles in a kind of dancing rapture fireflies merely mimic.

At last we have no words for this intimacy, this immensity of Light burning, blazing in the depths of a late Summer's Eve, and so we turn to each other and, smiling fiercely, dissolve into this vastness of ourself -- one love awakening to itself, one light illuminating endless space, one heart beating out the rhythm of infinity.

From within that Heart, we echo:

“All is well.”

Ineed, but I believe he was referring to potentially global catastrophic situations that were averted.

I'm talking big ones and little ones, depending on how far afield one might wander through time and space. What I refer to divine intervention might be considered as events perpetrated by those who would violate free will on a massive scale, and it being undone, and what might be thought of as a time line shift occurs, and no one remembers what seems to never have happened. An example I may have mentioned before was when baby bush was bumped and dirty dick took the reins and the darkest darkness spread wide it's ugly maw to swallow what light remained, and the death I experienced took me right back to the morning it happened, the morning I was meditating before the events transpired. One other person I "work" with remembered as well as I, and an ex girlfriend of mine dreamed about it. It was about six and a half months I've never been so glad to lose. The higher ups won't have some things as long as their fingers are in this three dee pie.

You beat me to it, PurpleLama. But maybe bob's friend meant intervention at a high political level...
like the thwarting of take-over plans of the PTB, and total consolidation of their power.
9/11 didn't quite work out a cording to their plans, and I think that was one instance where credit went to the divine.

But at the level of individuals I agree, it is pretty obvious that it happens quite frequently. Thousands of near-accidents, for instance, or near misses, every day.

There are myriad phenomena that might get lumped together under the heading Divine Intervention, and no doubt there are many, many on this planet working for the light in as many ways as there are workers. Mentioning timelines, way back when, led to the whole forum being a buzz on the topic, back in the Bill and Inelia days, in the fall out I realized a handful had no problems, but most took offense, even, at the very subject. Sooo, I don't talk about it much. It's merely a massive shifting of conscious energy from one potential to another. Many lines are solid, and real, but within infinite variation the potentials are just that.

My friend Mary and I are cleaning the place
I am moving from . Inside nearly done
Tomorrow we do outside and it's freezing
and wet here right now ... So we will be working
with the elements big time . She has had a cold
recently and I'm showing early signs of
one, sore throat - mostly I think from exhaustion
So tomorrow I will be working on asking for some
extra intervention to keep us both well and
strong . Mary goes back home later tomorrow
to her family and job so she need to be well

Sometime tomorrow I also have to wash my
Ozzie, Louis' dad , he has a date
and will be away for a few days. Pretty bad
timing but that's what you get with co ownership
And he's an incredible dog and extremely loyal
so it's worth the once of twice yearly
inconvenience .

Although I'm not sleeping well right now
and totally exhausted I'm enjoying every
minute of this process . Lots of deeper issues
are sufacing - as one would expert from a
Pluto/ Uranus baby in a Pluto / Uranus time
I just have to make sure I get back into my
journalling when I settle again to max this
experience out .

looking forward to being in service again to my
clients after a brief rest and some time to do some unpacking
Im grateful beyond words for everyone's patience and kind
thoughts during this time of upheaval . Two moves in two
years is harsh , but then I have so much to be grateful for
so in the scheme of things its no big deal just a process to
move through .

No problem, Ulli, just going down memory lane. This is another of the movies I saw when I was 5 or 6, living in California in the early 70s. I've got a whole list of 'em and don't understand how my parents let me sit in front of the television like that watching this stuff. It's definitely to blame for why I am the way I am now.

It seems that movies we saw when we were of that impressionable age range (for me it would be the late '60's) stay with us all our lives in ways both dramatic and subtle. I think the more limited, or intentional, or exclusive the media exposure the more recognizable this is later on. I see in myself that the maybe four films I saw when I was of this age are permanently imprinted on my psyche: the storyline even though I was too young to understand its context, the actors, the music score, even the movie venue's ambience. I had neither exposure to many books nor any T.V. stimuli so I put a lot of significance on those films. You have me pondering today how those associations have colored my "me-ness"!
