All this about bugs ... I'll say, some spiders are ok to have around - they keep the nasty insects in check. I'm not o huge fan of any bugs but Jumping spiders, Dragonflies, and crickets are numbers 1,1, and 1 on my list -- the y all eat more annoying bugs - so I welcome them all. There's a species of spiders I haven't been fairing with well recently though - they seem really bent on "getting me" and I've had a few nasty bites, nothing major though - after all I'm 100,0000 times bigger, so they don't bother me much

I definitely support AB's, Marianne's and other's techniques - I've been able to relieve myself of all but one single species of mosquito in that method (mwhahahahha!), and even that one species will prefer others over me at first I've rid my house of fruit flies a few times via a similar method ... once I just killed them all psychically ... felt bad after that though ...

The link failed, but I was taught the "fancy" bow method of starting fire as well in school -- nature arts class or something obviously - not all Canadians get taught this important of stuff, lol, although I wish they did ...

Whew. Made it through this roller coaster emotional day. I think I have decided that the difference between unhealthy and healthy detachment is allowing these kinds of days. I seem to be sitting back and observing things lately, even situations that used to be close to my heart. When I worry that maybe I am too detached, a day like today comes along offering little bits of human emotion. I've learned, by living with some family members who become unstable at times, to detach as a means of survival. I have also learned to allow emotions to come when I know they are there. I have a lot of growing and learning to do here.

The best purchase today was the can of expanding foam! Since this place is settling, cracks are becoming apparent. I'll fill them up, and that will help so much! That, and some of the pipes are surrounded by big gaps instead of any type of filler...this will be my first priority. I have to get my mojo back, I can't quite get into my zone lately. It may be time to sage again...very busy week with Peanut needing another visit to the oral surgeon. Her bone graft is showing. OUCH. Being pulled every which way...but as soon as I can catch my breath I think a sage is in order...followed by lighting all these candles. I got candles of every color this time. I don't know why I did, but I'm excited about it lol.

Just for the record, lol, I took 3 grasshoppers outside today and set them free in the grass. Daily occurrence. There is no chance that I have the hutzpa to capture one of these 8 legged friends, but I do send intentions when I find them (after I peel myself off the ceiling they become much more loving intentions). I leave them alone awhile too, so they have a chance to get back out. Breaking another broom is really a last resort...I feel bad if something has to lose it's life here, too.

Anyway, I survived the day. I'm exhausted though, so off to bed...

    Much Love,
Life is a road we don't travel alone. But everyone's on their own journey home.

This may not work for everyone, but it might be worth a try.

Back when I first left the monastery (1974), I didn't have much money, and so rented an apartment in San Francisco that I could afford. As I was soon to find out one night when I went into the kitchen and turned on the light, the apartment also came with a large contigent of cockroaches. Talking to some neighbors, I learned that the problem was epidemic throughout the building.

Consequently, I decided to act directly, and caught one of the bugs. I then had a chat with it, and indicated that I would release it outside, and in return, I expected it would spread the word among the cockroach community that my apartment was off-limits.

I then released it, and the next day, I found the apartment to be pleasantly roach-free. It remained that way as long as I lived there (about a year). When I was troubled by other bugs down through the years, I did the same, and it usually worked, although ants seem to be on another wave-length, and hard to reach.

We allow certain spiders, like Hoppers, because Mazie likes them, and they stay out of the way (based on a similar agreement, that they keep a low profile). You might try to catch one of your spiders and try reasoning in the above manner. You never know . . .

Childhood storybook: "Martin's Mice" had the same premise. I never imagined it might actually be true.

For those that fear bees, a fun exercise is to find a bumblebee on a flower, on a chilly morning. They are quite sluggish, and you can pet them. If you pet a bumblebee, you can never have the same level of fear. Don't try this with hornets or wasps though, unless it is approximately -273°K. They do indeed have a whole different view of the world than bees. "Sting first, and ask questions later." When they land indoors, they are escorted outdoors after capture in a drinking glass with a piece of paper. When released, none have ever flown back towards me - always away. So, even these 'tough guys' in the bug kingdom show gratitude.

I agree with Mazie on the hopping spiders. I once heard a spider expert say the hopping spiders will never bite you. I sometimes let them hop onto me for a "human-back" ride to the great outdoors, where I presume their dietary options are more diverse and plentiful.

    Hi 1inMany

I use a spider catcher for removing spiders from the house. No broken brooms or dead spiders

Abob, I've seen similar. My teacher, Wendy Fogg, explained how she did this, and that it worked for her for all except wasps. She found their energy to be self centered and she couldn't make an agreement with them. I notice the same when they fly by me, there's no communication ... in their own world and no interest in a human. I can feel some sort of communion with others. I know what you mean about the ants ... maybe it's the hive mind, where communicating with just one doesn't work. My SO always puts out those little black plastic ant catchers, so I try to keep them from ever showing up by keeping sweet/greasy things under wraps. So far this year it's been successful!
    JB

Since the stories about cockroaches, ants and wasps have so many synchronicity to me, I will share what my girlfriend experienced with them.

She discovered her telepathic ability not too long ago and she has been practising ever since, mostly with animals.
She too found out that ants and wasps are hard to negotiate with. Ants do respond when threatened with death though. A few times when we wanted to make a camp fire on places where ants nests were, she warned them up front (several hours) and indeed, they packed up their nests (eggs and all) and stamped off .

Wasps don't even negotiate when threatened with death. We had a wasps nest in de barn last year, like they do ever so often and I usually use poison to get rid of them because I'm afraid for our kids. So last year my mate suggested she give it a try and persuede them to move along. The nest was still small, so not much energy would have been lost to them.
She connected with them and indeed they were not keen in communicating with her, like... 'what do you want girl, don't you know you are disturbing us?' She explained that they could not stay there and that they had to find another place and that we would poison them if they wouldn't. There was a little talking back and forth in which they repeatedly asked the same question. "why can't we stay here, we want to stay here'. In the end they even stopped communication. She couldn't get through to them any more.

So, sadly... I poisoned them in the end after we tried to get them to move for four days. Pretty impressive that they didn't even yield in the prospect of death doesn't it?
Funny thing is... After that we haven't seen one single nest of them in or around our house, so the communication might have worked in the end, but only after they lost a whole hive over it.

I just saw this video in a thread from M2143.

This message is so important at this point in time. So many people who are sincerely trying to find answers and truth fall for the traps that she speaks of.
She talks about awakening and the truth that is in every one of us and that people should stop listening to people who present themselves as spiritual teachers, but are merely trying to be worshipped. I wont name names here, but there are so many of them... so many so called spiritual teachers that give you the feeling that you need things or people to get to the next level or understanding.

    Her message is powerful.

Most notable of all the dream events from last night, I was digging deep into the ground, loose soil (soul), and finding many objects made of precious metals and gems, and as I went deeper the objects became larger and had more spiritual iconographic natures. Crosses (not crucifixes) statues of buddhas, stars, mandalas, pyramids, ect, ect.

My wife walks up to me as I'm finishing my excavation a few meters down, and I say " Look, we never have to worry about anything ever again"

Well, there is a big difference between people who want to be worshipped (presenting themselves as spiritual teachers) and people who warn us for them and explain how this mechanism works isn't it?
There are people with knowledge that wish for other people to become awake and with knowledge, and there are people who want to be important and use their intellectual understandings of spirituality for that.
I don't feel an energetic pull when I watch her video. do you?

any way. macbloodbuckets at mac Donalds,.... yikes!!!
Hope to never live to see that day....

    another thing:
I ran over a snake the other day with the car. I saw it too late and crushed the end of it's tale.
In Belgium where I live are not many snakes and this one looked like a viper of some sort. heart shaped head, blueish/silver-ish with black stripes.
Looking on google didn't get me to learn what kind of snake it was.
so... does any one here know what it means when one runs into a snake? I mean... symbolic meanings.

Since you asked...yes, I did feel an energetic pull. And I felt my resistance to it, and turned her off.
There are many possible layers here.
The obvious one is that I don't need to be warned against this sort of thing.
So my time and energy we're being involved and I decided to reprioritize.
The second element is that women often don't respond to videos of other women
unless they can get a mothering experience from it or, if they are still young, help them with finding their identity.
Guys, on the other hand, are known to like blondes....hmmm...
Third...this whole idea of needing to warn people...a bit close to home....my thirty year astrology experience has left me with many many memories of playing such a role myself. And at this point in my life I just want to leave that role to others.
Right here on this forum are endless examples of members playing the savior role, of needing to point out the disinformation.
    Are they succeeding?
I believe it is enough to share that the Internet started out a lot purer than it is now. In the nineties I was using Netscape as a browser and the first time I searched UFOs the answer was that there were 457 websites with that term, and I went wow. And started reading them all. And they were mostly genuine experiences. Disinformation agents and book writers with seminar tours to help sell their books only came along later. It's how it is when things become diluted.
Each path is different, and each person can only find and walk
on their paths as they find questions within them,
with a clear idea of what it is they are looking for.

Then they discover that the universe supplies the answers,
and in a most surprising way. But until then confusion has to be part of the game...
Until the desire for clarity becomes totally dominant.

I've had them here, two years ago!
Bright blue and turquoise heads. Never seen or heard of such. Beautiful.
But they had something else about them that was different. Movements.
    Slowish but determined. Kinda bio-robotic.

It was totally devastating to find out after the summer,
that i had killed all of their offspring unintentionally.

Wanting to stop them starting a hive in a wooden beam of my balcony,
i sealed the little crack in the beam with duct tape.
Much too late, as i found out when i released the old tape -
it had dozens of little dead bees glued to it [who had no blue heads, btw].

Did i feel miserable... never seen 'em again since. No wonder.

PS: The beam is sealed shut now with some resin, to avoid further tragedies.

My 83-year-old father-in-law had his Toyota Forerunner stolen from under him yesterday.
He had placed a for sale ad in the paper, and got a call.
During the test drive he was told to get out of the car.
Then the guy took off, leaving the old man stranded.
Sorry if this bums you out....but please send a wave of good energy
    in his direction...

Very Resonating Video! Wanishi..... I agree we need no stones, wands, teachers etc. What had contributed in raising my vibrations were several factors. Getting more acquainted with nature (Grounding) and truly respecting all parts and walks of nature. Changing my Diet to Vegetarian. Meditation. Listening to peaceful soothing sounds as The Native Indian Flute, Reiki, Zen, Feng Shui and Solfeggio Tones. It Gives me a good buzz. : ) Im enclosing some of my videos if you dont mind.

Reminded by one of our friends, here and now, of what was one of the few threads started by our retired friend, Playdo:

In my opinion, the OP and the implication of it, is one of the most important on Avalon.

    Good Morning, Village

Going into the city today. Apparently, Peanut has a new boyfriend and he has asked her to go fishing tonight. She loves to fish. She says this guy is a sweet little ole country boy...I sure hope so. Maybe it is time for her to have some relief, to have someone who sees how truly amazing she is Anyway, M will babysit for her...I was planning on dropping her off and coming back home, but as it is our 19th wedding anniversary, a surprise overnight might be in order! I asked Em if she would like to go with us and spend the night, and she requested to stay here by herself for the night. It's a sign

It is drippy outside, must have rained overnight. It is misty and foggy. LOVE IT! It smells like dirt, that's what rain smells like to me...

Thanks, Jenci for the link Mike told me yesterday I need to get one of those thingies too, so it may be the way to go!

    Much Love to Everybody,

Oh, and how I forgot to share this, I do not know lol. Boss and Investor have both signed the Letter of Intent. The clock started ticking yesterday, once the agreement was signed by both, on a 90-day deadline. In 90 days or less, the purchase will be finalized and the money will change hands. And Mike will be finally away from Boss. We have tentative plans to sage the entire office, which houses 40 or 50 employees, on the first Sunday morning his furniture is gone.

I cannot tell you the gratitude we both feel for the "bump" (as Mike calls it) that the Village offered in this situation. Honestly, I am full of gratitude because I have had my husband back for the last few weeks. M has noticed the positive difference as well. Mike is full of hope and excitement for the future again, because for him this signed agreement assures that our finances will look up.

In the meantime, co-worker is also absolutely certain that he can produce a Letter of Intent from his cousin, the Investor, to finance a buy-out. The deal in place is one in which the Investors will own the company, buying it from Boss. The investors will have all the equity. The co-worker's cousin is working on financing of a different type. He wants to finance an actual Management Buyout, whereby Mike, D, and the co-worker will all own 25% of the company, the last 25% being the ownership of the Investors. The cousin is motivated to do this to assure that co-worker and his family are taken care of. There will be profit made, be sure, but his motivation is quite different than the current investors. Co-worker and his cousin are certain they can produce a Letter of Intent fairly soon with a 30-day ticker. Thus, it becomes a better deal in terms of putting cash in Boss' hands though no more cash than is currently offered. The ownership interest appeals to Mike, as he has been at the helm of the company for 8 years.

The excitement, for Mike, comes from the knowledge that as of today the worst case scenario is the deal on the table, and it (First and Foremost) gets Boss away from our family. The worst case is perfect.

I am tickled pink. I have seen such a transformation in my husband, and I am grateful! No negativity hanging around him.

The funny part is that I sound like I am totally immersed in this. Totally invested and entangled. But, really, in the back of my mind I am wondering if any of this matters because we are, as human beings and members of a greater family than that, on the verge of a shift in consciousness... and will any of this current situation even matter in 6 months time...in 2 years time? Um, I rather doubt it lol. I do think, though, this deal is key for Mike on his path... probably more important that any of us realize, because this man is truly a spiritual being. He has inklings of his past lives, experiences bleed throughs of other...universes? timelines?... travels consciously while he sleeps... has been asked to help in otherworldly ways and has always agreed to... I feel in my heart that the work situation with Boss has been a very negative influence for him as a person, a block, a situation that has kept him so emotionally and physically strained, and the responsibility of caring for other family members on him as well, that he has not been able to spread his wings so to speak. Yes, all this is as it should be, however I think, somehow I know, it might be time for his next period of growth.

And I am blessed and excited to be allowed to watch...experience it vicariously...and I sit ready to feel the light that is just about to free itself from inside him...

Much Love, and so much gratitude (again lol)!
