I haven't taken any melatonin in years, but lately felt as if I was on high doses.
Slept nine hours last night...a rare event for me.
Also felt my heart...there were indeed mild palpitations for the last few days.
The sign of Leo is ruled by the sun and I have a Leo Ascendant,
which means I am more affected by the sun's activities.
Strange though that it would induce sleep.
I could understand if it was the moon. But the sun?

I'm once again dipping into 'Stalking the Wild Pendulum: On the Mechanics of Consciousness' by Itzhak Bentov, a wonderful book, written by an original thinker, in my opinion.

From William Tiller's preface: (I'm quoting according to Fair Use rules)

At this time, we are beginning to adopt new states of consciousness as reference frames for observing Nature, and thus the old laws will need to be altered to conform with the new experience, when the experiential sensing is sufficiently widespread as to constitute a common ground of experience. There have been some small beginning made toward a new 'self image' for humankind, one that emphasizes the human wholeness and connectivity with everything around it. The elder trees have been blooming for awhile, with beautiful white umbrella flowers. I make a tincture of the flowers, good for flu. If there are plenty of flowers (enough to make sufficient medicine, and leave enough flowers to mature into berries for sambucol-type syrup for colds) ... if there are enough, I like to infuse the flowers in hazelnut oil and use it for cream/lotion. Hazelnut oil penetrates the skin really well. You could also use jojoba oil which is actually a wax, and great for acne and problem skin... it doesn't clog pores, actually cleans out pores, acts like skin's own sebum.

Be safe... don't pick and use elder unless you know what you are doing. Get someone experienced to show you. There are poisonous plants that also have white umbrella flowers, and you want to be sure you're getting the right plant. Also elder has to be processed correctly or it can make you ill. It's perfectly safe and wonderful if you do it correctly.

There's a lot of folklore about the tree itself, Lady Elder. And here she is.

OK, I may be going out on a limb here, because this is not really spiritual...

But this woman was imperative to my own awakening.

For many years i focused alot on others. And when I turned my attention to myself, it was only on my faults.

Mama Gena changed that. My desires became important to me, and I found the courage to do crazy stuff like drive around for ages to find the perfect spot by the sea. And to go and meditate there every day instaed of getting my business started..

WhiteFeather, thanks for the CME info. It explains the power naps, but it's messed up my dream recall. Feeling the heart expansion. I send thanks to the Sun for the downloads and DNA activations. My take is that it assists in awakening and recall (still waiting on the recall part).

Yeah Ulli.....Feeling a little run down and disorientated today myself. Sorta like a walking zombie if you will. Perhaps these Previous dreaded CMEs hast taken a toll on me a bit. Gonna recharge my batteries and reset the breakers. I think some of my chakras were overloaded and tripped.

This is what we are doing here, too.
Except we don't exclude any men.
Men have experienced loss of power in many ways, and need to be healed.

But whether one turns to female leadership or male leadership
has a lot to do with one's earliest relationships...
one's mother and father.
In my case it was Dad. He was mum's savior, after she was freed from the russian POW camp...
Thereafter she was the tragic heroine...and everything was about her. That's how I got turned into a victim, myself.

And the equation "Love thy neighbor as thyself" was always misunderstood.
It became an equation only after I saw it reversed.
Baha''ullah said: 'Be fair with thyself as thou art with others'....
so the Bahai faith helped me get that one straight.
Yet, no difference.

All is well.
