I agree. Various experiences "modulate" perceptions of time in us as persons. Neural pathways act in our brain in a way that when facing fearful situations we feel time much longer, but the objective time shows this is just a joke. We know that the brain works on the quantum level in a way, so who knows what is more accurate--what we feel, or what is objective, postulated by the scientific theory based on mathematics. So, yes we do manipulate time. Quantum physics operates on the wave/particle transitory quantum level, where by which our energy might be (usually is) a part of this transitory equation. Can HAARP manipulate objective spacetime of the Earth, i.e. the objective time? Well, I hope we all go reverse and have long lives... hope HAARP doesn't use the speed wheel. I see the time change in the following way--as soon there is available the anti-gravity technology, I guess this technology manipulates time as well. Not sure that this is applicable to the whole Earth or Universe level? There is a big discussion of what is a quantum object--is the real object on the same level of observation and physics as the quantum object? I go back and forth on this one. So, I do think that HAARP manipulates time on the particle/wave level by charging and manipulating this level of reality. I am not sure that the full effects of these experiments are fully anticipated even by HAARP. We would have space elevators right now if HAARP would know how to manipulate spacetime objective level or reality. If HAARP manipulates time, what are objectives? Do they manipulate the perception of time in humans or they really modify reality?

Maybe it's just a coincidence, and hopefully you are still able to remember the official documents (attesting the veracity of HAARP technology) that I was able to find and publish on Humans Are Free.

Fortunately, on the official website of the European Parliament we still have a 1999 document attesting the existence of HAARP installations and the concerns that this weapon was misleadingly listed as non-lethal. Not only that I will give you the direct link (please save the .pdf document), but I will also publish the most important points of that discussion (so that this time we will have them for safe keeping):

They could literally have saved millions of dollars if they had used it in Iraq, Afghanistan or even Iran in the near future.

Also, it would give them an extreme advantage, since such weather weapons officially don´t exist and there´s no regulation about them, so they couldn´t be held responsible for an eventual "natural" disaster somewhere in the Middle-East.

This leads me to think that HAARP can´t create hurricanes, tornadoes or earthquakes from scratch; It can only intensify and manipulate them.

Being at war is often more important than "winning" a war, if you follow the logic of the wicked. That's what the Rules Of Engagement are designed for. The more money, men, and material they can waste in a war, the more they rejoice.

I think so too, but then it's of course not only those two options, they are at the opposite ends of a progressive scale. The intensifying and manipulating is getting increasingly more difficult the farther you go towards creating something from the scratch.

Hurricane Sandy caused terrible devastation and loss. But it is also a teachable moment to educate the public about the connection between extreme weather and oceans that are warming due to fossil-fueled climate change.

But too many major news outlets and reports are still relying on hackneyed weather reporting — windblown "reporters" with microphones on beaches — rather than asking why storms are getting bigger and more dangerous.1 Hurricane Sandy was no act of God. It was a record-setting killer storm that is becoming the new normal — and is a harbinger of much worse to come if we do not change course.

If we are ever to have sufficient will to attack global warming, the public needs to be let in on what many climate scientists are already saying.

Fortunately, there are a few media outlets starting to make the connection — NBC's Rachel Maddow, Chris Matthews, Brian Williams and even Jimmy Fallon are at least raising the question and bringing on thoughtful guests.2

But most of Big Media is relying on lowest-common-denominator weather reporting to cover record-breaking extreme weather.

We deserve better. Much better.

Tell CBS, ABC, the NY Times, Washington Post, Fox, and even NPR to report the connection between climate change and extreme storms.

When it comes to confronting climate change, we have a major structural and political problem. Our broken system of campaign finance and lobbying has allowed major polluters to buy off one party and essentially scare the other. The result is gridlock, science denial, and a continuance of policies which subsidize, promote and even invest in fossil fuels for the long-term, when we should be phasing them out as fast as can — maybe faster.

We must, very soon, work to overcome the power of the fossil fuel polluters and their hold on our elected leaders to get the policies we need.

Part of that will be the media fulfilling their obligation to inform the populous in this country. We need to know the whole truth. They must start reporting it.

HOW TO WRECK THE ENVIRONMENT

Chapter from Unless Peace Comes by Gordon J. F. MacDonald U.S.A. 1968 [Abridged]

Among future means of obtaining national objectives by force, one possibility hinges on man’s ability to control and manipulate the environment of his planet. When achieved, this power over his environment will provide man with a new force capable of doing great and indiscriminate damage. Our present primitive understanding of deliberate environmental change makes it difficult to imagine a world in which geophysical warfare is practised. Such a world might be one in which nuclear weapons were effectively banned and the weapons of mass destruction were those of environmental catastrophe. As I will argue,these weapons are peculiarly suited for covert or secret wars.

Substantial progress within the environmental sciences is slowly overcoming the gap between fact and fiction regarding manipulations of the Earth’s physical environment. As these manipulations become possible, history shows that attempts may be made to use them in support of national ambitions. To consider the consequences of environmental modification in struggles among nations, we need to consider the present state of the subject and how postulated developments in the field could lead, ten to fifty years from now, to weapons systems that would use nature in new and perhaps unexpected ways.

The key to geophysical warfare is the identification of the environmental instabilities to which the addition of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy. Environmental instability is a situation in which nature has stored energy in some part of the Earth or its surroundings far in excess of that which is usual. To trigger this instability, the required energy might be introduced violently by explosions or gently by small bits of material able to induce rapid changes by acting as catalysts or nucleating agents. The mechanism for energy storage might be the accumulation of strain over hundreds of millions of years in the solid Earth, or the super-cooling of water vapour in the atmosphere by updraughts taking place over a few tens of minutes. Effects of releasing this energy could be world-wide, as in the case of altering climate, or regional, as in the case of locally excited earthquakes or enhanced precipitation.

WEATHER MODIFICATION
The Earth’s atmosphere is an envelope of air which rotates, for the most part, at the same speed as the underlying continents and oceans. The relative motion between the atmosphere and the Earth arises from sources and sinks of energy which vary in location and strength but which have, as their ultimate source, the Sun’s radiation. The quantities of energy involved in weather systems exceed by a substantial margin the quantity of energy under man’s direct control.

For instance, the typical amount of energy expended in a single tornado funnel is equivalent to about fifty kilotons of explosives; a single thunderstorm tower exchanges about ten times this much energy during its lifetime; an Atlantic hurricane of moderate size may draw from the sea more than 1,000 megatons of energy. These vast quantities of energy make it unlikely that brute-force techniques will lead to sensible weather modification. Results could be achieved, however, by working on the instabilities in the atmosphere.

We are now beginning to understand several kinds of instabilities in the atmosphere. Supercooled water droplets in cold clouds are unstable, but they remain liquid for substantial periods of time unless supplied with nuclei on which they can freeze. Conversion of water droplets to ice through the introduction of artificial nuclei can provide a local source of energy. This released heat can cause rising air currents which in turn lead to further formation of supercooled water. This process may lead to rainfall at the ground greater than that which would have been produced without the artificial nucleation. A second instability may arise, in which water vapour condenses into water, again affecting the distribution of sensible energy. On a larger scale, there is the so-called baroclinic instability of atmospheric waves that girdle the planet. Through the imbalance of heat between equator and pole, energy in this instability is stored, to be released in the creation of large cyclonic storms in the temperate zones. There are other, less well understood instabilities capable of affecting climate; I shall return to them later.

As far as military applications are concerned, I conjecture that precipitation enhancement would have a limited value in classical tactical situations, and then only in the future when controls are more thoroughly understood. A nation possessing superior technology in environmental manipulation could damage an adversary without revealing its intent.

Modification of storms, too, could have major strategic implications. As I have mentioned, preliminary experiments have been carried out on the seeding of hurricanes. The dynamics of hurricanes and the mechanism by which energy is transferred from the ocean into the atmosphere supporting the hurricane are poorly understood. Yet various schemes for both dissipation and steering can be imagined. At present we are a long way from having the basic data and understanding necessary to carry out such experiments; nevertheless, the long-term possibility of developing and applying such techniques under the cover of nature’s irregularities presents a disquieting prospect.

CLIMATE MODIFICATION
In considering whether or not climate modification is possible, it is useful to examine climate variations under natural conditions. Firm geological evidence exists of a long sequence of Ice Ages, in the relatively recent past, which shows that the world’s climate has been in a state of slow evolution. There is also good geological, archaeological and historical evidence for a pattern of smaller, more rapid fluctuations superimposed on the slow evolutionary change. For example, in Europe the climate of the early period following the last Ice Age was continental, with hot summers and cold winters. In the sixth millennium B.C., there was a change to a warm humid climate with a mean temperature of 5ºF higher than at present and a heavy rainfall that caused considerable growth of peat. This period, known as a climatic optimum, was accentuated in Scandinavia by a land subsidence which permitted a greater influx of warm Atlantic water into the large Baltic Sea.

Indeed, climate is primarily determined by the balance between the incoming short-wave from the Sun (principally light) and the loss of outgoing long-wave radiation (principally heat).

Three factors dominate the balance: the energy of the Sun, the surface character of terrestrial regions (water, ice, vegetation, desert, etc.), and the transparency of the Earth’s atmosphere to different forms of radiated energy. In the last connection, the effect of clouds in making cool days and relatively warm nights is a matter of familiar experience. But clouds are a manifestation rather than an original determinant of weather and climate; of more fundamental significance is the effect of gases in the atmosphere, which absorb much of the radiation in transit from the Sun to the Earth or from the Earth into space. Intense X-rays and ultra-violet from the Sun, together with high-energy atomic particles, are arrested in the upper atmosphere. Only the narrow band of visible light and some short radio waves traverse the atmosphere without serious interruption.

At present, we can only tentatively speculate about modifying the short-wave radiation at its source, the Sun. We have discovered major instabilities on the Sun’s surface which might be manipulated many years hence. In a solar flare, for example, 1010 megatons of energy are stored in distorted magnetic fields. With advanced techniques of launching rockets and setting off large explosions, we may sometime in the future learn to trigger these instabilities. For the near future, however, modification will not be in the short-wave in-coming radiation but in the long-wave outgoing radiation.

EARTHQUAKE MODIFICATION
What causes earthquakes? Over geological time, the irregular distribution of heat-producing radioactive elements in the rock layers gives rise to sub-surface temperature differences between various parts of the Earth. In the continents, granites and similar rocks have concentrated radioactive elements near the surface; no similar concentration has taken place in the sub-oceanic regions, which may as a result be more than 100ºC cooler than the corresponding sub-continental regions. Such variations in temperature along a horizontal line, due to the differences in the vertical distribution of heat-producing elements, give rise to large thermal stresses, causing strain analogous to that which cracks a glass tumbler filled with hot water. The strain tends to be greatest in regions of abrupt temperature change along a horizontal line through the Earth’s crust. The strain may be partially relieved by the slow convective flow of material in the deep Earth which is thought by some geophysicists to push continents about. But the strain can also be relieved by sharp fractures or by movements along previous faults in rocks near the surface. Movement along a fault radiates energy outward, which results in an earthquake. Each year approximately 200 megatons of strain energy is released in this fashion, the largest earthquakes corresponding to energy of the order of 100 megatons.

Major earthquakes tend to be located along two main belts. One belt, along which about eighty-five per cent of the total energy is released, passes around the Pacific and affects countries whose coastlines border this ocean, for example Japan and the west coast of North America. The second belt passes through the Mediterranean regions eastwards through Asia and joins the first belt in Indonesia. Along these two belts, large earthquakes occur with varying frequencies.

The use as a weapon system of the strain energy instability within the solid Earth requires an effective triggering mechanism.

MODIFICATION OF OCEANS
We are still in the very early stages of developing the theory and techniques for predicting the state of the oceans. In the past two decades, methods have been devised for the prediction of surface waves and surface wind distribution. A warning system for the tsunamis (tidal waves) produced by earthquakes has also been developed.

Certain currents within the oceans have been identified, but we do not yet know what the variable components are; that is, what the weather within the ocean is. Thus we have not been able to identify any instabilities within the oceanic circulation that might be easily manipulated. As in the case of the solid Earth, we can only speculate tentatively about how oceanic processes might be controlled.

One instability offering potential as a future weapon system is that associated with tsunamis. These frequently originate from the slumping into the deep ocean of loosely consolidated sediments and rocks perched on the continental shelf. Movement of these sediments can trigger the release of vast quantities of gravitational energy, part of which is converted in the motion of the tsunami. For example if, along a 1,000-kilometre edge of a continental shelf, a block 100 metres deep and 10 kilometres wide were dropped a distance of 100 metres, about 100 megatons of energy would be released. This release would be catastrophic to any coastal nation.

BRAIN WAVES ROUND THE WORLD?
At heights of forty to fifty kilometres above the Earth’s surface, substantial numbers of charged particles are found which make this part of the atmosphere, the ionosphere, a good conductor of electricity. The rocks and oceans are also more conducting than the lower atmosphere. Thus, we live in an insulating atmosphere between two spherical conducting shells or, as the radio engineer would put it, in an Earth-ionosphere cavity, or waveguide. Radio waves striking either conducting shell tend to be reflected back into the cavity, and this phenomenon is what makes conventional long-distance radio communication possible. Only recently, however, has there been any interest in natural electrical resonances within the Earth-ionosphere waveguide. Like any such cavity, the Earth-ionosphere waveguide will tend to sustain radio oscillation at certain frequencies in preference to others. These resonant frequencies are primarily determined by the size of the Earth and the speed of light, but the properties of the ionosphere modify them to a certain extent. The lowest resonances begin at about eight cycles per second, far below the frequencies ordinarily used for radio communication. Because of their long wavelength and small field strength, they are difficult to detect. Moreover, they die down quickly, within 1/16 second or so; in engineering terms, the cavity has a short time constant.

The enhanced low-frequency electrical oscillations in the Earth-ionosphere cavity relate to possible weapons systems through a little understood aspect of brain physiology. Electrical activity in the brain is concentrated at certain frequencies, some of it extremely slow, a little around five cycles per second, and very conspicuous activity (the so-called alpha rhythm) around ten cycles per second.

The Brain Research Institute of the University of California is investigating the effect of weak oscillating fields on human behaviour. The field strengths in these experiments are of the order of a few hundredths of a volt per centimetre. Subjects show small but measurable degradation in performance when exposed to oscillating fields for periods of up to fifteen minutes.

The field strengths in these experiments are still much stronger, by a factor of about 1,000, than the observed natural oscillations in the Earth-ionosphere cavity. However, as previously noted, the intensity of the natural fluctuations could bc increased substantially and in principle could be maintained for a long time, as tropical thunder storms are always available for manipulation. The proper geographical location of the source of lightning, coupled with accurately-timed, artificially-excited strokes, could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produced relatively high power levels over certain regions of the Earth and substantially lower levels over other regions. In this way, one could develop a system that would seriously impair brain performance in very large populations in selected regions over an extended period.

SECRET WAR AND CHANGING RELATIONSHIPS
Deficiencies both in the basic understanding of the physical processes in the environment and in the technology of environmental change make it highly unlikely that environmental modification will be an attractive weapon system in any direct military confrontation in the near future. Man already possesses highly effective tools for destruction. Eventually, however, means other than open warfare may be used to secure national advantage. As economic competition among many advanced nations heightens, it may be to a country’s advantage to ensure a peaceful natural environment for itself and a disturbed environment for its competitors. Operations producing such conditions might be carried out covertly, since nature’s great irregularity permits storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes and tidal waves to be viewed as unusual but not unexpected. Such a ‘secret war’ need never be declared or even known by the affected populations. It could go on for years with only the security forces involved being aware of it. The years of drought and storm would be attributed to unkindly nature and only after a nation were thoroughly drained would an armed take-over be attempted.

In addition to their covert nature, a feature common to several modification schemes is their ability to affect the Earth as a whole. The environment knows no political boundaries; it is independent of the institutions based on geography and the effects of modification can be projected from any one point to any other on the Earth. Because environmental modification may be a dominant feature of future world decades, there is concern that this incipient technology is in total conflict with many of the traditional geographical and political units and concepts.

Political, legal, economic and sociological consequences of deliberate environmental modification, even for peaceful purposes, will be of such complexity that perhaps all our present involvements in nuclear affairs will seem simple. Our understanding of basic environmental science and technology is primitive, but still more primitive are our notions of the proper political forms and procedures to deal with the consequences of modification. All experience shows that less significant technological changes than environmental control finally transform political and social relationships. Experience also shows that these transformations are not necessarily predictable, and that guesses we might make now, based on precedent, are likely to be quite wrong. It would seem, however, that these non-scientific, non-technological problems are of such magnitude that they deserve consideration by serious students throughout the world if society is to live comfortably in a controlled environment.

I always wondered if one could give the enemy a cold, so they wouldn't feel like fighting, and stayed in bed with a hot water bottle!
That is until I realised there is no enemy, and wars make money and kill a lot of people unnecessarily.

The brave Iragi defenders at Baghdad airport awaiting the US forces moving north were microwaved in their own bodies, heads exploded from boiling brains, internal organs boiled and ALL water in their bodies boiled and evaporated away. Leaving a skeketal husk a third the size of what once was a human being. That is HAARP, that is its purpose.

The media must connect the dots on extreme weather and climate change.

Hurricane Sandy caused terrible devastation and loss. But it is also a teachable moment to educate the public about the connection between extreme weather and oceans that are warming due to fossil-fueled climate change.

But too many major news outlets and reports are still relying on hackneyed weather reporting — windblown "reporters" with microphones on beaches — rather than asking why storms are getting bigger and more dangerous.1 Hurricane Sandy was no act of God. It was a record-setting killer storm that is becoming the new normal — and is a harbinger of much worse to come if we do not change course.

If we are ever to have sufficient will to attack global warming, the public needs to be let in on what many climate scientists are already saying.

Fortunately, there are a few media outlets starting to make the connection — NBC's Rachel Maddow, Chris Matthews, Brian Williams and even Jimmy Fallon are at least raising the question and bringing on thoughtful guests.2

But most of Big Media is relying on lowest-common-denominator weather reporting to cover record-breaking extreme weather.

We deserve better. Much better.

Tell CBS, ABC, the NY Times, Washington Post, Fox, and even NPR to report the connection between climate change and extreme storms.

When it comes to confronting climate change, we have a major structural and political problem. Our broken system of campaign finance and lobbying has allowed major polluters to buy off one party and essentially scare the other. The result is gridlock, science denial, and a continuance of policies which subsidize, promote and even invest in fossil fuels for the long-term, when we should be phasing them out as fast as can — maybe faster.

We must, very soon, work to overcome the power of the fossil fuel polluters and their hold on our elected leaders to get the policies we need.

Part of that will be the media fulfilling their obligation to inform the populous in this country. We need to know the whole truth. They must start reporting it.

Appreciate your perspective here... but after much consideration of the facts, I'm not convinced climate change has anything to do with fossil fuel emissions. There is evidence abound to support this assertion. I am also aware of the evidence supporting the conventional global warming theory, but in my estimation the latter is largely propaganda. The question isn't what is more convincing, but what evidence is founded on the objective of getting at the truth rather than the objective to support a specific agenda. On the surface it would appear the "deniers" have an ulterior agenda, e.g. the evil oil companies that want to continue to profit by dumping harmful carbon emissions into the atmosphere, etc. However, one should not so readily fall for this elementary logic. Upon more sophisticated study of the fascist dynamic of our government/corporate overlords, evil profiteers--and yes, even the evil oil companies--all secretly support the global warming theory to advance their interests. Getting the people on board with global warming is a slight of hand trick. In addition, it has since been unequivocally exposed that much of the case-closed evidence of anthropogenic global warming was fabricated and fraudulent. In short, the evidence is largely agenda-sponsored science to advance a carbon tax scheme on every single consumer on the planet and to garner an even larger monopoly stranglehold on the production and distribution of fossil fuels. Nothing is more profitable for big business than to get in bed with government and restrict and regulate the supply side and competition of your essential product while allowing the demand side to remain as strong as ever. If we, as consumers, really want alternative fuels friendly to the environment--or better yet, free energy--we need first break up the monopoly enjoyed by the energy industrial complex and allow the demand for alternate and sustaining fuels to flourish without fascist intervention. The last way to accomplish this is by empowering government and business further by perpetuating the global warming myth.

The issue I take with fossil fuel emissions has nothing to do climate change, but pollution. But this is an entirely different issue and we shouldn't fall for the trap of confusing the two.

It's fairly well established as fact that larger climactic changes (ie storms) have and are happening to every planet in our solar system (noticeably for the last 18 months or more), not just on Earth.

Therefore, human-made pollution is unlikely to be the main and only cause (all the more reason for a speedy introduction of Free Energy, not Tariffs & Carbon scams!). HAARP, chemtrail interaction, (others) - for whatever reason, may also be contributing possibilities (but try and prove it?). Whatever the reasons, our climate IS changing for the worse - we will have to adapt.

Hey mate,

One thing that bothers me about this HAARP subject is that, if it really can create hurricanes and powerful storms, why haven´t they used it during the recent wars?

They could literally have saved millions of dollars if they had used it in Iraq, Afghanistan or even Iran in the near future.

Also, it would give them an extreme advantage, since such weather weapons officially don´t exist and there´s no regulation about them, so they couldn´t be held responsible for an eventual "natural" disaster somewhere in the Middle-East.

This leads me to think that HAARP can´t create hurricanes, tornadoes or earthquakes from scratch; It can only intensify and manipulate them.

We had the power to vaporize clouds, the Microwave signals could be turned up to bounce tornados... but that is completely different than HF at low power ranges like is used in the system... a 1 GW system sounds huge, but again it isn't that type of signal nor would it be possible with these types of antennae arrays to create anything of the sort, but it does make exciting conspiracy theories...

The energy levels associated with the weather engine of Earth are truly staggering and no radio transmitter could ever hope to possibly compete with it. The only reasonable way HAARP or its relatives could influence weather would be by pinpoint heating of bodies of water or air, clouds or perhaps the jet stream. The problem here, and one the conspiracists ignore, is that it takes microwave energies to do that and HAARP is only using HF and below, far too weak to deliver anything close to the needed energy. HAARP does not even have the antenna system let alone the power generating equipment for creating very powerful directed microwave radiation, the kind needed to excite water vapor. I have studied every HAARP antennae array within range and no it is not possible with this equipment, but since we are stretching what might be, we have heard here on Avalon of advanced ET technology thousands of years more advanced than what has been released to the public, I have no doubt that eventually it will be possible. What you are quoting from is a developers theory.

the type of power you would need to affect a storm this size would take 5 nuclear plants cutting power to everyone else on the grid around it while it was operating.

remember the article you are quoting from was at the same time Hollywood was creating movies to show Russia we had space weapons...

afraid the truth is worse, the Heat Rising from the New York Region would have far more affect on an incoming storm than any man made array in existence. that is why this is the second time a storm has turned and slammed New York in a little over a year.

Microwaves on the other hand, just like the crowd weapons are a different type of wave that could affect the atmosphere...

You could launch a microwave beam out to the ocean and as the storm approached it, the cloud would dissipate which would do the affect they are talking of in the article with very little power in comparison. a reverse microwave that seed clouds or increase its strength is a question to take up with Koch Industries...

From the moment when Hurricane Sandy was named, it appeared artificial. It popped into existence in the western Caribbean Sea just east of the Panama Canal. There was nothing in the area to indicate a cyclonic storm was brewing. By the time it was passing over Cuba and Haiti, it was already being plotted to travel up the eastern seaboard and make a left turn at Cape May New Jersey, even though no hurricane has ever directly hit the shores of New Jersey since records were kept over a hundred years ago.

Only Hurricane Irene hit New Jersey, but it first landed in the outer banks of North Carolina on August 27, 2011, following the Virginia coast as a Category 1 and then dropped to a tropical storm at Little Egg Inlet New Jersey. Hurricane Irene was artificial too.

The mainstream media was pumping up the 'Frankenstorm' Sandy psi-op. Be afraid...be very afraid.

HAARP arrays along the coast were constantly jacking Sandy up. The size grew as the moisture content increased, but sustained wind speeds maxed at 80 MPH. It briefly it was a Category 2 after dropping a lot of rain on the Bahamas and dropping to Tropical Storm status...

Weather systems covering North America were being steered to intersect over Pennsylvania and create snow over New York and New England. Also, over the Azores, there was an even larger low pressure system with one arm connecting to Hurricane Sandy - like a river of moisture - feeding it from two thousand miles to the east. The designers of this disaster could not get the hundred miles per hour winds that they wanted, so they created a deluge and timed it for the higher tides of the October 29, 2012 full moon.

From the west, the remnants of Philippine/Japan typhoons, which had been deflected towards Alaska throughout the summer, started hitting the Oregon-Washington State coasts adding moisture to the northern states. The Philippines had a rough summer with sixteen huge typhoons hitting it. Another river of moisture came north from Acapulco/Baja tropical storms over Texas and into the Mid West. From the north, there was a cold low pressure mass bringing snow. Five rivers of moisture converged over Pennsylvania. A lot of artificial manipulation of planetary weather was evident.

The hurricane designers have wanted to create Category 5 + hurricanes, but have not been able to do so. There has been a lack of Aetheric Ice due to the clean up of the lower astral. Densification of the lowest astral realms has not been happening. Therefore, little Aetheric Ice is falling into the oceans which can be used by HAARP and Scalar Beams to increase ocean evaporation rates. Katrina went from a Category 1 to 5 in one day as it passed over a wide patch of Aetheric Ice in the warm Gulf of Mexico. Most of the tropics have little patches of Aetheric Ice.

The designers of hurricanes cannot throw a Hurricane Andrew at the coast. Hurricane Sandy was a patchwork of storms and it did not bring the catastrophe the designers wanted.

Cell towers blasting microwaves in a perimeter around the population centers, some are directed outward so as storms approach, they shrink...

the pressure said this should have hit as a cat 4 or 5...

now if they really wanted to mess us up, they would knock power out as the storm was approaching, the cell towers only have a 12 hour generating system, so once they are shut down, really bad news...


the Jet stream that was looping down to the Caribbean is what kept pushing the moisture up into the storm.
