Such a lovely and gentle energy expressed in that video eaglespirit Thank you!

At 5minutes4seconds in he says : “The time has come. The time has come where we no longer need to suffer. A lot of people say ‘life is suffering.’ Don’t die trying to make it. Don’t struggle trying to make it. Because abundance is our natural state.”

He speaks so warmly of our true power in creating a world of joy and sharing, by believing in abundance rather than the illusions of its shadow. There are moments when I can taste that vitality, feel it coursing through me, especially around the flow and the beauty of nature’s living things. There are times when I feel required to accept some of the difficulties in life’s journey, rather than deny them, in order to process them – like the winter’s mulching of autumn leaves, welcomed by the skilled and supple hands of the earth. So that life can turn its cycle, and prepare to birth the next, all based on the gleaning of understandings whose edges shimmer with a new light. It’s purpose is always to lead us back to light.

There is a real luminosity to the energy today,
can anyone else feel that? ...

To astrid... I did feel, quite subtly, a wonderful and vibrant energy around the dawning of 2013; it was a pleasant surprise; as though something truly good had been anchored on a large scale. So many people have poured light into the world this last year – and it’s as if the earth were answering... and the doors will open for those seeds to grow as opportunities

I came across this poem recently, called Earth Song, in the book The World I Dream Of. It’s by Christian de Quincey:

Even though it’s written imagining a world of the future (he writes: “This is my vision for “Future Earth””) rather than describing the beauty of a current world that gives us everything we need, I found reading it does breathe that wonder into the present for me. It says so much so beautifully...

Spent the day packing my car. Tomorrow I hit the road back home to Washington. I miss the trees and the moisture in the air. I will be sad to say goodbye to my niece who had broken her ankle. For two months I have been cooking and cleaning for her but now she is well enough to take care of herself. Right now I am resting with Ipad in my lap waiting for friends to come and say goodbye who are bringing food and laughter. Goodbye to Utah!

Thanks Mojo. Magnificent. Those movies brought Clint Eastwood massive fame,
and without this music score those Westerns might never have made it.
Yet, few know the name of the composer.

Love Morricone's work.

as usual the original productions of his sometimes complex arrangements (regarding acoustical spaces and the instruments involved), are the ones we identify with. The cadence, the emphasis, the entire flow of the music, in all ways, is the thing we all hear in our minds, when we think of the given film.

I like classical, to some degree, and I have preferred conductors, due to the complexity of the orchestra. Bernard Haitink being a favorite that I would choose over all others, if I had the work of one composer, but multiple conductors in front of me. If Bernard was the given conductor on one..then..., that is the one I would choose.

In the case of some of Morricone's more well known works, it is ...Hugo Montenegro, oddly enough.

Posting between bouts of cleaning the kitchen floor. The only way a kitchen floor can really ever be properly cleaned. On your hands and knees, with a proper scrub brush. All kinds of ways to try and avoid it, but that is the only way that ever seems to truly work. Isn't that strange? Modern times (whatever that means) ....and this method is still the best.

Edit: there is a reason for this. Modern cleaners will get the stubborn bits off a kitchen floor. But at a cost, of damaging the surface of the floor. This equation cannot be beat, that which removes, also..removes-the floor itself, that is. Thus, the best way is to let it go a bit..and then scrub it. Properly. with a bush, on your knees. If you don't care about the lifespan of the flooring, and you and anyone in the house is amazingly..somehow... immune to nasty chemicals... then knock yourself out and do it the 'modern' way. Either way, there's no free rides.

I sold over 500 DVD's when BluRays (HD discs) where on their way in. I kept, uhm...maybe 4.

One of them was "once upon a time in the west", and another was 'the quiet earth'.

Of course, the Italians being romantics..it was an Italian firm which produced what is likely the vast majority of the guns seen in 'westerns'.

The easiest kitchen floor to maintain is plain white ceramic tiles. The smoother the surface, the better.
Just hot water will keep it clean.
The whiteness makes dirt so visible that one feels compelled to clean the spots the moment they happen.

Woke up to a beautiful bright sunshine morning. The sun reflecting rainbow rays off of the snow.
Watched a magnificent sunrise and did a few minute of sun gazing.

I felt the energy shift too last night a blending of the feminine & masculine; wholesome and very strong to me. Very Sacred is the way i would describe the feeling and experience of the energy. Also, like something had been waiting a very long time to come forth.

Did a sweat lodge this morning to bring in the New Year. Felt the same energies there too.

I do not love cleaning floors, but I love one cleaned properly. Hands and knees also get one close to the grime. My Virgo midheaven has made be bring a nailbrush sometimes. ( I fought off the urge to get an old toothbrush). Simple mild soap and elbow grease and a separate bucket for fresh water for the wipe up cloth is the best way. Change the water when it gets nasty. I will refrain from gender implications here. Letting people walk on it and get it fugazy again is good practice in letting go.
