Agreed, thanks.

The baby steps are getting a little bit longer every day. Soon enough we'll get out of the denial (hopefully).

She makes more decisions every here & now, takes a little tiny slice more of personal responsibility.

I find it is like in my life, the more you learn and grow, the more challenges you attract.

My focus has been to stick in little reminders, point out little things I notice, which prove that the drink is waaaaaay more of handicap than a "crutch"...I appreciate that idea to stick in the toolkit for use at the ideal time

It's such a pain in the ass, but sometimes a blessing, that so many people around us are heavier or more frequent drinkers than her. On one hand she can say, well I'm not as bad -----, and I don't drink EVERY night like -----. But I get to say: ha! Look what happened when ------ got bombed...prob not good idea, eh?

But that's all in its own time, a project for me, I guess--or an aspect of my reality I can't force, I need to slowly coax. In the here and now, I'm apparently surrounded by spirits, that maybe I'm finally getting my baby steps to be bigger. I keep searching and asking for those more intelligent/evolved beings to bring their presence to my awareness, or help guide me toward being able to be more aware.

Its author, Ole Dammegård, was interviewed by Red Ice Radio on January 6, 2012, here

I don't see the book for sale on Amazon, but the author does have the book (an English translation) available for free online: Coup d’etat in Slow Motion (pdf; 843 pages).

How nice. But I suggest that you just participate first...
this is about the present, and what tuning into the NOW does for your personal connection with the great universe.

When you have time to spare just click on any random number page and dive in there.
There is little point in reading this thread like a book from cover to cover, as participation will reveal more to you about our unconscious connectedness.
When you begin to trust your intuition enough, then any spontaneous action can become a sign post for a special message for you that is relevant to the current moment in your life. Just feel free.

When I was a young mother struggling to be a good parent, the neighborhood "Gramma" offered the following advice, "Relax. All children need are roots and wings...give them those and you will have done your job well." Just talked to my daughter about this very thing yesterday...

It’s not the guides job to “help guide me toward being able to be more aware.” The secret to be more aware is more awareness.

Awareness comes from yourself. It’s your life to experience and co-create anyway that you choose. Greater awareness and actions steps increases your Light vibration. How? Through such ways as right thinking, eating, reflection, and decision making.

Higher Light vibration is too much for a body that is not prepared for such intensity. Also, to wait around or spent time in search for guides to help you, that may create a whole new set of problems. Higher Guides do not interfere with your life choices. It’s your journey.

Whereas, lower entities love the idea of you giving over your power to them. If you advertise that you are not worthy or capable of running your show, then expect lower gremlins to burp in your face, yank ya chain, go poke-poke-poke and stick you in a cabbage patch. In contrast, Higher Guides love to cheer those that continue to discover how powerful they are and make empowered decisions on their own.

So, spend time RAISING your vibration rather than “search and ask for those more intelligent/evolved beings to guide you”.

These are some bullet points I’ve posted about my Guides:

- Mostly, they are there for support and encouragement. How I know them to be of the Light is that I only feel their Love. A feeling of Love and Peace washes over me to the point where I sometimes weep.

- When I have doubts about visitors, a command I use: "Only those of Christ Light, and Allness of Everything, are welcome. Show your light or leave now." Even when my Family & Guides come, I ask that they show their Light. Before my thought even begins, they do.

- I use the phrases mentioned above as a double check to make sure I’m not in denial. There were a couple of times in the last six months when guidance didn’t feel pure as I know it to be. When I asked to see the Light, it wasn’t brilliant. Which meant it’s not someone that I choose to accept guidance from. They weren’t negative, just not high enough to allow them to stay. I ask them to please leave and as fast as they came in they left.

Dennis, can you briefly explain what is the job description of a mod?

- How long were you one?
- Do you have to train?
- Does it require technological skill/training?
- What kind of time commitment does it take?
- Do mods have a short life span being a mod because of the responsibility to deal with so many personalities?
- What percentage of people would you say didn't respect your decisions? Are they mostly repeat offenders?
- Were there many paid infiltrators on the forum?
- What if you are not interested in a thread, do you still monitor it?
- Did you ever run into a problem with someone that has authority issues?
- Are you expected to log in a certain number of hours?
- How important is it for the community to be a part of reporting of
- Have you ever had to give a 10 day vacation to someone?
- Did the new people stay in close contact with you for support?

Hi Paula,

Will have to try this tomorrow. Getting sleepy around these parts.

I was a mod here for a brief period of time, right after a volcanic eruption on the forum that was the major rift in this forum's history. So, what I dealt with (and it was just for a brief time - then I quit to work on the Reset Button) would not be anything like how the forum is now. My answers will only apply to that period of time (a time of great upheaval.) The turmoil was a combination of real (and ugly) and fabricated/fantasized. It was dramatic, and I probably magnified the drama.
