Hi Roman. I can tell you are in a great place right now. How many times have I been there and wished for others to challenge me, to ask me, because I knew all of the answers are there. Every single question can be answered. The real art in life is how to formulate relevant questions.
So here we go...challenging myself to come up with a question straight from my heart:

What can I as an individual do to tweak the minds of seven billion people to manifest all the basic stuff that they need,
like food and shelter, so as to give them enough security that they no longer have to endanger others in their survival efforts.

And what can I do to inspire all those who already have far more than they will ever need to make them feel secure enough to start sharing with those in need, and do so without legislation, but voluntarily.

O.k., this is my thing right now... and I'm asking you for little advice if possible...
Four months ago I started working at a place that depends on a very well known university in Long Island New York. This place was set up to give medical services to first responders at 9 11 and it's like a medical office with around 40 employees.
Since the very first hour the lady that I had to work with started telling me about all the wrong and bad things about the office and all employees, she complains all day long not stop and it's very hard to keep my cool.
I am a very positive and happy woman and I don't sweat the small stuff but yesterday I had an incredibly bad day, I was really exhausted.
I have tried different approaches to show or teach her about reality, thoughts and all of that, the only thing that stuck with her is the alien stuff, she enjoys the videos and lectures I have sent her.
I tried The Secret, Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, etc. to no avail.
Since last night I'm doing Oponopono almost as my last resource.
I like my job very much but this endless tirade of negative talking is affecting me and I want to change the energy of the place, she's not the only person complaining but she is the worst and I have to be with her in a small room 8 hours a day.
So, dear Romanwkt, do you have some advice or technique that I can do or use? Trust me, I'm willing to do it.
