Dang, it took me forever to find this old post, to bring it back, here and now. The topic of sungazing has been coming back up, so here we go:

the solar element is very important. Several times you've mentioned it, and I've always gotten side tracked before responding. A few years ago I was hanging out with hermes and he taught me to form the caduces within the body.

first you focus on the sun. Then, with the inbreath, you breath in the light through the forehead. It helps if you have actual sunlight, but with practice visualization works too. Ok, so you breathe in the sun, and pull the light down the front of the body, to the root, where it turns and goes up the spine, reaching the top of the head where it exits the body and returns to the sun.

second, once the flow is established, start collecting light from the flow into the root to form the sun *inside you at the base chakra*, the flow upwards is not diminished as it is an infinite source and with the collection the intake is increased as well, the balance here is important, upon the completion of the sun in the root move the attention to the heart center and repeat the process forming a second sun in the heart, then a third time forming the sun in the head.

thirdly, the perspective is made where the lower sun drops below, this being the connection to earth, and the higher sun moves up to be the sun above, which it is in truth, while you stay with the central sun, which is also true, and the most profound, and yet the three are one and you, yet they are a staff whereby earth connects to heaven

fourth, the hands are put together before the heart and the light of that sun is poured into the hands and out the fingers which are pointed beneath the chin aimed to the center of the head, where is seen the pinecone of light, and you see the pine cone within the head, and seen together with the entire self within the pinecone at the same time, holding both, what is within you are within and what you are is also that which is without

with the completion of the prior step, the fifth and last step happens almost automatically, as the within/without finds the balance, the inward downward flow begins to move in a circular fashion, becoming a downward spiral and the movement reaches the root and spins then the other way spiraling back upward, forming the caduces as exits the head, forming a double helix, or torsion field.

I practiced this several times a day for a few years after I was given it in '08. Progressively the steps became more and more habit until I was pretty much doing the whole thing instantly, and now I can't even stop it every time the sun shines on my face.

anyway, this has been a source of great help and healing, and most of all, Fun.

Here and Now...you could blow me down with a feather. When I was 16, my father and step-mother withdrew me from high school so that I could watch my little brother, an infant. That lasted a couple of years. Then, my Dad (his Dad) passed away when he was (I think) a very young teen. I found him on facebook a while back and once in a long while he pops up with an update. I never understand his updates. He seems to be a vagrant or some such, so I worry, I send ho'oponopono, I say a little prayer once in a while. He is fully an adult at this point, has had a couple of run-ins with the law.

Today for some reason, I got curious about a word someone used on his facebook wall, the word "gathering." He was trying to go to a "gathering." He keeps updating his status from these weird places, all over the country, but never seems to say much. That's why I think about him from time to time I guess, wondering if he is homeless and hitch-hiking and running from the police or something. Well, researcher that I am, haha, I found what he was talking about. I'm speechless.

Rainbow Gatherings are temporary intentional communities,[1] typically held in outdoor settings, and espousing and practicing ideals of peace, love, harmony, freedom and community, as a consciously expressed alternative to mainstream popular culture, consumerism, capitalism and mass media.

Rainbow Gatherings and the Rainbow Family of Living Light (usually abbreviated to "Rainbow Family") are an expression of a Utopian impulse, combined with bohemianism, hipster and hippie culture, with roots clearly traceable to the counterculture of the 1960s. Thanks Paula - well, I did what some would call a "dumb thing." I left paradise (Costa Rica), and some awesome "friends" I have there, the cleaner air, the fresh foods I buy that the growers in the mountains bring down and sell in the markets, the weather, the weather, the weather... and it seemed there was far, far less "scalar weaponry", HAARP interaction, etc. - far less vampires other than the girls down at the Del Rey (but they are pretty easy to handle... cause I don't go there anymore) and the Latin world which I love! You don't have to worry about whether or not someone will actually be on time there, because they never are... and you don't have to wonder if they are trying to screw you when you buy something, they always are... and well, I just loved it there.

But I had a reason to come to Texas and so I put on my superman cape and flew to Dallas - got here on Feb 7th.

In less than 4 weeks, the food, the "water" (or so they call it), the massive adverting everywhere... walked into a grocery store and they actually have some audio advertisement you can hear in the parking lot... the radio advertisng, TVs everywhere, TVs... and more TVs - Big TVS, loud TVs - did I say lots of TVs? The day I got here there was this lovely pattern in the sky of "vapor trails" - They sure got lotsa vapor around here - wow... and then I started to go downhill. Down, down, down... lost my connection to spirit even. That was when I became a clown for a few days - just felt it was all nothing but one big clown show on earth these days... And then, I started feeling that depressed feeling I hadn't experienced since before I discovered the Horus-Ra thread. That was the last straw.

Less than 4 weeks and I was giving up (which is no different than suicide... just slower).

But! Amzer Zo "chewed" me out and somehow, I set the ego to the side (I am beginning to think that's the secret by the way...) and well, I realized I stopped exercising and I realized I had begun to eat the foods I know I can't (I am prone to candida and seems I can't have gluten nor lactose) - and guess what I did?

I did a brisk walk for 1 hour and got serious about my diet (again) and in just 24 hours - I am BACK!

So thanks for your patience. Ohhh and...

Eve's cool. I have been fortunate to speak with her and she's definitely super cool. That Love Byte book - Bammo - Lucifera (my lovely ex) had to have inspired that piece of work. (me too, but I hate telling on myself).

And as far as psychopaths go... and I know some folks try and tell me I am not, but under my definition, I am a full blown psychopath and know myself pretty well. The difference is that I discovered it was more fun not being all about me all the time and so I am a "redeemed" psychopath. But if Steve Richards is right, I have a zillion "spirit" attachments because I have no doubt i have killed all sorts of animals and "human" animals too during my many lifetimes where I did not get permission at their soul level so to do... so I am one big massive ball of confusion as I have to be at least 1,000 spirits... and some of them are human and some of them are not from anywhere near earth and some of them have never been in the physical world till I sucked em into it.

A wrinkle in time. Three times in two days, the same thing happened. Wolfie walked by and seconds later, he walked by again in the same direction.

The first time on the first day, I thought I just didn’t notice him go one way and then come back around. The second time, I didn’t dismiss what I saw, and just left it alone. The next day, I recognized it was what the same as the day before. The difference was that I had an awareness because of the prior experiences.

I watched to see how I felt. Nothing. No fear, no delight. An inner knowing that is how it’s done, but I couldn’t say what that is. And then when on with my day.

Wow ... just got done listening to a new Clif High wujo.

One of the most fascinating ones ever.

First 15 minutes about sink holes which was quite interesting ... but goes into a totally mind-blowing "event" where he and several others with similar projects all independently were able to detect a ... *TIME EVENT* of some sort (on the same day in early February). Said "event" was also later confirmed by several psychics (for the same day).

Has Clif amazed and more than a little freaked. Interview gave me goosebumps.
