i stopped registering and reporting to the state when i seen clearly what was going to come 2 years ago. at one point they even wanted percise locatation as if it was going on a platt map??we have back up plans in place long before we came online.i cant with good concious remove or hide the post.its also why i use my real name and general location.no fear we no longer hide.thanks for your concern but hiding goes against my purpose and nature.yes i have an agenda.to wake up as many people as poss.and live and fight by example...and help others along the way.NO FEAR..also.i taught several familys how to keep bees some even learnto graf and breed queens.they took the same route to.they live in several states.so no matter what monsantos and the PTB do...good luck tracking em all down you asswipes!!! ...sorry that slipped.

Restoring liberty in America is not only possible, but already underway'

Sheriffs and peace officers from across the country will be meeting with likeminded supporters for a national convention focused on one goal: restoring constitutional rule in the United States of America.

From May 31-June 1, the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, or CSPOA, will be meeting in St. Charles, Mo., for its Heartland of America Conference.

The purpose of the conference is to equip sheriffs, peace officers and public officials with information and public support to carry out their oaths of office – specifically, to uphold the U.S. Constitution – recognizing that in the case of federal overreach, the county sheriff may be the last line of defense in protecting Americans' constitutional rights.

"We are going to train and vet them all, state by state, to understand and enforce the constitutionally protected rights of the people they serve, with an emphasis on state sovereignty and local autonomy," explains CSPOA Founder and Executive Director Sheriff Richard Mack. "Then these local governments will issue our new Declaration to the Federal Government regarding the abuses that we will no longer tolerate or accept. Said declaration will be enforced by our Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers.

"In short," Mack says, "the CSPOA will be the army to set our nation free."
Mack is more than familiar with fighting federal overreach. The former sheriff of Graham County, Ariz., in 1994 Mack joined six other sheriffs in challenging a provision of the federal Brady Bill placing the burden of its background checks on local sheriffs. The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 to strike down the provision.

Police Chief Larry Kirk of Old Monroe, Mo., told WND, "In the past few years we have seen many of the citizens of this country become concerned over the direction it has taken. We have watched personal rights being eroded and a disconnect developing between citizens and officers working in law enforcement.

"I wanted to find other officers that shared my concerns," he continued. "I wanted to be able to work with our sheriffs and other peace officers in educating the citizens and others in our career field on the powers of the sheriff's office and what is needed for us to stand on guard to protect our rights and those of our fellow citizens. The CSPOA is the organization at the front of this movement.

"The people of my state are seeing the overreach of government at the federal level and want to know where their sheriffs will stand," he concluded. "The people of this state need to hear this message, and the sheriffs of this state need to hear it. Sheriffs and officers need the support of their communities, and we need to support them. This is the organization that can help educate us all on the proper roles that we should play and what we can do to stop the encroachment on our liberties and unalienable rights."

Sheriff Mack further told WND, "In view of the culture of corruption, which seems so prevalent in Washington, many Americans are searching for hope and solutions that are both effective and peaceful. The purpose of the CSPOA convention is to offer absolute evidence that both indeed exist. Each attendee will leave with this evidence and a renewed hope that restoring liberty in America is not only possible, but already underway!"

The convention, to be held at the Ameristar Hotel in St. Charles, Mo., is free to all public officials and open to the public at large.

"We already have hundreds of police, sheriffs and other officials who have expressed a desire to be a part of this holy cause of liberty," Mack explains.
In fact, CSPOA maintains a growing list of – at last count – 18 state sheriffs associations and over 450 sheriffs across the country already taking a stand against what they perceive as attempts by the Obama administration to enact unconstitutional gun-control measures.

As WND reported, Maricopa County Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio is among those after telling a local radio host the federal government is "going to have problem" if they expect him to confiscate guns from private citizens.

"I took [multiple] oaths of office, and they all say I will defend the Constitution of the United States," Arpaio told Mike Broomhead of KFYI Radio in Phoenix, Ariz. "Now if they're going to tell the sheriff that he's going to go around picking up guns from everybody, they're going to have a problem. I may not enforce that federal law."

Broomhead pushed the man sometimes called "America's toughest sheriff" even further, asking Arpaio if the feds passed a law banning ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, would his deputies confiscate such magazines?
"No," Arpaio said. "My deputies, I said before, I'm going to arm all my deputies – a month ago I said before this – with automatic weapons and semi-automatic weapons. We're going to be able to fight back. … I don't care what they say from Washington."

Larry Pratt, president of Gun Owners of America, told WND he supports sheriffs taking a tough stand.

"The county sheriffs need to act and make new deputies to stop federal authority in the counties," Pratt said. "There is a misconception in our time that the court somehow is the arbiter of what is constitutional; that's not true! Every official that raises their right hand and says they're going to adhere to the constitution, seek to protect it to the best of their ability, `so help me God' – that's something that they're all obligated to do."

I don’t like the sound of what he shares at all. It points directly at bio-terrorism and he names the Bechtels as the worst examples of the human race and calls the reserve “the Devil’s playground”.

i read a lot. In fact, my first (personal, not from contributing to a corporate effort) patent (granted in 1999) is for inventing a form of software that allows humans to read from computer screens at up to 2000 words per minute. i still use this approach to read a lot from computers.

But i also read a lot of books. It is the best way, in my opinion, for humans, mostly unsuited to schooling, like myself, to educate themselves. Of course, i have a method...certainly, derived from madness, on how to read books. It works for me though i discard a lot of books quickly when certain flaws in thinking are revealed by the author. A lot of books fall into this category of 'unfinished due to errors in thinking, or false, base assumptions' as most humans do not think either well, or deeply about things.

A recent exception to this has been Nicholas Taleb, and his book, Antifragility. This is a kick ass book. i am quite certain that this book is my most important, and challenging, and enjoyable, reading experience in over 30/thirty years. i am also quite certain that this book will travel very well into the future, and will still be read, in book form, as long as there are humans interested in reading.

Ok, enough with the book review....if you are a reader, and interested in reading dense non-fiction poking of reality, this book is for you...but if not, here is something i have taken away from it; there is a way of thinking about the future, in conjunction with all of human past, and trends of the current moment so as to be able to get a view of things that "likely" may exist in that future, in such way, as to be able to invent them now. Make sense? Probably not.

Basically Taleb is a very smart human, who has written a greatly insightful book, from which many people will derive many different (new) things. One of the things i have derived is a heuristic (rule set) for inventions (put really crudely as it is quite the sophisticated method and understanding, in my opinion). This heuristic set is complex, but easily applied, and contains some levels of self validation (so a fellow does not try to walk off with his head up his ass).

So, sitting here absorbed by Taleb's book these last few weeks (i read it slowly as it took lots of thinking) while waiting to see if the global coastal event forecast, the Farsight.org 2012 forecast, and the RV validation stuff would manifest, i came up with this RSIS ("rule set for inventing ****"), and invented some **** as a test.

Damned if it did not work. i have two really good inventions at the moment, and others pending. Of these three, one is seriously deep, and is a 'key technology' invention.

Should universe hold off on kicking the human species in our collective butt, which is to say, after June 1, 2013, it is my intention to form an 'isoc' (invention self organizing collective) around the 'pirate ship model'*^*.

Again, should universe cooperate by not sending big thumping earthquakes and oceanic sloshing that disrupts the infrastructure, it is our plan here at hph to establish new headquarters (universe forcing us to move, but strange new opportunity there as well, more on that after June 1), and to explore these new heuristics for invention.

My thought for the first isoc is to pursue Experiment #2 results which is a new technology that would allow every wood burning stove manufacturer on planet to develop high efficiency 'rocket' stoves (biogas/mass combustion). As of this moment the whole industry faces a couple of barriers that this invention removes. Additionally, this invention is an industry wide component that has global wholesale potential.

Toward this end (and to occupy my mind in our most recent 'winter' storms), i have taken up Sketchup (the 3d design tool from Google), and begun preliminary renderings and engineering specs for Ex #2. (i chose #2 as it has the widest impact on humans and the planet). Tied to 3d printing, this tool allows the mentally challenged dyslexic such as myself to think in 3d. Currently working the engineering for our new HPH domicile/headquarters and will have some drawings available shortly (assuming i can connect to post...damn ddos attacks).

In our E#2 isoc, we will be operating independently of the "usually accepted path" through the legal system, in that we will NOT be seeking patents. I have patents, and have learned about the process. In my opinion, and legal fact, patents do NOT protect your creative thought, nor output, and are hugely expensive in both time and money. All a 'patent' is intended to provide is a pathway, or legal basis for suit, should one feel that they have had 'intellectual property' stolen. Let me repeat this...all a patent provides you is a single, narrow, platform for a lawsuit. No patent has ever protected any invention anywhere.....if you dispute this, please provide instances to support that opinion.

i have several other methods that will provide better, and more certain protection, in a much more timely fashion that will be employed in our isoc's.

Assuming universe permits this exploration....which we will know with certainty in less than a week.

In the meantime i need to finish Taleb's book Antifragility, and to get these drawings done, both of the new HPH headquarters, and the results of Experiment #2. As part of that isoc, after June 1, i will be seeking participation from a metals (and ceramics) casting engineer. We are currently exploring the idea of crowd funding, but may go with a single source of capital. In our model, all participants get a share of the proceeds in perpetuity, including Money*$* (financing/capital). As this invention promises to be a very long running product, there are some serious social issues to consider while we are in the engineering 'shake it to break it' phase. We are also noodling on the distribution method (make it ourselves, or sell it off to the appropriate player in the industry).

All to be determined later.....as time permits, assuming it does, after June 1.

A high-tech United States surveillance tool which sweeps up all communications without a warrant was sent to New Zealand for testing on the public, according to an espionage expert.

The tool was called ThinThread and it worked by automatically intercepting phone, email and internet information.

ThinThread was highly valued by those who created it because it could handle massive amounts of intercepted information. It then used snippets of data to automatically build a detailed picture of targets, their contacts and their habits for the spy organisation using it.

Those organisations were likely to include the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) after Washington, DC-based author Tim Shorrock revealed ThinThread was sent to New Zealand for testing in 2000-2001.

Mr Shorrock, who has written on intelligence issues for 35 years, said the revolutionary ThinThread surveillance tool was sent to New Zealand by the US National Security Agency. The term 'Up at the Ranch' (which i specifically coined to title this thread)... Was conceived through a realization processing experienced while visiting the Eceti Ranch here in Trout Lake back in June 2010 ... The phrase (in a metaphorically spiritual way) refers to a higher state of mind and heart that totally engrosses me while being there and pretty much all the time now while living up here in Trout Lake ...

It is the kind of heartfelt energy i wish to provide and sustain for everyone who visits and shares here ...

"In the first half of the program, George Knapp was joined by popular former Las Vegas mayor Oscar Goodman, who discussed his career as a mob attorney, representing everyone from Meyer Lansky to Lefty Rosenthal, as well as how this led to him becoming the mayor of Las Vegas. Goodman recalled that a serendipitous recommendation to a mobster needing a lawyer and a "very, very lucky" court win resulted in his gaining the attention of the mafia. His reputation grew due to court victories in the first wiretap trial as well as representing Lanksy in a high profile case where everyone was found guilty except him. From that point forward, Goodman marveled, "I was the mob's lawyer." Regarding the argument that Goodman helped 'bad guys' get away with their crimes, he responded that if the government cannot do its job without committing misconduct, then "they're not entitled to putting anybody away."

On how Goodman made the transition from mob lawyer to mayor of Las Vegas, he explained that the cases had begun to become repetitive and he grew dissatisfied that his "primary goal" revolved around how much money he could make. Additionally, he noted that his life had become boring because he focused intensely on his work and was "very concerned that the government would rather have me than my client," so he led an extremely private life. Ultimately, he decided that he wanted to "try and keep the system honest from the inside" and successfully ran for mayor of the city. Known for his outspoken nature, such as suggesting that graffiti 'artists' have their thumbs cut off, Goodman mused that "you only go around once" in life and, thus, he rebuked his critics who want him to be more politically correct, declaring that they can "drop dead."

In the latter half, author Bill Birnes talked about Dr. Max Jacobson, who developed a unique "energy formula" that altered the paths of some of the twentieth century's most iconic figures, including President and Jackie Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra, and Elvis. Birnes detailed how Jacobson was an internal medicine specialist who was trying to find a cure for diseases using blood serum. Over the course of his research, he developed a treatment which was so powerful that it made people very sick, so he added methamphetamines to the formula to make them feel better. Via his friendship with film director Billy Wilder, Jacobson developed a clientele amongst the New York entertainment community which sought out his "special vitamin shots," as they were called.

Following his victory, Kennedy became increasingly reliant on Jacobson's drug cocktail, Birnes said, and even tried to get the doctor to move into the White House. As a result of his drug dependence, JFK became so erratic that the Vienna Summit with Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev became a diplomatic disaster and Kennedy later had a "psychotic break" during a visit to New York. Birnes theorized that the CIA's weariness over Kennedy's drug habit, and the reckless behavior it caused, ultimately led to his assassination."

Here is a lizard that was found in a Mars Curiosity photo! This lizard clearly has an eye and a tail as well as all the other features that are common with lizards here on Earth. This lizard is hard to spot at first but easy once you zoom into the Mars Curiosity photo. It is amazing all the life that is to be found on Mars. It seems like every week a new Mars photo is uncovered and reexamined to reveal another object (abnormality) on the planets desert scared like surface ? Often i have thought that they (NASA) might not have really ever voyaged to explore the Red Planet ... But perhaps instead went out into the US Southwestern desert terrain and just took random photos ...

Though i might be shocked at first ... i wouldn't be too surprised if something like this might appear in one of the thousands of Mars Rover pics...
