I have never been afraid of not finding my body should I ever succeed going out-of-body, nor do I worry about it. I do always wonder when I hear someone say (as Jake just did) "you will always find your way back to your body":

If there would be people who did not get back to their bodies after an OBE, they wouldn't be able to tell us about it, would they?

ccccccccccccccccc. Deneon, my friend, you can't lose it, you are connected to it Spiritually. ccc. And you cannot be harmed. You are an Immortal Spirit, of the Highest order. The only thing "above" you, is your High Self/Source. I write it that way, (HS/Source) because your HS, "IS" Source. When we go into the Astral Realms, everything is below us, even the Angels. AND... nothing in the Astral, will tell you this. It's one of the "Rules". It is entirely up to us, to figure out "who, and what, we really are". HS won't even tell you.

Nothing is offered, but everything is given. hmm. ccc.

Your mind and 'spirit', in this space, and body, in this place, have gown into shape, together, like a 4d unique dimensional key. Each has an 'address', if you will. some commonalities remain, brain stem patterns of the avatar and whatnot, which is why it is possible for some to inhabit/overlay the body of another, and read their emotions and body, but not their high level thoughts (generally speaking).

OK folks, back to basics. I came here with "A" method of astral projection, that works. It works for me, and thousands of others like me, without all the mumbo jumbo, guru BS, of getting your Energy bodies in order, and without conjuring up unknown Critters to deal with when you do jump out and just a good clean jump, straight to High Self. That's it. Period. Oh wait, yes I have since, introduced the Michael Raduga method, and for the very same reasons as the Buhlman method, which is it is also a very simple straight forward methodology, that anyone "should" be able to do.

I just finished watching this new set of vids posted, and quite frankly find it to be quite scarry, insofar as all of the "Critters" he is encountering. Not something I would care to have to deal with, and certainly not something that I would want "YOU" to have to deal with. HS/Source... is the only thing I wish for you to find, when you go Astral. And I know this is possible, for I have now, 18 people that are doing just that, right here at home. However, none of them were fans of alternative media, religion, meditation, or any thing else of that nature. They just took William Buhlman at his word, and did what he said... and went out of body and straight to their High Self, and have been 24/7's Communion with IT, since. And not one of them... asked me any questions about how to do it... before actually doing it. It hasn't taken "Any" of them longer than 3 months to figure it out. They have only come to me after the fact of going OOB, and then just to thank me for telling them about the books, and to share their experiences with me. They ask me nothing. They have only one Teacher. Their High Self. They don't need me. One of them is 46, and the rest are in their 60's and 70's. cccc.


William Buhlman, tells everything you need to know, (in those two (2) books) to go OOB and to your High Self/Source. -EVERYTHING-

If you're not doing it after reading those two books, then you're NOT understanding that which you do read. Simple.

Turn off YOUR COMPUTER... and go back to basics. Your computer and all of those spouting their particular brand of wisdom, will do nothing but "Confuse you", and keep you searching for something that will work for you, and keep you from going Astral. Simple.

None of those little ol ladies in their 70's, even have a computer. cccccccccc.

Hey Rollo!! Thanks for tryin. However, I must address this as another artificial method to obtain Astral Projection, which if you have been following this thread, know that I do not condone any form of artificial. Plus, the use of fire, be it candle or bon-fire, can and may call forth forces/entities, of a nature, that the novice is ill prepared to deal with, just as this guy in the vid, so laughingly states.

Natural is the only safe way to achieve Astral Projection, without running into something mischieviously troubling to you when you do get out. Such as something that would "scare" you back to your body, and keep you from exploring further, and possibly going to your High Self. As I keep stating, the Astral Realms, are even more controled than the physical, and "They" will do everything they can to keep us from exploring that Realm. Going Natural, has less chance of calling "Them" to us.

Go natural. Only way to go. As in back to basics.

Thanks, T!!! As of Tonight, I am full throttle mode, again too. Meditating/clearing/energy work/deep relaxation/(deeper energy work)/Fully conscious exit. I've only achieved success, from start to finish, a handful of times. It is time to tackle this beast. I am tired of sitting and waiting for the next excursion. I have been soooooooo spoiled by a natural ability to project, I have stopped trying.

i was just reading another forum, and i found some helpful nuggets/posts (helpful, at least for me...)
so! i cant help but share them here. i hope they are useful to others as well.

"Any exit technique will do, once you're in the right state, provided you know how to use it.
The rope method is a method that works better if you've climbed up a rope, and can remember how it feels to do it. Then you just imagine you're going up a rope (and I don't mean you 'see yourself going up it') and 'feel' as if you were. You're not moving any body part, but you are moving your energy body up the rope to remind you how it feels to ge going up the rope.

The rollout method works well if you roll with your physical body a few times before you practice (side to side) so you can recreate the motion. Once again, it's about localizing yourself out of body, and if you do the movement you should feel yourself floating up (or being thrown off) your body- then you take it from there.

If you don't know what to do once you're out, imagine you're in the bottom of a pool and are floating up- almost can't help floating up. Once you feel you're far enough from your body then fly superman-style."

i came across this picture, which can help those who are starting to get their astral vision on...it looks similar to what i saw (twice) so far.

Quite a good picture and similarity...it must have been night time. This is the etheric world not the astral world. As you leave your body and are still in that first moment out, this is what you see.
You can always tell if this is the etheric because the scenery does not change...as soon as you enter the astral or emotional world the same picture of your, lets say bedroom, can take on all different shapes, colours and scenes according to your thoughts. This is the safest world to snoop around in. Everything is what it is.
Also it is to note that the scenery changes, in the etheric, into light and dark, the same as night and day.

Yep!!! Certainly I go talk to some. I just grab hold of my dog and "jump" to their ship, for a chat. ccc. They love my dog. cc (Boston Terrier, named Sydney) cc. and Sydney loves them too, but then she just likes the attention. I take her with me jumpin all the time and she loves it. I talked with her from the Spirit side, to explain to her what is goin on, and she understands, and now doesn't want to stay home, when I do go somewhere. She now likes jumpin, better than a ride in the car. ccc.

In that thread, you mentioned this game is still controlled by "Source", (who else could control it?), and will be played to it's end. Well, I'm having great difficulty playing this game. Ugh!!
But, on a lighter note, ............ The other night I had a dream in which I became aware I was dreaming. So, the first thing I do when I become aware I'm dreaming is to, ..... WHOO-HOO! I'm going flying!! Up, up and away. Immediately I thought, "Is there any tie-in to flying in my dreams and obe's"? So, the following is a conversation I had with myself as I'm flying around in my dreams ..............

"Keep flying. Keep flying. Now very gently, wake up but keep the dream going. C'mon. You can do it. Keep flying. Just wake up to your normal consciousness. Keep flying. You can do it. Don't give up. " ................

But, alas, nothing came of it. I mean, it was fun and all, just didn't get the results I was hoping for. Man, I'm having a devil-of-a-time trying to have an obe.

Few nights ago I was dreaming that I'm sleeping in my dream and when I was conscious about it I got out of my body. It was really easy, almost too easy. Funny thing as I'm trying to have real OBE here and I got one in a dream.

Did the same thing myself a couple of months ago. Had a dream within a dream, just like you. Felt my astral body become like waves. Then my legs and feet lifted up in the air and I felt a very definite grip on my ankles. It felt like someones was pulling, very firmly I might add, on my ankles trying to get me out. And then, poof, I was out. Funny thing was, I ended up on the floor at the foot of my bed. I thought, ... "Well this is just swell. My first obe and I can't do any better than lie on the floor" As I lay there looking up, I saw my body walk by on it's way to the bathroom. And that was it. Then I Woke up, or so I thought. It was my inner dreaming self that woke up from it's dream. Then, as I lay there in bed thinking about what I'd just experienced, I woke up again. Oh well. Close, but no cigar.

I've awakened from a dream, to another dream three levels deep in one dream a few years ago

Had dream paralysis occasionally.

About 20 years ago experienced the vibrational state in a dream. Had one lucid dream further back.

Not much progress since then that I can tell.

Old age may be slowing me down.

Hi all it's been a while and I've made some progress, few fails along the way but that's inevitable. I have a question regarding HS..This happened Friday night/morning and the following is what I wrote in 2 separate e-mails to a friend:

Andrew I went to my higher self last night/this morning, I went to bed early and read Adventures beyond the body for an hour or so ( already read it ) This time was totally different when I woke without the roaring noise, I just knew I was ready and sat up and separated easy as can be. I had trouble seeing and my speech was slurred and incoherent so I asked for clarity and all became perfect..I asked to go to my higher self but nothing happened, I decided to walk through the wall and get outside but I struck resistance so I actually tore it down with my bare hands. Once outside I asked again and this time I was off like a rocket. I had my eyes closed and when I felt movement stop I opened them, now here’s the big one..I saw a guy quite close and he said well you got here dickhead so I said well you took your ****ing time helping me and we both laughed..He walks over and mate it’s my next door neighbour from my last home Jarrod, I said what the hell I thought you’d look like me? He said he took that form as I’d recognize him easy?? First thing I asked was can I go OBE whenever I like, he said is once a day enough and what part of the day..I said at night so he agreed every night I will OBE.. interesting to see if this happens but plenty of time to work on those details..I’m blown away Bro..I had a 2nd OBE as soon as I was back in bed and checked out the local area.

Ok Well it didn't happen:

Man now I’m confused...Whatever Jarrod is I’m certain he’s not my Higher self, nothing happened last night so I was lied to..Thing I thought was susso, why would he looked like my neighbour I’ve not seen for like 10 years? I mean why not my best mate or myself..I did read somewhere not to trust every being in the Astral planes and it looks to be true, I’m not sure now how I differentiate between the genuine and the misguides??? Not an easy task for a beginner but I’m mulling over that what I saw perhaps represents something in my life and I need to solve the puzzle?? Damn they don’t make it easy Bro..

So my question is how am to recognize the real HS..Why and who is this being that lied to me and for what purpose?? It's taken great effort and struggle to finally believe I had met my HS and it turns out I've been hoodwinked?? Has anyone had a similar experience??

HS will reach out to you in whatever way that it can. HS is trying to get you to notice it, just as much as you are trying to get 'it' to notice you. I have never had any luck demanding 'clarity' or 'vision',, while out of body.. Some of these experiences have a mind of their own., no?? Once, while in the middle of a fully conscious OBE, an ET appeared to me in a green dune buggy,, after pulling a bunch of brodies and trying to run me over... I am not sure what aspect of higher self was manifesting,,, But it came after me demanding (while out of body) for communion with higher self.!

You cannot discount the possibility that your thoughts/instincts are being influenced by 'outside' sources. (that is all I am going to say about that!)

PS,, everyone projects while sleeping. For HS to agree for projection, once a day, while you sleep,,, is obvious!! It is up to you!! (or you) whomever decides that you are YOU!!!

Nobody can lie to themselves, really,,, !!! (maybe for a time,,,)

Thanks Jake I now realize that asking to OBE every night wasn't quite specific enough and I get the point..Asking for clarity works well for me every time, Friday was the first time I could barely speak or string words together, always works for vision problems and worked well for my difficulty with speech..different for everyone I guess so whatever works. Cheers and much appreciated mate
