Balance between working for money and service for humanity.. I don't see how, where the balance, where to start

School, that might be a good place, it took me many years before I somewhat integrated my life's experiences and they weren't pretty, at all, I went back to school at 38, became a social worker, before that I volunteered at many places, from the salvations army's kitchen, to asylumseekers and teaching elderly Chinese folks how to dance salsa ( hilarious), the ways are numerous, find your thing, submerge yourself in trying things out for a while, before I went back to school I had been in the military, a bricklayer, a car mechanic, sold researched and developed circus equipment ( unicycles, juggle stuff and then some), worked in an office in a large warehouse, became a reiki master, a rebirther, and only now I do what I love, people have the most value of all, show them how, want to plant pumps in Africa, go volunteer, join a garden project or start one and feed the homeless, you have a legion of options, pick one, even when stuck in a crap job, you can do better things in your spare time to balance things out, that what I did, went great, not without a hitch but nevertheless it worked out for me.

DON'T DO IT. You have the opportunity RIGHT NOW to pull back before you get hooked.

It's the beginning of an addiction. If you are an alien (and many are!) -- you did not come to this planet to succumb to human bodily weaknesses.

Your opportunity (and challenge!) is to UNDERSTAND the human condition, transcend it, and help others as much as you can.

I can say from experience, please don't go this route. It is extremely difficult to heal while on these drugs. They do more harm than good. It may seem that they are helping but by the time you realize it you will not be able to get off of them without more damage. I know you have tried many natural things but you may be just one step away from finding what works and that is better for you naturally. I can not stress enough how damaging the amphetamines are !!! I am very lucky that I can sit here today with myself intact. I am only a couple weeks from being 10 years clean from harmful substances and many of my friends that didnt stop are not here today.

It takes courage to tell your story and that courage means you have a good chance to beat this and make it through, coming out even stronger. What worked for me is alot of solitude and alot of walks in nature. Ask your guides for help each day.

I have been asked to tell more..

Well.. still crying.. It's a sad feeling feeling hope in something that it turns out only being an illusion, no real solution..

So I am thinking, there are great spirits in the world that have no arms or legs, or no movement, and they still contribute greatly to the world. My challenges are not physical but all inside my mind, I got the idea (maybe someone of you send it to me) to be like those heroes. Accepting my challenge and continuing even with it. Not trying to fix the issue or delete the issue, but walk even with the issue, which is hard, but maybe if I overcome it (meaning not feeling unhappy about it) I might be helping the collective counsenes of people with same issue/task.

At lease (maybe with the drug) I am seeing more clearly.. without the big cloud I been having... (although I feel a bit dizzy)

sorry for the dumb question, but what harm can those drugs do?

Spiritual? or body? the withdrawal effects? chacras? permanent damage in the mind?

yes Adderall is Amphetamines, and it was prescribed by a psychiatrist. And this Dr. I trusted more because he listened to me, he gave me a test which described exactly what I felt, distraction, energy etc..

The damage that happened to me is very physical. For example, I used to be a very good writer and now I cant form thoughts for writing books or stories. My mind is not the same so there is some damage to the brain. If you do some research, you will find even more of the damages those drugs can have on our bodies.

I also have lost a huge part of my memories. I still to this day dont remember very much for very long. I also know there is some damage done to your bones and teeth. I am sorry, I cant remember what I read about the damages they cause but there are many.

It sounds like you have a parasitical entity feeding off your energies, making you feel tired all the time.

Here's a suggestion from my Higher Self that helped me greatly. Learn to recognize which thoughts are yours and not yours. There are entities that can match your thought patterns and you'd never know it.That's why many people do stupid things because they thought it was them thinking it. It won't take you long for you to actually hear the "voice" of the negative entity projecting the negative thoughts. But first, you have to KNOW that depression is NOT natural for you. Reject it every time you feel it. In fact, do it for anger or any feeling that takes your balance away.

Recently, I felt such anger towards someone I knew suddenly come over me. It was so intense that it shocked me. Luckily for me, I recognized what was happening to me and told the entity I rejected the anger it projected on me. And believe it or not, that anger went away just as quickly as it came on.

You have the strength to overcome this....

I experience similar things to you. I woke considering the chemical solution as prescribed by doctors this morning, and your post was the first thing I saw as I started my day.
For years I thought of myself as an alien. I do not think in those terms anymore because it has some very fearful connotations , the most important being something that doesn't belong here.
I do belong here at this time, and whatever I can do with the opportunity is going to be the necessary step to the next one.
I am a spiritual being, and my home, and basic nature is beyond any planet or time.
When I can manage to reaccept that idea in times of anxiety and uncertainty it helps.
I try to be wary of those around me that like to play doctor, and remember that even the trained doctors know only a little.
You seem to know that in the end you are best off following your own council, I wish you the best with that adventure.

Well hello there, fellow alien. Provolon, I can relate a lot to your problems since I have nearly always felt that I am not from here, also nearly all my life I have been tired, so tired. Doctors used to think that I was just "depressed" and that I suffered from panic attacks... I used to take antidepressants, but I eventually quit them because they didn't help at all. I perhaps was an emotional zombie back then, but the weariness remained.

After a long and a hard road and finally I'm in the process of finding out that what really has been bothering me with this physical body of mine. I just today went to a good functional medicine doctor and it possible that nearly all my life I have been suffering from hormonal production problems... It can have a huge impact on your energy levels. There is also a possibility that thyroid probelms could cause the heavy tiredness. Unfortunately the tests cost quite a bit, but I think that in the end it's worth if there is something wrong with this human body. Also I too have probably having parasitical implants on my chakras. I have had probably some of them cleared now, but those archons are damn persistent buggers.

So hang in there, you are certainly not alone with your problems!

Im just wondering, have you ever had your thyroid levels checked?
Only what you say sounds familiar to me, what I went through in my late teens and early 20's. I couldn't get enough sleep, I could sleep all day but still be exhausted.

I wasnt depressed but I had no enthusiasm for anything. I was so tired I would feel physically sick at the thought of getting out of bed. Its like the lights we're on but no-one was home, constantly!

After some years due to other health issues I had some tests done. Basically my thyroid was useless. I went onto replacement thyroxine. After a month I was back to who I should have been.

It might not be the same situation for you, but maybe its worth ruling it out first? I agree amphets are a vicious circle, try not to go there if you can.

yes hormone test are close to a thousand US dollars, I did 2 test, my testosterone was low on the first step, improved on the second test, Urologist said my levels were ok, I don't recall having thyroid test, would have to check it, and also lymes disease like 13warrior advised

hi Provolon, I am not an indigo or alien of any sort, but I can relate with a lot of what you've written.

just practically speaking, I may have some tips. the wanting to get away from everything and everyone is usually a result of not having the strength or power to deal with it all. and you are clearly fatigued!

some new-age techniques are alright, but when it comes to resurrecting a terminally fatigued body they won't do sh!t. they generally have no practical benefits whatsoever. sure, positive thinking will help some, but it sounds to me like you require a nutritional overhaul.

Ribose powder is wonderful. that alone might work miracles for you. when used with coenzyme q10, carnitine and magnesium, resurrections take place. diet is important, of course, but while you're trying to work out which is best for you, I enthusiastically suggest taking these super-nutrients. it'll cost you a few bucks, but I don't think you can afford *not* to take them.

the spirit can only do what the body will let it. many people will say you are not your body, you are only your spirit. it sounds nice, but the second you become terminally ill you realize that it's the stupidest sh!t you've ever heard. you are both, of course. your spirit is clearly a unique one, one that deserves to express itself to its fullest potential. drugs are but a Band-Aid, and I very rarely think they are required ( though I would not judge you one bit if you took them, if they indeed offer you relief. but I would strongly encourage you to try every other option in the book first!). i'd also encourage you to think pragmatically here; doing useless sh!t like putting rare stones on your chakra points and chanting to the moon on a solstice will get you nowhere. take it from me. please consider my recommendations. those supplements will change your life.
