this is a thread on autism, not on eugenism nor the last WW, nor nazis or jews, just a thread on autism and solutions.

The supposedly Truth, you have been hijacking this thread for you own purpose, you have shown a total lack of empathy for mothers here who are searching for solutions telling them their kids should not have been created and if so should go through some form of eugenism, reallly...

As far as I am concerned, take your mental masturbation on what should and should not about crippled elsewhere and stop disrupting this thread.

i've tried to point out the reasons why autism is on the rise (deliberately caused) but this requires knowledge of historical facts, religion, psychology and various other topics besides an interest in medicine. it also requires complex thinking abilities to understand the big picture. i realize now that not everyone has those qualities so i will leave you to yourselves.

i'm sorry if you think that the multi-cultural crowd that's called americans is morally superior to the german people. it is a delusion but it's understandable because you were probably told since you were a child that americans are great, that multi-culturalism is wonderful, that the jews are god's chosen people and of course that the germans are monsters. what's not understandable is that you accept what you are told as facts without questioning them or listening to those people who have different "opinions".

anyway, i see you are not interested in the truth, only in defending your opinion (which is based 100% on lies and propaganda). i could as well have talked to a wall.

the sad thing is that most people are like you, which is the reason why humanity is so easy to control and lives in a global zionist slave labour camp.

i would have thought people who are interested in conspiracy "theories" would be ready to question other things as well, like what's sold to them as "history". never mind, though. i'm not going to waste more time on this thread. believe what you want..or rather, what "they" want you to believe. it's not the right way but definitely the easy one.

the rise of autism, degenerative diseases, the poisoning of humans and the environment, the globalization with the consequential racism and conflicts, the criminal money system and everything else that is wrong in this world has one and only one cause.

Perhaps you underestimate the sagacity of Avalon. I'm fairly sure those who would participate in your thread can handle it. And while I'm by no means an expert or as versed as you are are, from what little I do know on the subject it would seem you may be confusing Judaism with Zionism.... these are very different things.

The section below provides evidence of impaired sulfur metabolism and excess nitric oxide
production in ASD and shows that excess ammonia synthesis is a key sensitizing factor for
encephalitis. Then, Section 3 shows that heparan sulfate, particularly in the lysosome, enables the
killing and breakdown of invasive pathogens. Section 4 draws analogies between ASD and hepatic
encephalopathy. Section 5 points out the significance of glutamate in the brain, both as a key
neurotransmitter and as a metabolite for the renewal of ATP during impaired glucose uptake.
Astrocytes respond to swelling by releasing taurine, glutamate, glutamine and aspartate, which can
supply neurons with alternative fuel to protect them from mitochondrial complex I damage during an
immune assault. Section 6 shows that the sulfonic amino acid, taurine, enables detoxifying of
hypochlorite, a key weapon used by neutrophils in their attack on invasive pathogens. This section also
describes how taurine chloramine, the product of the reaction of taurine with hypochlorite, can
plausibly be metabolized to resupply sulfate. Section 7 develops the idea that seizures and high fever
provide the necessary energy to fuel the synthesis of cholesterol sulfate by RBCs, endothelial cells,
platelets, and neurons.

Molecular mechanisms: Mutant mice show signs of autism

Tunnel vision: Mice lacking heparan sulfate, a regulatory molecule, repeatedly explore the same hole in their cage, suggesting restricted interests.
Mice that are unable to produce a carbohydrate molecule that regulates cell growth show behaviors that resemble the core deficits of autism, according to a study published 27 March in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences1.

Heparan sulfate forms complexes with proteins that sit on the cell surface, and mediates cell signaling by linking them to other proteins, such as growth factors. The compound is also present at synapses, the junctions between neurons.

Studies have shown that animal models lacking genes necessary for the production of heparan sulfate develop abnormally shaped brains. To investigate whether heparan sulfate is also involved in maintaining neuronal signaling, the researchers looked at its role in the mature brain.

They engineered mice to lose the EXT1 gene — which is required for heparan sulfate synthesis — three weeks after birth, and only in neurons of the forebrain. The forebrain is an important cognitive region that includes the hippocampus, which is required for learning and memory, and the amygdala, which helps process emotions.

Unexpectedly, these mice show features that resemble the core deficits in autism, the study found. The mice are less interested than controls in reuniting with siblings after a separation, more likely to avoid than to challenge intruder mice in their cages, and more likely than controls to back down when confronted with another mouse in a small tube, all of which suggest social deficits. Male mice lacking EXT1 also produce fewer and shorter vocalizations compared with controls when interacting with females.

When placed in a cage with holes in the floor, the mice lacking EXT1 tend to repeatedly poke their noses into the same hole, a behavior reminiscent of the restricted interests seen in people with autism, whereas controls explore different holes, the study found.

The mice also show sensory sensitivity, which is often associated with autism. However, they are less anxious than controls, freely exploring elevated or bright corridors and running around open spaces.

These mice also produce weaker signals from neurons in the amygdala. These neurons have fewer receptors that bind to glutamate, which mediates excitatory signaling in the brain.

Two autism-associated genes, CNTNAP2 and NRXN1, contain regions that could bind to carbohydrates such as heparan sulfate, the researchers say.
