It was quite worrying, once I saw that stuff on another couple of websites I visited, I was sure my iPad was on the way out.
There I was, reading the latest news on the Mayor of Toronto :

I even try distant Quantum Touch healing and at the moment i don't know if it will help.

Synchronicity: Over the weekend I ordered the book, “Quantum-Touch: The Power to Heal” (Third Edition), by: Gordon, Richard, Barrow, Eleanor, Shealy M.D.

I have a teacher friend that told me she got Lyme’s, but was within the time frame where she had a blood transfusion and was cured.

My approach to health is preventative and keep it simple. I use products (see below) that detox the body to rid organic and inorganic garbage. Also, I keep a healthy balance of gut flora with lacto-fermented vegetables. That way the body continues to be strong and knock-out all that the dark ones cook up.

I believe the mind drives most, if not all, of what the body manifests. Key points for continued health:

• vigilance on what I tell myself
• irradiate mind thoughts that I allow to filter in, current example is chemtrails
• check where I allow negative stress to enter
• whatever creates fear, I’ll invite it in by overriding it, most recent example is pistol certification
• create healthful “boundaries” which includes “no”

One way to eliminate toxins and radioactive materials, heavy metals is the product called “Zeolite”, but it does a whole lot more:

Anyway, what I meant to discourage was the promoting of people who "have all the answers"
as that would only diminish us finding out who we are and what answers we ourselves might come up with.

I vacillate between reading the experts’ material and listening to the inner Wise One. The intellectual part of me gets to doubting. Which is one reason why I toss out to the Universe and I get confirmation signs. And the experts often come my way as synchronities.

One way I’m starving out the doubt voice is to fill it with left brain books. My theory is it’ll help keep both parts balanced. So in my growing pile of one quarter to half read books are:

• “Higher Unlearning: 39 Post-Requisite Lessons for Achieving a Successful Future,” by Jack Uldrich

let's get back to some healthy anarchy:

I love having this thread to come to, as a check in of sorts. The video posted of the mother explaining the matrix was so hilarious, I nearly choked coughing while laughing. I rarely laugh out loud for real, so that was much appreciated in what I consider a drab existence lately, thank you calz! The quote above reminded me of this story: ( I can't find it )
It goes something like this:
A master was walking with pupils by the river. They were asking how many lifetimes they would need in order to gain enlightenment.. he gave them varying answers, ranging from 28 to 115. There was a young man near the water, observing all that he saw, dancing to unheard music and hugging everyone he came near. After meeting him, you had a smile. The students looked at the fool and asked the Master how many lifetime for him? The master did not hear however, as he had gone down to meet the young man, giving him the low bow of respect and calling him teacher.

Hmmm this isn't the right story... I think I just made it up based on a memory that was incomplete.... anyone know the real one?

The directions say:

Maintenance: one to two teaspoons daily
Detoxification: three to four teaspoons daily

I purchased it off the web. It says that it’s mined and packaged in USA. I’m not sure if they ship to Sweden.

How often do I take it? My 'knock-knock-Pauler' button goes off. There’s an inner voice that says “today”, “not today”.

Though, for the last couple of weeks, it’s been almost every day because my diet has consisted of half-garbage and half-good food. Shhhhh! I’ve been really, really lazy and not caring AT ALL. Typically, I take it a couple of times a week.

UPDATE: More and more, it is my belief that all that I need to keep me healthy is me. The other stuff that keeps me from Me? That's the stuff that I work to rid.

The leaves are gone from the trees, the last few driven to the ground in wind and rain over the weekend. Winter is late arriving this year.
I still have a big pot of herbs in a protected spot on the southern-facing deck, dill and parsley. There's rosemary and watercress, basil, thyme, and oregano inside, gracing the house with their beauty and scent.
I will harvest the dill for lacto-fermented veggies tomorrow, and pot up the parsley for inside.

Been thinking about Love and what it is. Love of all kinds. Loving your children, loving the companion animals in your life. Romantic love. Love that humans may feel for their creator, that's the Goddess for me. Not the minion gods who suck on us for their existence. The Goddess is Source, and wise and gentle beyond any measure I know. When I've been as low as you can get, she is the force that helped me go on. I don't talk of love as some fluffy bits. Love is the strongest thing in the universe that I know.

There is not much novelty that hasn't appeared in these 34,000 posts...

Anyway, it is a brilliant idea and I'm not surprised that IKEA are now cashing in on it.
I wish they would open one in Costa Rica...but this country is too small for a gigantic store like that.

Sure, but the one i posted was the easiest one to make without all these bolts and nuts, suits my lazy radix Libra conj Neptune Moon...and today I am extremely tired, don't understand myself where i get the energy to post anything at all, must be all my Virgo energies trying to never allowing me to rest..i'm going to try to get some sleep now...
