I have just been using a tub about the same height since I stumbled across the info after my back went a couple of months ago . so simple, working with the body . it does seem to make things easier .
I had been thinking about taking turps after reading this thread then my back went and everything kinda went out the window for a while but I did use diluted pine aromatherapy oil on my back as an anti inflammatory .It definitely helped but it is the oil from the needles not the sap . I have heard in france they take aromatherapy oils orally but can find very little info on the subject ?? as I had wondered about taking the pine oil I have ,only 1 drop though cos its very strong

Turp update, a bit feverish the past few days, swollen lymph nodes in my neck, jaw hurts on the right side of my face, throat a bit swollen ( all symtoms are probably a herx response) and did not take turp today yet , yesterday and today I also took MMS, 6 drop dose on both days and drink lots of distilled water, nr 2 on the toilet today was full of crap, large yellow flakes, some liver stones and slime and some goo that made me say WTF, will take turp before going to bed tonight, I think the combination of turp and distilled water is responsible for the sloppy stool, I see things I cannot remember eating in the bowl, would not surprise me at all if its the residue of 41 years of tap water and inorganic minerals, to be continued.

Hello NaturalHealing and welcome

I suggest you get the turp at your local hardware store. Thats what I did and it works fine.
I didnt quite follow Dr Daniels instructions, ie I did 1 tsp in 3 sugar cubes for 4 days in a row. Then I stopped for about 8 days and then decided to go on the twice a week route. BTW the reason I started it was because a cat (who lives in the backyard- probably left behind by someone who rented here earlier)bit my wrist. The cat was over come with affection and bit me on the wrist a bit harder than she intended. I have had a cat bite previously that after 6 weeks, 3 different antibiotics (the last one by IV on a daily basis) finally cleared up.

So, I immediately - the same day- started the turpentine routine.. FOUR days later all swelling and tenderness were gone and the puncture marks cleared up within two weeks. Cat bites can be difficult and wow! Turpentine worked wonderfully.

Dr Daniels want you to poop 3 times a day and to take her laxitive capsules. I found that the health food store brand Natures Way - Aloe Max with the yellow lid worked just fine. Takes about 20 hours in my body. With the cat bite I took the capsule of Aloe Max and waited the 20 hours before starting the turp just to make saure the exits were open.

The first nite after taking the turp about 4 hours before retirement I had to get up to pee 5 times during the nite and they were huge pees. I have since found the turp in my body works as a direuretic but never anything like the first night.

The only other thing I can report - warning its yucky - is that about a month down the line from day one I had to flush the toilet twice and on the second flush I noticed a tiny peice of poo with a string trailing out behind it. The string seemed animated but I tossed that notion off as the cicular flow of water from the flushing. The next time I made an effort to really look and found that a string turned out to be a worm, about 3/4 inch long, thickness of pencil lead, and this one was definitely moving aropund - hooray it found the exit.
In thinking about it, I feel that the worms were in some part of my bodyother than my digestive track or they would or at least may have been cleaned out before a month of turpentine every 3 - 4 days.
Im now on every 3 days, taking only one cap of AloeMax the day before and one on the turp day.

[I]n all this I feel fine, no noticable clearing of thoughts which I choose to believe is because they were ok to begin with .......probably need to read that thread on ego more often............ but oh well.

Ok great to see more people comming to the thread and I figured I should report my results.
I am taking the turp since day 1 or 2 after the thread started. Looks I am the lucky one living in a country which sells 100% gum turpentine in every pharmacy as a lоuсе killer (very low price I should add).
I am not the only one taking it - I have 3 of my friends taking it also and we report to each other .
We compare effects and there is 1 thing that the turp does for all of us. It reduces the apetite. It does it in the way that we all had the eat or dye symptom when we suddenly get hungry. NO MORE. None of us feel like eat or kill . Now I know like 4 hours earlier that I can eat but it is not urgent. It is like veeery slow process of getting hungry.
We also changed our preferrences of what to eat totally. It is like your body is telling you what you need and you eat it. I eat a lot of meat (I never did that). One of my friends never eats vegetables, especially raw, and she reported that when she saw cabbage at the market she felt she had to buy it . She told me that at the time she got home she eat it all She ate it with no salt, vinegar or whatsoever and she was so surprised it tasted so good. She kept on needing vegetables for some time.
I am swinging between going to the toilet to poo 5-6 times a day or not at all - which makes me look like a balloon and feel terrible. The other friend sayed he never experienced such regular bowel movment since he can remember. The other friend is like a baloon and complayning alot. She used to eat huge quantities of food before she started the turp. Now she eats as much as 1 yogurt for the day and she is getting bigger (for more than 2 weeks). Thanks good we all trust our inner guidance she felt like doing a lot of ennemas. This was just yesterday but I believe she will help herself with that.
For me personally - my alfull skin has changed to great skin. I dont know whether it comes from the turp baths or turp drinking. The most visible thing is that my always (since the they I remember myself) dead alfull hair turned into alive vibrant and nice lookinh hair. Again I don't know if it comes from drinking or putting drops of turp in my shampoo.

I have been taking turp for about 2 weeks. I take it every day and I am about ready to drop back to every other day. I was having fairly extreme muscle and joint pain. It was disturbing my sleep and work. My doc had mentioned possible parasites(I travel to undeveloped countries quite a bit and eat the local fare). Within 4 or 5 days it was mostly gone. My mind cleared up a great deal when I wake up. I was not exactly operating on all thrusters in the morning before but doing well now. I a not dragging butt in the evening as much anymore. I have had no upsets, cramps, nausea, or regularity problems. I was having acid reflux and that has gone away. I use a teaspoon of organic sugar and pour the turps into it and immediately follow it with warm water so it doesn't sit in my throat, otherwise it burns for a while. Its all good for me.

My wife watched me and then decided to give it a try. She mentioned that her mind cleared up after two days. She had a little bit of detox gunk for a couple of days but that is all gone. She takes much less than I but she weighs 95 lb and I weigh 210 lb so it makes sense.

I don't agree with the doc who says to leave a bit of sugar uncoated so it will fool the candida. She also says to chew it briefly, huh, if you do it is all mixed. By the time it is in your stomach for two minutes it will be all mixed up anyway. It just tastes better when swallowing. IMO

I ordered mine from Diamond Forest products and also ordered some pine resin to put on the rocks when I lead sweat lodges.

In my oh so humble opinion, there is no reason to be nervous about turp, it has been used internally for years. If you don't like it... Quit.

Somewhere earlier in the thread someone mentioned what else it is called in some other countries.

I use coconut oil as one of my cooking oils but not as a treatment.

I am starting my second round of 2/3 weeks of turp now.
What struck me most from the last round was that all my fungi/mold (athletes foot mostly) issues dissolved.
Now, months later they are coming back slowly, so I figured it is time for some more now.

Yep, here too....for both my girlfriend and me. No more food cravings.
I wonder what causes this. Might it be that all sugar feeding bacteria in the gut took an vacation with no plans of returning?

Further, I mentioned my sudden inflammation of the knee here.
To refresh your minds..... I had an inflamed knee in June which lasted to the end of August or begin September.
Then I took the turp and suddenly my knee got inflamed again, but in a different way as before.
Before, the knee was swollen, hot and there was little pain.
Now there was a lot of pain, some heat, but no swelling.
After a few weeks, the pain and heat were gone and also the sensitivity for cold (which makes the knee very stiff) is gone.

In the other knee, where I had an inflammation some years ago, the sensitivity for coldness stayed for more then 1,5 years, so I expected the same for my left knee.

So, now my left knee feels OK. Still weak from destroyed tissue there, but there is no bad activity going on any more.

I think that the turp did something there to make it better..... not sure though.

I'm certainly not scared to use it, there's actually about 4 of my friends also waiting to do so. Just thought to bring coconut to the table, found it by chance on the internet and read it has strong antifungal properties, it is also used against candida. Anyone can google the info if they haven't heard about it yet. I used it for about 2 weeks intensely and it did produce some die-off symptoms and results. I'm refering to extravirgin coconut oil, not the refined type. You can cook with the EV one also, but it wouldn't make sense, because it is pretty expensive (you buy it in a small jar, not a big oil bottle)

Nh, I feel good, and yes and no to the candida question, I like a healthy diet as well as being a complete pig, but my clarity has improved massively and I can control my candida, How do I know I still have some in me, sometimes I just want to drown myself in Coca Cola, I buy myself a bottle of that crap, drink it and strange enough I don't get the sugar crash anymore, so I am convinced this stuff can easily get rid of candida, fun thing is my other cravings, I NEED to juice anything I can jam into my juicer, I get meat cravings, so I just buy the thing that my body screams about when I am in the supermarket, "speklapjes" that a greasy porky thing, I bake into almost a crisp and shovel into my face with grease on my chin, disgusting perhaps, but oh so gooood.

But like with everything else, just don't overdo it, if you can handle two week sof turp or even a month go for it and then step it back to two or three times a week, if your body doesn't say take it, don't, if you feel you need or want some, do it. Indeed this is important, clean your bowels out before you start the turp if you can or when you feel its necessary to do so, I am pretty regular all by myself but I take Oxy Powder ( google that) to give myself a sort of a dry colonic ( its capsules you take with water and voila a sloppy foamy miracle happens ), Natural health asked a very good question and I have not answered his question properly so here come the whole recipe, see below.

Clean your bowels, start eating or blending/juicing lots of greens and fruit, drink a LOT of water, just water, it wont kill you, trust me, distilled water or BATTERY water from the supermarket is even better ( google distilled water or search youtube for the benefits, it attracts, crap like you wouldn't believe unless you do it yourself, expect herxheimer reactions, they will come, just drink more water and eat right), next is flush your liver, you really should do that, better yet, clean your bowel and flush your liver before you start the turp if you want to do it totally right, as a matter of fact since yesterday I get the stingy pains under my shoulder blades that means my liver has clogged up due to the hard detox reactions of all of the above, that is how much crap it flushes out, every cell gets a makeover and dumps it undesirables and those end up in your liver, this what that looks like.

Ive been on the candida diet for 5 days now..just meat and veggies and eggs basically ive read that brown rice and quakers oats are ok for carbs..also found a recipe for flax seed and sesamme seed cracks/flatbread to dip in hummus or guacomole or something as a snack..anyhow..that brings me to my next point it seems alot of people hear arent following the diet and just expecting the turpentine to do the work..i plan on following dr daniels plan to the tee...Dr Daniels expresses how important the diet is..like for instance you said you have your binges and coca cola(sugar) and you love wine and rum and beer which are yeasty lovers! maybe thats why yours has not tottally cured???? Have you heard anything for SIGMA??? why has he dissappeared did he die or something??? This site is awesome!
