What happened to me?

(not quite sure where to post this, so here it is for now)

I've experienced many different forms of altered states throughout my 55 years; some by chance, some by design and some by forced means!

About 3 or 4 weeks ago now I had my latest 'Altered State' experience, I don't normally make much fuss of these events as I like to try to condition myself into excepting the likes as normal, or things that I/we should have as our true powerful self realities!

So:

It was a very nice sunny day and I had to drive about 5 miles, It was quite hectic out on the streets with people driving here, there and everywhere, all as usual!

As I was driving along I started thinking of Avalonian thoughts and the next thing I knew I was floating high above the Earth, looking down in wonderment and admiration of her beauty! I was also aware of higher level thoughts happening but can't actually remember them now!

So what some of you might say! you had an OBE,
Well! to my knowledge most OBE's and meditative visualizations 'Altered States' happen when you are stationary, Sitting or laying still concentrating and not physically driving along hectic roads?

As far as I can tell I fully split from my 3D course reality self, which was still happy driving along continuing it's (my) journey while I, my higher self was the full prominent consciousness!?

This combination of 3D self driving along independently of my control and or consciousness (just like a robot or as another independent being, as it where!)
while my full consciousness and mindful awareness was of out in space and deeply thinking about other things and viewing the Earth!

Was this a full confirming split of consciousness and maybe dimensional shift! because that's what it felt like, I jumped ship in mid journey lol.

What ever happened, the event shows me in such a strong way of what our reality really is or could be!

We often think of (get evidence of) this reality of ours the other way around IE we can easily take for granted that we are 3D matter bodies doing our thing, while above us is our higher self doing it's thing, we don't question how our higher self can be doing it's thing away from our conscious thought do we? that's because most of us still see that higher self as separate but of course it's not, we are one and the same, a whole!

We are a whole with separate levels of being yes,
which I see we can jump between with each and all carrying along and functioning fully on their own.

OR was this experience of mine a daytime car abduction?
I lost about 3 miles of journey but not sure if any time was lost as well?

I came back to my 3D consciousness 3 or so miles tougher along in my driving journey, still driving but now quite amazed and puzzled at what might have just happened? 3 or so miles I was not in the car as a consciousness,
I was not seeing the roads and predestines I was studding the Earth from above and thinking of other things! ( Higher things)
(Now I know all about driving on/in alto pilot mode as it where, you know the situation if someone asks you which route did you take, well? you might not actually know, but you did the journey. Well this experience was not such a situation, this was much, much different!) This was not a daydream.


I wish I had a vid/camera running in my car, to be able to see myself driving along while I was actually in a higher self form, away from the body, was I behaving normally? (what ever that might be hehe)

What ever happened it has enlightened my being and giving me contact with that higher strength and happiness that we should all accept and be enjoying as our day to day normal self's

And of course I am very glad that there was no damage to the out side of my car and that I had not caused any accidents!

So what do you all make of this?

It looks like OBE experience but I'm getting the feeling that it was done specially for you to show you this image.
Maybe your thoughts got in to fruition very rapidly and you landed in space above the Earth just for that moment.

I have a dear friend who many years ago this was a regular occurrence, experiencing the very same as you have described while she drove to work. She too was a very experienced out of body experiencer.

However she arrived at her own inner understanding regarding these wonderful driving experiences that what she was experiencing, was BEcoming consciously aware of her multidimensional Self.

I have had a rather innocuous seeming memory of taking swimming lessons at the age of eight. I can recall the pool, the instructor and all sorts of details I have held this memory my entire life but........ The problem is ...I never had swimming lessons. Obviously through recall I am experiencing this (at least through memory) but in reality I didn't. So where did it come from.

If there is no past life for me then it must come from someplace external of me..which isn't me.

My intention is to demonstrate that if you have something that belongs to you that is acceptable. If you have something that may not belong to you is it wise to keep re-entrenching in it and making some validity and meaning around it.

Whose memories, indeed?

I have attempted to address that fundamental question in this post:

A few words on these different memory lines…

I am gonna draw from a very old Gypsy tradition (Pierre Derlon; Tradition Occultes des Gitans) which summarizes Man as:

“The figure 3 and its geometrical transcription – the triangle -- means “Life.” Numerous jewelries are constructed around that number. According to Tzigans, Man as a whole is constituted of a body which rots, a spirit which persists and an immaterial body as an interface between these two.”

That’s the “body-mind-spirit” thing that’s being trashed around.

It’s a trinity constituted of elements which are independent of each other and thrown together to make up a human being. This is represented in the universal “Triskel” with three independently originated spirals joining together to form a central triangle. Later traditions omitted the generating spirals to only keep the central composite triangle.

From there, we end up with three independent memory lines; one genetic, one spiritual and one from the interface. Hence the confusion as to whose memories one is accessing through whichever method.

Here is a quick rundown of the complexity that can be achieved with such combinations:

Genetic/biological line memories: retains its own experiences PLUS the experiences of the mind-interfaces which have influenced its lineage PLUS the memories of the various spirits which have influenced the other two along that same lineage.

Rotate the above scenario for the mind line of memories and the spirit line of memories… you might find that the [ball of] yarn that has been gone through by a few alley cats is kiddy stuff to unravel…

If I understand it correctly, that "interface" is also what Inelia describes as the "Body Intelligence" (see this post).

One source I found that recounts an abduction from two, if not three, of the component perspectives is Truman Cash in one of his e-books (don't remember whether it's "The Programming of a Planet" or "Eye of Ra?"), that is:

One of Truman's recounts describes an abduction where there's a biological body at the wheel of a car, another body being abducted and worked on by the ETs and then someone witnessing the whole thing... all coming back together to swerve the car from running into the ditch.


My understanding is that the "zero-state" is the one witnessing the whole thing and also known as "YOU" the spirit/higher self/etc... The body being abducted, and the one being implanted with all sorts of false memories, post-hypnotic behaviours and beliefs, I take it as being the "body intelligence" or "interface" or "mind."

In that recount, hypothetically, the biological body recalls: rape, torture, biological samplings imprinted in its flesh (through "interface" actual experience impinging on body cells the same way as stigmata are generated); whereas "Mind" recalls this beautiful loving experience with beings of light and love... and "YOU"/"zero-state" goes: "... WTF?"

So... yeah... know thyself... but mainly, also know what's not "Thyself!"

Stand up and take a very well deserved bow!!!! YOU!!!! Are the very first on Avalon, to do that which I have been talking about for more than two years!!!! This is what I do!!! And you my friend have just barely scratched the surface.

This is what happens when we return to our TRUE Spirit Self, and separate our Spirit, from our Physical body.

As to where to post this, it belongs on my thread, "The Secret Of The Soul and OBE". THIS is presicely what I have been talking about, that I do and that no-one on this forum has been able to do.

Your High Self, is still... separate from this Spirit Self, and has "allowed" you to do this, and has shown you in spontainious fashon, that which is possible. You may now try doing as I did in the beginning, and just lay on your couch, and give the "Command"; "SEPARATE NOW". This was my command to George, to "get my Spirit" out of my physical body. This is what I do, when I talk about sitting on top of my car while driving, so that I can tell my physical body where to go, (which lane to use) to avoid traffic. (works really slick. cc.) You need to separate, and then "wake" up your "Physical Body", to the fact that you are out, and then communicate with your Physical, as though you are two "separate" people. You can even separate walking down the street, and then walk along talking to one another. ccc. Or in a grocery store, or such place. And when you can't find an item, just send your Spirit to find it and then go right to it. cc.

And MOST important!!! When you are in this form... YOU ARE SOURCE, with ALL of ITs' Power!!! You must be very very carefull, in your THINKING. You must practice in this form, in Communion with your High Self, to learn the "Extent" of Your Power in this form. (so ya don't blow up the Universe... like I did. ccc.) This takes practice also, and that is when in this form, you can go somewhere, and then PULL your Physical Body, to where your Spirit is. This is what I call jumping. Most call it, Teleportation. Ain't hard at all, just takes a bit of practice. I use George as my "Navigator", when doing so. Your High Self, knows where "everything" is so when you think to go somewhere IT, will make sure you don't "jump" into the middle of a rock, or something. ccc. HS will land you safely, everytime!

NOW!! Demand your 24/7s' Communion with YOUR HIGH SELF. Lay your body down and say Separate Now. when out say: "I go to my High Self"! Then... set up your "own" way to communicate with it, and start "Remembering"... who, and what... you really are... and all of your Power that is the real you. Oh ya!! And did I mention, that in this form there is nothing to fear... for the ONLY thing "above" you ... is SOURCE.

AND.. don't try being all "righteously enlightened" or something, like so many on this forum talk about, you are still... just you, and you are perfectly OK as you are. You don't have to act like a Monk, Guru, or Shaman. Just be you. Your HS/Source, likes you the way you are. Nothing else matters. Even I, am still just me. Living this life as I AM! So if someone starts tellin you how you should be "acting now", just tell them to "put-a-sock, in it". ccc. (That's kind of a nice way to say: "Kiss my "what?") ccc.

This body.., is NOT who we really are. AND... we can return to Spirit... NOW! No-one needs to wait for death... to return. This is the big secret, that the powers that be... have been hinding from us for more than 6,000 years. Even the benevolent ETs' comin here to help us don't want us to know this. When we return to Spirit, in total 24/7s' Communion with our HS, (High Self/Source, I say it this way because your HS is Source) HS will come sit on your shoulder and "Talk" with you 24 hours per day 7 days per week. HS is always there. It just don't get no better than that. ccc. Indeed, this is what the human race needs. Awareness of our higher selves, and the one consciousness.

I guess you must be 'ready' to separate and go to your/my higher self. I've been there but have not been able to get back. What other process do you use sirdipswitch. Is there just a 'knowing' that you can command your 'self' there, a positive focused thought etc?

... seems to omit the understanding that the majority of us have to first go through a deprogramming of the biological body as well as of the "interface" body and of the "YOU/ONE" of beliefs, implants, post hypnotic suggestions, etc., collected during ONE's eternal life and then "re-programming" same with more appropriate instructions suited to ONE's self rather than the forcefully implanted notions/concepts/programs/beliefs/behaviours of what others think ONE should be or do...

The PDF book I mentioned earlier gives an idea of what one at the bottom of the pit ("sheeple"/robots/zombies/etc.) has to go through in ways of "deprogramming" in order to regain some sort of sovereign sanity... and be able to enjoy that "symbiotic", autonomous relationship of living life on earth as a "human being."

Yes RichD, theres a ton of "stuff' to do. There's a ton of specific how to on my thread. This has been an ongoing developement as it has happened to me. As explained on my thread, it took me 7 months just to get out of body. But... that very first time out, I "KNEW" where I was going. This must become through your intention, an absolute obsession, or you may not get there. But.. we are tough, we can make it, because our HS is tough, and will test us beyond measure. It is so very very simple, and yet it don't come easy. If we are the "LEAST" bit... wishy washy, in our attempt to return... we will not make it. We must "Know" where we are going and "Why"... or it just won't happen. WE... do not need saving. WE... are already Immortal beings. Source... does NOT want us crawling back on our knees in humble gratitude, asking forgiveness, but STANDING TALL in our glorry as the true High Spirits... that we really are. Those who cannot get a grip on that... will not go home untill they change their attitude. YOU ARE SOURCE. you must accept that... and then act the part. We are how Source... experiences... the Physical. That is why these bodies were made in the mannor that they were, and we can do, far better as our true Self, than we can wallowing in humble poverty trying to be all pius or some other stupid BS tptb have programed into us.

I do not like tptb... and they know it. Really pissesem off when I walk through underground bases, like area51, Wright Patterson, Vandeberg, on the moon, and mars, or their "Homes", and there ain't nuthin they can do to stop me. NASA kills me, talkin about life "maybe" somewhere out there, when all they need to do is show us what's already right here on Earth. ccc.

Just got caught up with this thread.. Sunnysideup!!! WOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO! Way to go. This is not a one-size-fits all experience.. It will be unique to each of us! You can look at consciousness as a 'peeling back of layers',, which exposes the true nature of the body/mind/spirit/universe.. To realize, and really KNOW that you are more than your human body is a gamechanger.

Some would say that we are OBE at all times,, we just don't have the means to process it during waking hours. I've experienced some quite sophisticated bi-location experiences,,, but never while I was driving...

I did not see any of what you mention Lifebringer, the sight of intent here must depend on our individual make up - I found those texts above and answers quite direct, calm and powerful.

Reallly really neat.

You just made me realised that I may have had an OB at one point, in which I went in space. I remember very well, with no referral point, of seeing space, . And guess what I saw: motherships, 2 of them. lol I never knew if I was taken or just went there by myself. But it was a wonderful experience, came back wanting to go back there, and on my way, I was hyper happy to be in space and felt full of love. When I think of it, it may have been an OB because i had meditated right before trying to increase my energy while laying protections around us in the house, and - i was not driving - but I was wide awake. Looks more like an OB with Higher Self that I had, when reading your text. However the time lenght of the experience (3 hours) made me wonder and still does. I did get in one of the ship but I do not remember what happened in there, except being very loved and loving. Missed it for days afterwards. To me it looks like having used OB for a visit to some peers maybe.

A few times when younger I was over earth herself, seeing her and Looooving her, again full awake, in daytime, in an office once, just closed my eyes for a moment (well, not driving right).

The phenomenon is far more common than is readily accepted/recognized. Cultures the world over have their own method of describing such experiences, and (IMO) the biggest reason that there is not an increased awareness of the commonality is due to insistence on different terminology and ideology.

Writers from India, South/North America, Native Tribes, Japan, China, etc. have been describing this phenomenon for centuries if not millennia (those just from my own perusal of available material - not intending to exclude others) in all manner of forms.

Whether you choose to pursue (if at all) such experiences through self-guidance (personally recommended, though potentially a bit more adverse) OR through external guidance, there is a wealth of opportunity and infinite application.

To the first - I understand why you might perceive this and your words seem sincere, but that does not make them true. Not everyone who has such experiences seeks discourse, validation, or exposure; in many cases it is and stays a 'personal' thing.

To the second - I really hope that I am not the only individual able to recognize the inherent contradiction/hypocrisy in those statements.

Again, this may be consistent with your experience but that does not mean that one cannot go about it in a different manner. Personal experience has shown that 'not specifying' one's destination can be more rewarding and significant than otherwise, and it is the very difficulties that come of having to work out the return that can lead to an individual's (at least my) recognition and agreement to the second statement.

The source is the best 'judge' of where is most apt to go IMO.

Additionally, could it not be said that if one is infinite source that one is having an INNER body experience? Food for thought.

I too have had these experiences. Has anyone ever had an experience where they took someone with them? I have only had a few, where me and a friend, one example specifically, went back in time to an English pub where we both experienced it together. The feel of the wood table under our fingertips, the taste of ale, the smell of liquor, the laughter. We figured we had shared a past life together. It was brief, suddenly we were brought back in time and back again. We just looked at each other and started babbling and realized we had both shared the experience together for real. Neither one of us was sad or afraid or upset or trying to do it. We were having a conversation about us having past lives together at the moment it occurred. That particular place in time seems quite insignificant or not important in any way but it was a happy moment. It wasn't like being in 2 places at once. We went back in time for 10-15 min and back with no time elapsing. We knew it was real we both experienced it. Anyone else???

I have never had that experience of being out of body except for dreams. Is is scary to float above the earth? It seems like someone wanted you to experience this ...possibly your star family? There's always a reason why the higher realms wanted you to experience this. They seem to let things like this happen so that people will come back here and talk about it, write about it etc to teach the human race that we are not our bodies. I have noticed this trend. Maybe someone wants you to start practicing this more often to teach the world about this phenomena and tell people how they can do it as well.
Regarding time travel and going backwards in time. I was just listening to Lavandar at Star Seed Hotline's episode on Blog Talk Radio with Belva Blumers Memorial show. She told about a time they went out to dinner in the 1980's and all of a sudden when they got their check the date on the check said 1968. Then she looks up at the TV and Pres. Nixon was on TV. She then went into the bathroom and noticed that the whole bathroom was changed back to 1960's style. She was with her friends and they were all very confused. They ran out of the restaurant and the surroundings outside the restaurant were completely different from when they arrived at the restaurant. They finally got back inside the restaurant and everything switched back to the 1980's. It was very confusing for them to deal with.
