Some of the most interesting reports that have been provided are anecdotal first hand witness reports that remain in the “highly possible” category. Despite all the speculation, rumors and hearsay that we have, there are some small but powerful nuggets of truth that have appeared from time to time which help construct a realistic appraisal of what the USG’s actual view of UFO’s really is.

We know that numerous eyewitness reports have come forth from reliable individuals since 1947 up to the present which are not easily discounted. We also know that many have claimed that national security was invoked and they felt threatened to keep quiet about what they saw firsthand and felt compelled to assume the position that they saw and knew nothing other than the official USG position.

STEVEN GREER’S DISCLOSURE PROJECT AND THE NATIONAL PRESS CLUB PRESENTATIONS
Within the last 10 years over 50 excellent and credible witnesses with national security credentials have come forth and made public disclosures that normally would involve extreme sanction and yet to date nothing appears to have been done to sanction them, such as was done in the past to such individuals that told what they saw. Several members of Congress had been talked to and expressed an interest in having these witnesses testify in a special Congressional hearing to get the truth about UFO’s out to the public once and for all. Afterwards, for unknown reasons, any such actions have stalled and nothing has been done so far.

We know that Congressman Steven Shiff from New Mexico pressed hard for answers and declassification on Roswell and like so many witnesses who talked including Phil Sneider died mysteriously. Even his power as a high ranking Senator and a USAF Major General was not enough to gain access to this highly classified information. Senator Goldwater told friends that while a Major General of the USAF Reserve, he tried to gain access to the secrets held at Wright Patterson and was told by General Curtiss Lemay, “no way, you don’t have the necessary security clearances”.

WAS THERE A THE SPECIAL MIB PROGRAM AT KELLY AFB FOR DISCREDITING WITNESSES OF VALID SIGHTINGS ?
We also know that there are credible reports from retired officers that Kelly AFB had a special misinformation program which selected large and small weird looking individuals to dress up and impersonate aliens. They were referred to as “Men in Black” (MIBS) and their job was to visit credible witnesses of UFO sightings which the AF believed actually involved anti-gravity craft. These individuals would show up with Federal Intel Credentials and threaten witnesses to keep quiet. It has been reported anecdotally that they would talk strangely and “play the part” hoping to convince witnesses they were aliens and scare them into silence or discredit them if they talked. For those that talked, they usually included the MIB visit and this typically usually instantly discredited their story to others.

So it seems safe to assume that the USG and AF was applying great pressure and invoking national security to keep eyewitnesses from talking about what they saw and to keep the public from believing that UFO’s were real and that the USAF actually knew what they were Identified Flying Objects (IFO’s). A general rule of thumb for psyops is that the greater the secret that the Shadow Govt wants kept secret, the more complex and far reaching the psyops are that are deployed to keep that secret buried under many layers of misinformation and cover stories. With this layered approach if one narrative is exposed and fails, another one is ready to replace it. Big secrets require massive appropriations of intel resources and muscle to guard them. Like Winston Churchill used to say during WW2, “truth is so important that it must be protected by a bodyguard of lies”.

THERE IS ANECDOTAL EVIDENCE OF NUMEROUS VERY STRANGE CASES OF UFO SIGHTINGS
There is also one anecdotal report of two hitchhikers in California during the late 1960′s who were picked up hitchhiking and then woke up later at the side of the road, feeling drugged. One saw a small alien walking away, pulling a rubber mask off his head to reveal a small human. So it seems that such acts have been probably used to create more stories instantly discrediting in in order to cover up for MK Ultra type mindkontrol experiments. This also suggests that keeping the truth about anti-gravity craft secret from the public was a very high priority.

During the 1960′s, I have an eyewitness report from a man “Andy” that while serving on a US Coast Guard Ship on Lake Superior, the crew and captain saw a large saucer shaped craft come out of the water right in front of them. It had a flaming type surface appearance like a gas burner on one’s stove. They saw and heard the water dripping off of it as it rose, slowly at first and then accelerated and took off at high speed at well over the speed of any interceptors we had. This object appeared to be well over 100 feet in diameter, showed up on sonar before it came out of the water, then on the ship’s radar and then on the FAA radar and AF radar also. When the ship came back to dock, the suits were there and asked if any witnesses wanted to make a report. And they also said, “it will probably be better for your career if you didn’t make a report since this sort of thing tends to derail a career permanently”. No official reports were filed. There are reports of numerous sightings being handled in this or a similar fashion which tends to keep folks from talking for many years. I was told by one professional airline pilot, a captain of a wide bodied jet for a major airline with heavy hours who stated that if he ever did see anything resembling such a craft he would never report it out of fear of being grounded for psychiatric reasons.

UFO HITS MINNESOTA POLICE OFFICER’S SQUAD CAR AND 14 MINUTES TIME IS LOST
There was another well documented incident in Warren, Minnesota, where a credible police officer saw a bright object come at him. This object his his squad car, broke the windshield and strangest of all his radio antenna was bent at a 90 degrees, something impossible under normal circumstances. Other witnesses have corroborated his story too. This is a very strange story but there are others like it too.


THE STRANGE DEATH OF SECRETARY OF DEFENSE JAMES FORRESTAL
There have been some researchers that have claimed that Admiral James Forrestal was murdered over refusing to keep quiet about Nazi anti-gravity craft in Antarctica and South America. It has been alleged that he wanted the people of the United States to know the truth. Not long before he died he told his good friend Robert Lovett (to later become Secretary of Defense), “Bob they’re after me”. Soon thereafter Forrestal was forcibly hospitalized in Bethesda Naval Hospital where the USG claimed he committed suicide by jumping out a window from an upper story. Most researchers who have looked into this do not believe it was suicide.

Back in those days one method of assassination occasionally used by American Intel was to throw the person out of a window from an upper floor of a building. It was believed that this was the best way to put a scare into other potential leakers. It has been hypothesized that Frank Olson was murdered this same way because he was going to go public about the CIA experiments with LSD that involved dosing unsuspecting victims. This is discussed in the excellent book, A Terrible Mistake, by HB Albarelli, Jr.
OPERATION HIGHJUMP

In early February, 1947 Secretary Forrestal had sent a major Naval Task Force to Antarctica called Operation Highjump and this consisted of 40 ships, a carrier and involved Admirals Byrd, Nimitz, and Krusen. The purpose of the mission was secret and it has been alleged that this was in regard to investigating and perhaps capturing Nazi underground bases believed to have built during WW2 due to strange associations with alien beings from which they obtained anti-gravity knowledge. The cover story was that it was an expedition to develop Antarctica for scientific purposes but strangely enough the mission had been moved up six months. The famous Roswell crash did not occur until early July, 1947, but it is rumored that there may have been an earlier UFO crashed and recovery before Operation Highjump was deployed.

Some very strange rumors have emerged about Operation Highjump and what occurred during this naval mission and they involve stories of US aircraft shot down by UFO’s and discovery of massive underground bases in Antarctica. Unfortunately we have no way of proving whether these events occurred or not since Admiral Byrd’s logs remain classified.

On March 5, 1947 a very strange article was published in the Chilean Newspaper El Murcurio which contained comments from an interview with Admiral Byrd in which it is alleged that he warned that future wars would involve aircraft being able to fly from pole to pole at very high speeds.

OPERATION DEEP FREEZE
Operation Highjump was later followed up with a second expedition in 1955-1956 to Antarctica by Admiral Byrd, called Operation Deep Freeze. The cover story was that this was part of the programs for the International Geophysical Year but it has been alleged that there was much, much more to this naval expedition. But not much is really known about what happened on this expedition because it to remains classified.

THERE HAVE BEEN CREDIBLE REPORTS OF SAUCER RECOVERY TEAMS ON CONSTANT STANDBY
There are numerous anecdotal reports years after the occurrence of “saucer recovery teams” on call for rapid deployed to various parts of the country. I once talked to a NYPD officer who stated that he was brought into to seal the perimeter of an alleged crash scene. He said he never saw the craft while it was stuck into the ground, but he did see it it covered up with heavy tarps as it was hauled away on a flat bed truck. He said it looked saucer shaped but he could not see any details. He was told by an American Intel Officer that what he saw never happened and “you don’t want to know what will happen to you if you talk about this”. He said the recovery team was specially dressed in loose fitting suits and had breathing apparatus. He did talk about it, but only many years after he was retired.

CONTEMPORARY RESEARCHERS HAVE BEEN PUBLISHING SOME VERY INFORMATIVE AND INTERESTING BOOKS ABOUT THE DEEP IMPLICATIONS OF NAZI HIGH TECHNOLOGY
Recent disclosures have been published (with more in the works) by several researchers that the Nazi scientists had anti-gravity craft during WW2 and made a special deal with American and British Intel before the end of the war to exchange their technology and refined plutonium for paid careers stateside in American Intel against the Russians and in various rocketry and weapons programs along with complete amnesty. It is claimed in the very interesting book, Grey Wolf, by Simon Dunstad and Gerrard Williams, that Hitler was rescued and taken out of Berlin at the end of the war with Eva Braun, leaving the remains of two dead Doppelgangers to be found. Other very interesting books on this subject are, Hitler was A British Agent by Greg Hallett, and James Bond Is Real, by Mike Sparks. It has been claimed by some researchers that anti-gravity technology was provided by aliens to occult linked groups such as the Vrils & Thules during the early 1920s and there has been one anecdotal report that a crashed UFO had been recovered in Germany as early as 1912. But so far these claims remain in the “possible” category and have not been substantiated by clear and convincing evidence. Since the end of the cold war, more and more information about Operation Paperclip has leaked out which makes these reports seem more likely, however.

THE MYSTERIOUS WASHINGTON DC UFO FLY-BY SET OFF MAJOR USG SHOCK-WAVES
On the evening of July 19, 1952 an apparent formation of UFO’s did a fly-by over the Capital Building in Washington DC. This made headline news and was announced on major network radio stations across the nation and the world. It created shock-waves inside the USG inside the beltway. It has been rumored that there was considerable disagreement between numerous high USG officials about this whole UFO matter at that time and some heated arguments occurred.


On July 29, 1952 USAF General John Samford made a statement to the Press regarding this which seemed oriented to dispelling any public fears. It is interesting to note that General Samford was the Director of USAF Intelligence. He made the point that most UFO’s were explainable to their satisfaction but those that were not posed no apparent threat to America.



Headlines, Washington Post July 28, 1952
THE ALLEGED MEETING BETWEEN PRESIDENT EISENHOWER AND THE ALIEN AMBASSADORS AT HOLLOMAN AFB IN NEW MEXICO IN LATE 1954 –DID IT HAPPEN ?
For many years there have been rumors that President Truman rushed through the National Security Act of 1947 in response to the numerous crashes and recoveries of anti-gravity craft and the alleged small bodies inside such craft. From this point on after the DC Fly-by things get very dicey and quickly enter the ozone. Because massive secrecy has been locked down on every related aspect of this whole subject of crashed and recovered anti-gravity craft (AGCs) and small bodies, it is impossible for the public to know the truth. Those who understand the use of national security classifications and those that even have high clearances at Q or above, know nothing about the truth or falseness of these rumors unless they are directly involved. The reason is because security issues at this level are so compartmented under the SC programs that they are based on need to know only. When a leak with incredulous seeming content occurs, those who understand intel and psyops tend to wonder if such a leak is intended misinformation to provide cover for a secret weapons system of something much less sinister or bizarre.

For many years there have been rumors circulating among certain American intel groups that in late 1954 President Eisenhower met with alien beings from an advanced anti-gravity craft that landed at Holloman AFB in new Mexico and that there were movies shown to some insiders of this landing and curbside visit. When one hears this type of rumor from a higher up intel, a typical thought is that perhaps this is misinformation dispensed as a test to see if the person leaks. The story could be custom tailored to with certain details to make it easily traceable. Standard operating procedure with almost any factual briefing is to add a certain identifiable twist or sub fact which makes source tracing easy when leaks occur. This procedure muddies up the information flow and creates difficulty sorting out rumors from misinformation or leak tracing. Thus it often takes many years and a great deal of “highly possible” rumors which converge from separate independent sources before a researcher can feel comfortable drawing conclusions about this information.

NOW FOR A TRIP EVEN FURTHER INTO THE OZONE
According to some of the most interesting “highly possible” rumors of this alleged secret meeting, a treaty was negotiated between the alien ambassadors and President Eisenhower. These alleged aliens considered Ike the leader of the world’s most powerful nation. And also according to these uncorroborated highly incredulous rumors, the treaty provided an exchange of alien technology for USG permission for aliens to select, track and abduct certain humans and do medical tests on them, as long as they did no permanent harm, and released them with no memory of the examinations. Pre-meeting communication was claimed to have been done by a digital binary radio transmissions, but at the meeting also involved direct mental telepathy or thought projection. Advanced technology was transferred to US Intel and this included anti-gravity technology, advanced anti-gravity cloaking for aircraft and sophisticated psychotroic mindkontrol devices.

SUBSEQUENT RUMORS HAVE CIRCULATED THAT THE ALIENS VIOLATED THE TREATY
There have also been unsubstantiated “highly Possible” rumors circulating for years off and on that the alien species with which the treaty was made violated it and started abducting humans, keeping them for longer periods, using them for sinister breeding and eugenics experiments and sometime murdering them, dissecting them and even eating them. Are alien beings invaders that are using human flesh for delicacies? Note the arm patch above for a certain special program translates on the bottom to “tastes like chicken” (old Latin) and displays a knife and fork.

ARE HUMAN ABDUCTEES IMPLANTED AND TRACKED BY ALIENS ?
There have been numerous credible people that have reported missing time and later remembering abductions, and some have had small crystals implanted in their bodies, alleged used for tracking and observation by aliens.


IS THERE A SECRET WAR BETWEEN ALIENS AND THE US SHADOW GOVT AND IS IT IN STALEMATE RIGHT NOW ?
If Phil Schneider’s story is true and there are hostile aliens living even below secret US deep underground bases, this has enormous implications for all Americans and all humanity too. But it is hard to sort out the difference between some of the shadow govt’s black operations and possible alien occurrences. For example, take the cattle mutilations and the appearance of low flying silenced black helicopters. There are several cases where ranchers out west have seen these unmarked black helicopters swoop down and grab cattle up and then later drop them. These cattle all seem to have certain organs removed by surgical lasers and their blood drained. There have been some rumors from good sources inside secret programs that these cattle mutilations are being done by USG black contractors to measure radiation leaking from the underground nuclear test sites in the Nevada area.

SOME MORE CLUES THAT BEYOND BLACK SHADOW GOVT PROGRAMS INVOLVE ALIEN TECHNOLOGY CAN BE FOUND IN THE SPECIAL PROGRAMS ARM PATCHES
Trevor Paglin has published a book of photos of special projects arm patches. It is entitled “I Could Tell You But Then You Would Have to be Destroyed by Me: Emblems from the Pentagon’s Black World”. Some of the patches he shows are very strange. The featured image above shows a knife and fork and an alien head and includes the phrase “Gustatus Similis Pullus”, which translates “tastes like chicken”.

WHAT CAN BE REASONABLY ASSUMED TO BE TRUE ?
It is now believed by numerous researchers that a very sophisticated privatized beyond black set of programs have been long in place to back engineer recovered crashed anti-gravity craft (AGC’s) that have been recovered. And it is now also well known that these private DOD contractors have been very busy building massive underground bases and enforcing strict “Manhattan Project” type security controls to keep this information secret from the public. What we don’t know is whether these recovered craft which crashed were manufactured by extraterrestrial aliens or by Nazi’s living in underground bases operating a secret space program, a program some have alleged exists and is called a “breakaway society”.

IS THERE A PATTERN OF THE USG CONSTRUCTING BEYOND BLACK RESEARCH FACILITIES ?
Richard Sauder, Ph.D. covers this in his book, Under water and Underground Bases, and includes some interesting photos and drawings. The amount of money spent building these underground and underwater secret bases in unknown because that itself is considered beyond black too, but some researchers have estimated that it totals 5-13 Trillions. Since the US Gross National Product is about 13 Trillion a year and the Budget about 3.5 Trillion per year, if accurate or even approximate these estimates represent a major amount of money and also represent the largest defense programs ever enacted, far beyond anything else which would suggest that whatever the USG is financing, it must be considered very, very vital.

It is well known that American Intel has been exceedingly careful to keep secrets from the prying eyes of most Congress folks. Only a few certain key Senators and Representatives are told and they must have very high security clearances. There was the strange situation where a very expensive large new NRO building was being constructed near the capitol building, and some Congress folks wanted to know about the funding. No matter how hard they tried they could not find out since it was so highly classified it was considered beyond black. This is a great example of how secrecy is locked down completely around these beyond black anti-gravity programs and underground bases. And yet hundreds of employees work for various deep black DOD private contractors. For example for many years employees of Papoose Lake/Area 51 were flown in from Las Vegas on Janus Airlines, a secret airline service. Few who have worked there have ever talked about their jobs.

HAVE BEYOND BLACK TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CENTERS BEEN BUILT AND DEPLOYED TO BACK ENGINEER CRASHED ANTI-GRAVITY CRAFT AND ADVANCE ALIEN TECHNOLOGY ?
One that claims to have worked there at Area 51 is Robert Lazar who has made some outrageous claims about witnessing and participating in efforts to back engineer anti-gravity craft there. He has provided some drawings of anti-gravity generators and discussed how they work. It appears that much of his background was wiped removing most proof of his claims, except for his name remaining listed in a Navy Directory, which does lend him some real credibility. His story does seem to suggest that he was highly compartmented so his range of knowledge about this anti-gravity back engineering program is very narrow and limited to a small part of what went on.

BOB LAZAR’S STORY STRETCHES ONE’S IMAGINATION BUT IS DIFFICULT TO DISPROVE
Lazar’s background was wiped almost clean and yet he has not been sanctioned as so many others have. Why not? It is possible that his defection was planned from the start and that he was selected for his inclination to do so, in order to attain a certain psyops outcome. This seems counter-intuitive but this is how many limited hangout disclosures and complex psyops work. Perhaps a very high level shadow govt decision was made to leak facts about crashed and recovered anti-gravity craft and aliens to the public in layers after which each disclosure would be credibly denied, which tends to create cognitive dissonance in the public.


IT SEEMS APPARENT THAT AMERICAN INTEL IS WORKING HARD TO SURROUND UFO SECRETS WITH LAYERS OF COGNITIVE DISSONANCE
This cognitive dissonance tends to make folks just lose interest and go away. In this way the truth can be slowly leaked and then rescinded in an ever widening and repeating cycle over time without creating panic or major social change. This is likely to bring about a subconscious acceptance in the public’s group mind without causing panic and while saving “the big disclosure” to be used at a later date to manipulate the public to make changes they wouldn’t otherwise agree to and in the manner desired by the shadow govt. And this “big disclosure” might include a fake Alien invasion or a real one that is actually an invasion but presented as “friends”. The massive cognitive dissonance entrained in the masses will likely prevent major societal panic and many will feel relieved and look forward to any such disclosure, real or faked.
It is obvious that the Shadow Govt has locked down the highest levels of national security around anything to do with crashed and recovered UFO’s and research about them and their technology, as well as many other beyond black programs. Given this immense level of secrecy and construction of very narrow compartments inside these black programs based on “need to know”, it seems reasonable after considering all the actual evidence (notably small) and the convergence of so many anecdotal rumors available, that at a minimum the USG has recovered anti-gravity craft and been working at back engineering them. Where they came from and whether the world is under a attack by aggressive aliens or not remains a possibility but not enough evidence consists to prove such at this time. It does seem that a reasonable, balanced conclusion can be made that the USG actually knows what these UFO’s are and considers them to be Identified Flying Objects (IFO’s), which are anti-gravity craft of advanced technology, perhaps from Nazi’s or alien sources or both. It is not likely that the USG developed them independently based on the best evidence to date and most reasonable conclusions about it. And it is important to note that some insiders have actually stated that they believe that these craft are built by demonic entities impersonating aliens in order to deceive mankind. Can it get any stranger than that? But sometimes truth is stranger than fiction.

EACH MAJOR SOCIETAL FORCE IS MET WITH A COUNTER-FORCE
In every battle whether overt war or covert power struggles, there is a force (FIRST FORCE) at some point met by a counter-force (SECOND FORCE). Coalitions may be formed as additional counter-forces and these are best described as a THIRD FORCE. However in most cases a THIRD FORCE can exert much more power and exist without being specifically targeted when carefully concealed or covert. Any THIRD FORCE is typically much more effective when covert. But often when fully exposed, it loses much of its staying power. When it is covert it remains hidden.
In recent years numerous researchers and journalists have been connecting the dots as never before and have started arriving at the conclusion that there is a secret, covert major and very powerful and “bad to the bone” THIRD FORCE which appears to have captured most of the major nation states of the world and appears to have somehow gained control over its leaders to act as parasites upon their citizens while cooperating with each other to produce a NWO Globalist Tyranny. The construction of this NWO tyranny is based on systematic deployment of high tech mass mindkontrol technologies (Mindwar through advanced Psychotronics), planned engineered disasters and economic breakdown to create more control, deployment of Eugenics, toxic vaccinations, GMO toxic foods, and mass death through provoked inhuman wars. And it appears that this is all being done to destroy the human race and create a new transhuman race to take its place using new gene splicing technologies, development of the triple helix and animal-human chimera projects.
The THIRD FORCE appears to be obsessed with gaining power through any means, and its operative ideology is “ends justifies the means” with absolutely no value placed on human life, a complete lack of love or any humanity at all. Those who are its “useful idiots”, the cutouts this THIRD FORCE has placed in power to run each of the top nation states show no value to human life, have been caught in massive illegal drug trafficking, bribery of officials, sexual slavery, child trafficking and pedophile ops to compromise officials, assassinations, politicians, judges, leaders of the military, alphabets and LE as well as prominent businessmen.

The term “pure sociopath” has been applied to describe these folks based on their apparent lack of any visible humanity, and some clergy have hypothesized that these folks either have no souls or are demon or Jinn infested. And now we in America have a government which says it is okay to assassinate anyone they say deserves it and does so, murders folks without any legal representation by remotely fired missiles from drones, says it is okay to kidnaps folks off the street, bag, tag them and place them in offshore secret black prisons with no trial and then even execute them.
We have a USG which basically does anything it wants all justified by its current “WAR ON TERROR” which it declared in response to the 911 attacks which it did itself with help from its foreign “allies”, all instituted as a secret false flag attack. And this THIRD FORCE has captured the major mass media through its cutouts, American Intel and the Military, creating a near complete lockdown on the national news and reducing this media to little more than USG propaganda dispensers.
Every time the THIRD FORCE wants more power and control it plans and institutes an engineered disaster either weather, financial, societal, legislative, or stages additional acts of individual or mass terror. This THIRD FORCE appears to be exceedingly evil, obsessed with generating mass death and suffering of the masses which makes it hard for most folks to believe it exists even when evidence is shown to them or they are informed about it. Many historians have stated that there is a strong hidden hand in the background controlling all world events. They sense this THIRD FORCE but declined to identify it or its most visible minions. As Woodrow Wilson’s famous quote goes:

Some researchers have hypothesized that he was speaking about the International Banksters, the World Moneychangers working out of the City of London (Financial District). Others have hypothesized that these Banksters are merely the cutouts or servants of a much more sinister control group they call the Olympiads, the Illuminati or use various occult names for it. And it has been suggested numerous times that this force, a mighty force for Evil in the world, has attained power over nation states by setting up puppets to control them to conform to their overall world goals. Up until recently little was researched, written or known about such international power control groups (the powers that be PTB) and what the proof is of their existence, or in what form they actually exist. With the advent of the world-wide Web (Internet) this has all changed and there has been an explosion of research and disclosures about this THIRD FORCE.

PREVIOUSLY HIDDEN, NOW BEING REVEALED AS NEVER BEFORE
Thanks to the work of numerous excellent very well informed researchers, historians, journalists and intel experts like Jim Marrs, Richard Dolan, Peter Lavenda, Gordon Duff, Greg Hallett, Mike Sparks, Joseph P. Farrel and Joel Skousen, things which were previously hidden are now being revealed as never before and we are now able to start to see what has previously been an invisible secret, the apparent HIDDEN HAND of recent contemporary history. Their findings and informed speculations along with numerous well defined leaks from informed sources described as “highly possible” can now be put together in a descriptive matrix to suggest a plausible construct of this THIRD FORCE in the world today. It is now possible to make reasonable hypotheses about this THIRD FORCE which has been mysteriously and covertly influencing human destiny in a blatantly evil and foreboding fashion and has apparently compartment itself under different dress among the few most powerful nations in order to pit them against each other as a continuing strategy of of tension to divide and conquer. It is this strategy of producing continued states of conflict to produce increasing and massive chaos which allows major changes to be made by the PTB which would otherwise not be possible.
In order to understand what this THIRD FORCE is and how it works, as well as how it can be effectively stopped cold, it is essential to examine the British Empire, how it evolved and how it was stopped cold in its pursuit of tyranny in the American Colonies during the Revolutionary War. It has been trying ever since to re-assert itself and resume its strategy to fully impose a complete tyranny in America through its control over our monetary production and distribution system and only now is it starting to makes it last, big move before the THIRD FORCE is finished with it and discharges it to junk pile of history. The British Empire is the contemporary poster child for the THIRD FORCE, but it’s hidden hand probably has also controlled Bolshevik Russia, Stalinist Russia, Nazi Germany, Maoist China, ancient Rome, Greece, and Egypt under the Pharaohs and many other ancient nations. It appears that once this parasite has extracted all the lifeblood of a nation state and destroyed it, it then moves on and selects a new host in its ever widening quest to build a NWO Globalist one-world tyranny, which some have called the “plan of the ages” or “the plan of the ancients”.
THE DECLINE OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE
The British Empire began to decline in the late 19th century after a period of worldwide predominance and attainment of naval superiority. In order to become the predominant force on the seas it had used covert means to effectively stifle and handicap its competitors along trade routes by using privateers or pirates who were covertly but fully sanctioned by the Crown.
This served as a small but covert third force for the crown to continue to build naval superiority on the seas and the pirates reward was to be able to keep their booty. This actually is now a well documented form of terrorism by the crown and suggests folks need to ask the question whether or not current acts of terror all over the world are also covertly sourced by the Crown through well disguised cutouts, since this seems to be their specialty. And if a nation state which has few natural resources and little intrinsic wealth is able to create and use proxies to fight their strategic battles covertly and deniably, then so much the better. In this way the wealth and resources of other nations can be covertly captured while completely disguised as someone else’s internal or external wars. Very crafty indeed.

And as the British Empire began its decline, those in charge realized that in order to maintain the level of control in the world they had attained but were now losing, they would have to develop a means to attain and hold power covertly without making themselves a target, while providing the belief to folks that they were in fact finally free of the Crown.

THE CROWN’S COVERT STRATEGY TO MAINTAIN HEGEMONY–FINE TUNING PERFIDY TO DIVIDE & CONQUER
Those in charge of the Crown had developed sophisticated methods of divide and conquer, first conquering lands, then eventually giving them independence while maintaining covert financial control through capture of the money production and distribution system i.e. central banking. This was done in numerous colonies which included America. The result was that numerous colonies rebelled as covertly prescribed and fought to obtain their independence but actually never really gained it financially.
Now where did the folks running the Crown get all this sophisticated technology which their advanced perfidy was based on? Some at the highest level claimed they obtained it through membership in secret occult organizations which tapped into the “teeming power of Lucifer”. It has been reported by those who have left these organizations that they appear to be connected into a hierarchy based on esoteric rituals which release this Luciferian power but it has been claimed it must be fed with blood sacrifice, thus the need for sick Bohemian Grove type rituals and numerous wars to produce mass death. If these assertions turn out to be true it would explain a lot. Allegedly those who participate in these esoteric occult organizations give up their humanity in exchange for being able to access this “teeming power” some have described as the THIRD FORCE.

The crown was able to acquire numerous colonies, but in each after a while the folks rebelled and sought and gained independence. It is likely that many of these rebellions were even run by the Crown and were raised up to create the rebellion so that the financial controllers in the City of London could obtain what they really wanted (complete control over the production and distribution of a nations money) while allowing the new nation state to believe they had obtained freedom when actually they were even deeper in financial bondage albeit covertly. And actually if one obtains and hold control over a nation’s monetary production and control system it is able to rule covertly without becoming a target of those it financially oppresses.

The usual definitions of perfidious are: underhanded, treacherous, deceitful, lying, evil, tendency to betray, unfaithful. Albion is the classical name for the English Isles. The Carthaginians had been known for these techniques by the Romans who looked down on them for using them.

Any article on this subject would be remiss with out mentioning the work of David Icke, the infamous British Soccer Champion and former broadcaster who has come to the conclusion that England is controlled by shape-shifting dragon beings with superior intelligence and these entities can assume human form but are evil to the core and basically have hijacked the world. Icke has uncovered some very important information such as the official coat of arms of the City of London and its mascot Draco the great Dragon God. I have trouble accepting the idea of shape-shifting entities, but I will reserve any judgement about this until more evidence is available. Other than this claim which seems over the top right now, David Icke’s work has been very important in my view and is groundbreaking. Even if he is not 100% correct, what he has uncovered about the City of London and its methods of covertly dominating the world are important discoveries. But before you dismiss his seemingly outrageous claims out of hand, you may want to carefully consider the video testimony of Arizona Wilder, a high level MK-Ultra victim of American Intel mindkontrol which is available on www.youtube.com (just do a search under her name).

THE CURRENT WORLD SITUATION–THE WEST AGAINST THE MUSLIM WORLD
So now we have a situation where we have the West pitted against the Muslim world fighting a war of terrorism which has been located and contained in the Mideast. The Muslims are blamed for the 911 attacks, and this has been used to justify a massive war against them. It is now well known that the USG did institute the 911 attacks themselves with help from their “friends”. It is also well understood that the USG started al Queda in Afghanistan as a counterforce against the soviet invasion there and also built up Saddam hussein as a massively armed tyrant to serve as a as a counter-force against Iran.

The illegal, unprovoked, unConstitutional, undeclared US wars against Iraq and Afghanistan have elicited a guerrilla defense in each of these countries which the USG and its military defined as continued terrorism. This makes about as much sense as referring to calling George Washington and his volunteer army of Colonists as terrorists for resisting the tyranny of King George. And yet that is what some USG officials and their spokesman are doing now in America. Homeland Security has labelled American Patriots and returning vets as “potential domestic terrorists” and “domestic terrorists”.

The question about this US/Mideast war arises: who is America fighting for since it is obvious that it is not to defend America from foreign enemy? Most well informed folks know that the 911 attacks were an inside job done by Neocons and a certain faction of the USAF and American Intel. Are these US Mideast wars for major off-shore corporations, defense contractors, major oil companies or certain cutouts who have hijacked America on behalf of the Crown? Are these wars serving offshore foreign interests that want to destroy America?

Most in the military high command now know who the perps of 911 are. Once the word was out it spread like wildfire. Thus we have a strategic split inside America Intel and the American Military. Only time will tell which faction will prevail but so far things look promising for those who represent the American Citizens and the Constitution. It appears that the tide is turning due to the alternative media available on the Internet and word of mouth inside the Military and intel. The folks that run Homeland Security know their days of control are limited unless they move fast and consolidate a complete takeover before their counter-force grows too great and it is growing daily. This makes them very dangerous because they are now cornered and they are afraid.

Every invasion always to some degree provokes a counter-force. And now inside the continental USA we have Homeland Security and Northcom building up an internal police state to oppress the American People. This has already begun to elicit a strong ideological counter-force which some point will elicit a strong overt counter-force which is maybe what was desired by those who are really calling the shots, i.e. those super-elite controllers at the head of the pyramid of control over the Secret Shadow Govt (SSG). This internal police state build up is all being done under the guise of “fighting terrorism” which is a vague, border-less crimes, kind of like a Rorschach inkblot which can be anything one chooses to see in it. Of course any civil resistance or push-back is being proactively defined as domestic terrorism and any groups that are judged to have the potential to form a serious counter-force individually or collectively.

HOMELAND SECURITY AND ITS PRE-EMPTIVE PROGRAMMING, PROVOCATIONS AND SELF-FULFILLING PROPHECIES
Thus these potential enemies of Homeland Security are defined as “potential domestic terrorists” and have been identified as returning vets, gun owners, Ron Paul supporters, Constitutionalists, tax protesters, Tea Party members, and those with liberty oriented bumper stickers. In fact a whole US military plan was developed and published to attack and subdue a town which would supposedly be taken over by the Tea Party. Those who set up and run Homeland Security are operating under the perfidious, divide and conquer methods the Crown has been known for which suggests that perhaps it is under control of those folks who run the City of London (Financial District, a separate country with its own ambassadors like the Vatican).

These folks have been coerced to be traitors by such a slow and perfidious acculturation that it is like a frog being slowing heated up in a pot of cold water. Yes, these folks have jumped on the bandwagon and been seduced by roles of power, authority, great pay and benefits, superb retirement, all the perks that worked to convert the SS in Nazi Germany and communist party officials in Bolshevik and Stalinist Russia. For the most part they have abandoned their oaths to the US Constitution and have essentially abandoned the citizens of America who pay their salary and benefits and compartmented themselves away from mainstream American society, the people they are supposed to be working for and serving. Instead they have become their oppressors. Even the name “Homeland Security” was taken right out of Nazi law and history.

Yes, they are part of an ever more exclusive club which sits at the top of the hierarchy or so they think. However if there is a major shift in political power they could easily end up with the same fate as the brown shirts in Operation Hummingbird. Often cutouts are disposed of when the PTB are done using them and begin to see them as a threat so their fate is always going to be an open question and certainly their bosses should not be trusted based on the treachery they have already displayed, such as their massive lying, betrayal of their oaths to the Constitution and massive lying to the public.

This labelling of anyone who might have the means and future intent to defend the US Constitution and Bil of Rights and resist the completely unConstitutional edicts of Homeland Security as a “potential or actual domestic terrorist” is then best described as pre-emptive programming or creation of a self-fulfilling prophecy that serves the State (in this case Homeland Security and those that control it which are most likely offshore controllers working out of the City of London). If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it is usually a duck! Basically then it appears that Homeland Security is going for broke, doing everything possible to provoke any American who has the inclination to rebel to do so. It’s a game of provoke and then punish that person for responding, single them out and then sanction them one by one before massive public support emerges, which actually is now well under way.

So now we find ourselves in America in the following most sinister condition. We have the newly emergent and greatest enemies of the state we have ever had now going around accusing normal Americans, Ron Paul supporters, Vets, Patriots, Constitutional supporters, tax protestors, protestors of any kind, gun owners and Tea Party Members of being enemies of the state. Now isn’t this the greatest duplicity one can imagine and they are doing this financed by our tax money and they are supposed to be serving “we the people”. Certainly this is nothing less than the “two headed eagle” shtick of our Secret Shadow Govt and their dual citizen Neocon cutouts. Is Homeland Security being controlled by the THIRD FORCE and the Secret Shadow Govt (SSG) too?

THOSE WHO CONTROL HOMELAND SECURITY AND NORTHCOM APPARENTLY BELIEVE IT’S ADVANTAGEOUS TO CREATE A CRISIS BEFORE THE PEOPLE CAN BUILD UP LARGE SOCIETAL SUPPORT FOR MASS RESISTANCE
Apparently the operational belief here is that it is better to push folks to prematurely react before they have a chance to harden their positions and obtain broad based social support. This is just another theme of the strategy of divide and conquer by setting up a pre-emptive provocation to flush out resistance and crush it before it matures. Plus if you can elicit small rebellions and shootouts by going door to door with illegal swat teams, it is believed that most of the public will accept the USG propaganda that these folks were “domestic terrorists”. What sinister force seems to driving and directing all this creeping tyranny in America and its conversion to a Nazi/Stasi police state? Can we assume it is the THIRD FORCE? What has been more evil in the world than the Nazi, Stasi or Communist systems of government, and yet America seems to now be controlled by the same forces that produced these tyrannies. Some top Nazis allegedly claimed they were empowered by the “Sun of the Black Reich” which was described as the “teeming power of the dark side”, the “black arts” and they used death cult rituals in Wewelsburg Castle and also used a mechanized guillotine to behead approximate 17,000 victims in the early years of the regime as a part of their blood rituals to release this power of the THIRD FORCE. Has this THIRD FORCE reappeared in full measure, hijacked America and is it now asserting its power through cutouts to rebirth Nazi Germany as the “Fourth Reich”.

Basically anyone who rejects the ideological constructs and prescribed concepts of Homeland Security, the New American Gestapo, is then defined as a potential or actual domestic terrorist. How come homeland security often dresses up its folks in black uniforms? Pure coincidence I am sure. But of course it is no coincidence that ex head of the East German Stasi Marcus Wolfe was hired as a consultant to help start up Homeland Security two years before he died. If you liked what happened in the period 1932 to 1939 in Germany as Nazis took over or what life was like under the Stasi in East Germany during the Cold War, you are going to love the new America that Homeland Security and Northcom create in 2013 unless they are stopped.

It now appears evident that those who control Homeland Security and Northcom are going for broke and are planning to take this new Nazi/Stasi police state live, creating a rebellion in America which they will define as nothing but more world terrorism, but this time in the “homeland”. Of course most informed folks know that Al Queda, the folks identified as the world biggest terrorist boogeymen was actually started by the CIA as a counter-force to the Russians in Afghanistan and should actually be called Al CIA Duh. And of course it is well known by insiders that Al CIA Duh is now being deployed in numerous Mideast and African countries to create regime changes and destroy nation states such as what was done in Libya and is now being done in Syria. Of course all this is deniable since privateers and mercenaries are used to do most of the fighting and these folks do not operate under any Uniform Code of Military of Justice so they are basically lawless, somewhat like the Visigoth roving hoards attacking Rome, only they are paid a great deal more instead of receiving a share of the spoils.

MK-ULTRA STAGED MASS SHOOTINGS TO FULFILL AN AGENDA OF DISARMAMENT
And now we have the MK-Ultra “staged” mass shooting in schools, churches and shopping centers. These are very sophisticated mindkontrol operations using a variety of different advanced methods and technologies and just happen to occurs at strategic times when they function as effective psyops against the American people. Americans tend to be mostly naive about false flag attacks in general and and the well documented but little publicized RICO crimes of the USG and American Intel such as massive illegal drug trafficking around the world and into American inner cities, illegal arms sales to dictators, and hundreds of American Intel proprietary fronts to earn “off the book” funds for secret black ops.
The recent staged mass shootings/mass murders at Aurora, the Sikh Temple in Wisconsin and Sandy Hook School in New Town Connecticut will likely be used as a rally point to get new very repressive gun laws passed in order to disarm the people and further criminalize those that demand that elected officials obey their oaths to the US Constitution. And history has shown us that gun control in the 1900s alone has led to numerous genocides and over 70 million dead innocent human beings. Whenever a government demands gun control, it is a no brain-er what their long term plans are for the people. And since when did any large centralized government ever want to help its people out in any way. Their main function appears to be to serve as a parasite which devours the wealth, freedom and liberty of they people governed and attempts to get them into wars and foreign excursions which further asset strip the nation of their wealth and their young soldiers too. And history has shown that Democide (Death by Government) is the biggest murderer of mankind, credited with approximate 290 Million murders of civilians in the last 100 years.

And of course if draconian gun laws are passed in America and the American Military and Homeland Security swat teams are deployed inside America to go door to door to confiscate guns under any new unConstitutional laws passed by Congress or from Presidential Executive Directives (also illegal), many will be killed and wounded by those defending their Constitutional Rights and homes. These losses will quickly stimulate blood-feud among American soldiers and special Homeland Security swat teams want to revenge on the “domestic terrorists” that have killed and wounded their brothers in arms. Once the killing starts it will spread quickly and there will be a deep seated guerrilla war inside America at many different levels, with numerous police and military (even at the command and high command level) turning against the State, Homeland Security and Northcom. If this occurs it will be bloody beyond imagination and will not be a walk in the park for Homeland Security or Northcom. Foreign enemies may take advantage of this situation to institute their own attacks or seizures of American land and territories previously held.

And there are those inside the military at high levels that are playing along now but will turn when the SHTF and will have access to some very sophisticated weapons systems. Many armories will be emptied and given to various patriots all over America. Those at the top of the Secret Shadow Govt appear to be deathly afraid of the public having guns, but they may be naive thinking that they will be able to size them easily and perhaps themselves are being manipulating to elicit a bloody civil war inside America in order to destroy the Republic as part of a larger Globalist NWO plan. they know deep in their hearts once it starts in mass they are going to be outgunned 1,000 to one by the citizen and will be hit from all sides. Most will abandon their jobs and go YOYO (top secret reports acknowledge and expect this and even discus it in some of their management meetings–YOYO means “you are on your own”). The question then becomes, who might be manipulating these folks to draw themselves into what can easily turn out to be an uncontrollable situation and what could their larger agenda be? More on that later in the article.

DEEP UNDERGROUND BASES (DUMBS)
During WW2 the Nazis built numerous underground bases and factories to protect their operations from the allied carpet bombing. This was nothing new as this has been done numerous times in history as various groups moved underground to obtain protection during civil strife or wartime. After WW2 the cold war set off a massive effort by the soviets to build underground bases and a whole separate city was build underneath Moscow, part of which is now being reactivated, perhaps suggesting a new cold war in the making. And after the Roswell crash and other similar incidents in the American Southwest, the US military began a long term effort which is still ongoing to build Deep Underground Bases (DUMBS) with special high powered tunnel boring machines, some nuclear powered.
Rumors from informed sources have stated that there are numerous of these DUMBS spread out across America located one to two miles underground that are interconnected with high speed trains. There are also numerous rumors from well informed sources that it is highly possible that very, very strange biomedical, genetic and mindkontrol experiments are going on in some of these bases and that there is involvement with extra-terrestrial or non-human entities according to treaties in place which allow for high technology transfer to the DOD contractors in exchange for considerations no normal American citizen would ever accept. There have been some reports from well connected folks who claim that some of these secret underground bases have been built and occupied as joint ventures between non-humans superior beings and American military and private contractors with “beyond Black” security clearances.

Of course it is now known that Russia is now building new DUMBS, as is China and some other nations. And DOD contractors are building a massive underground base in Israel called “911″. How’s that for a strange name? Pure coincidence I’m sure. The question is, why are the major world power building DUMBS? What do they believe they need them for? Obviously these efforts have been so expensive they have nearly bankrupted America. Added to the current illegal wars and NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT and WTO and there isn’t much left for the America worker. But thanks to the massive bailouts and Quantitative Easings, the big banks are flush with assets but not lending much of it to the American people.

THE MAJOR WORLD POWERS ARE NOW EXPECTING MAJOR DISASTERS AND WAR
It appears that those in control of the world major powers are expecting major natural disasters and major nuclear war. Some insiders have stated that a new cold war is in the making between the West and Russia, and China may provide at least some initial assistance to Russia or could wait until the dust clears from a nuclear exchange and then will assert itself to take over what remains. Just as the City of London working with the Wall Street Banksters set up Nazi Germany as a counter-force to Russia, it appears that the same powers that be (PTB) are setting up Russia and China as a counter-force against America which instead of being the land of the free and home of the brave has become the land of illegal wars and world terror after having been successfully hijacked by the City of London and its Neocon cutouts. America has now assummed a central role in the world as the world’s biggest criminal regime, the biggest aggressor in recent history, starting numerous illegal, unprovoked, unConstitutional and undeclared wars in foreign countries on behalf of offshore interests. These are blatant war crimes and crimes against humanity like those that Nazis were hung for at Nuremberg. And the abergae American on the street does not approve but so far has felt powerfless to stop it.

Sad to say that America the once shining light of freedom and liberty, admired by almost all countries around the world, has now become the world bully and the object of hatred of many countries which used to admire America. This tarnished and criminal role America has assumed is generating a massive counter-force in Russia, China and other countries around the world to put America in its place. Many Russian leaders and their intel still strongly resent America’s role in the cold war. Americans have been taught that the United States and the west won the cold war. Insiders have been told that Leo Wanta and operation “project hammer” broke up the Soviet Union and ended the cold war. Actually this is technically incorrect although there is evidence that Wanta’s financial operations did seriously hamper the Soviet Union and was a major factor in its decision to pretend it was essentially destroyed as a nation state, but in reality it just entered a new phase. The facts show that Russia has been doing a pretty good job “playing possum” and is a sleeping giant currently in the process of massive rearming with updated nukes.

WHAT THE RUSSIAN HIGH COMMAND NOW BELIEVES
Some top American Intel and Military High Command know that Glasnost and Perestroika were actually a chameleon ploy with the Soviets feigning weakness and loss in order to fool the west into a slumber, allowing them time to rebuild their economy with the help of massive new oil deposits and a help from big international oil corporations. And now the Russian economy is booming thanks to massive oil mining and refining and natural gas sales. Russian defense is currently updating their nuclear ICBM and submarine deployed missile forces as never before but is not publicising this.

The Russian High Military Command and Russian Intel have come to believe Americans are stupid and asleep at the wheel because security measures have been covertly relaxed to allow numerous intel and technology leaks to the Russians which have given them increasing confidence they can knock out America’s defenses with a first nuclear strike and survive anything America can throw at them because of their DUMBS. I would suspect that part of their high confidence has been that they have probably successfully sabotaged American DUMBS with very sophisticated means to deal with anyone seeking shelter in such when any war breaks out. Can you say remotely operated bio or radiation weapons or other higher tech means?

The Russian High Command does not know that the America has created a staged economic collapse and allowed massive intel and defense leaks in order to gain more power through generating chaos but also to convince the Russians that the US is breaking up like the Soviet Union did at the end of the cold war. There have been rumors that American Intel and defense through private DOD contractors has been secretly working with certain extra-terrestrial entities and has developed high technology which is far superior to anything the Russians have. And it looks as if this technology has allowed a certain faction of top officials to construct a breakaway society based on secret space technology and bases in outer space, perhaps on the other side of the moon, in special orbital space stations and even on mars due to their development of advanced anti-gravity craft (AGCs). Because any available information leaked is almost always passed as rumors that are highly possible, it is difficult to tie all this down. But a realistic view is that there is a THIRD FORCE that has been manipulating human super-elites for a long time and this THIRD FORCE has been sharing very advanced high technology with both the American Secret Shadow Govt (SSG) and perhaps to a lessor degree to their counterparts in Russia and China too.

THE GAME PLAN OF THE THIRD FORCE ?

Some have claimed that these Alien entities (they call extraterrestrials or ETs) are actually benevolent and are here to rescue mankind from himself. If the THIRD FORCE actually exists and it is an evil entity of superior knowledge and power, what exactly are its apparent goals, According to the numerous interlocked occult secret societies which cover the face of the earth, this power is Luciferian, energy from the dark side, and its final goal is a one world global system with a single world ruler, Lucifer. They call this “Lucifer Rising” and expect him to be seated in a new world church temple in Jerusalem. The Question: Who or what has hijacked America by creation of the SSG and used it to buy off almost every politician, USG official and top judge? US NAVY CAUGHT MONITORING UFO WEBSITES by Anthony Bragalia

A little-known US Navy agency employing some of the nation’s top information technology experts has been selectively monitoring websites that carry articles that relate to UFO crashes, Roswell and related events.

For at least five years this small Navy organization has found, visited and reviewed certain blogs, writers and forums that discuss such subjects, including this blog -- The UFO Iconoclast(s).

This agency employs personnel with Top Secret clearance that manage all Navy computer networks. They also manage the entire IP database for the US Navy, direct classified telecommunications networks, and support cyber defense and cyber warfare projects. They also provide the servers and networks for other government agencies including NASA.

This agency collaborates with those in DoD military and intelligence. And the name of the agency caught in UFO site surveillance is the Navy Network Information Center (NNIC) within the “Navy Circuit Management Office.”

That agency has also targeted this author.

UFO BLOGGERS REPORTING NAVY INTEREST



I have located several examples of Navy Network Information Center (NNIC) visits to online UFO articles and whose visitor logs are available for review:

- UFO-Blogger.com reported that on December 8, 2010 their visitor tracking program indicated a visit by the NNIC. Such programs can often provide further details about the visit: There were a total of 3 “Page Views” and the visit was for 1 minute and 22 seconds. The “Entry Page” and “Exit Page” (or the title and keywords that brought them to the site) was: “Wikileaks UFO Disclosure: Cables Contain UFO Info, Claims Assange.”

- Mel Fabregas of VeritasRadio.Blogspot.com reported on January 29, 2009 that a UFO website author had contacted him to report that immediately after posting an article entitled “UFO Sighting Over President Barack Obama Inauguration,” the NNIC came “visiting.” Fabregas reported that he contacted Italian researcher Paola Harris about this who told him, “I have gotten several emails citing intelligence groups who are logging on to (UFO) websites.”

- Even patently “fake” UFO-Alien encounter tales can apparently catch the interest of NNIC. As far back as five years ago (on July 5, 2008) the Open Minds Forum commented on “Sources That are Reading Serpo.org Releases” and mentioned that among the first visitors to the Serpo site was NNIC. A tale put forth by a man named Victor Martinez (likely with the help of Air Force flunky Richard Doty) had proposed that open contact was made between our government and an alien race some decades ago and that an “exchange program” called “Serpo” was created, carrying of a dozen earth people to a distant star.

MORE ON THE NAVY NETWORK INFORMATION CENTER

Finding information of any type on this agency proves very difficult. Using LinkedIn I learned of an individual who works with a major government classified work contractor, URS. She is the Financial Manager for the NNIC and manages a $300 million budget. From another professional on LinkedIn who is a security-cleared Network Engineer some information could be gleaned about the agency’s mission.

According to the website URL Monitor, the NNIC acts as the server for other government agencies, including NASA’s Global Ocean Data Experiment website and network. The server was found to be faster than most measured websites.

The Navy Network Information Center seems to be “headquartered” in Norfolk, VA based two employee and contractor profiles found on LinkedIn. IP address information provided by the website IPF1.com shows that location as well as IP addresses in Pensacola, FL and three in Portsmouth, VA. UFO-Blogger.com reported that their NNIC site visitor was located at Camp Pendleton.

THE NNIC AND ME

At least once the NNIC has visited me. In an article that was carried on Frank Warren’s “The UFO Chronicles” website entitled “Roswell Officer Speaks from the Grave” appearing on December 10, 2012, sure enough, the NNIC was a cyber-visitor according to Frank’s Stat Counter.

This article featured a taped confession of viewing an ET corpse by Walter Haut, the Public Information Officer at Roswell Army Air Field in July, 1947.

Frank reports that there were several federal government visitors with military and intelligence agencies, among them one for which no information has been found available: the “US Department of Defense Network” in Severn, MD with another location in Texarkana, TX.

OTHER GOVERNMENT UFO SITE VISITORS



There are indeed other government UFO site visitors according to those who are tracking their visitors, These include NASA, Department of Homeland Security and the US State Department. But there is always one consistent visitor who often visits first: the Navy through its little-mentioned Navy Network Information Center.

PRIVATE INTEREST OR GOVERNMENT SPYING?

At least some of these government “website hits” are surely resultant from private interest. The US government employs hundreds of thousands with work-a-day routines. Sitting in front of their computers are they merely playing “digital hooky” from work and “playing on the computer” of their employer – or is it something deeper? Is their employer directing them to keep a watch on the UFO watchers?

Secret Space War VII: Joint USG/Alien Hybrid Program

Nordic Type “Tall White” aliens who are reported to have life-spans of approximately 600-700 human years
Some credible witnesses have identified a Deep Underground Military Base at Dulce, New Mexico as the primary location of a Beyond-Black alien-human hybrid breeding program.
This Dulce, New Mexico DUMB operates under authority of the USG but is under the actual day-to-day control of private offshore foreign defense contractors of the Secret Shadow Government (SSG).
This Beyond-Black program is a joint venture between aliens and MJ-12, which is the core controlling group of the Secret Shadow Government.

It is believed by some who have been “involved” and have been “allowed” to “leak information” that this secret alone is the initial reason for the SSG and the main reason for the creation of the US National Security State.

Note: This admittedly is a very strange incredulous article for the most part and unless folks have already spent some time learning about the claimed secret space wars of the USG and the SSG, they are probably wasting their time reading this article.

Historically, this subject has been classified Beyond-Black.
Since this whole subject has historically been Beyond-Black and strictly verboten with perhaps hundreds of assassinations used to keep it secret until only the last several years, after which gradual leaks have been orchestrated within MJ-12, it is still only possible to get an glimpse of the truth from various sources rather than any official USG declaration (which may actually be coming soon, voluntarily or forced by the aliens according to treaty stipulations, allegedly). For now the best one can do is pay attention to actual “leaks” from respected or credible sources as well as their view and speculation on these oblique matters.

Anyone who doubts that significant and highly valid leaks have occurred and still continue at an even higher rate can do some deep research on Dr. Steven Greer’s disclosure project and acquire copies of all the testimony that is now available on a published complete DVD set for the meeting recently in 2013 in Washington DC.

It has also been suggested that there have been consecutive “treaties” between USG and later SSG officials for joint ventures and technology sharing which involve “arrangements” with aliens providing Beyond-Black technology of a wide variety in exchange for access to human subjects, their genes by permitted abductions, and assistance with the biochemical engineering required to attain their goals of hybridization.

And now for the strange part of the story.
The specific goal of these aliens for creating these alien-human hybridizations is claimed to be the extraction, distillation, and replication of the human spirit within the developed hybrids. As the narrative goes, the top aliens at the Dulce Base are Reptoids who are the controllers. These Reptoids allegedly have previously developed biological androids with functional brains and bodies and consciousness, with the characteristic of being “hived-type” group-mind based creatures. Thus this is their basic issue and one which seems to be forever elusive.

In practical terms this means that they cannot create and instill the “spirit” that only God Almighty creates no matter how hard they strive and toil.

So far the aliens and human technicians and scientists who work together at Dulce have not been able to create and instill the human spirit in these Reptoid hybrids.

Allegedly these androids do not have the ability to love and are missing the human spirit which is not only a curiosity to these alien controllers but something they intend to overcome with systematic, step-wise incremental hybridization working in both directions, human genes spliced into full alien chromosomes, and also vice-versa with partial alien genes spliced into full human chromosomes.
Reptoids have been reported to have been here on planet earth for thousands of years, residing in deep underground abodes and maintaining the ability to fly through the earth’s atmosphere in anti-gravity craft (AGCs) for interplanetary or inter-stellar travel.

Some have reported that the alien controllers are “Reptilian” a larger species that have been here on planet earth underground for hundreds of years, perhaps being the Nephilim or Anakem mentioned in the Bible and other ancient texts. As the narrative goes these Reptilians have been prevented by “rules of play” present in the universe from residing above ground and must hybridize in order to be allowed to do so, but can move through the atmosphere and space in anti-gravity craft (AGCs) and supervise human abductions.

Some researchers such as David Icke, very popular in American and especially Europe and the UK have claimed that the British Royal family and many other super elites that control the world are reptilian hybrids and even that they have the ability to apparently shape-shift which is some sort of strange inter-dimensional cloaking ability. Years ago I rejected Icke’s view out of hand but after so many recent releases from credible former military and defense contractors, a substantial number of his claims are becoming more plausible all the time.

Are serious Alien Treaty violations being tolerated by the SSG?
Some credible intel folks have leaked reports that these Reptilians have a taste for raw meat, especially human and have been responsible for abducting and butchering significant numbers of humans “disappeared” from Federal Parks and country roads. This of course is a complete violation of prior treaties but is allegedly tolerated because the alien technology shared in exchange has been so great.

Others have claimed that there are certain alien groups which have a distinct human appearance such as the Nordics who are now fully hybridized in small but growing numbers and want to help humans resist an alleged planned invasion by subterranean Reptoids who are luciferians, evil to the core and allegedly working very hard to set up a Globalist NWO system using the “mystery Babylon religion” which involves the use of Babylonian money-magick, pernicious usury war, starvation and pestilence to reduce the human population of earth and prepare the way for a complete Reptoid takeover characterized by a New Roman Caesar of the ages seated in Jerusalem in a specially built NOW temple based on the design of Solomon.

A kinder gentler Reptoid hybrid?
It is allegedly the belief and absolute obsession of the Reptoid leaders that the capture and holding of Jerusalem and mount zion is their ticket to rule the earth and to be able to establish a complete worldwide luciferian kingdom with them holding absolute Caesarean power, using a small remnant of humans captives as worker bees until the technology of trans-humanism become well enough developed to permit a whole new race of subservient serfs that are alien hybrid being with spirits.
What exactly is this Beyond-Black secret alien-human breeding program now being run by a joint coalition of alien and MJ-12 appointed SSG scientists?
This program is allegedly run in at least one Deep Underground base (DUMB) at Dulce, New Mexico. The Dulce, New Mexico DUMB is alleged to house a sophisticated lab for developing human-alien hybrids in various forms.

It is now recognized by some insiders that many special ops, black ops, spooky teams and special operators have implants based on alien technology.
Are some super-soldiers conditioned with alien technology and are some actually Human-Reptoid hybrids who serve as special G-7 black ops?

Are there different coalitions within MJ-12?

And a third group believes that there are tall white Nordic type aliens that live in the colder areas of the earth in underground bases in Antarctica and the southern part of South America. It has been reported from credible sources that the Tall White or Nordic aliens continue growing in height as they age and eventually “outgrow” their internal organs which causes illness and death. Some within MJ-12 view cooperation with alien hybridization programs as a necessary evil in order to continue to gain desired alien high technology.

I joined this site for the purpose of share with you that I believe I have personally witnessed these U.S. cigar-shaped ships, along with others, on the island of Oahu, HI, at Temple Valley back in the mid-80s. We were quite a distance away, at a higher altitude, so we had a good vantage point and even from that distance it was huge….a guess would be the length of three 747s. It was a life-transforming experience for both of us. My son, who later went on to become a pilot and who was quite studious, studied airplanes at the time, knew it was nothing he had ever seen before. My feeling was that it was other-worldly and I experienced a combination of fear and joy at seeing it. My first thought was I needed to alert the authorities but then I thought better of it, fearing ridicule as by the time we returned home it was gone from sight. I decided to keep it to myself, grateful for the experience. Several days later the Honolulu Advertiser newspaper ran a report of dozens of people reporting seeing a UFO on the Leeward side of the island. Previous to reading your account, I had always thought this was an alien UFO, however, your report supports it was ours, as there is a Marine Corps Base in Kaneohe, HI, out on the peninsula surrounding Kaneohe Bay, where this ship was flying. Thus, I now believe what we saw was a U.S. spaceship, manufactured/tested in the mid-80s at Kaneohe Marine Corps Base.

I found this strange article interesting, the closing comments were interesting as well. The first Delta Darts and "Triangles" in service were 80's/90's tech, There are newer craft that have kept the Fuselage shapes very similar to be enter changeable with weapon systems and docking ports and orbital platforms (Or, So They say).

Will they soon be disclosing some of the older stealth delta craft that have gravity cancellation? They dance around that in this article but anti gravity is not the big secret the "Power Systems/Energy Supply Systems" are the big secrets that cannot be let out of the shadows... Black Triangles: Cornerstone of USA Space Fleet?



This report voices what I have been suspecting for a long time; that the USA has a secret aircraft program responsible for the large triangular shaped aircraft that have been seen at night from time to time in the USA and occasionally elsewhere. The craft emulate USA stealth technology and they also show lights typical of actual aircraft. In short this is a UFO of terrestrial origins.

Way more important is that the craft’s behavior powerfully suggests that the craft has gravity cancellation technology. It is often travelling way too slow to be relying on pure aerodynamics or so it seems. I could be wrong on this, but considering that I now have a clear grasp of how to address the gravity problem it would be no surprise at all. I am already well convinced it is possible and a natural intermediate step is to place this technology inside a large craft along with a real power plant.

This could also be the craft applying microwave lasers to make crop circles. Thus this technology has been about for at least thirty years and possibly much longer. The rest of our technology has had to catch up in order to apply it as we now see.

We are also been conditioned to expect such miracles while ample misdirection and outright denial is keeping huge parts secret.

Black Triangles: The Worst Kept Secret

The current F-22, F-35 and B-2 bomber projects have proceeded in that manner. But when aircraft are extremely top secret, they get buried too deeply to trace, from the initial black budget allotments through to the various, aspects of their development and well into theaters of operation.”

The U-2, SR-71 and the F-117A from the depths of Lockheed’s famed Skunk Works didn’t become known to the public until after years in practical use. Today the evidence is over whelming, secrets can be kept by aerospace industries and government. The so-called “black triangles” can be added to the list of secret black budget items. Funding would have come variously from “Star Wars” money, some of trillion that the Pentagon lost, programs that never were, and typically and easily done, “overruns,” tacked onto other projects built such as the very expensive B-2 bomber and the F-117A.

Thousands of sightings of the triangles make it hard to quibble with that blanket assessment. The triangles exist. Verification comes continually that these mind-blowing craft exist. Almost every typical American citizens witness a huge and dark triangle moving low, slow and silently overhead. Some are so shaken by the experience that they pay particular attention to the vehicles, enough to make a decent determinations of the unique characteristics of the craft. The differences between the new method of hovering and moving through the air and that of conventional aircraft of any type are unmistakable and troubling and not forgotten to some witnesses. As a consequence and not so strangely, we know more about triangles, unofficially, than any aircraft ever secretly produced in this country.

Most of us interested in the term “triangles” know from regular media accounts that these craft demonstrate uncanny aerial displays to the public in the US and the UK almost daily. Rarely are these craft reported in any area outside of the US and Europe. Being so publically displayed on Western soil, why is it that after about thirty years of being witnessed these craft have not been revealed to the American public?

What is the point of hiding such remarkable craft if the intelligence agencies of potential enemies and even the man-on-the-street can easily figure out that these fabulous craft are our government’s utility replacement for the dismissed space shuttle and manned rockets? Why allow the American public to puzzle upon why our leaders and planners have failed us, lost our edge in space to nations using rocket technology that we have abandoned for the most part and yet seemingly have forced us to purchase rides to the ISS for our equipment and crew from others? It doesn’t make good sense unless there is an ace up Uncle’s sleeve.

There are aspects to the situation that are not so simple to explain. But first, we need to establish the importance of the triangles to our real world situation. The triangles (and similarly powered craft) are the greatest development in the history of mechanical devices since the invention of the wheel. These machines are not true aircraft. They do not use the atmosphere (air) for lift or propulsion. Their basic feature sidesteps the effects of gravity. That totally different method of locomotion will allow us to literally transform human activities on earth and explorations into space. Basically, there are a mode of quick, reliable and low-cost transportation that will replace several other types currently used in/on the air, land and sea.

In addition, their almost miraculous bending of physics contrary to conventional views automatically gives them the distinction of being the greatest weapon ever placed in the hands of a world power. That feature alone is enough to explain why they remain top secret devices.



How that secret is handled is something else entirely and seems puzzling on the face of it. Seeming to move in impossible and unbelievable ways is the key to why we are allowed to see them performing in exactly such a manner. The secret keepers want us to notice the bizarre shapes and antics. Yet, why display the triangles so publically and not bring them forth after at least three decades of being reported in our skies?

Because it is all a charade, aided and abetted by all areas of aviation, both military and civilian. The segments of society that should be most interested in such reports are mum on the triangles, ignoring all incidents and lying about those they cannot ignore. –Sound familiar? Haven’t we endured over half a century of the (apparent) lack of official acknowledgment and investigations into the UFO phenomena?

The strategy behind that continued deceit is brilliant, even if a carryover of how officialdom has always dealt with the UFO, but it has another key component. And that is that the sightings of the triangles dovetail into and help perpetuate the on-going UFO drama that we live with every day. (Regardless of what many of you want to think, genuine UFOs, alien craft, present a very serious situation to all of Earth that eventually must conclude in some form of publically announced contact with ETs which will only be the beginning of the intervention.)

As it stands, a mysterious triangle exhibiting UFO-like capabilities is understandably labeled as a typical UFO sighting (another non-event) and with that classification assigned; all need for further investigation evaporates. Broadcast TV news: “Put on your tin-foil hats, folks, another mysterious triangle reported hovering over Boston last night.” A follow up sentence will advise that the supposed event should not be taken too seriously as government officials showed little interest in the public’s reports of the object. So it was something or nothing, but definitely not a secret government triangle-shaped craft because they don’t fly them around in public like that. Right? After all, allowing a top secret craft to deliberately hover low over Boston on a Saturday night to be seen in all of its glory is totally absurd. Such an event goes against the basic rules in any playbook for black budget projects. The damned thing should be out West someplace, Area 51, maybe, not shocking the early night bar crowd in Boston. And so it goes, a type of UFO is witnessed but only civilians take notice.

Most of the world knows what the English letters of “UFO” represent and what they mean in some fashion. That understanding, that concept in itself, is a world-wide phenomenon of some note. Recognition and acceptance of the true meaning behind alien UFOs is a natural and required progressive step for humanity to travel because the triangles (one way or another) were derived from the bizarre physics of the UFOs and that foundation secret must be kept as long as possible even as the triangles become commonplace in our lives. So we have a rigged paradox surrounding the triangles/UFO relationship saga.



The second reason why the strange ways of the triangles is also strategic is just as important and twisted. Less than friendly countries will have noted for years now the reports of triangles in the Western media and have pay close attention to the details that clearly eliminate the craft from being conventional, even advanced, true aircraft. How do they react to such news? They know full well that UFOs are real alien craft, and they note that our machines mimic UFOs. Anything but fools, they know that we know, somehow, the secret of the UFO method of power. They feverishly work on their theories if not prototypes. They would make bold and varied attempts to steal highly classified data in any way imaginable. They are masters at it. If the English hacker Gary McKinnon can learn important but not critical details about our space fleets with a little perseverance and computer skill, so can any country with a decent spy program. Have they had any luck? We can imagine that they have obtained a substantial knowledge of our operations.

As a result of our best capabilities being in full view to our potential enemies, the current situation in the world is generally stable because of the existence of the triangles. However, it is a very unbalance stalemate of course. As our black secret is known on far shores, it is doubtful that any major effort of any kind will be started by the laggards that could provoke the wrath of a fleet of space-capable, UFO-like triangles carrying a variety of weapons.

With the capabilities inherent in the triangles, without a doubt, we control all near-earth space, off-planet exploration and any serious surface wars that would be directly against us. Not until a country announces a similar craft will we be forced to make our own admission and display our true dominance for the public to see. The longer it takes our enemies—and potential competitors--to build their versions of the mass less triangles, the better the odds against their ever gaining parity on that score alone. Despite what they suspect or know about our triangles, the smart potential adversaries would keep quiet as they do their own intense work.

As stated earlier, the new principles of physics in the triangles is the greatest weapon every developed by man for war…and we must add, also the greatest thing for commerce, as also was true for the wheel.

Any use of the new secret craft would not be left to the whim of military commanders, or even top government officials fueled by their own politician agendas but from a larger, more benign, general strategy of the world not based on old versions and visions of world conquest. It will be more of a philosophical ideology than being politically based. The so-called “coming of the saucers” in 1947 has disturbed the usually forces that rule Earth.

Initially, the earthlings in control panicked a world war had recently ended and political ideologies were running rampant across the world. These days, evidently the ETs have told Earth’s leaders what they must do. We see signs everywhere of the changes and earnest efforts to transform the population of the planet from one state of mind to a more rational state of mine and being.

The New World Order, a dream for some and a nightmare for others, is being social engineered. Done in some countries by their own initiative and forced onto others by the UN to bring to fruition the plan. The major intent is to save the world from the destructive effects of mankind’s boundless consumption of resources before it sickens and dies as a living planet. Rescuing humanity from its own restless need for war and/or economic conquest is secondary.

The eventual introduction of the triangles and similarly powered craft into commercial avenues and expanded but benign military use will ease many of the approaching burdens around the world. But as the ships go about their duties carrying aid in those dark days, many fists will be raised and shaken at them in futile anger. Let it not be more than that display. Otherwise, a ship with troops will be quickly summoned. Complete freedom will be remembered as a term briefly used in the foundation of the United States of American, but it was short-lived and was only a dream anyway. Perhaps a reset of the human apparatus of existence isn’t such a bad plan. Maybe there is a better way.

A former US Marine has claimed he spent 17 years of his career on MARS.

The ex-naval infantryman, who uses the pseudonym Captain Kaye, says he was posted to the Red Planet to protect five human colonies from indigenous Martian life forms.

He claims he then spent nearly three years serving in a secret 'space fleet' run by a multinational organisation called the Earth Defense Force, which recruits military personnel from countries including the US, Russia and China.

In testimony released to ExoNews TV, Captain Kaye said he was trained to fly three different types of space fighters and three bombers.

He added that training took place on a secret moon base called Lunar Operations Command, Saturn’s moon Titan, and in deep space.

Captain Kaye says he retired after a 20 year tour of duty, describing a retirement ceremony on the moon that he claims was presided over by VIPs including ex-Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.

Has anyone ever heard about or seen a cigar shaped UFO that glows a cobalt blue color?
I saw one over the woods near my home one night a couple of years ago.
The whole thing was glowing, fairly close to the ground, and moving quickly.
It was one of the once-monthly nights when the CE5 group was out all around the planet calling for UFO contact, and I had been actively sending out telepathic requests for a sighting, and flashing my flashlight into the sky, so I think it was more likely an extraterrestrial ship, though I could be wrong, of course.

It is hard to say, There are many factors... May have flashed the blue to let you know your message was received...
The Ionization of the gasses around a craft can give off colors (Could be the gasses of the current location or target location of the "Jump" depending on the Race/Tech could radiate various colors/plasma's) and type of drive/jump tech involved would answer the color question.

As far as the "Cigar Shape" there are regular visitors of known groups and the more often than thought curious UNKNOWN Voyager/Passer By Groups that you may have caught the attention of that use Tube or "Cigar" shaped long haul vessels. Most of the various tech's have a consciousness component to them so if you reached out with yours you may have caught their attention.

"They say" The over all "Cigar" shape is pretty common "Out There". The size and look of a vessel (If you don't get a FOF signal or are able to scan them) will tell you more about their inhabitants (If you get close enough to catch a glimpse before they pop into what ever stealth bubble or jump away first). In some cases you may not want to know.

The IG are not Inter Galactic as in they travel to other Galaxies but within THE Galaxy and are almost a mile long and you will not see them in our atmosphere. The smaller ones are more of a flattened "Cigar" shape and travel more with the local star systems (Our Sol system is traveling through space and around the Galaxy and a mind numbing speed, WE are space travelers and doing so now!) and are usually fitted to be more scientific but do carry Dart's/Delta's (I am not comfy yet w/Cpt. K's terms and descriptions of the "Fighters", But Pilots are weird about naming Air & Spacecraft...

They could risk it (I am sure they have, and made the Philadelphia Experiment look Humane), however space travel within this Density/Dimension/Time & Space is still extremely dangerous (Stellar Travel involves some sort of ID Travel), Stars you are aiming for have drifted with Galactic Tide and through Intergalactic Space since their light spectrum was spotted/vibration measured as well as has your Home Star on your return. Add Galactic Equations to that an even with Temporal and Jump Drives and Star Vibration/Spectrum Databases things can get hairy for beings out there more advanced than us. I am sure there are many vessels "Lost in Space" some of which may have ended up here only to be shot down and studied in a lab. These wouldn't be the Higher Civilizations of other Dimensions or Densities of course (Educated Speculation, I am really getting out there though).

I was made most aware (Through Speculation) of the "Darts", "Delta's"/various sizes and "Manta's"/various sizes). It is said that some of the Dart type craft are modular and fly in and plug into larger fuselages or craft which may have passengers or payloads and pilot them.

Those smaller "Cigar" shaped (Not really cigar but close enough) vessel's are more versatile but I doubt you will see one in our atmosphere either.

(Not to mention some of the RUMORED newer Huge Delta Carriers and Old & New Huge Orbital Platform Carriers (Way Stations) & Command/Control/Communications Relay & Weapons Defense Platforms placed in the orbits of various bodies and lagrange point's in our Sol system).

Much (Materials) is mined and procured off planet, some things like seats avionics etc are built a bit here, a bit there here on Earth and then everything is assembled "Up There" due to size, logistics and secrecy. When it came to the small craft though most of them are built down here or a couple models at least were at one point, but I wouldn't state that they are only made down here.

Different colonies have different parts of the puzzle, Vessel, Device,Sciences & Tech/Weapons R&D, Tech & Weapons Manufacturing etc processes are compartmentalized even more so up there... OR, So the "Sci Fi Story Goes"

That is far as I am willing to SPECULATE on the matter...

I would watch the complete 8 or 9 video's of this "New" CPT Kaye MDF/EDF, SS Marine. I expected complete BS but sat and listened with my mouth open about quite a bit of the info. There are going to be many formerly in various parts of the program that are going to have complete or partial RECALL after listening to these interviews. IMHO... Or would Imagine...
