There is a great deal of misappropriated and misunderstood esoteric truth within the memes of popular new aged understanding.
There actually is a crystallization that occurs with the *light* body, which is a real thing, and the basis for much psychic phenomena, and which happens when a certain level of coherence within one's energy is achieved (insert a Carmody statement about differentials here), this is a thing that occurs through deliberate hard work, meditation, mental/spiritual training, something that does not, *will not* occur simply as the result of some outside energetic pressure unless one has shed completely the influences of the body/personality, and in most cases simply shed the body altogether as in physical death.
The body itself will not be seen to suddenly alter itself into some new and magnificent form, although one approaching the mental/spiritual with extreme determination will see at least the beginning of such a breakthrough in the subtle body itself, and such will be reflected in the physical mostly in a subtle fashion ie. renewed health, new "abilities", but nothing so dramatic as suddenly becoming a physical shining light or crystal body, although the aura might be seen to increase in intensity only viewable by one sensitive to such things, it would be elusive to most who have not the capacity to see into the subtle realms.
The OP is so wrapped up in such mistaken notions, much would have to be unlearned before any real advancement could take place using sound or any other such device. There is a great deal of power in sound, I myself have some capacity to produce tones with my voice that will cause instant changes in consciousness of myself and those around me, so sound itself is not something to be discounted, but there is so much misinformation in the OP, I dispair of reaching any coherent exchange on the real power of sound.
As Sebastion pointed at, sound is a great tool, but leads to a dead end if it is the only tool to be relied upon, although I might observe that once one has passed certain threshholds the utility of sound will once again become apparent, but this would be far beyond the scope of this thread and the details of which I would be well reluctant to speak of on the forum.
I would point to Professer Thaigarajan and the Sanskrit Scholars and the album Mantra Ascension (there may be others, this is the one I am familiar with) if one is interested in experiencing a little bit of what sound can really do. It was a great signpost along my own way of learning what one can really do with vibrations of the gaseous medium around us.
