Yes, well worth a watch.

I had made earlier efforts to listen to Michael Tsarion in recent years, but it was too "esoteric" and disconnected from what else I knew for me to make sense of.

Thanks to the above video of Tsarion's, I've just lost a day and half a night (so far) reading in and listening to Michael Tsarion. The dots are starting to connect for me, in new ways.

Michael Tsarion's explanation of the US Constitution, The Constitution Con (article) or The Declaration Deception (video), seems more accurate to me than what I had read in the history books, but is still grounded in detail that I can well relate to, having read quite a bit in that area myself. The American aristocracy granted the American people a federal government that kept the United States of America as a vassal state of the British empire and under the control of the aristocracy who controlled both. The US Constitution and its federal government was not popular expression of the people of this land, subordinate to the sovereign rights of the individual. It was a "con job."

Tsarion's explanation of the Nephilim aliens who came here, escaping some other disaster, some 50,000 years ago, and who lost the remnants of their retained technology in a great flood some 12,000 years ago, also makes sense to me, connecting with my readings of the flood (see the Avalon thread Walt Brown's Hydroplate theory - the great flood tilted the earth 5000 years ago), and connecting with what I've been picking up from Joseph P. Farrell and Catherine Austin Fitts and others on what Richard Dolan has termed a Breakaway Civilization (see further my brief notes on the Secret Space Program and Breakaway Civilization Conference, in San Mateo, California, June 2014.)

Brown, Farrell and Fitts have differing theories to explain what they are observing, but what they observe all fits, as a unified explanation, with what Tsarion is telling us, of the fallen angels, the Nephilim, who came here some 50,000 years ago, and who are struggling now to recreate the technology needed to escape this planet where they have been quarantined, much of which technology they lost in a great flood. As one example, the great stone works, built both before and after the flood, have been used to map out the nearby universe, to relearn just where "they" are and what's around. Between 50,000 and 15,000 years ago, the fallen Nephilim had both substantial remaining technology and immense control of enslaved humans to build such structures, sophisticated, immense and in large number.

The evidence of that truly massive flood is well documented by Walt Brown in his hydroplate theory, though Brown hypothesizes the water coming from a hydroplate beneath the earth's surface, not from the remains of the great water planet Tiamat raining down on the earth. That water planet was destroyed by the pursuers of the Nephilim, when the Nephilim had taken refuge there, creating the asteroid belt and providing the source for what would later become the waters of the great flood.

This flood was initiated some 12,000 years ago by a great nuclear war. That was has left radioactive plains of glassified rock still in evidence today, in India. That war strongly effected the earth's magnetic fields and poles, and caused to rain down onto the earth's surface more debris and water from the great water planet Tiamat, previously destroyed 50,000 years ago, during the escape of the Nephilim to earth.

The massive funding of the secret space program, especially since World War II, focused on atomic energy (making energy from matter), black physics (making matter from energy), metal alloys, and silicon-based computers are keys to re-creating the lost technologies that the Nephilim need to break free from their prison planet. Genetics were a key technology before the great war and flood, used in creating (not always sufficiently obedient) slave species, and would appear to becoming just such a key technology again.

Tsarion claims that the descendents of the first reptilian hybrids created by the Nephilim, what we know call the bloodlines, made a deal a few centuries ago, with some advanced 'microbial' (?) beings for some of this technology, in exchange for blood ... lots of human blood ... accounting for the dreadful wars killing millions and some of the other horrendous sacrifices of the last few centuries.

The astronomy, the physics, the history, the geology, the computers, the high finance, the abductions, the reptilian lies and propaganda, ... it's all fitting together a bit better for me now - thanks Michael Tsarion and GoodeTXSG.

This makes the most sense to me, considering Graham Hancock's work "Fingerprints of the God's" where he goes deep sea diving all around the world, and shows how the seas rose 300 feet and how there are ancient cities everywhere under water within this 300 foot depth. Also ties in with the missing books of the bible, the book of Enoch, the Dead Sea and Nag Hammadi scrolls, Plato, the Sumerian Stone tablets, Egyptian Hieroglyphs, and some of Stichen's work, among others.

I think he may have this slightly wrong, although blood does carry the highest concentration of life force, it is the energetic life force itself which is the true commodity being produced and harvested here on earth. Now, consider the Spanish flu and the World Wars of the last century, the massive genocide's perpetrated through ritualistic sacrifice, the nefarious nature of psychopathy and one begins to recognize that these alien interlopers are NOT human. Who's to say that the whole overpopulation "meme" is a myth and they really do want that many people (6.5 billion) for the ultimate sacrifice? How about that Georgia Guidestone and ebola thing, eh?

Currently following sources in my local area that I will not even alude to at this time. (I did sit quietly on one upsetting conference call for over an hour and a half today before having to drop off...)

There is a battle going on between TX Gov., Health Care Entities and CDC and FEMA/DHS on information release as well as release of resources. The balance of release of information cannot be argued against is that the CDC's point that they do NOT want Panic within Public but Especially the Health Care Professional Community.

They DO NOT want a situation where the Health Care Professionals stop showing up to work.

If this occured there would have to be a "Premature" National Emergency declared calling up National Guard resources (FYI: The National Guard is extremely upset by the deployments to Africa "We are not the InterNational Guard!"... The Guard Forum is very active and moderated right now.) and Legally Ordering Healthcare Professionals to Report to Work. They are worried of the effects on the Economy and the general populations response to the "Other Positive Diagnosed" patients in other States that have had Federal "Hush" orders placed on those care givers and local media (Infolving very large $ fines and 25 years in prison from use of post 9/11 Anti-Terrorist Laws.). The Federal Government was not happy with the Dallas Health and Human Resources and local Media for breaking the "Patient 1" story to begin with.

This caused some push back with Government becoming immediately involved according to speculation from several of some of these mentioned sources above. Texas Nurses unions have released information that has further angered CDC officials. They are pushing TX to plug all leaks. Gov Perry already has a State Emergency Plan ready to sign and impliment and the Tx Military Forces and Tx FEMA are ready to act if ordered.

I am sure many of you are getting similar information from sources including the push for CDC to admit this strain is a "Weaponized Airborn" strain which they have refused to comment on or admit to this point. All from sources in the Local Texas Area.

This lack of information release is also leading to a lot of speculation and fear mongering among people who are concerned. This lack of information can lead to the very panic that the CDC is concerned about by not releasing information. The people should be given information and be allowed to prepare and make decisions on their own like adults. This is not out of control and can be contained, we the people just need to be treated like adults and not scared children... IMHO.

The US controlled cabal has gone before the World Court and been denied their request to file bankruptcy. That means they are responsible for the indebtedness they have created. It also means they are being stripped of most of their funds to perform there tasks and actions to control and dominate world issues. The Dragon Family is in the process of taking over the dominant financial institutions which is also removing the Cabal’s power and control.

For over a year I have been saying there would be no RV/GCR until the Cabal was neutered, taken out of control. That process started last week and is under way right now. Meetings are being set up with a collation of over 120 countries to work through the logistics of changing the world banking systems.

This shift does not mean we will be exchanging our currencies immediately. Please do not ask any dates, this is a process that takes time.

I have seen him online before but do not know who he is in the Economic world,
I have no idea what he is basing his claims off of. The Federal Reserve is a Private Entity and the other information is almost impossible to verify. There are a lot of wild claims going around with very little real movement or tangable evidence of any changes.

The Cabal is painted into a corner for certain with it's deals with evil groups in the middle east and all of their two faced murderous games against virutally every nation on Earth. Their recent actions against Russia has further isolated and weakened the EU just before what is expected to be an extreme winter (Possibly manipulated to be so). At this point they have shown they are going to feign treaties and fight to the last minute and print worthless $ until the clock runs out while the Corporate MSM reports we are in a recovering economy...

After the collapse of the $ they are going to find that they won't even find anyone willing to trade on the tons of Gold they are sitting on in bunkers and "Subterranean Communities" after their rations run out. Their mercinary armies (security) will not be able to eat Gold so it too will turn on them after a certain amount of time by their own "Egg Head" sociologist OPSEC calculations. Yet they are sociopaths and have to be true to their natures to the very end.

I believe we will just have to get to a point where ALL of the "Bubbles" burst and Wall Street crashes before they and their "Proxies" are forced out of power and the entire Western Society is Revalued and Reset under a "new system". Whether the new system IS transparent and ANY LESS of a Debt Prison System remains to be seen (BRICS and its member nations histories on Human Rights does not give me a lot of hope!).

It will be a huge mess and will cost many people every honest penny they have saved. I just hope that a part of the process does include a major criminal trial and reconciliation process. Sure we will have to listen to a whole new generation of Nazi's tell a world court "I was just following orders" but it is a process that will lead to closure for Humanity (And this time NONE of the bastards should snake their way out and let just the "Proxie's" hang!). Not a single Person or Group should be allowed to keep their "Ill Gotten Gains" even if it was "indirectly".

This transfer of power could have been much smoother if the Cabal didn't insist on going down as blood thirsty and fight like a mortally wounded beast as I knew it most likely would... Again, IMHO.

In a nutshell……….the IMF has changed hands, the Federal Reserve and the World Bank are being taken over by the Dragon Family. The US controlled cabal has gone before the World Court and been denied their request to file bankruptcy. That means they are responsible for the indebtedness they have created. It also means they are being stripped of most of their funds to perform there tasks and actions to control and dominate world issues. The Dragon Family is in the process of taking over the dominant financial institutions which is also removing the Cabal’s power and control.

For over a year I have been saying there would be no RV/GCR until the Cabal was neutered, taken out of control. That process started last week and is under way right now. Meetings are being set up with a collation of over 120 countries to work through the logistics of changing the world banking systems.

This shift does not mean we will be exchanging our currencies immediately. Please do not ask any dates, this is a process that takes time.
This is the first step news we have been waiting for. The shift is happening. I’ll keep you posted with new developments.

I have seen him online before but do not know who he is in the Economic world,
I have no idea what he is basing his claims off of. The Federal Reserve is a Private Entity and the other information is almost impossible to verify. There are a lot of wild claims going around with very little real movement or tangable evidence of any changes.

The Cabal is painted into a corner for certain with it's deals with evil groups in the middle east and all of their two faced murderous games against virutally every nation on Earth. Their recent actions against Russia has further isolated and weakened the EU just before what is expected to be an extreme winter (Possibly manipulated to be so). At this point they have shown they are going to feign treaties and fight to the last minute and print worthless $ until the clock runs out while the Corporate MSM reports we are in a recovering economy...

After the collapse of the $ they are going to find that they won't even find anyone willing to trade on the tons of Gold they are sitting on in bunkers and "Subterranean Communities" after their rations run out. Their mercinary armies (security) will not be able to eat Gold so it too will turn on them after a certain amount of time by their own "Egg Head" sociologist OPSEC calculations. Yet they are sociopaths and have to be true to their natures to the very end.

I believe we will just have to get to a point where ALL of the "Bubbles" burst and Wall Street crashes before they and their "Proxies" are forced out of power and the entire Western Society is Revalued and Reset under a "new system". Whether the new system IS transparent and ANY LESS of a Debt Prison System remains to be seen (BRICS and its member nations histories on Human Rights does not give me a lot of hope!).

It will be a huge mess and will cost many people every honest penny they have saved. I just hope that a part of the process does include a major criminal trial and reconciliation process. Sure we will have to listen to a whole new generation of Nazi's tell a world court "I was just following orders" but it is a process that will lead to closure for Humanity (And this time NONE of the bastards should snake their way out and let just the "Proxie's" hang!). Not a single Person or Group should be allowed to keep their "Ill Gotten Gains" even if it was "indirectly".

This transfer of power could have been much smoother if the Cabal didn't insist on going down as blood thirsty and fight like a mortally wounded beast as I knew it most likely would... Again, IMHO.

Update 10/17: Just as there are "Multiple Secret Space Programs" and "Multiple Break Away Civilizations" (Some of which are from left over fallen Earth Civilizations that are extremely ancient!) Each with their own "leaderships" there are also "Multiple Secret Governments" on Earth. The Nazi/Zionist "Cabal" (As it has come to be known) is only 1 of these "Secret Earth Governments".

This is a very fractured and complicated situation in which information and power is in a constant "Flux" and relationships between all of the above are tenuious with distrust of each's relationships and possible infiltrations by off world third party "allies" a constant lynch pin. Ideology is also a huge point of separation between the groups as well (As above so below) and a "Cold War"/"Civil War" footing of sorts has been ongoing for a while. This situation as well as the one on Earth with its "Secret Governments" all need to be resolved and consolidated into one "Earth Alliance".

On that note... In order for true change ot occur on Earth after the fall of the current leaders of the dominant Financial System, there will be the need for a disclosure of the Entire Series of hidden Structures/Infrastructure that are the Multiple "Secret Earth Governments", Multiple "Secret Space Programs and Their Leaderships" and how each tie into the Multiple "Break Away Civilizations both current era and ancient".

The technologies will have to be ripped away from these "Inter Planetary Corporations" and delivered to the Earths Population in a responsible way. This information will have to be disseminated to the Earths Populations in a responsible way. The existence of the various "Federated Alliances" (With the "Human(ish) Types" and the ones "Very Different") will have to be disclosed in a responsible way...

This is a very important task that I believe any "New" leaderships or Systems will prefer to "Kick the Can" on as there is no easy way to remove the bandage accept to rip that sucker off! No one want's to be the group that has to deal with the aftermath of breaking this all apart and putting it back together into a truely new system.

With out doing all of the above there is no "Earthly" or "Humanly" way possible to start over with a "New" system and not fall into the mistakes of the past... With the HUGE taske above undertaken and a "Earth Alliance" created (Not a NWO) we will no longer have a need for "Babylonian Money Magic Systems" and will have access to the same technologies that are available to some of the "Elite" to allow us an Era of living in harmony with Earth and Eachother, Exploration of Space (And Expansion of the Sciences, and Health) for all as well Expansion of Cononization and Exchange Projects that are currently ongoing... IMHO.

What to make of this?

I admit my sources aren't what they used to be,

However the people I am reaching out to are acting like this information is coming from a Tom Clancy Novel. I am not saying it is not true... There just has not been any inkling of any such actions or waves there of within the current rank and file on the "Corporate Floor's" of the FRB's and Tresury Departments (In TX they have a lot of "Shared Facilities") in any of the TX locations.

If anything comes to my attention of course I will post if I can... There is nothing to support these claims from anyone I know working "Aloft" in the FRB and Treasury Departments.

Those of us that were on calls yesterday on the other "Local" issues that has International Attention were "Bumped Off" the call 20 minutes in (Quite Disappointing).

There were some talking points brought up including States taking action as there are reports of "Infections" in S. America and a New worry of another Mass Exodus from S. American Countries to the US Southern Border States.

It was after this talking point was mentioned that someone in one of the "Higher Offices" stated that the call should be limited to the inner circle of policy makers and that first responders should drop off and be scheduled for a follow up call later this afternoon or a to be determined time that will be delivered via email.
