There are many threads that I don't read on Avalon, I usually only read the ones that I am drawn to. Most of the negative news and conspiracy ones I am not drawn to...this is not why I am here but it's different for some others who make difference in different ways...I am mainly drawn to the spiritual, relationship, loving, and fun ones...but at times I do think it's good to and read up a little on some news or conspiracy or truth things...

Yes, I do the same...what am I drawn to?

I'm a mixed bag I suppose.

Spirituality is as important to me as what is going on around me...I feel I need to see all sides-ones that I can relate to and ones that I cannot for an understanding...I want to understand. This is the same for the world.

What gets me is the arguments that come up in all of it. Debate is great, while then when people are labeling others and each other silly/bad/offensive names and such...I think that is worse than watching the tv, listening to the news, going on boards for information.

I'm seeing it a lot especially within 'groups' that are supposed to be working together :/

Eh...I'm probably one of the most uninformed on here with spirituality and workings of the world, so I mostly read. Sometimes I'll contribute with a post if I feel it may be worth anything...

Sometimes though, I'll find something that I relate to where I know from reading that the other person is more informed...so how then do I instantly 'get' what they are saying?

It's all complicated and simple at the same time with me!

I haven't even read this whole thread even....I have a lot of work, reading and thinking to do.

Most people don't really deeply understand what someone has gone through in their lives (and don't know much of it) and sometimes why they do what they do...people have their own wounds and issues and sometimes project and blame and (passively or directly) accuse and make wrong connections and conclusions about people (and right ones), and so on, often related to their past...there are a few people and subjects that I will stay away from, can't really be dealing with that kind of energy directed towards me or including me at the mo (on top of everything that I am experiencing now in my life, that they do not know or care about). We are all on a healing journey, and I wish people healing, but some places I will not go (made mistakes in the past). Easier and healthier just to accept that others will see yourself and others badly or wrongly, even if it seems unfair, best to let it go. Not everyone here is a friend, but thank goodness for friends!

Thanks for coming here and sharing what you think. You're coming from an authentic place and that's what matters. I don't think it matters if you are 'one of the most uninformed on here' as you put it. How do you define something that's worth posting? Maybe your mind is less polluted than the rest of us which can offer a cleaner perspective on things.

I'm certainly not as informed as I'd like to be myself, but that's okay. Lol I always have something to say even if I don't know what the heck I'm talking about.
