Some things are good to do in this life and some things will not work in this life. It seems all perfect and well in your mind and when you bring it out of there, all hell breaks loose and you think: but how? It seemed so perfect in my mind.

That's right, your mind. We don't live in your mind. This is not your world. It's ours together, and it's a composite, and a compromis of externalisations of all our individual worlds; what we allow of it to be externalised, what we deem acceptable, managable, tolerable,...
Finding one's place in a group is easier for some than it is for others. In astrology the indicators are to be found in the 11th house. In my case Uranus in Gemini, in the 11th house. Since Uranus rules Aquarius, the 11th sign, it is a similar energy.
So with Uranus there the group definitely lets me know in what areas I need to wake up.
If I had Venus there my life would be different, probably regular cake and coffee fests with a bunch of girlfriends, chatting about the attendants in a nail salon. And everyone always in agreement.
When I was looking at Avalon members charts I found quite a few had Uranus in the 11th house.
All society misfits who have fun hanging out together and sharing their ideas on reform.
The coffee fests make sense, I know at least two ladies off the top of my head with Venus in that house and they are definitely cookie women...What would a Jupiter do in that house if it already had a Uranus sitting in there?

Speaking of high tea, I'm seeing some good friends this weekend and I bought a book for the oldest son, but since he's in the autism spectre, I'm doubting my choice now. It's a fiction book, thriller, quite dramatic about missing persons, running away from home, stuff. I thought, you know, the kid's in puberty, they go through so much emotions, I liked reading about confusion when I was his age. After that, you know it's okay, and that other children are feeling the same things at your age. Of course, with the AS, I don't want him taking any ideas to literally...Hm, best let his mom decide whether he can have it or not. And it looked like such a good idea when I ordered it

Thank you Violet, this is exactly what I meant the other day, in the discussion over the word 'illuminés', in saying we are talking about ungrounded nonsense. A compromise of externalisations includes things like agreeing to accept the dictionary meaning of words rather than what you imagine them to mean in your mind, especially those words we agree to accept as part of a nation's written constitution. And yes, all hell breaks loose when we can't accept that.
I remember reading that word over the last week.
You know, Araucaria, I was inspired by this beautiful painting. It made me think about summer in the younger years and how everything looked like a good idea as long as the sun was shining:

But this also applies to a whole range of other areas in life, going from personal, to national, to planetary.

Oh dear. Another weird coincidence. I was stung under my chin last night, by the only mosquito that ever entered my Barbados apartment sine December 15.
    Woke me up.
The landlord had finally put screens on all windows, because I had this fear go getting chikungunya, which has become rampant around here.
So what's up with that?? Carmody's weasel being channeled by a mosquito now????
Check, 1 nasty mosquito bugging me last night. The last one left late Septemberish.

My morning coffee reflection has more to do with "conspiracies stupidity" - and here I do not think of conspiracy theories, but rather at our personal reactions stemming from it.

How in the world has love, tolerance and genuine goodness been supplanted by conspiracies even in our private lifes? Is the contamination THAT deep that we cannot even hold in our heart and head the right attitude towards our loved ones?

Are we getting that fanatic that it impedes the actions of one's heart and one's clear judgment? To me, it feels at times as bad as any religious fanatic losing his heart and his critical thinking abilities.

    My conclusions:

There is no conspiracies, no state of being, no ET, no nobody that will stop me from loving those around me, from acting on true love acceptance, from having my critical thinking process clear in order to serve those I love. Thinking differently is pure bullock.

Bottom line: never give up on those whose love you share or shared

But this also applies to a whole range of other areas in life, going from personal, to national, to planetary.

    Lovely painting.
In the areas of life, I would include the word "local", between personal and national. Because as inner work is bringing results the next level is your local neighborhood, and that's where the 11th house comes into play.
And if Jupiter is there, and Jupiter is a bit high horsey, it means one might sometimes tend to neglect that area in favor of greater expanses like planets and cosmic, even. But it also means a real interest in such matters, and even position in the political arena. (Not always a bad thing, if one can get one's ideas noticed.)

And about the book you bought...I'm sure he will take from it whatever he can, and project at it his innermost self, enjoying the read.
    I wouldn't worry there.

pS...re " letting his mum decide" ...hmm...often during my adolescence I gobbled up the books other people gave me before I entertained reading the ones which mum chose. Mum got it right more by accident than conscious choice.

The question of life, the universe and everything calls for a straightforward answer: are you up for it, yes or no? Acceptance is a resounding yes. If you can’t say yes, what are you doing here? Sure, you are on a planet of choice... but you simply aren’t going anywhere until you choose to say yes. If you say no, that means you want no part in this, and that is what you get.

    Ok, YES it is!
Even if one escapes from one level of universe work, there is always another level where self expression is possible.
Most people need to feel comfortable and secure to get started. Put on their safety helmets...

After that it doesn't matter if one's chosen cause is a platform where one can show one's love for animals (always watching out for extremes there, too, since the crazy cat lady scenario is where that needle could quickly move into the red....)
Or one wants to come up with solutions to the food production issues... Or place homeless former mental patients into their safety zone...so many causes to chose from.
Endless menu. System change is what's needed most, in my view.
    And the order has to be 1, 2, 3....not 2, 3, 1.

There are multiple ways to crack instinctual thinking into self awareness, but one key point is that the door into the other land of self awareness must be open. In most cases that involves some form of the avatar's instinctual drives going crazy, they have no answer, so they spin, they fly out of control. A lack of control that is required to take place, at least for some given time period. As a minimal point of beginnings. That love is fine, love is great, love is fundamental, but not as a fear driven/filtered instinctual component.

This is where imagining consequences comes in handy. Things flow, through developmental stages, and this is why logic matters.

If something appears illogical, there might have been unseen interference to block one's intent.

Still, the interference might come from a higher level still whose agenda is either destructive and evil in design,
or it is seeing such a vast picture that it is done from a point of view of the highest wisdom,
and not the instinctual fear based love Carmody mentioned.
Just that they might see further, having a birds eye view.
So one group might build underground shelters, or get involved in prepping, while the other one,
which is tuned into these higher energies, knows that even an approaching asteroid can be redirected by the subtests of mental forces,
which keep us all out of harm's way.

Times change, and not everyone knows how the winds were blowing. So they are stranded at employment agencies....

    ABSOLUTELY

Love as love with no fear components

Love as love as part of a will to love

Love as love, pure and so simple

And a self awareness crack in the instinctual, going crazy for it

Logic is another word for grounding. You can build a house from the roof down, but only if the roof is on stilts, i.e. grounded. There are no missing steps on the way up, just blanks to fill in. ‘Illumination’ (as opposed to enlightenment) comes when you try to hang the roof from the sky and try to build in reverse order. Because there is an order and a reverse (possibly satanic) order: the one works, the other collapses. I found another word for illuminated: decerebrated. No brain, no logic, no nothing.

It is an unequal world. It is made better by everyone carrying their weight, or standing up for themselves and humanity.

On the lighter side, I needed a good laugh. Kinda slapstick, but it works.

And did you notice how the lavender and the swinging curtain are on the same diagonal?

I don't know the artist. When I go on painting walks I tend to dive into the big sea.

    Have a beautiful day, everyone!

I remember reading that word over the last week.
You know, Araucaria, I was inspired by this beautiful painting. It made me think about summer in the younger years and how everything looked like a good idea as long as the sun was shining:

Ah, the familiar conceit of the painting as an open window, a source of light and contact with the elements! Those slats on the shutters that let in just a little light and just a little air are known as louvre boards. Now where have we seen them before? Manet, who had issues with his contemporary scene at a time when the mainstream entered the Louvre and others like him did not, painted his shutters green. The beginnings of that breath of fresh air, open-air painting.

    @Violet @araucaria
I mixed up your last two posts, by not scrolling far enough.
I was just going to reply to Violet's question about the diagonal lines of the lavender curtain. I noticed all of that and more, and even thought about the direction of the breeze which sometimes comes from the other side and would have blown the curtains outward. And the green painted walls inside, which reminded me of the old houses in Barbados in the seventies.
I even had a massive clearing dream as I woke up this morning, a little while ago, about the farmhouse I grew up in, in northwest Germany, and in that dream my Costa Rican husband and I had moved it, all by ourselves, on a trailer base and driving a huge truck, across the Atlantic ocean all the way to Costa Rica.
So yes, something must have been triggered by staring at that painting yesterday. The word Lovely alone didn't give the experience the merit it deserved.

Oh, the old louvre shutters...here in Barbados it is hot all year around, so every little breeze needs to be caught in order to stay cool. And every house has them, although the modern ones have glass or metal louvres, the wooden ones are used less. Critters eat the wood, I guess.

Costa Rica looks like that? What am I still doing here?

I'll have the green one, please.

Louvre boards. Interesting, word of the day for me. Barely no louvre boards in Belgium now that I come to think of it, maybe in the very south. Germany and Austria have them.

Is that picnick in the park on the background? Another rejected artwork. Manet had a sense of humour.

No, all my three photos above are from Barbados, where I am at the moment. I am living in both countries.
Costa Rica, in the mountains, is only really hot in the middle of the day, for a few hours, and even then never more than 28'C. So you see less louvres. They use wooden louvres as closet doors here, because the humidity is high, and without air circulation all the clothes soon smell mouldy.
