a) can’t these guys afford a computer of their own? b) How come these professional judges of all people were so ignorant of the rules? c) one such case is vaguely plausible, two unlikely and four totally ridiculous; d) their sexual conduct is above reproach: ‘viewing pornography is not illegal but doing so on office equipment is considered a serious act of misconduct that undermines public confidence in the judiciary’; e) such sexual conduct is not contagious; f) conclusion, some of their court judgments must have been displeasing to someone. Another news story that stops at the precise point where it should be starting.

OKLAHOMA CITY - Jurors and others in Judge Donald Thompson's courtroom kept hearing a strange whooshing noise, like a bicycle pump or maybe a blood pressure cuff. During one trial, Thompson seemed so distracted that some jurors thought he was playing a hand-held video game or tying fly-fishing lures behind the bench.
The explanation, investigators say, is even stranger than some imagined: The judge had a habit of masturbating with a penis pump under his robe during trials.

Thompson was a
former state legislator and a judge with more than 20 years on the bench in Creek County in eastern Oklahoma.
Thompson's court reporter, Lisa Foster, told authorities that she saw him use the pump at least 10 times during trials.
She said the first time in court was in 2000, but she did not tell authorities. "I didn't want to be found dead in a ditch somewhere," she said.
